Objective: To evaluate the effect of special lectures about scientific contraception on the improvement of college students′ contraception knowledge, in order to provide evidence for health education in universities in China. Methods：242 freshmen in a university in Nanjing at October 2021 were given a special lecture on scientific contraception. The questionnaire survey was conducted before and after the lecture, in order to compare the changes of college students′ contraceptive knowledge. Results: The lecture significantly improved the cognitive accuracy of college students′ contraceptive knowledge and their mastery of common contraceptive methods (both P ＜0.01). When choosing contraceptive methods, they will pay more attention to the internal characteristics of products such as contraceptive effect, side effects, convenient use and additional benefits (P＜0.01), and the proportion of intentional choice of high-efficiency contraceptive methods has increased significantly (P＜0.01). Conclusions： The special lecture on scientific contraception is simple and easy to operate, especially has obvious and immediate effect, so we think that it can be used as a method of health promotion in colleges and universities. The cellular mechanical microenvironment can regulate many cellular physiological functions. In particular, cells can migrate directionally under external cue gradients from their mechanical microenvironment. These directed migrations play critical roles in wound healing, cancer cell metastasis and tissue morphology development. So far, directional cell migration mostly includes: the directional migration under chemical gradients (chemotaxis), the directional migration under adhesion gradients (haptotaxis), and the directional migration under mechanical gradients (durotaxis). Although the basic mechanisms of chemotaxis and haptotaxis are well characterized, the mechanism of durotaxis remains unclear. In this review, the experimental and theoretical advances in the study of cell durotaxis were described, the connections and differences among different studies were analyzed, the potential mechanical mechanism of cell durotaxis were discussed, and the remaining problems and possible future research directions were put forward. Objective：To investigate the effect of intrauterine device (IUD) on female fertility. Methods： From July 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017, two-way cohort study was used to observe the pregnancy within one year after using IUD as the observation cohort (1 361 cases) and condom women as the control cohort (1 307 cases) after giving birth to one child. The cumulative pregnancy rate of one year was calculated and the Cox proportional hazard model was used for multivariate analysis. Results：The average days of pregnancy in IUD group and control group were (144.1±96.86) days and (122.5±91.33) days, respectively. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.05). The cumulative pregnancy rate in IUD group was lower than that in control group. The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The cumulative pregnancy rate of one year after removal of IUD for less than 5 years was 0.866 times higher than that of condom group (95%CI: 0.788～ 0.952). Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that using of high copper IUD had a slighter effect on pregnancy (HR=0.826, 95%CI: 0.720～0.947) than using condoms. Conclusions：The cumulative pregnancy rate of one year after removal of high copper IUD was lower than that in condom group, and the pregnancy time was longer. It is suggested that if the subjects with using high copper IUD have plans for reproduction in the near future, IUD should be removed as early as possible to prepare for fertility. Objective：To evaluate the rate of side effects of GCu200 intrauterine device (IUD) in different periods of insertion, as the safety reference of contraception. Methods：Nine electronic databases including PubMed, EMBASE and CENTRAL, as well as related websites including WHO, FDA and ClinicalTrials, were searched. All literatures were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria by two reviewers. Metaanalysis was conducted using Open Meta-Analyst software. Results：6 864 Chinese literatures were preliminarily retrieved, 10 RCT or quasi-RCT studies were recruited finally. Meta-analysis demonstrated that the rates bleeding and pain were gradually decreased as time went on, and that the infection rate was insignificantly changed within 12 months. At 24 months, the total rate of those side effects was actually very low. The bleeding rate of GCu200 in lactation period insertion was significantly lower than that in intermenstrual period or post -abortion period insertion (P＜0.05), while there were no significant differences in the rates of pain and infection (both P＞0.05). Conclusions：Bleeding was the main side effect in the use of GCu200. Since the insertion during lactation period had lower bleeding rate, this insertion period should be recommended if possible. The follow -up should be strengthened, and the early bleeding after the insertion of GCu200 should be prevented and treated especially, so as to reduce the removal due to side effects. Fragment-based caching mechanism is one of effective solutions to speed up the delivery of dynamic Web pages. However, the implementation of this mechanism needs efficient methods to detect shared fragments. This paper proposed a model for efficient delivery of dynamic Web pages with fragment-based caching. Besides, it proposed an efficient shared fragments detection algorithm. This model could automatically detect the shared fragments and cost-effective cache units, resulting in higher cache hit rates. Objective：To investigate the factors of the complete intrauterine device (IUD) perforation, and to evaluate the safety of IUD in clinical application. Methods：A total of 56 cases of the complete IUD perforation were included in this study. The clinical characters and the related factors were analyzed. Results：In all of the 56 cases, 20 cases (35.71%) were found that the IUD insertion time was on the lactation period, and 24 cases (42.86%) used IUD for the first time. Abdominal pain was the main symptom in 25 cases (55.36%). IUD was translocated into the bladder in 10 cases (17.86%). Ectopic IUD was successfully removed by laparoscopy in 22 cases (39.29%). Conclusions：Many factors, such as the IUD model, using span and use for the first time, could be related to the complete IUD perforation. Women using IUDs for the first time should have the regular follow-up visit. Abdominal pain in those IUD users should be noticed during the routine follow-up visit. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
