Objective To investigate the effect of auricular holographic copper-plate scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy in the treatment of nonspecific low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction type. Methods Totally 90 patients with nonspecific low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction type were randomly divided into the control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. All patients received routine treatment and nursing, and those in the observation received auricular holographic copper-plate scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy for three weeks. The Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) of pain and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome score were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate was 90. 48%(38/42) in the observation group, which was higher than 70. 45%(31/44) in the control group (P＜0. 01). The NRS score and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome score were decreased in both two groups after intervention, and NRS score and Tradition Chinese Medicine syndrome score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The auricular holographic copper-plate scrapping combined with auricular acupoint pressing therapy is effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of nonspecific low back pain of cold-dampness obstruction type (目的 观察耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压改善寒湿痹阻型非特异性腰痛的临床疗效。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年11月医院外科护理门诊收治的寒湿痹阻型非特异性腰痛患者90例, 按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组给予常规治疗和护理, 观察组在对照组基础上给予耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗。两组均治疗3周, 治疗结束后评估患者疼痛改善情况, 对比两组患者疼痛程度评分量表(NRS)及中医腰痛症候评分。结果 共脱落4例患者, 最终观察组纳入42例, 对照组纳入44例。观察组总有效率90. 48%(38/42), 高于对照组的70. 45%(31/44), 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。治疗后两组NRS评分及腰痛中医症候评分相比治疗前降低, 且治疗后观察组NRS评分及腰痛中医证候评分均低于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳部全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴压豆能有效改善寒湿痹阻型非特异性腰痛患者的症状。)

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with chronic heart failure of yang deficiency and water accumulation treated with ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application umbilical therapy. Based on the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory of Nourishing Yang in Spring and Summer, the ginger-partitioned moxibustion combined with acupoint application umbilical therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing intervention on medication, dietary and emotion were carried out to relieve the concomitant symptoms of chronic heart failure, improve the exercise tolerance and quality of life. (本文总结1例阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者应用“春夏养阳”理论行隔姜灸联合穴位贴敷脐疗的护理经验。基于“春夏养阳”理论, 实施隔姜灸联合穴位贴敷脐疗中医特色技术, 并配合常规生活起居、用药、饮食、情志等护理措施, 有效缓解患者伴随症状, 提高了运动耐量, 改善了生活质量。)

目的　探讨孕早期血清低氧诱导因子1α (HIF-1α) 水平对高原地区孕妇子痫前期的预测价值。方法　选 择世居西藏自治区那曲市索县孕妇307例, 所有研究对象于妊娠 11～13+6 周, 采用 ELISA 法检测血清HIF-1α。对研 究对象随访至产后42 d, 记录研究对象子痫前期以及妊娠期高血压的发生情况, 根据诊断结果将研究对象分为子痫 前期组、妊娠期高血压组及正常组。绘制受试者工作特征 (ROC) 曲线分析孕早期血清HIF-1α水平对高原地区孕妇 子痫前期的预测价值。结果 307 例高原地区孕妇中发生子痫前期 25 例 (子痫前期组), 发生妊娠期高血压 35 例 (妊娠期高血压组), 未发生子痫前期及妊娠期高血压247例 (正常组) 。三组年龄、采血时孕周、BMI、产次比较差异 均无统计学意义 (P均>0. 05), 子痫前期组血清HIF-1α水平高于妊娠期高血压组及正常组 (P均<0. 05) 。ROC曲线 分析结果显示, 血清 HIF-1α 水平预测高原地区孕妇子痫前期的曲线下面积为 0. 977, 敏感度及特异度分别为 88. 0%、99. 3%。结论　孕早期血清HIF-1α水平对高原地区孕妇子痫前期具有良好的预测价值, 可为高原地区孕妇 子痫前期的早期预测提供参考。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

为提高耦合波导系统的透明度,文章重点分析了波导损耗、非线性以及周期调制参数对系统性能的影响。在弱波导理论近似下,采用龙格-库塔算法数值求解非线性薛定谔方程,发现随着耦合波导损耗的增大,输入波导的透明度表现出先衰减而后增强的反直觉现象。进一步研究表明,提高输入波导的非线性强度,可以有效地提高输入波导中的光强分布,表现为光信号透明度的增强,该研究结论对于普通耦合系统和周期调制系统具有普适性。因此,提高输入波导的非线性,增强耦合波导的损耗,并对输入波导进行适当的周期调制,可以获得最大的透明度。

With the successive entry of coal mines into deep mining in China, the complex stress environment of three heighs and one disturbance makes the structure of deep coal rock mass tend to be broken into blocks, and the interface of coal rock blocks is mostly a structural surface with inclination angles. Under the impact disturbance action, the coal rock block is prone to instability and slip along the coal rock interface, inducing ultra-low friction impact pressure. Using finite difference software, a sandstone-coal-sandstone composite block model is established, and the horizontal displacement and acceleration amplitude of the working block are used as the parameters for the ultra-low friction effect of the block, and the changes of the ultra-low friction effect characteristic parameters of the working block are simulated when the coal-rock combination block with different inclination angles is disturbed by the impact effect. Considering the influence of inclination size, loading mode, impact amplitude, horizontal impact delay time and other factors, the influence law of ultra-low friction effect of combined blocks containing inclination coal rocks is obtained. The results show that the larger the inclination angle of the coal rock block under dynamic load disturbance, the greater the acceleration peak, the more obvious the displacement shift, and the more significant the ultra-low friction effect. With the increase of vertical disturbance amplitude, the acceleration oscillation of the working block becomes more intense, the equilibrium convergence time is prolonged, and the vertical disturbance is always the main factor inducing ultra-low friction effect. Under the combined effect of vertical disturbance and horizontal impact, the ultra-low friction effect intensity of the monitoring points at the bottom, middle and top of the model increased sequentially, and with the increase of inclination, the displacement difference continued to expand. The degree of displacement oscillation of the working block increases with the increase of the horizontal impact delay period, and in the same displacement oscillation cycle, the peak point horizontal impact is more prone to ultra-low friction effect than the mean point and the trough point horizontal impact. 采用周期调制技术,系统研究了线形和正三角形结构的三光纤耦合系统中光信号传输量子特性的差别。在紧束缚近似下,得到三光纤耦合系统中光信号传输的耦合模方程组,并对不同系统参数对一些重要量子现象的影响进行了仿真。仿真结果表明,结构不同会导致量子隧穿及相干隧穿破坏等量子特性的改变,从而影响光信号能量分布及震荡频率。研究结果对设计新型的光交叉连接器等光纤器件有指导意义。
