Diabetic nephropathy is one of the main common diseases in nephrology endocrinology. This paper reviews studies about comprehensive nursing interventions such as dietary guidance, exercise nursing, drug treatment, psychological nursing, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and health education for patients with diabetic nephropathy, and provides reference for comprehensive treatment of diabetic nephropathy. 【目的】研究成人骨髓间质干细胞(MSC)基本生物学特性。【方法】采用Ficoll-Paque 淋巴细胞分离液分离成人 MSC , 体外扩增, 比较不同培养基和血清含量对MSC 生长的影响, 流式细胞仪检测MSC 表面抗原表达。【结果】成人骨髓间 质干细胞在体外扩增原代可获得(5 ～ 6)×105 个细胞, 15 代可获得(3～ 4)×1012个细胞, 随着传代次数的增加, 细胞的增殖能 力下降。L-DMEM 培养基有利于细胞的培养扩增。细胞流式细胞仪检测结果显示CD29、CD44 、CD59 、CD105 、CD166 表达阳 性, CD11a 、CD14、CD33、CD34、CD45、CD38 、CD80 、CD86 、CD117 表达为阴性。【结论】MSC 有很强的自我更新能力, 在组织工 程中具有广阔的应用前景。

Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic is an advanced nursing practice model characterized by the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) culture. Adhering to the principles of holistic view of TCM and nursing by syndrome differentiation, it aims to meet diversified health needs of patients by providing TCM nursing techniques, and plays a unique role in disease prevention and healthcare. It is a continuation of high-quality nursing and embodiment of patient-centered nursing service. The establishment of TCM nursing outpatient clinic is helpful to promote the psychical and mental health of patients, maintain harmonious nurse-patient relationship, promote the specialization and precision in nursing and better meet the health needs of population. This paper summarized the establishment and practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing outpatient clinic, and provided reference for future improvement of TCM nursing outpatient clinic. The incidence of lumbar disc herniation (LDH) is increasing gradually. Surgical treatment combined with TCM physiotherapy can effectively relieve the pain of LDH patients. This paper summarized perioperative nursing management in a patient undergoing LDH surgery. Nursing intervention was mainly divided into two stages: Routine nursing measures were carried out in the preoperative stage; a comprehensive nursing plan with targeted nursing interventions was made after patient condition analysis. The aim of comprehensive nursing plan was to enhance the stability of spine and lumbar muscles and reduce the risk of complications. This paper summarized the postoperative nursing management of a child with spastic cerebral palsy. The child received selective posterior rhizotomy followed by preoperative examination and preparation. In addition to the interventions on postoperative pain, constipation and infection, a rehabilitation exercise program was carried out to improve the comprehensive recovery of the child after surgery. (本文总结1例痉挛型脑瘫患儿的术后护理体会。患儿入院后完善相关检查和术前准备, 采用选择性脊神经后根切断术治疗, 术后做好疼痛、便秘、感染等护理干预, 根据恢复期制定康复方案, 指导患儿及家属进行康复锻炼, 促使其全面康复。)

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention combined with five-tone music therapy on relieving anxiety and depression of patients undergoing colonoscopy. Methods Totally 100 patients undergoing colonoscopy were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. All patients received routine care during the diagnostic colonoscopy, and those in the observation group were given psychological intervention combined with five-tone music therapy. The Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale were used to measure the emotional status of patients, and self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the patient satisfaction with nursing service. Results Scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group was lower than those in the control group after colonoscopy(P＜0. 05). The satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (96. 00% vs. 84. 00%, P＜0. 05). Conclusion Patients undergoing colonoscopy are more vulnerable to anxiety and depression. The psychological intervention combined with five-tone music therapy is potentially effective to relieve the anxiety and depression status of patients, and improve their satisfaction with nursing service. (目的 探讨心理护理干预联合五音疗法对结肠镜检查患者焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。方法 选取2021年6月—12月来院接受结肠镜检查的100例患者为研究对象, 随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规护理, 观察组在常规护理的基础上给予心理护理及五音疗法。对比结肠镜检查前后两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分, 评价患者满意度。结果 肠镜检查后, 观察组SAS评分及SDS评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05); 观察组满意度96. 00%(48/50), 高于对照组的84. 00%(32/50), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 患者在接受肠镜前存在焦虑、抑郁心理状态, 将心理护理及五音疗法应用于结肠镜检查过程, 可有效改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情况, 提高患者对护理的满意程度。)

