Objective: To explore accessibility assessment index system of psychiatric disorders. Methods: A list of indices for accessibility of psychiatric disorders were derived from literature review and panel discussion. Fifteen experts in health management, theoretic and clinical practical study of mental health from scientific institutions, medical colleges and affiliated hospitals were invited to participate in a two-round Delphi survey. The significance and rationality of the indices were graded by the fifteen experts, the extent of similarity and the basis of judgment for the indices also explained by them. The core indices were determined through the positive coefficient, the authoritative coefficient and the harmonious coefficient. Finally, the reliability and validity of the index system were tested. Results: A total of 61 indices reached positive consensus and were included in the final index system after two-round Delphi survey. The Cronbach a coefficient of index system was 0.92, the validity was 0. 93. The positive coefficients were both 100% in rounds 1 and 2, the authority coefficient of experts were (0. 74± 10. 04) and (0.73± 10. 08) , and the harmonious coefficients were 0.23 and 0.30, respectively.
