BACKGROUND: Achilles tendon adhesion after Achilles tendon injury can lead to decreased biomechanical properties, weakened healing ability, and ultrastructural changes of Achilles tendon, which further affects patients’ daily life and work ability. Therefore, how to effectively deal with and prevent Achilles tendon adhesion has become a hot and difficult problem in clinical treatment. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the effects of biological amniotic membranes on postoperative Achilles tendon adhesion, biomechanics, and ultrastructural changes in rats with Achilles tendon rupture. METHODS: Sixty 6-week-old SD rats were selected to establish bilateral Achilles tendon rupture models and divided into two groups (n=30 per group) by the random number table method. In the model group, the severed end of the tendon was sutured directly. In the amniotic membrane group, the biological amniotic membrane was wrapped around the broken anastomosis and fixed by a suture. The adhesion, biomechanics, morphology, and structure of the Achilles tendon and the expression of p38 and ERK1/2 protein were evaluated 1, 2, and 4 weeks after surgery. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) 1 week after operation, the Achilles tendon and peritendinous tissues of the two groups were mildly edema, and the adhesion of the Achilles tendon tissues in the model group was more obvious. 2 weeks after the intervention, the Achilles tendon and peritendinous tissues of the model group still had edema, and the adhesion degree between the Achilles tendon and the surrounding tissues was heavier than that of the amniotic membrane group. 4 weeks after operation, there was no edema around the Achilles tendon in both groups, and the healing was well. The adhesion degree of the Achilles tendon in the amniotic membrane group was less than that in the model group. The maximum tension of Achilles tendons in the amniotic membrane group was higher than that in the model group at 2 and 4 weeks after operation (P < 0.001). (2) Hematoxylin-eosin staining and transmission electron microscopy revealed that 1 week after operation, the tendon structure of rats of the two groups was disordered and the collagen fibers were sparsely arranged, in which the model group demonstrated obvious inflammatory reaction and adhesion to the Achilles tendon. Two weeks after operation, the model group still demonstrated obvious inflammatory response, adhesion of Achilles tendon, and irregular ordering of collagen fibers. The amniotic membrane group exhibited an orderly arrangement of collagen fibers and expansion of the endoplasmic reticulum of fibroblasts. At 4 weeks after operation, the collagen fibers of the Achilles tendon in the model group were thickened and disordered, and the rough endoplasmic reticulum was less in the fibroblasts, while the collagen fibers in the amniotic membrane group were ordered and thin, and the fibroblasts contained a large number of rough endoplasmic reticulum. (3) Four weeks after operation, western blot assay exhibited that the expressions of p38 and ERK1/2 protein in the Achilles tendon tissue of rats in the amniotic membrane group were lower than those in the model group (P < 0.05). (4) The results confirm that the biologic amniotic membrane can promote the healing and inhibit the adhesion of Achilles tendon after the operation of the ruptured Achilles tendon, which may be associated with the regulation of the MAPK/ERK signaling pathway. - Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of blood routine, chest computed tomography (CT) imaging and short-term evolution of hemodialysis patients infected with Omicron variant of severe acute respiratory syndrom coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2). Methods A total of 204 patients diagnosed with Omicron variant infection in the First Hospital of Hohhot from September 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively reviewed. Among them, 89 patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) who were receiving hemodialysis were included in the hemo-dialysis group. The remaining 115 patients were control group, and the first blood routine results chest computed tomography (CT) imaging data were observed. Thirty-four patients in the hemodialysis group and 29 patients in the control group had complete pulmonary CT imaging data on the day of admission, 5-6 days and 10-12 days after admission. The characteristics and chest CT scores of all cases were analyzed. Results 1)The percentage of monocytes, neutrophils, neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio and chest CT score of the hemo-dialysis group were higher than those of the control group, while the white blood cells, lymphocytes and lymphocyte percentage were lower than those of the control group. 2)The positive rate of first chest CT was 49.4% in hemo-dialysis group and 35.7% in control group. 