The Yangtze and Cathaysian blocks began to collide and form the South China block in the Neoproterozoic Era. The South China block underwent multiple complex tectonic magmatic activities. The study of crust thickness and stratification structure of South China block is helpful to further understand the history of the collision of South China plate. It is instructive to the related large-scale diagenesis and mineralization in Mesozoic. This paper is based on 16 months continuous waveform data of vertical component recorded by 162 broadband fixed stations on the southwest edge of the South China, and empirical Green functions are extracted by ambient noise cross-correlation technology. Surface wave tomography is carried out. Rayleigh wave phase velocity maps of 3-45 s and S-wave velocity(VS )structures of crust and uppermost mantle above 50 km are obtained. VS slices at different depths show that the crustal thickness of the Yangtze block is generally greater than that of the Cathaysian block. There is a significant velocity difference between the middle-lower crust and the uppermost mantle at a depth of more than 20 km. The boundary between high and low velocity anomalies is roughly located to the west of the Chenzhou-Linwu fault(CLF). The three VS profiles across the CLF further show that the upper crustal thrust faults represented by the CLF and the NWW trending faults of the middle-lower crust all converge in the brittle-ductile transition zone with low velocity of the middle crust. It is speculated that these structures may be the thrust structures formed by the collision of the Yangtze and Cathaysian blocks. Under the Yanshanian extensional setting, they were further reactivated into crustal or supracrustal scale detachment faults. Geological and geophysical data indicate that the CLF is the tectonic boundary of the Yangtze and Cathaysian blocks in southwestern margin of South China, and the upper and lower crust of the latter might have been decoupled during the collision period between the Yangtze and Cathaysian blocks. Objective To understand the epidemic situation of brucellosis in these areas, so as to provide a reference for clinical early prevention and diagnosis through the epidemiological analysis of brucellosis in some areas of Yunnan. Methods The epidemiology and clinical manifestations of brucellosis patients treated in Kunming Third People's Hospital from November 2020 to February 2022 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The 175 cases were mainly in Kunming (41.71%)and Qujing (38.86%)；The age was concentrated in 41～60 years old (53.14%), and the ratio of men and women was 2.13∶1. Cattle and sheep breeders were more common (65.71%)；Most of them entered the living environment of cattle and sheep for a long time (99.43%)；The peak incidence was from October to December (36.57%). Fever accounted for 67.43%, night sweat 82.29%, joint pain 85.71% (low back pain 60.00%). 1.14% had no clinical symptoms. Spinal lesions accounted for 90.48% of complications. Test tube agglutination test (SAT) was positive in all patients, and the titer was between 1∶50++～1∶3 200. The positive rate of Brucella Maltese cultured in blood was 39.43% (69 / 175 cases)；The positive rate of bone marrow culture was 38.55% (32 / 83 cases）. Conclusion This group of cases mainly comes from Kunming and Qujing areas, which often occur from October to December. They are mainly infected in the living environment of cattle and sheep. Display positioning fixture is the key equipment on the display assembly line, which plays an important role in realizing the automatic assembly of display. In this paper, a pair of centering positioning mechanisms for the crank slider is designed for the display positioning fixture. In order to improve the positioning accuracy and versatility of the fixture, the crank slider mechanism is optimized by the penalty function method, MATLAB is used to simulate it, and the key components are optimized by finite element method. The results show that the slider has a certain stroke in the process of clamping and positioning the components, and is affected by the length of the crank, the length of the connecting rod and the minimum transmission angle. When the length of the crank and the length of the connecting rod are 300 mm and 500 mm, respectively, the general performance of the mechanism is the best. Finally, the key components are optimized and analyzed by the finite element method, and the optimal results are obtained, so that the positioning accuracy of the centering positioning mechanism reaches 0.38 mm.