This paper introduced the application of family support in stroke rehabilitation. The concept of family support, evaluation tools and role of family support in improving recovery of stroke patients were summarized, in order to provide reference for further researches of interventions on stroke rehabilitation. In order to expore the effect of different insecticides on Thysanogyna limbata with root pouring, we took the afforestation trees (Firmiana platanifolia) in Beijing Zoo as the research object, and the control effects of imidacloprid, acetamiprid, abamectin, thiamethoxam and aldicarb on the aphid population reduction rate at 1, 3, 5, 10, 15 and 25 d after treatment were compared respectively. The results showed that in the test dose of imidacloprid and aldicarb, the control effect of more than 50% could be achieved in 3 d after dosing, the best effect was achieved in 5 d after dosing, and the best effect could still be maintained above 80% in 25 d after dosing, which showed the quickacting and long-lasting efficacy of insecticides, and comprehensive control effect was the best. Using citric acid as a chelating agent, BiFeO3 nanopowders doped with La at the A-site, Mn at the B-site, and codoped with La/Mn were synthesized through an ultrasonic-assisted sol-gel method. Characterization techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-DRS), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), specific surface area and pore size analysis (BET), and photoluminescence spectroscopy (PL) were employed to analyze the morphology, structure and elemental composition of Bi1 - x Lax Fe1 - y Mny O3 crystals. The results indicate that doping with La and Mn elements can significantly alter the crystal structure and morphology of BiFeO3, suppressing the recombination of its charge carriers. Using Bi1 - x Lax Fe1 - y Mny O3 as a photocatalyst, the effects of pH value and light source on the photocatalytic degradation of simulated pollutants were investigated, and further experiments to explore the photocatalytic mechanism were conducted. The results reveal that La/Mn co-doped samples show significant differences in degradation rates for congo red (CR) and methylene blue (MB), which is related to the electronegativity of the dye molecules. The VO2 and VO2 -SiO2 composite films were prepared by sol-gel method. The phase structure and transmittance of films were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometer. The results reveal that the prepared VO2 film is monoclinic phase (B), and the XRD patterns of VO2 -SiO2 composite film is similar to that of VO2 film. The optical transmittance of films have reached over 90% within the range of 450 nm to 800 nm. The laser induced damage threshold (LIDT) of VO2 -SiO2 composite film is 3. 9 J/cm2, which is 77. 3% higher than that of VO2 film. The difference in damage morphology between VO2 film and VO2 -SiO2 film were studied by FESEM and step analyzer. The VO2 film exhibits melt type damage, while the VO2 -SiO2 film exhibits melt type damage and stress damage. To understand the changes in cotton production and the yield increase pattern in Xinjiang, mathematical statistics and gravity center models were used to analyze the spatial and temporal patterns of cotton production. The pattern and contribution factors of cotton yield increase were discussed based on relevant data from 1988 to 2020. The variation in cotton production in Xinjiang since 1988 showed two stages. The first was an upward fluctuating period (1988—2014), where cotton yield increased from 1.712×105 t to 3.378×106 t, and the planted area increased from 2.213×105 hm² to 1.970×106 hm² . During the second period of fluctuating decline (2015—2020), the cotton yield decreased to 3.027×106 t, and the planted area decreased to 1.637×106 hm² . From 1988 to 2020, the cotton production, planted area, and yield in most cities and regions of Xinjiang significantly increased, but there were significant differences among regions. Southern Xinjiang had a prominent position in cotton production, with Aksu, Kashgar, and Bayingolin contributing 65.43% to the increase of cotton yield in Xinjiang. The increase