Objective To analyzed the hygienic test and benefit analysis of traditional sterilized hand towel and disposable sterile toilet paper before surgical hand disinfection. Methods From October 2021 to November 2021, the sanitary examination of surgeons and nurses after surgical hand disinfection was selected as the research object, and 100 people were selected according to different professional titles, including 50 doctors and 50 nurses, by self-control method. Control group: in the first week, traditional sterilized hand towels were used for hand-drying, and hygienic tests were performed after surgical hand disinfection. Experimental group: In the second week at the same time, the same people were required to use disposable sterile toilet paper to dry their hands and hygienic tests were performed after surgical hand disinfection. The hygiene and benefits of the two groups were evaluated. Results There was no significant difference in the results of hygienic tests between the two groups. In terms of material cost, the cost of sterilized hand towel was higher than disposable sterile toilet paper. Conclusion The application of disposable sterile toilet paper before surgical hand disinfection has no influence on the hygienic test of surgical hand disinfection, which can effectively reduce operating costs and save manpower in the operating room. Based on the wind profile radar basic data of Guizhou Weining Meteorological Bureau, the secondary development products, rain- fall data and MICAPS live data, a hail gale weather process occurred at Weining Station on June 11, 2019 was comprehensively analyzed. The results showed that the horizontal profile product could reflect the space-time change and vertical distribution of cold and warm advection, and detect the cold air intrusion, wind field shear and low-level jet intensity earlier. The atmospheric refractive index structure constant and vertical velocity could indicate the occurrence, duration and intensity of precipitation. There was strong wind vertical shear before the occurrence of heavy precipitation, and the wind vertical shear value in the precipitation process was more than 0.2 s-1 as a whole, the enhancement of wind vertical shear would cause the increase of vertical velocity and surface gale. If more than 15 dBZ and less than 10 dBZ were used as the starting and ending signs of precipitation, the wind profile radar reflectivity factor value could more clearly indicate the beginning and end of precipitation than other products. In order to explore the effect of kitchen waste addition ratio on the aerobic co-composting process of chicken manure and wheat straw, different proportions of kitchen waste were added to the mixed system with a dry weight ratio of chicken manure to wheat straw of 1∶ 5, and aerobic co-composting was performed using a forced intermittent ventilation aerobic composting device. The results showed that in the mixed system of chicken manure and wheat straw, when the proportion of kitchen waste was 0. 05 and 1, the com- posting pile entered the high temperature period ( > 50 ℃ ) earlier than other treatments and maintained for 8 days, with higher organic matter removal rate (13. 35% and 18. 20%, respectively) and germination index (116. 3% and 120. 6%, respectively) . When the addition ratio of kitchen waste was higher than 1, the pile achieve the high temperature period was later and the time maintained was shorter. Adding kitchen waste reduced pH and EC value of the pile, and improved the removal rate of organic matter (13. 35% ~ 20. 63% ) . Also, scanning electron microscope showed the straw surface was obviously broken then others. Redundancy analysis ( RDA) showed that pH, zinc, EC were the key environmental factors affecting the changes of GI and VS during composting and showed positive relationship. Objective To investigate the protective effect of P-15 on human osteoarthritic chondrocytes (HC-OA) and its relationship with IncRNA NEATI/SFPQ/RUNX2 axis. Methods Nuclear and cytoplasmic RNAs of HC-OA were isolated, and the distribution of IncRNA NEATI in HC-OA cells was detected by RT-qPCR; HC-OA cells were treated with P-15 and transfected with siRNA NC and siRNA SFPQ, and the expression levels of IncRNA NEATI were detected by RT-qPCR; apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry; and the expression levels of RUNX2, SFPQ, Beclin-1, LC3B and P62 were detected by Western blot. Results IncRNA NEATI was present in both the cytoplasm and nucleus of HC-OA, and was more distributed in the nucleus; P-15 could reduce the intracellular IncRNA NEATI level (P<0.05) and inhibit osteoarthritis chondrocyte apoptosis (P<0.05); P-15 could up- regulate SFPQ expression and inhibit RUNX2 expression by regulating the IncRNA NEATI/SFPQ/RUNX2 axis (P<0.01); P-15 regulated the IncRNA NEATI/SFPQ/RUNX2 axis to promote autophagy in chondrocytes (P<0.05). Conclusion P-15 can regulate IncRNA NEAT1/SFPQ/RUNX2 axis to inhibit HC-OA apoptosis and promote autophagy, and protect chondrocytes from injury. