大型城市供电电网短路电流已经接近断路器遮断容量，柔性直流接入系统后，会在故障期间提供工作电流，导致交流系统短路电流超标，柔性直流输送功率受限。从柔性直流内外环控制方式及交流系统短路电流计算原理出发，分析得出柔性直流短路电流的幅值和相位对并网点的短路电流影响均较大，其中幅值受外环电流限幅环节的影响易于控制，因此需着重对相位进行控制。基于此提出了一种降低柔性直流输电换流站两端PCC点短路电流的控制策略。以厦门柔性直流工程为例，开发了交直流混合模型，与实测波形对比验证了模型的正确性。通过对不同类型故障下、2种控制策略的PCC点短路电流进行对比，验证了所提策略的正确性，减小了PCC点短路电流。

渝鄂柔性直流背靠背工程是世界首个用于异步大型电网互联的柔性直流工程，工程投运后，能够优化西南与华中电网的系统潮流分布，提高电压和频率稳定水平，但同时会带来系统转动惯量和动态阻尼减小等新的问题。因此分别从系统及设备的角度出发，分析工程接入系统后的交互影响。首先，充分调用柔直自身快速功率调节能力，提高接入后电网的稳定性；其次，基于设备的耐压耐流水平，针对近区严重故障，提出了故障穿越策略，保证了设备的安全可靠运行，减少了对交流系统的冲击。对所提的故障穿越策略进行实时仿真测试，验证了策略的有效性。上述所做分析，提高了系统的稳定性，为工程运行提供了技术支持。

Objective: To investigate the expression levels of serum Epididymal protein 4 (HE4) and B7 homolog 4 (B7H4), as well as the relationship between systemic immune inflammation index (SII) and clinical pathological characteristics and tumor metastasis in ovarian cancer patients. Methods: 80 ovarian cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were divided into malignant group, 80 patients with benign ovarian lesions in the same period were divided into benign group, and 80 healthy patients were selected as the control group. The serum expression levels of HE4, B7H4 and SII were compared in the three groups. The expression levels of HE4, B7H4 and SII in patients with tumor metastasis, and Spearman correlation between HE4, B7H4 and SII and the clinicopathological features of ovarian cancer and tumor metastasis. And followed up for 3 years, record the overall survival time, and analyze the relationship between HE4, B7H4 and SII and ovarian cancer survival. Results: There were differences in the expression levels of HE4, B7H4, and SII among the three groups of patients. The malignant group was significantly higher than the benign group and the control group (P<0.05); There was no difference in the expression levels of HE4, B7H4, and SII among ovarian cancer patients of different ages and histological types (P>0.05). However, there were differences in the expression levels of HE4, B7H4, and SII among patients with different FIGO stages, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and tumor differentiation degree (P<0.05); The Spearman correlation analysis results showed that HE4, B7H4, and SII were not significantly correlated with the histological type of ovarian cancer, but were positively correlated with FIGO staging, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, and tumor differentiation degree(P<0.05); All patients were followed up for 4 years, and the median overall survival time of patients with high HE4 levels was 23.53 (6.42-42.13) months, which was lower than that of patients with low HE4 levels, which was 32.54 (14.53-42.13) months. The median overall survival time of B7H4 high-level patients was 21.32 (6.42-42.13) months, which was lower than that of low-level patients at 31.32 (14.63-42.13) months. The median overall survival time of patients with high-level SII was 20.36 (6.42-42.13) months, which was lower than that of patients with low-level SII at 34.68 (13.56-42.13) months(P<0.05). Conclusion: Serum expression of HE4, B7H4 and SII are correlated with clinical stage of ovarian cancer, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and degree of tumor differentiation, and high expression of the three may mean poor prognosis of patients. Objective To investigate the effect of stone needle hot pressing with Traditional Chinese Medicine on constipation, diarrhea and abdominal distension in diabetic patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction. Methods Totally 60 cases of diabetes mellitus with gastrointestinal dysfunction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given the routine treatment, which included health education, routine treatment and nursing. The observation group was additionally given the stone needle hot pressing technology. The defecation and fecal condition, the number of defecation and the score of abdominal distension relief were observed and compared respectively before treatment, first day, third day and fifth day after treatment. Results The symptom score was significantly improved in the observation group compared with those in the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion The stone needle hot pressing technique can effectively relieve constipation, diarrhea and abdominal distension in patients with diabetes mellitus (目的 观察砭石中药热熨敷技术干预糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者便秘、腹泻、腹胀症状的效果。方法 60例糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者随机分为对照组和观察组, 各30例。对照组接受常规治疗, 观察组在对照组基础上采用砭石中药热熨敷技术进行干预。2组患者均给予常规健康宣教和护理。观察2组患者治疗前、治疗后第1天、3天、5天的症状评分变化, 进行效果评价。结果 与对照组比较, 观察组患者症状评分改善明显, 差异有统计学意义(P＜0. 01)。结论 砭石中药热熨敷技术能有效改善糖尿病胃肠功能紊乱患者便秘、腹泻、腹胀症状。)

