- Abstract
Maximum likelihood estimation and Bayesian analysis are exploited to study the quantum phase estimation in a twin-Fock state input Mach-Zehnder (M-Z) interferometer. After the theoretical and numerical calculation of particle-number difference measurement and parity measurement at the output of M-Z interferometer, the Bayesian analysis combined with particle-number difference measurement is found to be the best scheme for the optimal phase estimation, and the precision attains the quantum measurement limit given by quantum Cramer-Rao Lower Bound in full phase space. Meanwhile, the number of sample needed in Bayesian analysis is less than Maximum likelihood estimation. In the study of parity measurement, Bayesian analysis is found unsuitable for phase estimation, but Maximum likelihood estimation is good. With the Monte Carlo simulation of the specific phase estimation, the theoretical result is verified, i.e., the precision of phase estimation will change with the change of estimated θ0. BACKGROUND: It has been found that the mechanical properties of nano-hydroxyapatite can be improved by doping zinc ions in nano-hydroxyapatite. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the biological properties of nano-hydroxyapatite ceramic scaffold mixed with different concentrations of zinc oxide, and to study the effects of the scaffold on the biological behavior of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts. METHODS: Nano-hydroxyapatite ceramic scaffolds containing different mass fractions (0%, 0.5%, 1.5%, 2.5%, 3.5%) of zinc oxide were prepared by a chitin gel system to characterize the physical properties of scaffolds. The five groups of nano-hydroxyapatite-zinc oxide composite scaffolds were co-cultured with MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts. Calcein AM/PI staining, CCK-8 assay, CellTiter LumiTM Luminescent assay, alkaline phosphatase activity detection, alizarin red staining, and quantitative analysis of calcium ions were detected. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Under a scanning electron microscope, the surface of the nano-hydroxyapatite-zinc oxide composite scaffolds had three dimensional perforated pores. The pore size of the composite scaffolds was uniform, ranging from 300 to 400 μm, and the porosity was above 70%. With the increase of the mass fraction of zinc oxide, the compressive strength of the composite scaffold increased gradually. (2) Calcein-AM/PI staining showed no obvious cytotoxicity in the five groups, and the survival rate of cells in the 2.5% group was higher than that in the 0% group (P < 0.05). CCK-8 assay and CellTiter-LumiTM luminescent assay showed that cell proliferation and activity of each group were in the order from strong to weak: 2.5% group >1.5% group > 0.5% group > 0% group > 3.5% group. The order of alkaline phosphatase activity from high to low was 2.5% group > 1.5% group > 3.5% group > 0.5% group > 0% group. Alizarin red staining and quantitative analysis of calcium ions showed that the formation ability of cell mineralized nodules was in the order of 2.5% group > 1.5% group > 0.5% group > 3.5% group > 0% group from strong to weak. (3) The results showed that zinc oxide doping improved the mechanical properties of nano-hydroxyapatite scaffolds and promoted the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts, among which the composite scaffolds doped with 2.5% zinc oxide had the best proliferation and differentiation ability of osteoblasts. 4. 两种麻醉方式对经尿道膀胱肿瘤 电切术患者闭孔神经反射和术后恢复的影响.

- Abstract
To observe the effects of ultrasound-guided modified obturator nerve block (ONB) combined with remazolam anesthesia on obturator nerve reflex (ONR) and postoperative recovery of patients with transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT). Methods One hundred patients with bladder tumor admitted to Qinhuangd ao Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were treated with TURBT. They were divided into conventional group (intraspinal anesthesia + traditional ONB anesthesia) and ultrasound group (intraspinal anesthesia improved ONB combined with remidazolam anesthesia under ultrasound guidance) with 50 cases in each according to different ONB methods. Perioperative indexes, hemodynamic indexes at different time points, intraoperative ONR occur- rence, complications and adverse anesthesia reactions were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with conventional group, ONB time, operation time, catheter indwelling time and hospital stay were shortened, and intraoperative blood loss was decreased in ultrasound group (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group at 30 min after administration (T1) and at the end of operation (T2), the mean arterial pressure (MAP) and oxygen saturation (SaO) were increased in the ultrasound group (P<0.05). Compared with the conventional group, the incidence of ONR and bladder bleeding was decreased, and the incidence of postoperative bradycardia, nausea and vomiting were decreased in the ultrasound group (P<0.05). Conclusions Ultrasound-guided modified ONB combined with remazolam anesthesia can effectively improve perioperative indexes of TURBT, reduce intraoperative ONR and bladder bleeding, and have little influence on hemodynamics with few postoperative adverse anesthesia reactions. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the effects of Jieyu Chufa decoction combined with acupuncture on the scores of self-rating anxiety scale ( SAS), self-rating depression scale ( SDS), Chinese version of fatigue scale for evaluation of cancer treatment function ( FACT-F) and the expression levels of serum C-reactive protein ( CRP ), interleukin-6 (IL-6), soluble tumor necrosis factor receptor-1 (sTNF-R1) in patients with cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy for breast cancer. METHODS: A total of 117 patients cancer-related fatigue after chemotherapy for breast cancer admitted into the hospital from Jul. 2019 to Jul 2022 were selected to be divided into 58 cases in the control group ( given conventional symptomatic treatment after chemotherapy) and 59 cases in the observation group (given Jieyu Chufa decoction combined with acupuncture after chemotherapy) via the random number table method. The course of treatment was 3 weeks. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) syndrome integrals (amnesia, mental fatigue, insomnia and dreaminess, anenergia), serological indicators (CRP, IL-6 and sTNF-R1), SAS, SDS and FACT-F scores of two groups were observed, and the incidences of adverse drug reactions were recorded. RESULTS: The clinical total effective rate of the observation group was 94. 92% (56 / 59), higher than that of the control group (65. 52%, 38 / 58), with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). After treatment, the TCM syndrome integrals such as amnesia, mental fatigue, insomnia and dreaminess and anenergia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). After treatment, the expression levels of CRP, IL-6 and sTNF-R1 were lower in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the scores of SAS, SDS and FACT-F in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P < 0. 05 ). The incidences of adverse drug reactions of control group and observation group were respectively 5. 