节点高温性能与空间结构防火安全问题息息相关。基于非线性有限元软件ABAQUS建立了可靠的数值模型,进而探究装配式新型球柱节点在高温下的受弯承载性能。研究中考虑了温度、部件几何尺寸和荷载类型的影响,并通过破坏模式和机理分析,建立了受力分析模型,推导出高温下装配式新型球柱节点的受弯承载力公式。研究结果表明:(1) 随着温度升高,装配式新型球柱节点的受弯承载力出现不同幅度的降低,且正、负弯矩作用下节点破坏模式和承载力计算方法呈现出明显差异;(2) 装配式新型球柱节点计算公式能够有效评估节点的高温承载力,满足工程需要。

为了填补螺栓球柱节点在高温受压承载性能研究方面的空缺,借助有限元分析软件ABAQUS开展研究。首先,在校核模型可靠性的基础上,进一步提出了更符合实际情况的节点模型;其次,通过147个模型算例探究节点的破坏机理和各关键参数对节点受压承载性能的影响;最后,推导出节点的高温受压承载力公式。研究结果表明:提出的节点模型不仅更符合实际情况,而且对螺栓球柱节点受压性能的评估也更加保守和安全;当温度在300 ℃以内时,节点的初始刚度和承载力变化不明显,当温度大于300 ℃时,节点的初始刚度和承载力出现显著下降;高温下钢材屈服强度的折减系数可以较为准确地预测节点高温受压承载力的变化。

通信技术的快速发展及用户需求的日益增长,导致小区业务负载分布出现越来越不均衡的现象,针对此问题,提出一种适用于LTE(长期演进)系统的基于负载预分配的移动负载均衡算法。当小区过载时,利用层次分析法选择最优目标小区,然后根据目标小区负载情况预分配过载小区负载量,再通过可变步长调整小区独立偏置,转移过载小区用户,实现小区间负载均衡。研究结果表明,该算法提升了小区间负载均衡度,减少了系统切换次数,增强了用户体验。

节点刚度与单层网壳结构的刚度与稳定性关系密切。采用了可以真实模拟相贯节点单层柱面网壳的多尺度计算模型,在节点域内采用精度较高的壳单元,在节点域外采用梁单元,节点域与杆端在连接面形心处位移与转角保持连续。该计算模型可以较为准确地反映相贯节点的力学性能,计算精度高、单元数量少,可同时进行结构整体与节点局部的计算分析。运用该模型全面考察了相贯节点刚度对单层柱面网壳跨中挠度、动力特性与屈曲性能的影响。通过对相贯节点进行补强,能够有效增强节点的刚度,采用梁单元模型即可进行单层网壳结构的计算分析,结构设计简便、结构效能较高。

群智能优化算法已被证实可以用于解决实际工程的优化问题。水循环算法可对约束问题进行求解。基于自然界中水循环过程提出的一种新型智能优化算法———水循环算法(WCA),研究了其应用于空间桁架结构优化设计问题的可行性及有效性,论文对两个空间桁架结构进行了截面优化计算分析,并与已有文献优化结果进行了比较,研究结果表明:WCA优化算法相对于群搜索算法(GSO)、启发式粒子群优化算法(HPSO)等优化算法能够提供更快的收敛速度,收敛结果也更好。

[Objective] To study the effect of chitosan-CMC composite film on the storage quality of Xiaoguifei mango. [Method] Chitosan membrane, CMC membrane, and chitosan-CMC composite membrane were prepared using chitosan and carboxymethylcellulose sodium (CMC) as film-forming agents. The Xiaoguifei mangoes treated with these three types of membranes were divided into groups A, B and C, and the CK group was set. Storage at room temperature (20± 2)℃, the effects of three types of membranes on the storage quality of Xiaoguifei mango were studied by measuring the disease index, decay rate, weight loss rate, acidity, soluble solids and scanning electron microscopy analysis of groups A, B, C and CK. [Result]After 20 days of storage, the disease index, decay rate and weight loss rate of Xiaoguifei mango treated with composite film were the lowest, while the acidity and soluble solids content were the highest. Scanning electron microscopy analysis revealed that the composite film had good cross-linking and a uniform and dense structure. [Conclusion]The CMC film had no preservation effect on the storage of Xiaoguifei mangoes, while chitosan-CMC composite film and chitosan film had a preservation effect on Xiaoguifei mangoes, and the preservation effect of chitosan-CMC composite film was greater than that of chitosan film. 19. COPD 合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭治疗中经鼻高流量 湿化氧疗与呼吸功能锻炼联合应用观察.

