Objective To evaluate the application of multiple interactive teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching and practice. Methods From August 2021 to April 2022, a total of 96 nursing students who participated in the internship in the hospital were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 48 nursing students in each group. The conventional teaching method was used in the control group, while the multiple interactive teaching method was adopted in the observation group. The theoretical knowledge, operational skills and satisfaction with different teaching methods were compared between the two groups, and the application effect of different teaching methods was comprehensively analyzed. Results Scores of theoretical knowledge test and practice skills assessment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0. 01). The score of satisfaction assessment in the observation group was higher than those in the control group, with a significant difference (P<0. 01). Conclusion The multi-interactive teaching model can deepen the learning of theoretical knowledge and improve the comprehensive quality of nursing students. (目的 研究多元互动式教学方法在临床护理教学实践中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年8月—2022年4月在北京中医药大学东方医院实习的96名实习护生为研究对象, 随机分为两组: 对照组48名实习护生, 采用常规方法教学; 观察组48名实习护生, 接受多元互动式教学。对比两组实习护生理论知识和操作技能考核成绩, 评价实习护生对不同教学方法的满意程度, 综合分析不同教学方法的应用效果。结果 观察组护生理论知识和操作技能成绩高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。观察组护生对教学方法的满意度评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 多元互动教学模式可以加深护生对理论知识的学习效果, 提升其综合素质, 教学效果明确。)

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)characteristic nursing combined with Liuzijue Qigong on rehabilitation of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods A total of 80 CHF patients were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. All patients received routine drug therapy during hospitalization. Patients in the control group were give routine care including work-rest schedule, dietary guidance, psychological care and daily care. Patients in the study group were given TCM characteristic nursing combined with Liuzijue Qigong in addition to routine care. The Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire (MLHFQ) was used to measure the patient quality of life, and outcomes of left ventricular ejection fractions (LVEF) and 6-minute walking test were measured and compared between two groups. Results Longer 6MWD and higher LEVF were reported in both groups at three months of intervention, and patients in the study group achieved better outcomes of 6MWD and higher LEVF compared with those in the control group(P<0. 01). The score of MLHFQ decreased in both groups at three months of intervention, and score of MLHFQ in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion The TCM characteristic nursing combined with Liuzijue Qigong is potentially effective to improve the rehabilitation of cardiac function and long-term quality of life in CHF patients. (目的 探讨运用中医特色护理联合六字诀促进慢性心力衰竭患者心功能康复的效果。方法 选取2020年9月—2021年9月住院治疗的慢性心力衰竭患者80例为研究对象, 随机分为研究组和对照组, 各40例。两组患者均接受心力衰竭常规药物治疗。对照组采用常规护理, 指导患者休息与活动, 给予合理饮食指导、心理护理、生活护理等; 研究组在常规护理的基础上给予中医特色护理及气功六字诀指导。采用明尼苏达心力衰竭生活质量调查表(MLHFQ)评估患者生活质量, 记录左室射血分数(LVEF)和六分钟步行试验(6MWD)结果。结果 干预3个月时, 两组6MWD距离和LEVF均较入院时增加, 且研究组6MWD距离和LEVF较对照组改善明显, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。干预3个月时, 两组MLHFQ评分均较入院时降低, 且研究组MLHFQ评分低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0. 01)。结论 中医特色护理联合六字诀能改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能, 减轻临床症状, 提高患者的远期生活质量。)

Electrical equipment is an important power source in the refining workshop of vegetable oil factory. Automatic control instruments can monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rate in the production process,so the control of electrical equipment and automatic control instruments is particularly important. With Siemens S7-1500 PLC as lower computer, WINCC V7.4 as upper computer to build automatic control system for refinining workshop is a relatively advanced control system today. The main parts of the design process of automatic control system in refining workshop were introduced, including control system hardware configuration,automatic control system programming, WINCC V7.4 upper computer monitoring system. The automatic control system can improve the operation efficiency of electrical equipment in refining workshop, optimize production parameters and ensure smooth production.