17% (3 / 58) and 8. 47% (5 / 59), the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0. 05). In electronic systems, the problem faced by high-speed circuit design ultimately lies in noise. In the actual high-speed circuit design and production process, there are many factors that can cause problems with signal integrity and power integrity, such as deviations between simulation models and actual PCBs, unreasonable designs, and errors generated during PCB board manufacturing. To address these issues, we conduct research on the analysis and optimization of power switch noise coupling interference on high-speed signals. We first introduce the theory of signal integrity and power integrity, and then conduct theoretical analysis, oscilloscope testing analysis, Cadence simulation analysis, and optimization verification on a case where power switch noise coupling interference affects high-speed signals in a motherboard design process. Aim To investigate the effect of jaranol on platelet derived growth factor-BB (PDGF-BB)-induced proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cell(VSMC) as well as its possible mechanism. Methods Human aortic vascular smooth muscle cells (HA-VSMC)were treated with 25 μg/L PDGF-BB to induce proliferation and migration. The cells were divided into normal control group (NC group), PDGF-BB group, PDGF-BB+jaranol (10, 20 and 40 μmol/L) group, DMSO group. Cell counting Kit-8 (CCK-8) assay was used to assess proliferation ability of HA-VSMC, and Transwell assay was used to examin the migration ability of HA-VSMC. Western blot was used to detect the expression of autophagy related proteins including p62, LC3, mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR) and phosphorylated mTOR (p-mTOR). Results After treatment with PDGF-BB, the proliferation and migration ability of HA-VSMC was notably upregulated (P<0. 01), while jaranol showed a significant and concentration-dependent inhibition effect on PDGF-BB-induced proliferation and migration of HA-VSMC (P<0. 05). Western blot results showed that compared with the PDGF-BB group, the protein expression levels of LC3Ⅰ and mTOR were significantly decreased in PDGF-BB+jaranol (40 μmol/L) group (P<0. 05); The expression levels of LC3Ⅱ/LC3Ⅰ, p62 and p-mTOR proteins were significantly increased (P <0. 05), and the effect of jaranol(40 μmol/L) and compound C on AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway of HA-VSMC induced by PDGF-BB was consistent. Conclusion Jaranol can inhibit the abnormal proliferation and migration of HA-VSMC invoked by PDGF-BB, its mechanism may be related to its inhibition effect of PDGF-BB-induced au tophagy of HA-VSMC by regulating AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway. - Abstract
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the single-layer reticulated shell of the LNG storage tank dome under seismic load, 3D3S software was used for modeling, and the finite element analysis software ANSYS was used for modal analysis and seismic time history analysis of the single-layer reticulated shell, so as to obtain the vibration characteristics and dynamic response law of the structure itself. The results show that the natural frequencies of the two adjacent orders of the dome reticulated shell are similar, and the deformation of the reticulated shell is symmetrical. The shape and frequency of seismic waves have a great influence on the shape of the time-history curve of the node displacement and the time-history curve of the axial force of the rod. The dynamic response of the structure is the largest under the action of artificial waves. Multiple seismic waves should be selected for envelope analysis of the reticulated shell structure. Under the same seismic excitation in the first 10 seconds, the vector span ratio has a great influence on the dynamic response of the structure. When the vector span ratio is 5/36, the structural deformation is the smallest and the most stable. The node displacement of the whole structure is obviously greater than that of the single reticulated shell structure. The influence of the substructure on the dynamic performance of the reticulated shell should be considered when designing the reticulated shell structure. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Aiming at the problem of bearing-only target steering maneuver detection, a multi-platform bearing-only target maneuver detection algorithm based on heading estimation is proposed. The algorithm selects the sequence of hypothetical maneuvering points, solves the two target motion elements before and after the hypothetical maneuvering point, and determines whether the target maneuvers according to the change of the sequence of the heading difference of the adjacent segments solved. Based on the Taylor series element solution model, a joint solution model of two motion elements and an independent solution model of two motion elements were established. The false alarm rate, target maneuver detection rate, maneuver detection delay time and maneuver time estimation accuracy of the maneuver detection algorithm under these two solution models are statistically analyzed. Objective: To influencing factors on prognosis of patients with exertional heat stroke (EHS), and to analyze the predictive value of serum tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high mobility group protein 1 (HMGB1) and CC-like chemokine 5 (CCL5) at admission on the risk of death of patients with EHS. Methods: 50 patients with EHS who were admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to April 2022 were selected, and serum TNF-α, HMGB1 and CCL5 levels at admission were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.With recovery or death as the observation end point, patients were divided into survival group (32 cases) and death group (18 cases), and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of patients’ prognosis. The predictive value of serum TNF-α,HMGB1 and CCL5 on the risk of death was analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results: The TNF-α, HMGB1and CCL5 levels in the death group were higher than those in the survival group (P<0.05) . Body temperature, heart rate, Acute physiology and chronic health scoring system II (APACHE II) score, blood sodium, blood potassium, blood calcium, myoglobin, alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), urea nitrogen, creatinine and total bilirubin levels in death group were higher than those in survival group. Systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and finger pulse oxygen were lower than those in survival group (P<0.05) . Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that higher levels of TNF-α, HMGB1 and CCL5 at admission were risk factors for death of patients with EHS (P<0.05) . ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve (0.95CI) of combined detection of serum TNF-α, HMGB1 and CCL5 at admission to predict the risk of death was 0.869 (0.739~0.975), indicated a good prediction efficiency. Conclusion: High levels of serum TNF-α, HMGB1 and CCL5 at admission are adverse factors for the prognosis of patients with EHS, and combined detection of these three indicators has certain predictive value for the risk of death of patients. 13. TAPP 与 TEP 治疗成人腹股沟疝的效果及对预后恢复的影响.

