【目的】探讨海马养生液延缓衰老的作用。【方法】采用果蝇生存实验及大鼠抗氧化作用实验方法。果蝇喂饲分量的质量分数为 0. 78%, 2. 33%, 7%, 14%; 老龄大鼠实验剂量为 0. 58 g/kg, 1. 17 g/kg, 3. 50 g/kg。【结果】海马养生液能明显延长果蝇的平均寿命和平均最 高寿命,降低受试大鼠血清中过氧化脂质降解产物丙二醛(MDA)含量,增高血清中超氧化物歧化酶( SOD)活力。【结论】海马养生液具有延缓 衰老的作用。

The purpose of this experiment was to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of Clostridium butyricum on immune function, antioxidant capacity and mRNA expression of intestinal tight junction protein in broilers challenged with lipopolysaccharide (LPS). A total of 256 one-day-old male healthy AA broilers were selected for a 2×2 factorial experimental design with two dietary levels [basal diet and C. butyricum supplementation at 1 g/kg of feed (viable bacteria number: 1× 108 CFU/g] and two stress treatments (saline and LPS injection). The experiment was divided into four treatments, with 8 replicates per group and eight broilers per replicate. The experiment lasted for 21 days. The results showed that LPS stimulation significantly increased plasma Immunoglobulin A (IgA) and Immunoglobulin M (IgM) levels (P<0.05) and significantly reduced the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), and catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in the jejunal mucosa of broilers (P<0.05), while dietary C. butyricum supplementation significantly increased the jejunal T-AOC and the activity of CAT, GSH-Px, and SOD (P<0.05). The significant interaction of LPS stimulation and C. butyricum supplementation was observed on the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in jejunum. C. butyricum supplementation significantly reduced the increase in MDA content of broiler jejunum caused by LPS stimulation (P<0.05). LPS stimulation significantly increased the mRNA expression of intestinal interferon-γ (IFN-γ) and interleukin-22 (IL-22) in broilers (P<0.05), and dietary C. butyricum supplementation significantly increased the mRNA expression of IL-22 (P<0.05). LPS stimulation significantly reduced the relative mRNA expression of Claudin-1 and ZO-2 (P<0.05) in the jejunum, and significantly increased the Claudin-2 mRNA expression (P<0.05), while C. butyricum supplementation significantly increased the ZO-2 mRNA expression (P<0.05). The interaction between LPS stimulation and C. butyricum supplementation was observed on the Occludin and ZO-1 mRNA expression. C. butyricum supplementation significantly upregulated the reduced Occludin and ZO-1 mRNA expression caused by LPS stimulation (P<0.05). In conclusion, dietary addition of 1 g/kg of C. butyricum (viable bacteria number: 1×108 CFU/g) improved the intestinal antioxidant function and maintained the intestinal barrier function in broilers challenged with LPS. The traditional matrix factorization algorithm uses all the training data as a whole to obtain user interest features from the perspective of time, ignoring the drift of user interest. To address this problem, this paper proposed a recommendation algorithm based on state space model and probability matrix factorization. Firstly, this method mapped the matrix factorization of user interest feature vector and user rating data into linear Gaussian state space. Then, it used EM algorithm and Kalman filter to solve the model parameters dynamically. Finally, it obtained the user interest feature vector to confirm whether the user interest drifts or not, and made the recommendation. The experiments demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can better perceive user interest drift and improve the recommendation quality compared with the traditional matrix factorization algorithm. Spare parts were typically demanded in an intermittent fashion，the two fundamental reasons of the predicted deviation were historical data confusion and demand cause unknown. This paper presented a new method of historical data reconstruction, and the influence factors of spare parts demand suitable for discrete manufacturing enterprise. In influence factors recognition，this paper proposed seven influence factors of spare parts from four aspects，own situation of spare parts，equipment operation，the operators quality and unexpected accident，then through the grey correlation analysis for factors screening. Finally，the prediction results are obtained by SVR，and through a series of data validation proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the whole method. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
