对圈养动物进行正强化行为训练是国内外动物园发展的大趋势,近几年国内各地动物园也陆续开展训练,并取得一定成果。南宁市动物园从2020年10月对1只东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)开展正强化行为训练,利用指令和响片的正向引导,加以食物作为奖励,培养期望行为。经过训练,东北虎可不必麻醉、保定,能主动配合训练员完成定位、口腔检查、前爪检查、尾部抽血和串笼的训练项目,这减少了应激反应,也减轻了饲养员的工作量,表明正强化行为训练能提高动物福利,对训练员开展日常工作能起到积极作用。

了解东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)的历史分布和数量动态对加速虎栖息地连通,恢复历史分布区,促进中俄共同保护野生东北虎集合种群具有重要的指导意义。20世纪初期,东北虎曾分布在俄罗斯远东地区南部、朝鲜半岛、中国长白山脉和松花江流域,数量近3 000只。猎捕和栖息地丧失导致东北虎数量急剧下降。20世纪40年代,远东地区东北虎数量仅剩锡霍特山脉中部的20～30只。20世纪中期以后,苏联政府采取了东北虎禁猎、禁捕令、扩大保护地和边境管控等综合保护措施,解除了东北虎的濒危状态,促进了种群复苏和分布区扩大。2015年俄罗斯东北虎种群数量恢复到523～540只,呈现稳步向中俄边境扩展之势。俄罗斯在原生态完好、食物丰富和人为干扰少的东北虎西北历史分布区,将野外救助的幼虎野化放归大自然,建立了稳定的东北虎小型种群,这项试验对于拓展大型猫科动物种群分布区具有重要国际意义。21世纪初,东北虎在中国总数减少到十余只。2017年,中国开展东北虎豹国家公园试点,通过整合自然保护地,东北虎处境开始好转,种群恢复刚刚走出低谷,呈现增长态势,当前的主要工作任务是:一方面优化整合自然保护地,畅通跨界生态廊道,加快边境区东北虎向中方迁徙扩散,壮大中国东北虎繁殖种群; 另一方面实施东北虎野化放归计划,突破幼虎野化训练技术瓶颈,在历史分布区创建新的东北虎野外繁殖种群。

【目的】研究成人骨髓间质干细胞(MSC)基本生物学特性。【方法】采用Ficoll-Paque 淋巴细胞分离液分离成人 MSC , 体外扩增, 比较不同培养基和血清含量对MSC 生长的影响, 流式细胞仪检测MSC 表面抗原表达。【结果】成人骨髓间 质干细胞在体外扩增原代可获得(5 ～ 6)×105 个细胞, 15 代可获得(3～ 4)×1012个细胞, 随着传代次数的增加, 细胞的增殖能 力下降。L-DMEM 培养基有利于细胞的培养扩增。细胞流式细胞仪检测结果显示CD29、CD44 、CD59 、CD105 、CD166 表达阳 性, CD11a 、CD14、CD33、CD34、CD45、CD38 、CD80 、CD86 、CD117 表达为阴性。【结论】MSC 有很强的自我更新能力, 在组织工 程中具有广阔的应用前景。

