[Purpose/Significance] The construction of special subject library is the result of the librarianship development and innovation in academic libraries. In recent years, more and more special subject libraries have been built. This paper aims to provide reference for the construction of a special subject library in colleges and universities. [Methods/Process] Using the literature review method and the typical case analysis method, based on the analysis of the status quo of the domestic special subject library construction, this paper takes the Shenzhen Uni versity Town Library Law Research Center as an example to introduce its construction background, its construction and analyze its characteristics. [Results/Conclusions] The construction of special subject libraries helps to promote the core competitiveness of university libraries in terms of resource and service. In the construction of special subject libraries, university libraries are suggested to actively seek opportunities, determine library themes, cooperate with external departments in library construction, strengthen publicity and guidance, and build a three-dimensional service system. In recent years, more and more cities are building libraries with dual functions of academic libraries and public libraries. Among them. Shenzhen University Town Library, also as Shenzhen Science and Technology Library, was one of the earliest to take roles of both academic library and public library in China. On the basis of interpreting the advantages and characteristics of the dual-function library of Shenzhen University Town Library, the article sorts out and analyzes the construction of its dual-function service model and hopes to provide reference for the construction of dual-function libraries in China. Objective　To investigate the effect of different doses of Solina xin combined with Xingpi Yanger granule on primary nocturnal enuresis （PNE） in children. Methods　From March 2018 to January 2020，120 PNE children admitted to Pediatric Internal Medical Department in The Third People’s Hospital of Hubei province Yichang city were selected as the study subjects. The patients were divided into Group A （40 cases， low-dose Solina Xinlianxingpi Yanger granule），group B （ 40 cases， medium-dose Solina Xinlianxingpi Yanger granule），and group C （40 cases， high-dose Solina Xinlianxingpi Yanger granule） by using the random number table method. The clinical efficacy of the three groups was compared. Bladder volume and bladder volume wall thickness index （BVWI） before and after the treatment were compared among the 3 groups. The relapses of the 3 groups were compared. The occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment was compared among the 3 groups. Results　There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the 3 groups （P > 0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in bladder volume and BVWI among the 3 groups before the treatment （P > 0.05）. Bladder volume was significantly increased after the treatment compared with that before the treatment in the 3 groups （P < 0.05），and BVWI was significantly decreased after the treatment compared with that before the treatment （P < 0.05）. There were no statistically significant differences in bladder volume and BVWI among the 3 groups after the treatment （P > 0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate after 3 months and 6 months of treatment among the 3 groups （P > 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in group C was higher than that in group A and group B （P < 0.05），and the incidence of adverse reactions in group B was higher than that in group A （P > 0.05）. Conclusion　Low， medium and high doses of Solinaxin combined with Xingpi Yanger Granule have similar effects on the treatment of PNE in children， both of which can improve the bladder function of children， and have little influence on the recurrence rate. However， high dose solinazine can significantly increase the occurrence of adverse reactions， so it is recommended to select low dose solinazine clinically for safety reasons. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective To investigate the influence of the post stroke depression (PSD) on cognitive function in patients with stroke and their correlation, and to evaluate the diagnosis value of P300 cognitive function in patients with PSD. Methods One hundred and seventeen cases of inpatient with acute stroke in neurology medicine were continuously observed and were scored using HAMD rating scale at the onset of 2 weeks. And 53 cases of PSD and 64 cases of non-post- stroke depression (NPSD) were scored using MMSE score and P300 determination respectively,and the results were compared. Results The incidence of PSD was 45.29% (53/117) at the 2 weeks after stroke, including 35 cases (29.91%) of mild depression, 11 cases (9.40%) of medium degree depression and 7 cases (5.98%) of major depression. Compared with NPSD group, the P300 latency period of PSD group was significantly prolonged ( < 0.01), and the amplitude significantly reduced (P < 0.01) . The MMSE score difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05) in the two groups. Conclusion The PSD is given priority to with mild-to-moderate depression,and the cognitive function damage in patients with PSD are more obvious than that in NPSD group. P300 determination can be used as the evaluation indicator of diagnosis cognitive function in patients with PSD. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