Objective: To compare the effects of transabdominal preperitoneal (TAPP) repair and totally extraperitoneal prosthesis (TEP) in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia, and their influence on recovery. Methods: A total of 80 adult patients with inguinal hernia admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into TAPP group (n=38) and TEP group (n=42) according to the random number table method, receiving TAPP and TEP, respectively. The intraoperative and postoperative conditions (operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, activity recovery time, pain degree), as well as the condition of spermatic vessels were compared between the two groups. The incidence of postoperative complications was calculated. Results: The operation time, postoperative hospital stay, activity recovery time and intraoperative blood loss of TEP group were shorter/less than those of TAPP group (P<0.05). The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) scores of the two groups were reduced after treatment (P<0.05), but there was no significant difference in the VAS score at each time point (P>0.05). There was no significant difference in the diameter and blood flow velocity of spermatic vein between the two groups before operation (P>0.05). 4 weeks after operation, the diameter of spermatic vein was increased, and the blood flow velocity of spermatic vein was reduced in the two groups. The two indicators in TEP group were better than those in TAPP group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in TAPP group (7.89%) was slightly lower than that in TEP group (9.52%) (t=0.066, P=0.797). Conclusion: Both TAPP and TEP are safe in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia, but patients recover quickly after TEP. The latter causes less impact on the spermatic vein. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective: To characterize the resting-state brain activity features of patients with schizophrenia using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging. Methods: Thirty-nine patients with schizophrenia meeting the criteria of the Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition(DSM-IV) and 50 normal controls were included this study. The amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation and fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation in slow-5 and slow-4 were calculated The Positive and Negative Symptoms Scale(PANSS) was used to assess the illness severity in patients with schizophrenia. RESTplus software was adopted to calculate amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations. Results: In slow-5, the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation value in the right lingual gyrus of patients with schizophrenia was higher than that in normal controls, and the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation/fractional amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation of the left putamen was higher than that in normal controls.In slow-4, the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation values of left calcarine, right lingual gyrus and right inferior occipital gyrus in the patients with schizophrenia was lower than than that in normal controls, while the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation values of right putamen and left inferior temporal gyrus was higher than that in normal controls(P <0.001). The amplitude of low-frequency fluctuation values of left putamen were positively correlated with PANSS total scores(r=0.35, P <0.05) and positive scores in Slow-5(r=0.38, P <0.05). Conclusion: It suggests that the resting state brain activity in patients with schizophrenia be abnormal in different frequency bands. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

After filtration, the resin was de-boronized, the pH was adjusted to 9,and the filtration volume was 800 mL, and shaken at 25 ℃ and 150 r/min for 20 min. To meet the requirement of re-dispensing after fracturing rejection. The results laid the foundation for the field experiment of fracture rejection fluid treatment and reuse technology. 16. 预防性拔除下颌第三磨牙牙胚的临床研究.

- Abstract
Objective·To study the short-term and long-term clinical effect of preventive extraction of mandibular third molar (M3M) germ with impaction tendency. Methods·From September 2018 to April 2020, 21 cases of M3M germs with impaction tendency were included in the experimental group at the Department of Oral Surgery, Shanghai Ninth People's Hospital, Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. At the same time, 21 adult M3Ms which were completely impacted were included as the control group. M3Ms were extracted by ultrasonic osteotome and turbine drill. The patients were followed up 1 d, 3 d, 7 d, 3 months and 6 months after surgery. The surgery time, bone defect depth (BDD), probing depth (PD), plaque index (PLI), gingival index (GI), pain degree (visual analog score, VAS), degree of swelling, mouth opening restriction degree, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. IBM SPSS statistics 25 software was used for statistical analysis, and the quantitative data were expressed in x±s. The independent sample t-test or Mann-Whitney U test was used for the comparison between the two groups in primary and secondary outcomes. Kruskal-Wallis H test was used to analyze the intragroup changes of the primary outcomes, and Mann-Whitney U test was used for further pairwise comparison within the group. Statistical significance was accepted at a value of P<0.05. Results·The surgery time of the experimental group was (7.62±1.50) min and that of the control group was (10.76±2.21) min. There was a significant difference in the surgery time between two groups (P=0.000). The BDD of the experimental group was (0.65±0.33) mm and that of the control group was (2.49±1.37) mm at 6 months after surgery. There were significant differences in BDD, PD, PLI and GI between the two groups at 6 months after surgery (P=0.000, P=0.012, P=0.011, P=0.042). The BDD of the two groups at 6 months after surgery was significantly higher than that at baseline, and the difference was statistically significant (P= 0.009, P=0.000). There was a significant difference in VAS between the two groups at 3 d after surgery (P=0.044). At each followup period after surgery, there was a significant difference in the degree of swelling between the two groups (P=0.005, P=0.031, P= 0.019). In the control group, 1 case of inferior alveolar nerve injury occurred, and the other patients did not have adverse reactions such as bleeding, nerve injury, dry socket disease, etc. Conclusion·Preventive extraction of M3M germ with impaction tendency can shorten the surgery time, and reduce postoperative reaction, which can obtain better long-term clinical effect compared with adult impacted M3M extraction. - Abstract

Objectives: The problem of missing data in the monthly nocturnal visible infrared imaging radiometer suite (VIIRS) remote sensing images has become one of the limitations for application. Exploring practical data processing methods to obtain high ‑ quality spatiotemporal continuous VIIRS monthly image data has become necessary for night time light remote sensing research. Methods: A spatiotemporal interpolation method of image elements using the correlation of feature proximity relationship is proposed. The image element data with good consistency of temporal variation is used as the reference for spatial interpolation. The monthly data with good consistency of spatial relationship is used as the reference for temporal interpolation, and the spatiotemporal interpolation of the image element to be interpolated is obtained by constructing different convolution kernels to convolve the preliminary interpolation results in temporal and spatial dimensions, respectively. Results: Taking the monthly night time light remote sensing image restoration of Jiangsu Province in 2015 as an example, we compare and analyze the spatiotemporal interpolation methods in different dimensions. Compared with the three Hermit interpolations, the maximum relative error of the monthly image light brightness sum, the relative error of the annual image light brightness sum, and the image‑by‑image difference obtained by the spatiotemporal interpolation method are significantly reduced. Conclusions: The proposed spatiotemporal interpolation method takes both the temporal trend smoothness and spatial structure stability of VIIRS data into account in the interpolation process, and the image interpolation accuracy is significantly improved. The Shaker family genes play an important role in plant response to low potassium environment stress and salt stress. Pyrus betulifolia is a widely used rootstock in pear production in China. Identification of the Shaker gene family and