Squeezed reservoir engineering is a powerful technique in quantum information that combines the features of squeezing and reservoir engineering to create and stabilize non-classical quantum states. In this paper, we focus on the previously neglected aspect of the impact of the squeezing phase on the precision of quantum phase and amplitude estimation based on a simple model of a two-level system (TLS) interacting with a squeezed reservoir. We derive the optimal squeezed phase-matching conditions for phase ϕ and amplitude θ parameters, which are crucial for enhancing the precision of quantum parameter estimation. The robustness of the squeezing-enhanced quantum Fisher information against departures from these conditions is examined, demonstrating that minor deviations from phase-matching can still result in remarkable precision of estimation. Additionally, we provide a geometric interpretation of the squeezed phase-matching conditions from the classical motion of a TLS on the Bloch sphere. 目的观察伴有慢性子宫内膜炎 (chronic endometritis, CE) 的不明原因复发性流产 (unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion, URSA) 患者外周血及子宫蜕膜组织中淋巴细胞亚群变化。方法 150 例 URSA 患者根据是否 伴有 CE 分为 URSA 伴有 CE 组 36 例, 单纯 URSA 组114例, 另选择健康早孕妇女30例为对照组, 三组患者均行负压 电吸清宫术, 术前抽取外周静脉血2mL, 术中留取子宫蜕膜组织, 采用免疫组化法检测子宫蜕膜组织中CD138, CD8 及CD56, 采用流式细胞术检测两组外周血B淋巴细胞亚群, T淋巴细胞亚群及自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cell, NK 细胞)亚群。结果 URSA伴有CE组, 单纯URSA组及对照组外周血T淋巴细胞亚群, NK细胞亚群及B淋巴细胞亚 群比例间差异均无统计学意义。与对照组及单纯URSA组相比, URSA伴有CE组患者子宫蜕膜组织 CD138* 浆细胞 数, CD8*T细胞比例高, CD56°NK细胞比例低(P均<0.05)。结论伴有CE的URSA患者子宫蜕膜组织 CD138* 浆细 胞数量及 CD8T 细胞比例高, CD56°NK细胞比例低。子宫蜕膜组织CD138*浆细胞, CD8T 细胞及 CD56°NK 细胞变化 可能在URSA的发生发展中发挥重要作用. In order to expore the effect of different insecticides on Thysanogyna limbata with root pouring, we took the afforestation trees (Firmiana platanifolia) in Beijing Zoo as the research object, and the control effects of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, abamectin, thiamethoxam and aldicarb on the aphid population reduction rate at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 25 d after treatment were compared respectively. The results showed that in the test dose of imidacloprid and aldicarb, the control effect of more than 50% could be achieved in 3 d after dosing, the best effect was achieved in 5 d after dosing, and the best effect could still be maintained above 80% in 25 d after dosing, which showed the quickacting and long-lasting efficacy of insecticides, and comprehensive control effect was the best. Objective To investigate the effect of roflumilast on pulmonary injury induced by Streptococcus pneumonia (SP) in rat model. Methods Rats were randomly divided into control group, pneumonia model group, roflumilast low dose group, high dose group and roflumilast high dose plus Colivelin (STAT3 activator) intervention group. The level of PaO2, PaCO2, IL-1β, IL-8, IL-10 and TNF-α were detected. Lung tissue wet/dry ratio (W/D), MDA content, MPO and SOD activity were examined. HE staining microscopy was used to observe the pathological injury of lung tissue. Apoptosis, cleaved caspase-3, IL-6, and p-STAT3/STAT3 protein expression were detected. Results Compared with the control group, the lung tissue of animals in the model group showed obvious damage; blood PaO2, oxygenation index (OI), lung tissue IL-10 level, and SOD activity were all significantly reduced; the level of blood PaCO2, lung tissue IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α and W/D values, MDA content, MPO activity, cell apoptosis rate, cleaved caspase-3, IL-6, and p-STAT3/STAT3 protein expression were significantly increased (P＜0.05). Compared with the model group, the lung tissue damage of rats in the low and high dose groups of roflumilast was obviously reduced; the level of blood PaO2, OI and, lung tissue IL-10, and SOD activity were obviously increased, the level of blood PaCO2, lung tissue IL-1β, IL-8, TNF-α and, W/D values, MDA content, MPO activity, cell apoptosis rate, cleaved caspase-3, IL-6, and p-STAT3/STAT3 protein expression were significantly reduced (P＜0.05); Colivelin was able to partially reverse the improvement effect of roflumilast on lung injury in rats with SP pneumonia (P＜0.05). Using citric acid as a chelating agent, BiFeO3 nanopowders doped with La at the A-site, Mn at the B-site, and codoped with La/Mn were synthesized through an ultrasonic-assisted sol-gel method. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-DRS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), specific surface area and pore size analysis (BET), and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) were employed to analyze the morphology, structure and elemental composition of Bi1 - x Lax Fe1 - y Mny O3 crystals. The results indicate that doping with La and Mn elements can significantly alter the crystal structure and morphology of BiFeO3, suppressing the recombination of its charge carriers. Using Bi1 - x Lax Fe1 - y Mny O3 as a photocatalyst, the effects of pH value and light source on the photocatalytic degradation of simulated pollutants were investigated, and further experiments to explore the photocatalytic mechanism were conducted. The results reveal that La/Mn co-doped samples show significant differences in degradation rates for congo red (CR) and methylene blue (MB), which is related to the electronegativity of the dye molecules. The VO2 and VO2 -SiO2 composite films were prepared by sol-gel method. The phase structure and transmittance of films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. The results reveal that the prepared VO2 film is monoclinic phase (B), and the XRD patterns of VO2 -SiO2 composite film is similar to that of VO2 film. The optical transmittance of films have reached over 90% within the range of 450 nm to 800 nm. The laser induced damage threshold (LIDT) of VO2 -SiO2 composite film is 3. 9 J/cm2, which is 77. 3% higher than that of VO2 film. The difference in damage morphology between VO2 film and VO2 -SiO2 film were studied by FESEM and step analyzer. The VO2 film exhibits melt type damage, while the VO2 -SiO2 film exhibits melt type damage and stress damage.