3) The chest CT scores of the hemo-dialysis group and the control group on day 5 and day 6 were higher than those of first check. Chest CT was reexamined on days 10-12, and scores were higher in the hemo-dialysis group than in the control group. Conclusions Hemo-dialysis patients with COVID-19 have higher blood routine indexes, higher positive rate of lung CT and slower absorption than non-hemodialysis patients. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Simultaneously, the rapid advancement and extensive application of artificial intelligent technologies have activated a new wave of economic potential and brought about new security challenges to socioeconomic development. This study firstly analyzes the characteristics of the new development pattern in global contexts, and examines the risks and challenges of digital intelligence security (DIS) under the new pattern, encompassing technological security and personal security at the micro-level, as well as economic security, social security, and cultural security at the macro-level. Based on this analysis, the study proposes the basic methodology for constructing a new paradigm for DIS, which includes enhancing the security of intelligent technology itself, ensuring DIS through intelligent technologies, and establishing relevant legislation, regulations, and policies. Finally, the study explores the dialectical and synergistic relationship between DIS and the new development pattern, providing guidance for ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of social and economic development in the new era. North China Plain is one of the most important crop production bases in China, particularly on the sowing area and winter wheat yield in national food security. Meanwhile, the most serious agro-meteorological disaster, drought has posed a great threat to the yield of winter wheat in this region. Therefore, this study aims to explore the impacts of different drought grades on the yield of winter wheat using the management data of crop, soil, and field. The daily weather data was also collected from 44 meteorological stations in the North China Plain from 1981 to 2017. The crop water deficit index (CWDI) was employed for the agricultural drought. A validated agricultural production systems simulator (APSIM) was utilized to evaluate the effects of different drought grades on the yield and production of winter wheat during growing stages from jointing to flowering date and from flowering to maturity date. The results showed that there was a spatially higher yield reduction rate in the north than the south in the study area when the drought occurred during growing stages from jointing to flowering date, and from flowering to maturity date of winter wheat. Furthermore, the yield reduction rate caused by drought during the growing stage from flowering to maturity date was higher than that during the growing stage from jointing to flowering date (26.8% vs. 19.1%). In addition, the winter wheat yield suffered the most from drought in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, whereas the least in Henan Province. The yield reduction rate increased significantly, with the increase of drought grades. Specifically, the yield reduction rates under the light, moderate, and severe drought during the stage from flowering to maturity date were 16.5% (3.0%~47.8%), 32.8% (9.9%~54.2%), and 44.9% (11.9%~63.5%), respectively. The yield reduction rates under the light, moderate, and severe drought during the stage from jointing to flowering date were 10.3% (2.1%~25.3%), 18.8% (5.4%~36.0%), and 28.6% (10.6%~45.9%), respectively. Among three regions, the winter wheat yield suffered the most in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region at the same drought level, while suffered the least in Henan province, except for the severe drought during the stage from jointing to flowering date, during which suffered the least in Shandong province. There was also a gradual increase in the effect of different grade droughts on winter wheat production from southwest to northeast actual planting areas. The winter wheat production in Shandong province suffered the most from the severe drought during growing stages from jointing to flowering date and from flowering to maturity date of winter wheat, but the least in Henan province in practice. The total yield suffered the least in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In the case of light and moderate drought during the growing stage from jointing to flowering date, the most effect in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the least effect in Henan province. In the case of light and moderate drought during the growing stage from flowering to maturity date, the most effect was shown in Shandong province, while the least effect in Henan province. Grain productivity mainly depends on the radiation use efficiency (RUE) of crops. The RUE can be defined as the relationship between the accumulation of biomass related to the light intercepted by the crop. It is necessary to clarify the relationship between crop photosynthesis, light interception ability, and RUE, in order to improve the utilization efficiency of crop resource, further to adjust planting structure. Additionally, the Northeast China, as an important major grain