its response to low potassium and salt stress in P.betulifolia were carried out in order to provide theoretical basis for improving the tolerance of pear to low potassium and salt stress. [Methods]Based on the published data of pear genome and Arabidopsis genome, the members of PbShaker gene family were identified and their evolutionary characteristics were analyzed. The gene expression characteristics in roots under potassium deficiency and salt stress were analyzed by RT-qPCR. [Results] The nine candidate genes of Shaker family were identified in the whole genome. These genes were distributed on seven chromosomes of pear, and they were divided into five subfamilies(Ⅰ-Ⅴ)according to evolutionary analysis. The amino acid sequence size, molecular weight and isoelectric point of the family members ranged from 587 to 1 481, (67.91-168.80)×10³ and 6.23 to 8.80. Subcellular localization prediction showed that the family members were mainly located in the plasma membrane. Gene structure analysis showed that each subgroup had similar exon/intron structure, but the number of exons and introns was different. The results of cis-acting elements analysis showed that the promoter of PbShaker contained cis-acting elements related to antioxidants, low temperature, hormones and drought stress. The expression levels of PbAKT1.1, PbAKT2/3 and PbKC1.2 in roots were significantly up-regulated under low potassium stress for 15 days, while the expression levels of all genes were significantly up-regulated under salt stress. The expression levels of PbAKT1.1/1.2 and PbKC1.1 under mild salt stress were higher than those under severe salt stress, indicating that the transcription abundance of PbAKT1.1/1.2 and PbKC1.2 increased with the increase of salt stress. [Conclusions] PbShaker family members had different responses to low potassium and salt stress, indicating that they might have different mechanisms in low potassium and salt tolerance, which provided a theoretical basis for further exploring the potassium ion transport and salt tolerance process mediated by PbShaker family members. METHODS: Totally 140 patients with perimenopausal metabolic syndrome (liver-depression and spleen-deficiency type) admitted into Xintai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2018 to 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group via the random number table, with 70 cases in each group. The control group was given estradiol valerate and dydrogesterone orally, while the observation group was treated with Anshen Ningxin capsule on the basis of control group. The traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) syndrome integral, TCM syndrome efficacy, estrogen secretion level [ estradiol ( E2 ), leuteinizing hormone ( LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone ( FSH ) ], fasting blood glucose, fasting blood lipid [ triglyceride ( TG) and high density lipoprotein-cholesterol ( HDL-C) J, waist circumference (WC), body mass index ( BMI), blood pressure [systolic pressure( SP), diastolic pressure( DP ) J before and after treatment were compared between two groups. The electronic nose and electronic tongue were used to detect adulterated chicken rapidly. In this research, electronic nose and electronic tongue were used to detect the content of soybean protein and starch in chicken meat. Soy protein (0, 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5%, and 10.0%) was mixed into minced chicken meat to prepare adulterated chicken samples, the total sample weight was 10 g. The 2 mL of distilled water and 0.006 g of neutral protease were added in sequence in a 50 ℃ water bath. After 15 min, the above samples were raised to 90 ℃ to inactivate the enzyme. And incorporated with 0.1 g of D-ribose, Maillard reaction was carried out for 20 min. Then the reaction was terminated at 20 ℃. The processed samples were put into the measuring bottle for electronic nose detection. The 50 mL of 0.1 mol/L potassium chloride extract was added to each group of prepared electronic nose samples. After 30 min, the filtrate was taken for electronic tongue detection. Twenty-four samples in each group were made in parallel, including 18 modeling sets and 6 detection sets. Starch (0, 2.5%, 5.0%, 7.5%, 10.0% and 15.0%) was mixed into minced chicken meat to prepare adulterated chicken samples, the total sample weight was 10 g. The processed samples were put into the measuring bottle for electronic nose detection. The 50 mL of 0.1 mol/L potassium chloride extract was added to each group of prepared electronic nose samples. After 30 min, the filtrate was taken for electronic tongue detection. Twenty-four samples in each group were made in parallel, including 18 modeling sets and 6 detection sets. The data was statistically analyzed by Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR). By PCA, the results showed that the contribution rates of first principal component and second principal component combinedly detected by electronic nose and electronic tongue for minced chicken meat adulterated with soy protein were 99.2% and 0.6%, respectively, and the total contribution rate was 99.8%. By PLSR, the coefficient of determination detected by electronic nose or electronic tongue was 0.989 and 0.972, the root mean square error was 3.9% and 5.4%, respectively. The coefficient of determination and the root mean square error of combinedly detected by electronic nose and electronic tongue were 0.992 and 2.8%. By PCA, the results showed that the contribution rates of first principal component and second principal component combinedly detected by electronic nose and electronic tongue for minced chicken meat adulterated with starch were 97.0% and 2.1%, respectively, and the total contribution rate was 99.1%. By PLSR, the coefficient of determination detected by electronic nose or electronic tongue was 0.977 and 0.976, the root mean square error was 5.0% and 5.2%, respectively. The coefficient of determination and the root mean square error of combinedly detected by electronic nose and electronic tongue were 0.996 and 2.4%. The performance of combined detection by electronic nose and electronic tongue for soy protein was better than for starch. The combined detection using electronic nose and electronic tongue sensors has a potential ability to distinguish and predict soy protein-based or starch-based adulteration in minced chicken meat and has also been proved to be a useful authentication method for meat adulteration detection with high efficiency and accuracy. - Abstract
Objective To observe the changes in the intestinal flora species in mice after intraperitoneal injection of Zinc oxide nano particles (ZnO NPs). Methods Six healthy male Kunming mice were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group. Mice in the control group were peritoneally injected with 0. 2 mL phosphate buffered saline (PBS), once a day, for 14 days, and experimental group with the same volume of ZnO NPs solution. Mice were sacrificed three days after drug intervention, and then we dissected gut and extracted DNA from the fecal samples. The fragments encompassing V4 16S rDNA hypervariable regions were amplified from the fecal samples, and the PCR products of V4 were sequenced by Illumina MiSeq for species richness difference analysis, and Alpha diversity analysis and Beta diversity analysis. Results A total of 17 phyla, 26 classes, 42 orders, 64 families, 115 genera were analyzed from the 6 stool samples. Sequencing results showed 2 981 and 2 936 operational taxonomic unit (OTU) in the control group and experimental group, respectively, and the percentage of shared OTU was 19. 95% . The percentages of Firmicutes, Bacteroides, Proteobacteria, and Tenericutes were 39%, 33%, 25%, and 3%, respectively, in the experimental group, versus 68%, 19%, 11 %, and 1 %, respectively, in the control group. At the genus level, the percentages of Helicobacter, Oscillibacter, and Alistipes were 46%, 5%, and 22% in the experimental group, and 21%, 15%, and 35%, respectively in the control group. Compared with the control group, the experimental group had a lower diversity index and a higher number of Deinococcus-Thermus (at the phylum level), Bacteroides (at the genus level) (P < 0. 05), a lower number of species of Odoribacter and Oscillibacter (at the genus level) (P < 0. 05). Alpha diversity analysis showed that the diversity index of the experimental group decreased as compared with that of the control group; Beta diversity analysis showed that the percentage of PCl was approximately 65. 97%, and the percentage of PC2 e percentage of PC2 was approximately 17. 30% . Conclusions After intraperitoneal injection of ZnO NPs, the proportion of various types of intestinal flora in mice has changed at the phylum and genus levels; Deinococcus-Thermus and Bacteroides increase, Odoribacter and Oscillibacter decrease, and the diversity of intestinal flora in mice decreases, and the heterogeneity increases. - Abstract