Objective To explore the effect of exoskeleton robot-assisted rehabilitation training on lower limb motor and walking function in patients with hemiplegia after stroke. Methods We recruited 36 patients with lower limb hemiplegia after stroke in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of the Third People's Hospital of Yunnan Province, from January 2023 to February 2024. All patients received conventional rehabilitation, observation group received lower limb exoskeleton robot-assisted training. We assessed lower-extremity motor and walking function by following items: muscle strength (iliopsoas, quadriceps, hamstring, triceps, tibialis anterior), functional ambulation category Scale (FAC), 10-meter walk test (10MWT), gait analysis (Tinetti score), ADL score. These measurements were performed before and after the intervention. In addition, we observed the brain network connectivity of 2 patients and 2 normal volunteers during the walking state by functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). Results After two weeks of intervention, all patients in the observation group and control group showed improvement in lower extremity function, and the improvement in the observation group was significant. The muscle strength of all patients was significantly improved in the observation group, iliopsoas muscle (P < 0.01), quadriceps muscle (P < 0.01), hamstring muscle (P < 0.01); Triceps calf (P < 0.005), anterior tibialis (P < 0.005). The motor ability of the lower limb was improved in both the observation group and control group, FAC score increased (P < 0.01), 10MWT time was shortened than before (P < 0.01), and Tinetti score was increased (P < 0.01). The ADL score was improved significantly in the observation group (P < 0.01). To compare with normal volunteers, the patients' brain map of fNIRS showed decreased inter-hemispheric connections. Conclusion Exoskeleton robot-assisted rehabilitation training on the lower limb can effectively improve the motor and walking function of patients with hemiplegia after stroke, and improve the quality of life. 寻找女性盆腔器官脫垂(pelvic organ prolapse,POP)发病及病情进展的危险因素,为POP的防治提 供依据。方法 340例因POP相关症状就诊患者,根据是否存在POP分为POP组211例(其中轻度95例、重度116 例)及非POP组129例,收集患者临床资料,采用单因素及多因素 Logistic回归分析法分析POP发病及病情进展的 危险因素。结果与非POP组相比,POP组患者高龄、多产、经阴分娩史、绝经、便秘、低学历、慢性咳嗽、腰一盆 腔痛、存在POP家族史比例均高(P均<0.05);高龄、经阴分娩史、便秘、腰一盆腔痛及POP家族史是POP发病的独 立危险因素(OR分别为4.149、0.420、3.263、2.438、3.595,P均<0.05)。与轻度POP组相比,重度POP组患者高 龄、多产、经阴分娩史、绝经、低学历、超重、腰一盆腔痛、存在POP家族史比例均高(P均<0.05);高龄、经阴分娩 史、超重、腰一盆腔痛及POP家族史是POP病情进展的独立危险因素(OR分别为7.409、0.128、2.650、3.044、 5.531,P均<0.05)。结论POP发病的危险因素有高龄、经阴分娩史、存在腰——腔痛及便秘、POP家族史。POP病 情进展的危险因素有高龄、经阴分娩史、超重、存在腰一盆腔痛及便秘、POP家族史。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) is widely used in neurology and epilepsy is one of them. Combined with the electroencephalogram (EEG), fNIRS could record the whole state of seizure, which is beneficial to the understanding of the pathophysiological mechanism of epilepsy. In addition, fNIRS contributes to the diagnosis and treatment of epilepsy with the assistance of the epileptic focus localization and the evaluation of lateralization of language function. Steel slag stability testing is the key to achieve safe resource utilization of steel slag. To address the issues of low efficiency and inadequate representativeness in stability testing methods, a steel slag image classification model called SE-ConvNeXt based on convolutional neural networks was proposed. The classification model adds channel attention mechanism squeeze and excitation network ( SE-Net) to the ConvNeXt network for the image features of steel slag sand. Compared to the original ConvNeXt and other convolutional neural network models, SE-ConvNeXt achieves faster convergence, more stable training, and higher accuracy. The networks were trained using steel slag sand images of two grain sizes, 2. 36 ~ 4. 75 mm and 1. 18 ~ 2. 36 mm, respectively, and analyzed in conjunction with the change law of pulverization rate. The results show that the model predicts the accuracy of the steel slag sand image dataset of two particle sizes 92. 5% and 94%, respectively, and the steel slag sand image changes gradually with the increase of steam aging time, and then the degree of image change tends to stabilize, similar to the law of change of pulverization rate. Objective To analyze the relationship of the volume of 87 brain regions with postnatal age and neurobehavior in full-term neonates. Methods A total of 75 full-term newborns[gestational age(39.38±1.22)weeks; male/female(51/24); postnatal age(11.11±6.67)days] without abnormalities on brain MRI(three-dimensional T1-weighted imaging, 3D T1WI)at our hospital between November 2010 and September 2017 were retrospectively included. Based on the template of 87 brain regions, the neonatal brains were divided into 87 brain regions and their volumes were calculated by using V-shape Bottleneck network(VB-Net)deep learning segmentation technique, Pearson partial correlation and regression analysis were used to explore the relationship of the volume of each brain region with postnatal age and neurobehavioral scores. Results After adjusting for gestational age, birth weight, head circumference, body length and sex, 66.7% of the regional brain volumes(58/87 brain regions)significantly increased with the postnatal age(correlation coefficient r: 0.2-0.7, P<0.05). The volumes of gray matter in bilateral lentiform nucleus, left caudate nucleus, right occipital lobe, right inferior temporal lobe, and bilateral anterior temporal lobe strongly correlated with the