A low-carbon supply chain system composed of manufacturers and retailers with both production and emission reduction financing constraints was built. Aiming at bank loaning and prepayment, manufacturers’ financing decision under carbon cap-and-trade was explored, and the effect of carbon abatement cost coefficient and carbon trading price on supply chain members’ financing decision and profit was analyzed. The results showed that when the prepayment interest rate is equal to the bank interest rate, whether carbon cap-and-trade is considered or not, prepayment will always bring greater profit to manufacturers. Therefore, prepayment is the best choice for manufacturers. When the financing rate is unequal, manufacturers’ financing methods will be affected by carbon cap-and-trade and carbon abatement cost coefficient. When the carbon abatement cost coefficient increases, the financing scale and supply chain members’ profit both decrease, while when the price of carbon increases, the financing scale and manufacturers’ profit both increase. In terms of the difficulties in identifying the coal image and calculating coal volume in non-uniform distributed coal particles,this paper proposes a binocular vision detection method for coal quantity in belt conveyor.The method consists of three modules,namely,identification module,three-dimensional information extraction module and quantity calculation module.First,the identification module uses wavelet transform algorithm and K-means clustering algorithm to enhance and segment the coal image,respectively;Then,the three-dimensional information extraction module is employed to obtain the depth information of each point of coal image using binocular vision method,so as to get the three-dimensional point cloud information of coal; Finally,the quantity calculation module combines Delaunay and T-S fuzzy reasoning algorithms to calculate the coal volume,and further adopts coal calculation formula to achieve the coal quantity detection.Experimental studies curried out using the actual images show the effectiveness of the proposed method. Objective To investigate the expression of Shh, Ptch, Smo and Gli1 proteins who belongs to components of Hedgehog signaling pathway, and to explore the relationship between the abnormal activated of Hedgehog signaling pathway with renal clear cell carcinoma (RCCC). Methods Protein expressions were examined by immunohistochemistry in 76 cases of human RCCC and 12 pericarcinomatous tissues. And 10 fresh specimens from cancer tissues and pericarcinomatous tissues were used to examine expressions of Shh, Ptch, Smo and Gli1 by Western blotting. Results The expressions of examined proteins were higher in RCCC than that in pericarcinomatous tissue. Shh (52.6% vs 8.3%), Ptch (63.2% vs 16.7%), Smo (44.7% vs 8.3%) and Gli1 (60.5% vs 25.0%). The increased proteins levels were disassociated with age, gender, and tumorous size in RCCC. But it was significantly correlated with TNM stage of RCCC. The expressions were gradually increased with higher TNM stage of RCCC or more invasive malignancy. Conclusion Hedgehog signaling pathway is highly activated in RCCC. It might be involved in initiation, progression of RCCC, and it might be used as the target for RCCC treatment. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