目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭(RF)治疗中经鼻高流量湿化氧疗(HFNC)联合 呼吸功能锻炼的应用效果。方法 回顾性分析 120 例 COPD 合并Ⅱ型 RF 患者的临床资料, 根据治疗方法不同分为 HFNC 组 67 例和对照组 53 例。两组均接受常规抗炎、抗感染等基础治疗及呼吸功能锻炼, 在此基础上, 对照组采取 无创正压通气(NPPV)治疗, HFNC 组采取 HFNC 治疗, 共治疗 28 d。治疗 28 d 后评价两组临床疗效;治疗前及治疗 28 d 后, 采用 6 min 步行试验(6MWT)评估患者运动功能, 采用 COPD 评估测试(CAT)评价病情严重程度, 采用呼吸 困难评分(mMRC)评价呼吸困难程度;采用肺功能检测仪检测第 1 秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、 第 1 秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量的比值(FEV1/FVC), 采用全自动血气分析仪检测氧分压(PaO2)、二氧化碳分压 (PaCO2)、氧合指数(OI); 记录治疗 28 d 内不良反应发生率、气管插管率及 ICU 住院时间。结果 HFNC 组总有效率 为 97. 01%, 高于对照组的 81. 13%(P<0. 05). 治疗后, HFNC 组 6MWT、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC、PaO2 、OI 高于对照 组, CAT 评分、mMRC 评分、PaCO2 低于对照组(P 均<0. 05). HFNC 组不良反应发生率、气管插管率及 ICU 住院时间 均少于对照组(P 均<0. 05). 结论 HFNC 联合呼吸功能锻炼可有效缓解 COPD 合并Ⅱ型 RF 患者呼吸困难症状, 改 善肺功能及动脉血气指标, 增强运动耐力, 且具有较好的安全性。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Reservoir sedimentation has always been a problem that troubles the reservoir management department. Scientifically and reasonably utilizing reservoir operation methods to achieve efficient sediment reduction in reservoirs is an effective means to solve reservoir sedimentation. This paper analyzed the reservoir sediment regulation of the Haibowan Reservoir on the Yellow River from 2019 to 2022, and combined the inflow and outflow water and sediment data during the flood season since the construction of the reservoir to carry out research on efficient sediment reduction of the Haibowan Reservoir. The research results indicate that: a) the goal of reservoir sediment reduction is achieved in 2019, 2020 and 2022, and the balance of erosion and sedimentation is basically achieved in 2019, while the sediment reduction effect is better in 2020 and 2022. b) The water level in front of the dam is a key factor affecting the sediment reduction of the Haibowan Reservoir, while the inflow water and inflow sediment are secondary factors affecting the outflow sediment volume. By fitting the influencing factors, an empirical formula for sediment reduction from the Haibowan Reservoir is obtained. c) Different combinations of inflow water and sediment require different scheduling measures to achieve efficient sediment reduction in the reservoir. Efficient sediment reduction in the reservoir can only be achieved by reasonably matching the inflow water and sediment conditions and the water level in front of the dam. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the clinical efficacy of “treatment of winter diseases in summer” for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), so as to provide valuable evidence-based basis for the prevention and treatment of COPD and clinical application of “treatment of winter diseases in summer”. METHODS: CNKI, Wanfang Data, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, and Embase databases were retrieved (the retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Aug. 2023) to collect the high-quality clinical randomized controlled trial of “treatment of winter diseases in summer” for COPD (the control group received conventional therapy, such as bronchodilator, inhaled glucocorticoid, oxygen therapy, and smoking cessation; the study group received “treatment of winter diseases in summer” on the basis of the control group or simply received “treatment of winter diseases in summer”). Data were extracted and Meta-analysis was performed by using RevMan 5. 4. 1 software. RESULTS: Totally 65 randomized controlled trials were enrolled, including 5 736 patients (with 2 880 cases in study group and 2 856 cases in control group). Meta-analysis showed that compared with conventional therapy, “ treatment of winter diseases in summer” could improve the total effective rate of COPD (OR = 3. 97,95%CI = 3. 32-4. 74,P<0. 000 01), increase the percentage of forced expiratory volume in one second to forced vital capacity (MD= 3. 76,95%CI = 2. 66- 4. 85,P<0. 000 01), decrease the score of St George’ s respiratory questionnaire (MD = - 4. 83,95% CI = - 6. 39--3. 27,P<0. 