In this research, Luochuan loess and starch were used as the raw material and pore-forming agent, respectively. The loess-based ceramic membrane support was mainly prepared by adding a pore former, a roll forming method and a solid particle sintering method. The effect of the amount of pore-forming starch added on the properties of the loess-based support was studied. The three-point bending method, mercury intrusion method, mass loss method, thermogravimetric thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and self-made device were adopted to analyze and characterize the properties such as flexural strength, porosity, acid-base corrosion rate, crystal phase composition, surface micro-morphology and pure water flux of the support. The results of the study have shown that in the preparation process of loess-based ceramic membrane support, when the addition amount of starch was 8%, the prepared support had the best performance with the pure water flux supported of 6 232.1 L/(m2·h·MPa), the flexural strength of 36.2 MPa and the acid-base mass corrosion of 0.07%/0.02%. - Abstract
In this experiment, Luochuan loess was used as aggregate, and starch, coal powder and urea were used as pore-forming agents. A loess-based ceramic membrane support was prepared by a roll forming method with different pore-forming agents. The flexural strength, pore size distribution and acid-base corrosion rate of the support were researched by three-point bending method, mercury intrusion method, acid/base mass loss method, X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and laboratory-made equipment. The properties of crystal phase composition, surface micro-morphology and pure water flux were analyzed and characterized. Through the comparative analysis of three kinds of pore-forming agents, under the same addition amount, the effect of different pore-forming agents on the pure water flux of the support was starch, pulverized coal and urea. The effect of the anti-folding strength was starch, pulverized coal and urea. Among comprehensive factors, starch was determined to be the best pore former. The results showed that the optimum addition amount of starch was 8%, the flexural strength of the support was 36.25 MPa, the pure water flux was 6232.11 L/(m~2·h·MPa), the acid-base corrosion rate was 0.07/0.02%, and the median pore diameter was 0.031/0.02%. Tomato stalks were used as carrier materials to prepare immobilized Bacillus sp. M1 microspheres by an adsorption-embeddedcross-linking method in this study. The remediation effects of 3-ring Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)-contaminated soil on these microspheres in a coal mining area were evaluated through soil incubation experiments. The results indicated that the removal of 3-ring PAHs(Flu, Phe, and Anth)by free M1 first increased and then decreased as the bacteria levels increased in PAH-contaminated soil in the coal mining area. Treatment with 10%(B2M1)showed the highest removal rate of Phe, which was 21.35%, among 1%, 10%, and 20%(vol⁃ ume by mass)treatment with free M1. The removal rate of the three types of PAHs by the immobilized M1 microspheres was significantly higher than that by the microsphere matrix. In the tomato stalk-immobilized M1 microspheres with 20% inoculation treatment(X3M1), the removal rates of Flu were higher for all three factors than with the tomato straw microsphere matrix(X3)without M1, with the removal rate increase of 12.03%. In contrast, for immobilized M1 following the subtraction of microsphere matrix with free M1, except for the 10% and 20% Phe inoculation treatment, immobilized M1 significantly promoted the removal of 3-ring PAHs. The removal rates of Flu and Anth after different inoculation treatments were 72.17%~75.52% and 8.97%~28.88%, respectively, over that of free M1, showing increases of 64.10%~72.31% and 8.13%~15.24%. Phe was higher of 5.07% at the 1% inoculation level as compared with free M1. The catalase activity of immobilized M1 was significantly higher than that of the microsphere matrix and free M1 at different doses as bacteria levels increased. Values were 1.16-, 1.23-, and 1.20-fold higher than those of free M1 and 1.28-, 1.19- and 1.16-fold higher than those of the microsphere matrix. The change in catalase activity was consistent with the removal rate of 3-ring PAHs. Compared with free bacteria, the polyphenol oxidase, peroxidase, and cellulase enzyme activities of immobilized M1 were reduced to varying degrees. In summary, immobilized Bacillus sp. M1 significantly affected the removal of soil 3-ring PAHs. The results of the present study provide important technical parameters for and support the application of in situ remediation of PAH-contaminated aging soil in coal mining areas. Objective To observe the influencing factors of one-year composite adherence of secondary prevention medications in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS) and transient ischemic attack (TIA). Methods We obtained the baseline data and follow-up data of 2 926 subjects with AIS or TIA. Baseline data included demographic information (age, gender, ethnicity, the type of medical care, the education level, the monthly income of the family, and BMI) , past history (smoking history, drinking history, previous history of hypertension, previous diabetes, previous lipid metabolism disorder, previous atrial fibrillation, previous TIA, previous cerebral infarction, previous myocardial infarction, history of antithrombotic drugs, history of anti hypertensive drugs, history of lipid-lowering drugs, and history of hypoglycemic drugs) , condition profile [modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score before onset, admission National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) score, intravenous thrombolysis or not, receiving intravenous thrombolytic therapy, hospitalization expenses, discharge NIHSS score, discharge mRS score, and type of cerebrovascular disease (AIS and TIA) ] , and the number of drugs discharged from hospital (only for antithrombotic, antihypertensive, lipid lowering, and hypoglycemic drugs). According to patients’ one-year medication composite adherence≥75% , we divided patients into two groups; the high composite adherence group (1 257 cases, accounting for 43% ) and low composite adherence group (1 669 cases, accounting for 51%) , and then compared baseline data between the two groups. The independent variables of P <0. 2 in the comparison of the two baseline data were included in the multivariable logistic regression model. Multivariate analysis was performed by Backwards LR. Results Age, previous history of hypertension , history of previous lipid metabolism disorder, history of previous taking antihypertensive drugs, previous history of taking hypoglycemic drugs, hospitalization expenses, type of stroke, number of drugs discharged from hospital, etc. were independent risk factors for one-year composite adherence of secondary prevention medications of patients with AIS and TIA1. Conclusion The age, previous history of hypertension , previous lipid metabolism disorder, history of antihypertensive drugs, history of hypoglycemic drugs, hospitalization expenses, type of cerebrovascular disease, and the number of drugs discharged from hospital are related to one-year composite adherence of secondary prevention medications in patients with AIS and TIA. Evaporation is considered an essential indicator within hydrological characteristics. To scientifically and accurately analyze and predict the characteristics and trends of evaporation in Tai'an City, data from four representative hydrological observation stations in Tai'an City—Huangqian Reservoir, Dongzhou Reservoir, Dawenkou, and Daicun Dam—from 1985 to 2021 were utilized. The abrupt change characteristics were analyzed through the Mann-Kendall test and sliding t-test, while the future evaporation trend was forecasted using the R/ S analysis method. Daily evaporation observation data from the “Tai'an” station from 2005 to 2022 were employed, and a model coupling the NeuralProphet algorithm with the Optuna algorithm was developed for evaporation prediction. This model's predictive performance has been compared against other forecasting models' evaluation metrics. The findings indicate that the annual and seasonal evaporation rates in Tai'an City demonstrate a clear decreasing trend. For the foreseeable future, this trend is expected to continue in most areas. The forecasted data provided by the model exhibit high accuracy and meet the set standards, proving valuable for daily operations and scientific research guidance. 28. 八珍汤合白术附子汤对多囊卵巢综合征大鼠 糖代谢及雌激素水平的调节作用.