rate in cotton production of Hami in eastern and northern Xinjiang was faster than that in southern Xinjiang, relocating the gravity center of cotton production to the northeast by 300.96 km, from Kashgar to Aksu. The increase in cotton production in Xinjiang was mainly led by the planted area (74.61%) . To explore the therapeutic efficacy of the combination of medullary core decompression and vaccum sealing drainage in the management of osteonecrosis of the femoral head secondary to femoral neck fracture, through analyzed a total of 60 patients with postoperative osteonecrosis of femoral neck fracture who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics at Handan Central Hospital from October 2015 to October 2020. The patients were divided into two groups: the core decompression group (control group, group A) and the core decompression combined with vacuum sealing drainage group (observation group, group B). The low-density volume changes of the femoral head on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and the hip Harris scores were observed before and after surgery, as well as at 3 months, 6 months, and the last follow-up in both groups. Results show that the low-density volume of the femoral head on MRI in group B demonstrates a statistically significant decrease compared to group A at 6 months post-surgery. In addition, patients in group B exhibits significantly improved hip Harris scores at 3 months, 6 months, and the last follow-up after surgery, in comparison to those in group A. It is demonstrated that core decompression combined with vacuum sealing drainage is reported to exhibit potential in promoting the healing process of femoral head necrosis subsequent to surgery for femoral neck fractures, ultimately leading to improvements in hip joint function. A total of 40 T2DM patients and 50 healthy controls who underwent carotid endarterectomy in the Department of Neurointerventional Intervention, Xuanwu Hospital, Capital Medical University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected for this study. Real‑time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT‑qPCR) and RNA methylation immunoprecipitation quantitative polymerase chain reaction (MeRIP‑qPCR) techniques were applied to determine the level of FASN mRNA expression and m6 A modification of FASN mRNA in their adipose tissues. Subsequently, a nested case‑control study design was used in “Functional Community Cohort” from 2018 to 2023 at the Health Management Center of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University. With 2018 as the baseline, new‑onset T2DM patients after 5 years were used as the new‑onset T2DM group (87 cases), and healthy controls were used as the control group according to the 1∶ 1 individual matching method, and the results were validated in peripheral blood. The t‑test was used to compare the differences in the expression levels of FASN mRNA and the m6 A modification levels of FASN mRNA between different groups, and Spearman correlation was used to analyze the correlation between them. Multifactorial binary logistic regression models were used to assess the strength of the association between the m6 A modification level of FASN mRNA and T2DM. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves were constructed to evaluate the ability of m6 A modification levels of FASN mRNA to predict T2DM. Results FASN mRNA was highly expressed in T2DM patients (1.30±0.38 vs. 0.70±0.30 for adipose tissue, P<0.001; 1.25±0.76 vs. 1.02±0.45 for peripheral blood, P<0.01), and the m6 A modification level of FASN mRNA was low in T2DM patients (0.53±0.24 vs. 0.84±0.53 for adipose tissue, P<0.001; 0.67±0.55 vs. 1.54±0.87 for peripheral blood, P<0.001) both in adipose tissue and peripheral blood. FASN mRNA and m6 A modification level of FASN mRNA were negatively correlated (adipose tissue r=-0.360, P<0.001; peripheral blood r=-0.192, P<0.05). Baseline low m6 A modification level of FASN mRNA was a risk factor of T2DM in peripheral blood (OR=5.71, 95%CI 1.73-18.85). The ROC curve for the T2DM prediction model showed that the m6 A modification level of FASN mRNA was a good predictor of T2DM (area under the ROC curve was 0.817, 95%CI 0.753-0.888). Conclusion Abnormal m6 A modification of FASN mRNA was linked to T2DM, and the m6 A modification level of FASN mRNA can predict the risk of developing T2DM. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