000 01), the differences were statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Existing evidence suggests that for COPD patients, the treatment effect is better if the traditional Chinese medicine “ treating winter disease in summer” or “treating winter disease in summer” is added on the basis of conventional therapy. Objective: To explore the efficacy of intestinal probiotics combined with health Qigong in patients with chronic obstructive lung (disease) and its effect on nuclear factor κB receptor activation factor ligand (RANKL) and blood gas index. Methods:88 stable patients with COPD from January 2018 to December 2023 were selected. They were divided into an observation group and a matched group, with 44 cases in each group. The matched group patients were treated with conventional Western medicine, while the observation group was treated with intestinal probiotics combined with fitness Qigong Eight Section Brocade in addition to the matched group. Pulmonary function, 6-minute walking test (6MWT), and Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Assessment Scale (CAT) were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients. Inflammatory response indicators and RANKL levels were compared before and Post-treatment, and blood gas indicators and quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients. Results: FEV1,FVC, FEV1/FVC, and 6 MWT were increased in both groups post-treatment, A ed CAT score. The same trend was observed between the observation group and the matched group (P<0.05); Post-treatment, IL-17, TNF-α, and RANKL levels were reduced in both groups,The observation group was lower than the matched group (P<0.05); Lower PaCO2levels Post-treatment, Increased levels of SaO2and PaO2, The observation group followed the matched group (P<0.05); GQOLI-74 related dimension scores were elevated in both groups Post-treatment. Different compared from the matched group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The combination of intestinal probiotics and fitness qigong Baduanjin has a significant therapeutic effect on stable patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in addition to conventional treatment. It can improve lung function, exercise endurance, alleviate disease severity, reduce inflammatory factors and RANKL levels, improve blood gas indicators, and enhance patient quality of life. - Abstract
Three isotropic heteropoly acid ionic liquid models were constructed, and their microstructures, binding energies and carrier effective masses were analyzed and discussed in the framework of density functional theory. The results show that the number of substituted coordination atoms of heteropoly acid has a great influence on the properties of the compound. In molybdenum-substituted phosphotungstic acid, when the number of molybdenum-substituted phosphotungstic acid is low, the effective mass of the hybrid carrier is low and the conductivity is strong. With high molybdenum substitution number, the carrier’s relative mass is larger, so the transmission resistance increases, and its conductivity is better than that of the complexes with low molybdenum substitution number. This paper predicts and verifies the properties of the synthesized materials, and provides theoretical basis and guidance for the synthesis and analysis of this kind of materials in the future. In this work,four ginkgolide molecules (ginkgolides A,B,C and J) were selected as the research objects,and their structures and spectral properties were investigated by density functional theory method.Our results indicated that the molecular skeleton of ginkgolides has a relatively stable structures by changing the substituents on ginkgolides.Based on the optimized structures,we calculated the Infrared (IR),Raman,vibrational circular dichroism (VCD) spectral properties of four ginkgolide molecules.We found that the IR spectra of the four ginkgolide molecules have obvious difference at 1100 cm-1,and this peak is mainly the stretching vibration mode of the C-O-C bond in ginkgolides.For the Raman spectra,the stretching vibration of the hydroxyl group is located at3200 cm-1,where ginkgolides A,B and C split into two peaks,while ginkgolide J displays a somewhat wide vibrational peak.For the VCD spectra,we found that four ginkgolide molecules are distinctly different around 3800 cm-1.