producing area, is playing a critical role in national food security. Taking maize, spring wheat, soybean, millet, and potato in Lishu county of Jilin province in Northeast China as research materials, 2 a field experiments were conducted to investigate the photosynthetic characteristics, light interception, and RUE of five main crops in different growing periods. The crops were first planted in the traditional way, where the cultivation and management were commonly used in the local area. A LI-6400XT portable photosynthesis and fluorescence system was used to measure the diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate in the vegetative and reproductive growth stages. The light response curve was fitted to obtain the main parameters of light response. A linear light quantum analyzer was selected to measure the light interception of different parts in the key growth period. The light interception and bioaccumulation were used to calculate the utilization efficiency of light energy in different growth periods, whereas, the photosynthetic ally active effective radiation and bioaccumulation were used to calculate that in the whole growing season. The results showed that the maximum net photosynthetic rates of maize and millet were higher than 28 μmol/(m²·s) at the vegetative and reproductive growth stages, indicating significantly higher than those of soybean, spring wheat, and potato. The diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate for soybean and potato showed a single peak curve, where the peak appeared in the morning. Maize and millet showed a high light saturation point, and a low light compensation point of each crop leaf, where the suitable range of light intensity for photosynthesis was higher than that of other crops. Maize and millet also obviously dominated in the net photosynthetic rate curve and main light response parameters of various crops in the vegetative and reproductive growth stages. The light interception ability of maize, soybean and millet was significantly better than that of other crops, but the planting density can be appropriately reduced to avoid the influence on the development of middle and lower leaves of crops. Nevertheless, the increase of planting density can contribute to improve the light interception ability in the population of potato and wheat. In the transition period from vegetative to reproductive growth stage, the maximum light interception was found in the upper part of crops, indicating an important impact on the improvement of crops RUE. The RUE of potato, maize and millet in the whole growing season was significantly higher than that of wheat and soybean, whereas, that in the transition period from vegetative to reproductive growth was higher than that in other growth periods. Therefore, it is recommended that potato, maize, and millet can be planted preferentially on the adjustment of planting structure using RUE and yield. The crop growth models have the functions of reflecting the interaction of crops and climatic environment,describing the growing process of crops,and quantifying the relationship between crop growth and environmental factors.In this paper,the suitability of crop growth model WOFOST was analyzed and tested in regional scale based on experimental data.Localized model WOFOST was used to quantify and dynamically evaluate the drought disaster of winter wheat in North China.Applying the standard of yield reduction rate and calamity degree and numerical simulation experiments,the study determined the main meteorological factor which leads to yield reduction and conducted drought index of winter wheat.Based on the drought index,drought disaster at typical years and decadal drought disaster were evaluated.

the choice of low temperature disaster to th maize of three provinces in Northeast China was the study aresa,the crop growth model WOFOST was improved appropriately,analysed and tested in regional scale,and achieves the quantitative analysis and dynamic evaluation of low temperature disaster to th maize.The yields simulated under the condition of average temperatur 1961—2006 is the usual standard,the yields simulated under the condition of actual temperature in relevant year,by contrasting those two yields to decide the yield reduce rate.the yield reduce rate and meteorological condition were divided to the standard of serious degree for low temperature disaster.By experiment for numerical simulation,to determine the main meteorological factor and its value for causing the yield reduce,furthermore to determine the evaluation indexes of low temperature disaster.Based on the evaluation indexes,the impact evaluation was carried out in study area,the impact evaluation for disaster including typical years and ages.From the simulation results,the spatial distribution of low temperature disaster is decreasing by degrees from Northeast to Southwest in each decade in recent 50a,but it is different in the areas and grades of low temperature disaster.The evaluation results could be response the historical actual situation,and is consistent as the pre-production.