石蜡加热器是浸出车间石蜡尾气回收工艺中的重要设备,石蜡加热器温度闭环系统是典型的非线性、时变、不确定性系统,难以建立精确的数学模型。为提高石蜡加热器电动调节阀温度闭环控制效果,以检测石蜡加热器的温度偏差(e)和温度偏差变化率(ec)为输入,模糊PID控制器的KP、KI、KD为输出,构造了二输入三输出的模糊PID控制器。以西门子S7-300 PLC为下位机,WINCC组态软件为上位机,采用STEP 7软件编写模糊PID控制的算法程序,并将程序下载到S7-300 PLC存储卡中,利用S7-300 PLC对电动调节阀开度进行调节,从而实现石蜡加热器温度闭环控制。模糊PID控制器应用于浸出车间石蜡加热器温度闭环控制系统可以减少系统超调量,具有响应速度快、稳定性高等优点,提高了石蜡加热器温度闭环控制系统的运行效率。 Paraffin heater is an important equipment of paraffin vent gas recovery process in leaching workshop. The temperature closed-loop system of paraffin heater is a typical nonlinear, time-varying and uncertain system, which is difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model. In order to improve the temperature closed-loop control effect of electric regulating valve of paraffin heater, taking the temperature deviation e and temperature deviation change rate ec of paraffin heater as inputs and KP, KI and KD of fuzzy PID controller as outputs, a two input three output fuzzy PID controller was constructed. Taking Siemens S7-300 PLC as the lower computer and WINCC configuration software as the upper computer, the algorithm program of fuzzy PID control was compiled with STEP 7 software, and the program was downloaded to S7-300 PLC memory card. S7-300 PLC was used to adjust the opening of electric regulating valve, so as to realize the temperature closed-loop control of paraffin heater. The fuzzy PID controller applied to the temperature closed-loop control system of paraffin heater in leaching workshop can reduce the overshoot of the system, and has the advantages of fast response speed and high stability, thus improving the operating efficiency of the temperature closed-loop control system of paraffin heater.

In order to understand the community structure and distribution characteristics of macrobenthic shellfish in the coastal waters of Zhejiang, the fixed-point bottom trawl fishery resources survey was conducted from August 2020 to April 2021. The surveyed sea was divided into two areas, the northern and the southern part in Zhejiang, with 29°N as the boundary. A total of 41 species of shellfish belonging to 25 genera, 25 families and 6 orders were collected and identified. The absolute dominant species in all seasons were Bursa rana and Turritella terebra bacillum. There were obvious regional differences in number of species and shellfish biomass distribution in the north and the south areas during different seasons. The shellfish biomass for spring and autumn was higher than that for summer and winter, and it decreased from the north to south area in other seasons except summer. In summer, differences in the average biomass of shellfish were not found in the north region and the south areas. In terms of diversity analysis, The richness index (D) and the diversity index (H') were the highest in spring and the lowest in summer, and the evenness index (J') was the highest in winter and the lowest in spring. Hierarchical Cluster analysis (Cluster) results showed that the shellfish communities were divided into 3 groups at 60% similarity level in Zhejiang coastal waters. Group Ⅰ was in the southern area in spring, summer and autumn, Group Ⅱ was in the northern area in spring, summer and autumn, and Group Ⅲ was the whole area in the winter, and there were differences in the north and the south areas in spring, summer and autumn. The stress value of non-metric multidimensional analysis was 0.08, which had explanatory significance. CCA analysis showed that depth and bottom sea temperature had significant effects on benthic shellfish distribution. This study can provide some reference for shellfish biodiversity conservation and sustainable use for shellfish resources in the coastal waters of Zhejiang. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper reviewed the nursing management of a patient undergoing Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) ointment application combined with infrared heat lamp for systemic sclerosis. On the basis of routine care, the TCM ointment application combined with infrared-heat therapy was carried out to relieve the clinical symptoms of systemic sclerosis. The Visual Analogue Scale on pain dropped from 7 to 3, and the degree of swelling decreased form grade 2 to grade 0. The TCM ointment application combined with infrared heat lamp therapy displayed a remarkable effect in the treatment of systemic sclerosis and did not show any adverse reactions. (本文回顾1例系统性硬化症患者应用中药膏摩联合红外线烤灯治疗的护理体会。在常规护理的基础上, 给予患者中药膏摩联合红外线烤灯治疗, 以改善患者系统性硬化症症状。干预后患者疼痛、肿胀明显好转, 疼痛评分由7分降低至3分, 肿胀程度从Ⅱ级降至0级。中药膏摩联合红外线烤灯作用直接、效果明显、无不良反应, 对促进患者康复具有积极意义。)