- Abstract
Objective To study the regulation effects of Bazhen Decoction combined with Baizhu Fuzi Decoction on glucose metabolism and estrogen level in rats with polycystic ovary syndrome. Methods The rat model of polycystic ovary syndrome was established by subcutaneous injection of human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) combined with insulin. Rats were randomly divided into the polycystic ovary syndrome group, the Baizhu Fuzi Tang group (6.4 g/kg), the Bazhen Tang group (9.2 g/kg), the Bazhen Tang combined with Baizhu Fuzi Tang group (11.55 g/kg) and the diethylstilbestrol group (0.5 mg/kg). A blank control group (unmodulated rats) was set up with 10 rats in each group. The uterine index of rats was determined and calculated. Fasting blood glucose (FBG), 2 h postprandish blood glucose (2 h PBG) and fasting insulin (FINS) were determined and insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and insulin resistance index (IR) were calculated. Serum estradiol (E2), testosterone (T), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), prolactin (PRL), anti-Mullerian tube hormone (AMH) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1), C-reactive protein (CRP), interleukin (IL) -6, tumor necrosis factor (TNF) - α, total peroxidase activity (T-AOC), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) levels in ovarian tissue were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The pathological changes of ovarian tissue were detected by hematoxylin-eosin (HE) staining. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) was used to determine mRNA levels of ARA70, CBP, SCR1 and HOXA10 in endometrium and mRNA expressions of AMPK, GLUT4 and PPARγ in ovarian tissue. Western blot assay was used to determine expression levels of AMPK, GLUT4 and PPARγ in ovarian tissue. Results Compared with the polycystic ovary syndrome group, uterine index, FINS, FBG, 2 h PBG, IR levels, serum T, LH, FSH, PRL, AMH, IGF-1 levels, ovarian tissue CRP, IL-6, TNF- α, T-AOC and MDA level, endometrial ARA70, CBP, SCR1 mRNA level of rats decreased significantly in the Baizhu Fuzi decoction group, the Bazhen decoction group and the Bazhen decoction combined with Baizhu Fuzi decoction group (P<0.05). ISI level, serum E2 level, ovarian tissue SOD level, endometrial HOXA10 mRNA level, ovarian tissue AMPK, GLUT4 and PPARγ mRNA and protein levels were significantly increased (P<0.05). The above indexes were significantly changed in the Bazhen decoction and Bazhu Fuzi decoction group than those of the Bazhu Fuzi decoction group and the Bazhen decoction group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bazhen Decoction combined with Baizhu Fuzi Decoction can regulate glucose metabolism, inhibit ovarian tissue oxidation and inflammatory damage, improve endometrium tolerance, regulate estrogen level, and improve the progression of polycystic ovary syndrome in rats. The finite element modeling method and material parameter valuing method were presented for a 2 m diameter satellite reflector engineering model, including the honeycomb sandwich structure, the back⁃frame tubes and the patches connecting the back frame and the reflector. The thermal deformation and the variation of pointing accuracy in unfolded work condition of the reflector under extreme high / low temperatures were analyzed. Based on the principle of minimum in⁃orbit thermal deformation, the optimal design values of the parameters, including the section parameters of the back⁃frame, the thickness of the backframe tubes, the connection mode and the density of patches, were obtained by means of the discrete data comparative analysis method. - Abstract
目的探讨丹皮酚干预联合靶向沉默肾上腺髓质素(AM)对胃癌细胞生物学行为的影响。方法设计3条靶向沉默AM的小干扰RNA(siRNA),分别为siRNA-839、siRNA-1008、siRNA-1135。经筛选,160μmol/L的siRNA-839靶向沉默AM的效率最高。选择胃癌细胞BGC-823,分别加入0、7.81、15.63、31.25、62.50、125.00 mg/m L丹皮酚和160μmol/L siRNA-839;经验证,62.50 mg/m L丹皮酚与160μmol/L siRNA-839作用48 h抑制细胞增殖效果最明显。取传3代、对数生长期胃癌细胞BGC-823,随机分为空白对照组、丹皮酚组、siRNA-839组、联合组,空白对照组加入含10%FBS的DMED培养基1 800μL和生理盐水200μL,丹皮酚组加入含10%FBS的DMED培养基1 875μL和丹皮酚注射液125μL,siRNA-839组加入含10%FBS的DMED培养基1 840μL和160μmol/L siRNA-839 160μL,联合组加入含10%FBS的DMED培养基1 715μL、丹皮酚注射液125μL和160μmol/L siRNA-839 160μL。分别采用平板克隆增殖实验、Transwell侵袭实验、细胞划痕实验和流式细胞术检测细胞增殖、侵袭、迁移能力和细胞凋亡率。结果联合组、丹皮酚组、siRNA-839组克隆形成率、穿膜细胞数均明显低于空白对照组,划痕间距、细胞凋亡率均明显高于空白对照组(P均<0.05);联合组克隆形成率、穿膜细胞数均明显低于丹皮酚组、siRNA-839组,划痕间距、细胞凋亡率均明显高于丹皮酚组、siRNA-839组(P均<0.05);丹皮酚组与siRNA-839组上述指标比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论丹皮酚与siRNA-839联用可协同抑制胃癌细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移能力并促进胃癌细胞凋亡;丹皮酚的最佳浓度为62.50 mg/m L,siRNA-839的最佳浓度为160μmol/L。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
Objective: To investigate the pharmacodynamics of niivacurium by closed-looped target-controlled infusion in the elderly patients. Methods: 35 cases of patients aged 18-30 and 35 cases of patients aged 60-75 years scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia were enrolled. Patients received closed-loop infusion of niivacurium for neuromuscular blockade. The extent of muscular relaxant was assessed by acceleromyography in adductor pollicis. The onset time (time from drug administration to maximum effects). hemodynamics index, time to TOF>90 %. time to extubation and adverse effects during recovery were recorded. Results: There was no significant difference in the HR. SBP. DBP and Sp02 between the two groups during the induction period from T1 to T4(P>0.05). The time to maximal blockade and to the recovery of TOF>90 % of the younger patients were shorter than those of the elderly patients (P<0.05). No significance was found in the tijme to extubation between the two groups. The mean niivacurium requirements by closed-looped infusion for maintenance of 90 % block was 3.55±1.66 μg.kg-1.min-1 in elderly patients, and 4.32±1.48 μg-kg-1.min-1 in younger patients(P>0.05). There was no evidence of skin erythema, bronchospasm. hypotension, muscle relaxants and other adverse reactions during the surgery’ in either group Conclusion: Time to extubation and adverse effects were comparable in elderly patients and younger patients when niivacurium was given byclosed-looped infusion. - Abstract
BACKGROUND: Chronic pain is characterized as high morbidity, long course and poor curative efficacy, and the underlying mechanism still remains unclear. The research on analgesics and analgesic mechanisms is an issue of concern. OBJECTIVE: To explore the effect of angiotensin II receptor antagonists EMA401 on the mechanical withdrawal threshold in a rat model of sciatic nerve constriction-induced neuropathic pain and the underlying mechanisms. METHODS: Sprague-Dawley rats were randomized into five groups: the rat sciatic nerve was exposed without ligation (sham group), and NaCl solution was given via gastric lavage; the model of sciatic nerve constriction was established in the remaining rats, followed by treatment with 2, 5 and 10 mg/kg EMA401, and NaCl solutions (model group) via gastric lavage, respectively. As a behavioral indicator, mechanical withdrawal threshold was detected at 1 preoperative day, 3, 7 and 14 postoperative days. Subsequently, the spinal dorsal root ganglion was removed, and the expression levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and activating transcription factor 3 were detected by western blot assay. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the model group, EMA401 significantly improved the mechanical withdrawal threshold of the rats with sciatic nerve constriction (P < 0.05). Moreover, EMA401 significantly upregulated the expression levels of glial fibrillary acidic protein, brain-derived neurotrophic factor and activating transcription factor 3 in the dorsal root ganglion (P < 0.05); the expression levels in the 5 and 10 mg/kg EMA401 groups were significantly lower than those in the 2 mg/kg EMA401 group at 3, 7 and 14 days postoperatively (P < 0.05). These findings implicate that EMA401 exerts obvious analgesic effect on the rat model of sciatic nerve constriction, which may be via inhibiting astrocyte activation in the spinal dorsal root ganglion, downregulating the expression level of brain-derived neurotrophic factor, and further inhibiting the dorsal root ganglion neuron activation that appears with an increase in activated transcription factor 3 expression. - Abstract