Northeast China is an important grain production area of China. The maize planting is increasing recently. In this study, we explored the production capacity of the other crops in order to provide valuable information for laying out more reasonable and effective planting structure in the Northeast China. 2-year experiments were conducted in Lishu county of Jilin Province in 2016 and 2017. Crop treatments by water treatments were designed. Crops included soybean, wheat, millet and potato and 2 water treatments included irrigation and rain-fed method. The crops were planted in traditional way. The crop yield and soil water content were measured. The water consumption was calculated based on water balance equation. The water deficit rate was defined as the percentage of difference of precipitation and water requirement and water consumption. Water requirement was calculated based on potential evapotranspiration of FAO formula and crop coefficient. The water use efficiency was calculated based precipitation, irrigation and their sum. Then the yield and water use efficiency were converted into energy in order to compare different crops. Economic benefit of these 4 crops under different water treatments were compared. The results showed that compared to historical average, the year of 2016 was wet year and the year of 2017 was normal year. In the wet year, the precipitation was rich during the early and middle stages of crops while it was scarce during the early and late stages of the crops. The crop water requirements were higher than or equaled to in the wet year than in normal year. The wheat-buckwheat had the highest crop water consumption in 2016 while the potato had the lowest water consumption. During the initial stage, most of the crops had surplus precipitation. By the middle stage, most of them started to show shortage of precipitation. For the whole growth period, the water deficit of potato was the highest and that of the millet was the lowest. The potato had higher production capacity (over 100 000 GJ/hm2 under rain-fed treatment) than the other crops. The production capacity of the other crops was not significantly different (P>0.05). Irrigation could only improve production capacity of potato. However, the impact of irrigation on potato production capacity was different in different precipitation patterns. In normal year, the increase of production capacity of potato was much higher than the wet year. In addition, the water use efficiency of production capacity of potato was higher than the others. The irrigation water use efficiency of potato could be more than 20 GJ/mm, far higher than the other crops. Thus, the economic benefit of water use based on production capacity of potato was also the highest. Compared to the soybean and wheat-buckwheat, the millet was higher in the economic benefit of water use based on production capacity in wet year. Therefore, potato and millet had greater advantages than soybean and spring wheat in planting structure adjustment based on crop production capacity, the precipitation use efficiency in production capacity, irrigation water use efficiency in production capacity, agricultural water use efficiency in production capacity and economic coefficient in Lishu county of Jilin province. The positive feedback trading phenomenon is significant in Chinese market, and,buying-winners effect is much stronger than selling-losers effect. We call it rise-favor asymmetry of positive feedback trading. This paper studies if this rise-favor asymmetry has asset pricing power. This paper constructs reversal factor, positive feedback factor, and rise-favor asymmetry factor based on Fama-French three factor,and uses a sample that spans from Jan 1998 to Oct 2016 and contains daily data of all A shares that become a listed company before 2010 to do empirical tests. The paper finds that, the performance of rise-favor asymmetry factor is quite different from that of positive feedback factor and reversal factor; Although these three factors all have some pricing power individually, the pricing power of positive feedback factor and reversal factor is weak in the multi-factor pricing model, and only rise-favor asymmetry factor can significantly promote the pricing power of multi-factor model; The pricing power of rise-favor asymmetry factor does not result from price-rising chasing behavior, price-dropping chasing behavior, liquidity risk premium, or investor sentiment. In sum, rise-favor asymmetry is a new pricing factor that different from traditional factors, and its pricing power may relate to the market’s compensation on the risk of irrational speculation. - Abstract