- Abstract
[Objective] To identify siderophilic endophytic bacteria that efficiently promote iron absorption in rice, and to investigate the siderophore-producing capacity and iron absorption promoting effect of different genera of endophytic bacteria from four wild rice. [Method] This study analyzed the siderophore contents of 198 endophytic bacteria isolated from four types of wild rice including Oryza longistaminata, O. rufipogon, O. officinalis, and O. minuta. The 82 strains with highly efficient siderophore-producing ability were screened from 128 strains with siderophore-producing ability. Analysis of the 16S rRNA gene sequences revealed that these 82 strains belonged to 18 different genera or species. Based on their siderophore production abilities, 18 candidate strains were selected to assess their abilities of promoting iron absorption in rice. [Result] The results demonstrated that different genera had varying effects on promoting rice iron absorption, with Bacillus (class), Pseudomonas, and Saccharomycetes showing significant effects. Five high-efficient siderophore producing strains were selected from 18 strains and further confirmed that endophytic bacteria partially restored the iron deficiency phenotype of a rice iron-absorption-deficient mutant (osbhlh156). [Conclusion] This study elucidates that siderophore produced by plant-interacting microorganisms can be utilized by rice, thereby enriching the microbial resources associated with iron absorption in rice. Additionally, it provides valuable bacterial resources and a theoretical basis for promoting iron absorption in rice through rice-microbial interactions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

[ Objective] This study aimed to find differentially expressed genes in preovulatory follicles of Huai pig and Yorkshire pig. [Method]This study collected preovulatory follicles from three Huai pig and three Yorkshire pig, respectively, extracted RNA and established individual independent libraries. RNA-Seq technology was used to conduct high-throughput Transcriptome sequencing of the sample library, and the obtained sequences were analyzed for GO and pathway significance enrichment. [Result] The number of clean reads obtained from Huai pigs was 85 958 912,91 701 082,84 448 828, with effective reads reaching 98. 39%, 98. 59%, and 96. 04%, respectively; the number of clean reads obtained from the large Yorkshire pig was 87 914 166,80 480 542,85 994 612, with effective reads reaching 98. 61%, 96. 95%, and 98. 80%, respectively. The high saturation degree of sequencing demonstrated that the data were realistic and reliable. The results showed that 67 upregulated genes and 54 down regulated genes were screened. GO and Pathway analysis found that differentially expressed genes were enriched in the reproductive, growth, and metabolic processes, as well as the WNT signaling pathway, ovarian steroid production pathway, and steroid biosynthesis pathway. [Conclusion]This study obtained the gene expression profiling of porcine preovulatory follicles and identified novel candidate genes for reproductive traits. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The Huainanzi 淮南子put forward the idea of "qisu 齊俗" (integrating customs) as a response to the issue regarding “the ideal way to coordinate different customs of the whole country.” However, an examination of the arguments advanced in the text reveals that it actually involves two stances: one concerns the coexistence of diverse customs, and the other is about the unification of customs under one umbrella; the former is referred to in this article as “respect for diversity” and the latter as "unification of customs." In the mainstream view of later generations, the prevailing stance on customs in the Huainanzi is "respect for diversity,"; and the concept of "unification of customs"; reflects a misinterpretation of its ideas by scholars. The purpose of this article is threefold: first, to reveal the reality that the two stances on customs in the Huainanzi are concurrent; second, to further clarify the relationship between the two stances based on a proper examination of this reality; and finally, to explore the way in which these two stances were put into practice, with a special focus on the question of how "unifying customs" without domination could be implemented. This article argues that the Huainanzi's stance on customs is to preserve "respect for Diversity" through "unification of customs." For this reason, to simply define the text's stance as "unification of customs" or "respect for diversity" is likely to be biased. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