Jerk is of great significance in engineering practice. A numerical method for solving jerk responses was constructed through combination of the radial basis function ( RBF) approximation and the collocation method. The proposed method was used to calculate the jerk and the 3rd-order jerk equations, and the RBF interpolation was adopted to approximate the real motion rule, which made good the defect that the traditional methods can't be used to calculate the jerk. Aimed at the numerical characteristics of the dynamic differential equations, an improved RBF expression of multivariable joint interpolation combining the all-order derivatives of the variable was presented. The initial-value condition of the same order with the differential equation wras added to obviously decrease the numerical oscillation. The results of the numerical examples indicate that the proposed method has the advantages of a simple calculation process, high accuracy and high applicability to jerk equations. - Abstract
The traditional direct measurement method of dynamic displacement in bridge load test has the problems of complicated equipment installation, difficult operation and high cost. Based on the existing research results, an indirect measurement method of dynamic displacement of bridges was proposed using the dynamic-static separation of measured acceleration and multiple baseline correction strategies. After the baseline of measured acceleration data was corrected to eliminate overall deviation, the filter with FFT was used to remove high frequency noise. The dynamic-static separation was applied to achieve quasi-static and free vibration response before integration and final superposition. A new multiple baseline correction method was proposed considering the difference of dynamic and static response characteristics to achieve the effective elimination of trend term errors. The framework and process of the proposed method was established and then verified based on a real bridge in-situ dynamic load test. The dynamic displacements of bridge under vehicle with 20~40 km/ h speeds were estimated based on the proposed method by measured accelerations. The curves of estimated and directly measured displacements were compared. The results show that good agreement and the relative peak errors are in the range of 1.68%~5.29%. Straight-bladed vertical axis wind turbine (SB-VAWT) is typical representative of lift type vertical axis wind turbine at present. It has been received more and more attentions in small and medium scale wind energy utilization field due to the advantages of wind direction independence, simple structure, and unique shape. However, there are still some problems need to be studied because of its complex aerodynamic characteristics and relatively short studied time. The SB-VAWT has a broad development space. In this paper, the researches on aerodynamic characteristics of the SB-VAWT were discussed. Firstly, the brief history of the VAWT and its research status were reviewed. Then, we introduced the main principle, aerodynamic characteristics analysis theory, and common research methods. Especially, the research progress was analysed and summarized on how to improve its starting performance at low wind speed and aerodynamic output characteristics at high rotational speed. - Abstract
Searching and navigating books with professional and user-generated content from social media is a hot topic in information retrieval systems. However, most methods are specially designed as a purely searching system. With the increasing demands, these systems have difficulties in satisfying users. Aiming at these problems above, this paper presented an integrated social book search system based on several retrieval techniques. The system firstly enriched the queries with pseudo-relevance feedback to improve the initial ranking results. Then it re-ranked the improved results as their input using several reranking models with different features. Finally, the system structured a leaming-to-rank model to combine several re-ranking results. Experimental results on the INEX 2012—2014 Social Book Search query dataset show that the proposed system can a-chieve better performance( NDCG@ 10) compared to state-of-the-ail search system. Objective: To assess the functional outcome of ankle arthrodesis using either anterior locking plate plus compression screw fixation or anterior locking plate fixation.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed 52 patients with open ankle fusion from April 2012 to July 2015.Of them,27 were fixated with anterior locking plate plus compression screw fixation (group A) and 25 with anterior locking plate fixation (group B).The 2 groups were compared with respect to operation time,bony fusion time and American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS) scores,intra-and postoperative complications.Results:There was no difference in operation time between two group;both groups attained eventual union;The mean time to fusion was (13.0± 2.1) weeks in group A,significantly (P<0.01) shorter than group B (16.0± 4.6 weeks);The mean AOFAS score at the final follow-up was (81.8± 5.19) in group A,which is higher than group B (78.3± 6.94)(P<0.05). Conclusion: This study demonstrate that anterior locking plate plus compression screw fixation gives more stable internal stiffness compare to anterior locking plate fixation for ankle arthrodesis,yields improve postoperative rehabilitation,earlier weight bearing and shorter healing time. Objective: To compare the effectiveness of Retrograde Expandable Nail(REN) and locking plate( LP) for the treatment of AO 33 A, 33C1 distal femoral fractures. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed 43 patients with distal femoral fractures from March 2013 to June 2015. 18 were fixated with REN and 25 with LP. The 2 groups were compared with respect to operation time,amount of estimated blood loss, healing time and HSS knee scores, and intra- and postoperative complications. Results: All the fractures eventually united retrograde Expandable Nail performed better than locked nailing in operation time, amount of estimated blood loss(P<0.001). There was no difference in fracture union time and HSS knee scores. One of the five patients with open fractures had superficial wound infections, delayed healing in one patient. Conclusion: This study demonstrate that the retrograde femoral expandable nail approach yields comparable fracture union time and extremity function outcome with locking plate fixation. While it allows for an easier management, shorter operating time and lesser estimated blood loss. The icing characteristics of rotating blade of a small-scaled Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) and the aerodynamics performance changes of the iced blade airfoil and rotor were researched by wind tunnel tests and numerical simulation in order to provide technology reference for establishing the more complex test system for large scale Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine with rotating blade and study the icing mechanism and anti-icing and de-icing technology. The experiments were performed in an icing wind tunnel designed by Northeast Agricultural University using natural low temperature in cold winter. The test model was a small-scaled VAWT with 2 blades with NACA0018 airfoil. The icing accretions on rotating blade surface under 5 tip speed ratios were tested and recorded. Wind turbine blades were frozen over the entire surface of the blade. Ice shape asymmetry can be found on the blade with the increasing of tip speed ratio. Furthermore, the lift coefficient of iced blade decreased and drag coefficient increased with the increasing of tip speed ratio and the amount of ice based on the results of numerical simulation. The power coefficients of the rotor were also decreased. It can be also found that the change degree of pressure field and velocity field around the iced blade depended on rotating angles, which was the main reason affecting the aerodynamic performance of blade and the turbine. 47. 腹针联合麻杏饮口服辅助治疗慢性阻塞性 肺疾病急性发作效果观察.