Northeast China (NEC) is an important japonica rice production region, wherein rice production accounts for more than 50% of the national total japonica rice production. On the other hand, NEC region is one of the areas in China most susceptible to climate change, and the average temperature in NEC increased by 0.38°CC per decade during the past five decades, while the precipitation decreased. The rice is produced under flood irrigation conditions (FL) in NEC which is facing a severe problem of scarcity in water resources. There is an urgent need for reducing water consumption for rice production by developing water-saving irrigation technologies. Therefore, to study the water consumption characteristics and rice consumption water use efficiency (WUEC) of rice under water-saving irrigation and FL patterns, and discuss the suitability of water-saving irrigation pattern, will provide a scientific basis for regional water-saving irrigation and play a vital role in rice production safety in Northeast China. Here, our goal is to examine the rice AWD (alternate wet and dry) suitability patterns based on a comprehensive assessment of rice yield and WUEC throughout NEC over the 36-year period from 1981 to 2016. In this paper, the agro-meteorological experiment station data which included weather, soil, phenology and management data were used to calibrate and validate the model based on nine cultivars selected for each region by using DRATES calibration program and trial-and-error method. The cultivar selected in the ORYZA simulation was the cultivar with the greatest number of years of cultivation during 1981 to 2007 within each province, and simulation with the longest-planted cultivar was more realistic and provided information for this study. The modeling was set up with the selected cultivar using the daily weather data from 1981 to 2016 for the 134 counties, rice crop data and soil data under FL and AWD management to simulate rice yield and water consumption. Based on model outputs, the WUEC was calculated for each weather station during the past 36 years and assessed at three province regional scales across NEC (Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang Province). Then, combined with the yield and WUEC, the distribution patterns of rice AWD suitability were studied. The results indicated that, the rice yield decreased from southwest to northeast and showed a significant increasing trend during the period 1981 to 2016 under two irrigation patterns. The rice water consumption decreased significantly in the past 36 years and showed a decreasing trend from west to east. WUEC had increased significantly, with a decreasing distribution form north to south under FL and from east to west under AWD. Compared with FL, the rice yield under AWD decreased by 11% and varied considerably among locations (1% - 19%). However, the water consumption of rice decreased by 3% - 26%, with an average of 15%, and the averaged WUEC increased by 8%. The very suitable zone for AWD concentrated in southern Liaohe Plain of Liaoning Province, Fuyu-Jiaohe and Yanji region of Jilin Province, Southeastern Songnen Plain of Heilongjiang Province; suitable zone was in Linghai and Haicheng region in southern Liaohe plain of Liaoning Province, Yongji-Panshi-Liuhekou of central Jilin Province, Fangzheng and Fujin of central and eastern Heilongjiang Province; moderately suitable zone located in Dengta and Kaiyuan of the eastern Liaoning Province, Zhenlai and Shuangliao of Jilin province and Tieli and Raohe region of central and eastern Heilongjiang province; marginally suitable zone concentrated in Tieling and Qingyuan region of northeastern Liaoning Province, Changbai and Taonan of Jilin Province, and Fuyu-Lindian-Anda region of western Heilongjiang Province. In order to make optimal trip scheme based on travelers' perception of trip cost, which was described by sensitivity coefficients applied here, the influencing relationship among trip cost, personal feature and trip decision was simulated by structural equation model. The path coefficients was calibrated by stated preference survey data as recommended value of sensitivity coefficients. Considering the travelers' choice preference and assuming that travel time obeyed the normal distribution, the solving result of optimal departure time model showed that optimal departure time depended on desired arriving time, expectations of travel time and variance, relative value difference of time cost between early losses and late losses. 49. 仿鱼体柔性变形运动流噪声特性研究.

Fish swimming has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, and the swing offish body can be abstracted as a flexible wall deformation motion. Flexible deformation can induce a complex vortex structure in the flow field, of which the flow noise formation mechanism and characteristics are different from the conventional problems in a large extent. The NACA0012 airfoil developed by National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics is used as the research object. Considering the demand of flow noise calculation, a numerical model based on the acoustic analogy theory is set up to simulate the flexible deformation, revealing the mechanism of the effect of the flexible deformation on noise characteristics, and radia-lion directivity of flow noise is obtained. The results indicate that the complex vortex structure evolution induced by flexible deformation is the major source of flow noise; the total sound pressure levels at different orientations decrease with the increa.se in distance; the total sound pressure level tends to be maximum just above and below the flexible deformation wall, and the noise radiation directivity is most similar to the radiation directivity of a dipole source.
