Hashimoto encephalopathy （HE） is an encephalopathy associated with autoimmunity and increased autoantigen thyroid antibodies. Its course is mostly characterized as acute or subacute. Clinical symptoms of HE include cognitive impairment， neuropsychological abnormality， epilepsy， myospasm， etc. Currently，there are many studies on HE，but the latest review of HE is not yet found. Therefore，this article mainly summarizes the epidemiology，pathogenesis，clinical manifestations， and the current progress of diagnosis and treatment of HE. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to achieve the effective opening and resource sharing of large-scale instruments, better service for all the teachers and students in our university, since 2009, the Research Center of Analysis and Test in our university has been pointed as a pilot unit. To the end of 2012, every large-scale instrument in the Research Center of Analysis and Test whose cost is more than two hundred thousand has been realized fully open. This paper reports the construction of the open sharing service platform of large-scale instruments in Research Center of Analysis and Test in East China University of Science and Technology. The platform has improved the use efficiency of instruments, and strengthened the innovation ability and scientific research level of the graduate students. Some problems such as the contradiction between testing service and training, quantitative for the training work, shortage of the support funds for equipment operation and maintenance have been found during the construction of the platform, and some corresponding resolutions are discussed. A good reference is provided for fully open sharing of all laboratory, and it improves the use efficiency of large-scale instruments in our university. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
