近年来综合能源服务在理论、技术和业态上不断发展，而“双碳”目标对中国综合能源服务提出了新的要求和挑战。因此，“双碳”目标下综合能源服务的发展态势及理论体系需要进一步辨识。首先，通过梳理中国综合能源服务的发展态势及其业态特征，揭示了企业数量与国家碳排放强度及省域GDP呈现较高的相关性；其次，从“物理、信息、价值”的维度，刻画了综合能源服务“三元驱动”的体系架构、理论框架及关键技术，以完善综合能源服务的概念模型；最后，针对一些综合能源服务项目经济效益欠佳的问题，在宏观政策分析的同时，从产业生态、理论技术及增值服务方面对“双碳”目标下中国综合能源服务的发展提出建议。

目的 探讨侧出式绿激光四象限通道技术用于治疗良性前列腺增生症（BPH）的临床效果。方法 选择 BPH 患者 176 例，其中接受侧出式绿激光四象限通道技术治疗 88 例（观察组）、接受经尿道前列腺电切术治疗 88 例 （对照组）。比较两组手术时间、手术前后血红蛋白变化，以及术前与术后 3 个月残余尿（PVR）、最大尿流率（Qmax）、 国际前列腺症状评分（IPSS）、生活质量问卷（QOL）评分，并统计两组术后并发症。结果 两组手术时间比较 P> 0. 05。两组术中均未输血，术后血红蛋白均降低，但对照组降低更明显（P<0. 05）。两组术后 3 个月 PVR、IPSS、QOL 评分均较术前降低，Qmax 较术前升高（P 均<0. 05）；观察组术后 3 个月 PVR 高于对照组（P 均<0. 05），而两组 Qmax、 IPSS、QOL 评分比较 P 均>0. 05。所有患者术后未发生心脑血管意外或严重脏器功能障碍，拔除导尿管后能自行排 尿，无尿失禁或其他严重并发症发生。结论 侧出式绿激光四象限通道技术用于治疗 BPH 安全、有效。该技术无 需经尿道前列腺电切术操作基础，学习曲线短，尤其适合内镜操作经验少的临床医师。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
