179摩天轮高179m,轮缘直径170m,建成后将成为世界最高的摩天轮。179摩天轮采用刚性轮辐(刚性桁架硬支臂)与钢索混合结构形式。大型摩天轮的安装方案与摩天轮的结构设计密切相关,因此,在结构设计阶段就必须制订合理的安装方案。179摩天轮采用立面旋转安装法安装,并对8个施工步独立静止状态进行有限元分析。借助有限元软件ANSYS来模拟分析计算硬支臂和轮缘安装后不同安装位置静止情况下的等效应力、挠度、结构屈曲,由计算结果可知,不同安装位置摩天轮的结构安全可靠。

Objective: To investigate the changes of platelet diffusion function during storage of apheresis platelets from blood donors. Methods: A total of 66 blood donors, who participated in platelet apheresis blood donation at blood centers in the region from August 2017 to June 2020, were selected as the research subjects. The platelet apheresis blood sample of each case was divided into 3 tubes-A tube, B tube and C tube, which were stored in a platelet incubator at 20 ℃, tube A 1d after storage, tube B 3 d after storage, and tube C 5 d after storage were detected platelet diffusion functional changes. Results: There were not significantly differences in the Hct (Hematocrit), Hb (Hemoglobin), PDW (Platelet distribution width), WBC (leukocyte), RBC (Red blood cell), Platelets(PLT), and MPV (Mean platelet volume) among tube A, tube B and tube C(P>0.05). The P-LCR (platelet-larger cell ratio), serum interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-6, and tumor necrosis factor (Tumor necrosis factor, TNF)-α content of tube B and tube C were higher than those of tube A (P<0.05), tube C were higher than tube B (P<0.05). The expression levels of platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p in tube B and tube C were higher than those in tube A (P<0.05), and the maximum platelet aggregation rate in tube B and tube C was lower than that in tube A (P<0.05), and the difference between tube C and tube B was also statistically significant (P<0.05). The platelet pass rate after diffusion of tube A, tube B and tube C were 97.0 %, 86.4 %, and 77.3 %, respectively, with statistically significant differences among the three groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: The storage time of apheresis platelets donated by blood donors may affect the platelet diffusion function, increase the release of inflammatory cytokines, can reduce the maximum platelet aggregation rate and increase the expression level of platelet mem- brane glycoprotein CD62p, thus reducing the efficacy of infusion. Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of chemotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in lung cancer with bone metastases and its effect on inflammatory factors. Methods: 84 lung cancer patients with bone metastasis from January 2010 to December 2015 in our hospital were chosen and divided into observation group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given TP chemotherapy regimen for 2 courses, and the observation group were given zoledronic acid combined with chemotherapy for 2 courses. The analgesic effect, activity ability, bone metastases effect, adverse reactions were detected, and the level of IL-6 and TNF-α before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results: The analgesic effect, activity ability, bone metastases effect in the observation group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05), the incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05), the IL-6 and TNF-α level in two groups after treatment was obviously lower than before treatment, and the IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Chemotherapy combined with zoledronic acid can reduce the inflammation factors release, enhance the analgesic effect and activity ability, and alleviate bone metastases. A new multiple attribute group decision making method based on projection and weight score function under the intuitionistic environment was presented. In this method, according to the projection of the various decisions on the ideal decision, the weight of each expert can be obtained. Then the group decision making problem was converted to decision making problem. The weighted score function was used to determine the attribute weights and the optimal solution was given. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of injection of recombinant human interferon α-2b (P.putida) in inhalation treatment of blister measles angina. METHODS: 290 children with blister measles angina were selected to be divided into observation group (135cases) and control group (155 cases) via the random number table. The observation group were treated with intravenous drip of ribavirin combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b (P. putida) in inhalation treatment, while the control group only received intravenous drip of ribavirin. The efficacy, disappearance time of fever and herpes in two groups were observed. RESULTS: The disappearance time of fever and herpes in observation group were shorter than that of control group, the treatment course was shortened, with statistical significance (P<0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 96.30% (130/135), and control group was 76.13% (118/155), with statistical significance (P<0.05). There was no adverse drug reactions in both groups.