postnatal age(r>0.50, P<0.05). The gray matter volume of the right occipital lobe linearly increased with age(slope: 100.67), and was positively correlated with behavioral scores(r=0.324, P<0.01). Conclusion Most of regional brain volumes increase with the postnatal age during the neonatal period, and the fastest growth occurs in primary sensorimotor-related brain regions, presenting the spatial heterogeneity. Objective To clear the intestinal commensal microbiota by using antibiotics in order to investigate the effect of commensal microbiota on atherosclerosis in ApoE -/- mice with different diets. Methods The ApoE -/- mice were fed with normal chow diet and high-fat diet respectively, and antibiotics (vancomycin+metronidazole+neomycin sulfate+ampicillin) were used to intervene for 14 weeks. The formation of atherosclerotic plaques in the aorta of mice was evaluated by oil red O staining. The serum lipid metabolism and the levels of IL-1β, TNF- α and LPS were detected by ELISA. The expressions of inflammatory factors and tight junction proteins in the ileal and colonic epithelial cells of mice were also measured by Western blot and immunohistochemical staining. Results With normal chow diet, the atherosclerotic plaques of mice increased significantly in the antibiotic intervention group (P=0.016). The levels of serum IL-1β and TNF- α in antibiotics group mice were significantly increased (P=0.005，P= 0.021). The expressions of inflammatory factors IL-1β and TNF-α in ileal tissue of mice were significantly increased (P=0.003，P=0.007), and the expression of tight junction protein in intestinal tissue was significantly decreased (P<0.050). With high-fat diet, the formation of atherosclerotic plaque of the mice in the antibiotic group were decreased (P=0.040)； the serum total cholesterol level was decreased (P< 0.001), and the serum LPS level was also decreased (P=0.003). The expressions of inflammatory factors TNF-α(ileum：P=0.030，colon：P=0.029), IL-6(ileum：P=0.040，colon：P=0.001) and IL-1β(ileum：P= 0.004, colon：P=0.017) in intestinal tissue were significantly decreased, while the expression of tight junction protein in intestinal epithelial cells didn’t change. Conclusion The lack of intestinal commensal microbiota increases the level of systemic inflammation in ApoE -/- mice and promotes the formation of atherosclerotic plaque, which suggests that normal intestinal commensal bacteria may have a protective effect on atherosclerosis in ApoE -/- mice. Objective To investigate the clinical value of the inflammatory burden index (IBI) in the diagnosis and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 350 patients with colorectal cancer diagnosed pathologically in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Medical University from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and 350 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations during the same period were selected as the control group. The receiver operating characteristic (ROC) was used to analyze the value of IBI in the diagnosis and prognosis prediction of colorectal cancer. Univariable and multivariable Cox regression models were used to analyze the associations of IBI and clinical indicators with prognosis of colorectal cancer. A nomogram was established to predict the survival rate. Results The ROC curve analysis showed that IBI was statistically significant in the diagnosis of colorectal cancer (Z=12.382, P<0.001). The area under the curve (AUC) was 0.813 (95%CI: 0.774-0.848), and the best cut⁃off point was 25.52. IBI was also statistically significant in predicting the prognosis of colorectal cancer (Z=9.473, P<0.001). The AUC was 0.824 (95%CI: 0.771-0.869), and the best cut⁃off point was 33.68. Univariable Cox regression analysis showed that higher IBI was correlated with higher preoperative CEA and worse T and N staging (P<0.05). Multivariable Cox regression analysis showed that IBI> 33.68 was an independent risk factor affecting the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients (HR=3.576, 95%CI: 3.114-4.138). The overall C⁃index of the nomogram model was 0.849 (95%CI: 0.829-0.868, P<0.001). The calibration curve showed good consistency between the predicted survival rate and the actual survival rate. Conclusions IBI >33.68 is an independent prognostic risk factor for colorectal cancer. IBI has good diagnostic and prognostic value and may be a new biomarker for colorectal cancer. Eating disorders (EDs) are a kind of chronic disease with high relapse rate and heavy disease burden. Patients with EDS have neurocognitive deficits related to executive function, among which the main manifestations are abnormal attentional bias and inhibitory control. Event-related potential studies are being undertaken to explore the underlying neural mechanism of cognitive abnormalities in EDS. This paper reviews the research of event-related potentials in EDs from the aspect of attentional bias and inhibition control. Suggestions for the future diagnosis and treatment programs based on neurocognitive mechanism are provided. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