- Abstract
目的观察腹针联合麻杏饮口服辅助治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性发作的疗效。方法选择92例COPD急性发作期患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各46例,在常规西医治疗基础上,对照组使用腹针治疗,观察组使用腹针联合麻杏饮口服治疗,疗程14 d。检测两组治疗前后血气指标[动脉血氧分压(Pa O2)、血氧饱和度(Sa O2)、动脉二氧化碳分压(Pa CO2)]、肺功能指标[肺活量占预计值的百分比(VC)、第1秒用力呼气容积占肺活量百分比(FEV1/FVC)、第1秒用力肺活量占预计值百分比(FEV1)、最大通气量占预计值的百分比(MVV)]、6 min步行距离、中医证候(咳嗽、咯痰、喘息)积分的变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后Pa O2、Sa O2均较治疗前升高,Pa CO2降低(P均<0.05),观察组Pa O2、Sa O2高于对照组,Pa CO2低于对照组(P均<0.05);两组治疗后VC、FEV1/FVC、FEV1、MVV均较治疗前降低,观察组VC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、MVV低于对照组(P均<0.05);两组治疗后6 min步行距离均较治疗前增加,观察组6 min步行距离长于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,观察组积分低于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的67.39%(P<0.05)。结论COPD急性发作期患者应用腹针联合麻杏饮辅助治疗效果显著,有助于缓解临床症状,改善肺功能。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

48. 难治性癫痫相关脑肿瘤36例临床病理学特征分析.

- Abstract
Objective To study the clinicopathologic features of brain tumors in patients with medically intractable epilepsy. Methods The clinical, radiologic and pathologic features of brain tumors in thirty-six patients with intractable epilepsy encountered during the period from 2008 to 2014 in the Epilepsy Center of Haidian Hospital were retrospectively reviewed. Results There were 18 males and 18 females in thirty-six patients. The mean age of seizure onset and disease duration were (14.05±1.67) years and (10.04±1.19) years respectively. The histological types of brain tumors included ganglioglioma (12/36, WHO gradeⅠ,1/36, WHO gradeⅡ), dysembryeplastic neuroepithelial tumor (2/36, WHO grade Ⅰ), pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (1/36, WHO grade Ⅱ), angiocentric glioma (1/36, WHO gradeⅠ), astrocytoma (4/36, WHO grade Ⅱ), oligoastrocytoma (1/36, WHO grade Ⅱ, 2/36, WHO grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ), oligodendroglioma (1/36, WHO gradeⅠ-Ⅱ,1/36, WHO grade Ⅱ), cavernous hemangioma (4/36) and Sturge-Weber syndrome (1/36). Most of these tumors were located in temporal lobe (25/36, 69.4%). Patients were followed up for 0.5-7 years after operation. One patient was lost for follow up. Seizure outcome after the epilepsy operation revealed that 28 patients (77.8%) had Engel gradeⅠ, 4 patients (11.1%) had Engel gradeⅡ,2 patients (5.6%) had Engel grade Ⅲ,1 patient (2.8%) had Engel grade Ⅳ. Conclusion Brain tumors in patients with medically intractable epilepsy are almost low grade tumors of the nervous system. Focal cortical dysplasia is existed in most brain tissues from the epilepsy operation. Low grade tumors of the nervous system have close relation with focal cortical dysplasia in patients with medically intractable epilepsy. 49. 锁定加压钢板行微创技术治疗老年性股骨远端骨折临床疗效分析.

- Abstract
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of locking compression plate (LCP) with minimally invasive plate osteosynthesis (MIPO) on the elderly patients with distal femur fracture. Methods: From January 2012 to June 2015, 27 cases over 60 years distal femoral fracture patients were cured with LCP with MIPO in our hospital. We evaluate the clinical efficacy by observing incision healing, fracture healing and related complications and analyzing Kolmert knee score. Results: 27 patients were followed up for 6-30 months, average of 14.7 months, one patient (unilateral) died in the 25 d after operation. 26 cases' incision recoverd and one case' was delayed healing after operation. After LCP plate treatment, fractures were healed in all cases at the end of follow-up.All cases were no fracture displacement, internal fixation failure, malunion, nonunion and other undesirable complications. According to Kolmert knee score, the postoperative outcomes showed 10 cases were excellent, 13 cases were good, 3 cases and 1 case was poor, total good rate was 85 %. Conclusions: Using LCP plate with MIPO method is effective in senile distal femoral fracture for old patients. Fixation can be achieved, lead to early functional exercise, fewer complications and postoperative satisfactory results. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The radial basis functions have the advantages of simple forms and isotropy. A new numerical method for solving the initial-value problems of nonlinear dynamic systems was constructed through combination of the idea of the radial basis function approximation and the weighted residual collocation point method. The advantages and disadvantages of several methods for the numerical solution of nonlinear dynamic systems were analyzed. Some practical numerical examples were given to compare the proposed method with the existing methods.