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The objective of this study is to estimate the blasting performance and define the safety distances for precast segmental bridge columns（PSBC）. The constitutive model of concrete and steel bars, the state equation of air and TNT, and the parameters of joints are validated firstly through the explosion tests of cast-in-place（CIP）column and precast columns. Based on the verified parameters, the blast response of PSBC with different connections was analyzed using Autodyn. The analytical results showed that similar punching shear failure at column base occurs when the distance is less than 2 m. When the blasting distance exceeds 3 m, limited slippage occurs in PSBC connected by unbonded tendons and grouted corrugated ducts. On the contrary, typical bending-shear failure is discovered and negligible slippage is observed in partial precast columns. Combined with damage distribution, acceleration history, and stress of steel bars, the collapse can be avoided when explosive distances exceed 3 m. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to prevent the rock slope with faults in Baima iron mine Jijiping stope Irom being unstable by blasting vibration, the wavelet analysis is used to analyze the spectrum energy of blasting seismic waves at on-site monitoring points, and the propagation law of blasting vibration wave of high and steep slope under the influence of faults is obtained・ At the same time, the slope model is established according to the actual slope, and the influence of the deterioration effect of fault rock mass on the dynamic response and damage law of slope under blasting vibration is analyzed・ The results show that: 1) When the blasting seismic wave propagates in the high and steep slope with fault structural plane 9 the fault structural plane has a significant influence on the propagation law of blasting seismic wave in the slope・ 2) When the blasting vibration wave propagates in the fault rock mass, the mechanical strength of the fault rock mass has a significant effect on the propagation of the vibration wave・ The deterioration of mechanical strength of fault rock mass accelerates the attenuation of blasting vibration wave propagation. 目的　了解西宁地区2 730例健康体检者幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori， Hp）感染情况。方法 2021年5 月—2021年12月，通过青海大学附属医院、青海仁济医院、西宁市第一医疗集团总院等14家医疗中心对西宁市新、 老城区健康体检人群进行分层整群抽样，共纳入2 730例西宁地区健康体检者，收集受试者一般资料，采用13C-尿素 呼气试验评价受试者Hp感染情况。多因素logistic回归法分析人群Hp感染危险因素。结果 2 730例受试者Hp感 染率为54. 5%（1 488/2 730）。不同年龄段健康体检人群的Hp感染率具有统计学差异（P<0. 05）。不同民族健康体 检人群 Hp感染率比较，差异有统计学意义（χ2 =16. 32，P=0. 003），藏族人群 Hp感染率显著高于汉族（P<0. 05）。与 居住于老城区的健康体检人群相比，居住于新城区者 Hp感染率更高（P<0. 05）。与无相应习惯的健康体检人群相 比，吸烟、喜食手抓羊肉者Hp感染率较高，差异有统计学意义（P均<0. 05）。20～<36岁、回族、藏族、吸烟、居住于新 城区是西宁地区健康人群Hp感染的独立危险因素（OR=1. 620，1. 323，1. 413，2. 060，1. 318；95% CI 1. 097～2. 393， 1. 028～1. 704，1. 076～1. 854，1. 749～2. 426，1. 119～1. 552，P 均<0. 05）。结论　西宁地区健康人群 Hp 感染率偏 高。20～<36岁、回族、藏族、居住于新城区、吸烟人群Hp感染风险较高。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Huaiqihuang granules in the adjuvant treatment of lupus nephritis and its effects on serum ferritin. METHODS: Prospective study method was adopted, according to the random number table method, 84 patients with lupus nephritis in the hospital from Nov. 2018 to Apr. 2020 were divided into the control group (42 cases, prednisone combined with cyclophosphamide) and the observation group (42 cases, on the basis of the control group supplemented with Huaiqihuang granules). The positive rate of serum antinuclear antibody ( ANA) titer, 24 h urine protein quantification, serum ferritin ( SF), B lymphocyte stimulating factor (BAFF) and inflammatory factor levels before treatment and after 3 months of treatment were compared between two groups. Clinical efficacy and adverse drug reactions were recorded. RESULTS: After treatment of 3 months, the positive rate of ANA titer, 24 h urine protein quantification, serum SF and BAFF levels in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). Compared with before treatment, the serum interferon-γ levels in two groups increased significantly after treatment of 3 months, and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group; after treatment of 3 months, the IL-4 and IL-10 levels in two groups decreased significantly, and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). After treatment of 3 months, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95. 24% (40 / 42), higher than 80. 95% (34 / 42) of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05). The incidence of total adverse drug reactions( gastrointestinal symptoms, leukopenia, alopecia, and abnormal liver function) in the observation group and the control group were respectively 11. 90% (5 / 42) and 14. 29% (6 / 42), with no statistically significant difference ( P > 0. 05 ). CONCLUSIONS: Huaiqihuang granules combined with conventional treatment can significantly reduce the 24 h urine protein quantification of patients with lupus nephritis alleviate the inflammatory state of the body, and also can reduce the serum SF level with higher safety.
