针对认知无线电网络中次用户（SU）参与频谱感知的积极性低以及SU到融合中心（FC）的信道条件差,造成发送到FC的数据不可信的问题,提出一种基于反拍卖技术（RAT）的中继协作频谱感知算法。该算法将SU分为普通次用户和中继次用户,在这两种SU之间采用RAT的方式激励SU参与到频谱感知当中,以解决SU的积极性低的问题,通过中继的方式可以解决信道条件差的问题。仿真结果表明,所提方法的感知性能明显好于非中继方法,并且提高了用户的积极性。

[Objectives]Aiming at the low detection accuracy of apple surface defects in the process of non-destructive testing, an apple surface defect detection method based on DSCS-YOLO was proposed. [Methods]Firstly, in order to improve the network's ability to extract detailed features of surface defects, a deep and shallow feature selection module DSCS based on Dense and SE modules was designed. The C3 module in Backbone was replaced by DSCS, which strengthened the learning of important features and weakened redundant features on the basis of retaining superficial information of surface defects. In order to solve the problem of parameter coupling caused by excessive output information of Backbone and Neck, the Decoupled Head principle was used to make hierarchical prediction of Head layer. At the same time, the ELU activation function was used to improve the original Decoupled Head, simplify the terminal structure, and make the network training easier. Finally, to solve the difficulty of labeling surface defects, Wise-IoU loss function was used to replace CIoU loss function, which provided nonlinear gain for labeling of different qualities and realized dynamic focused learning of the network. [Results]DSCS-YOLO improved the detection of small targets, and the mean average precision of the apple surface defect test set reached 90.9%, which was 4.5%, 1.9%, 6.3% and 16.3% higher than that of YOLOv3-tiny, YOLOv5s, YOLOX-s and SSD, respectively, showing the best detection effect. At the same time, the number of model parameters was 9.54 M, and the inference time was only 2.8 ms. The detection speed was fast, which could meet the needs of practical applications. In recent years, with the rapid development of life sciences, the use of laboratory fish in toxicology, genetics, developmental biology and medicine has increased dramatically, and they have gradually become important new model organisms. At the same time, the welfare of laboratory fish has also received increasing attention. Although the research level of experimental fish welfare is still in a relatively early stage compared to terrestrial experimental animals, developed regions such as Europe and America have established corresponding legal frameworks to safeguard the welfare of laboratory fish in research. This article elucidates the current developmental status of laboratory fish welfare, discusses the rationale behind the imperative to prioritize and enhance their welfare, deeply investigates factors influencing their welfare from the feeding stage and experimental stage. Taking the straw cellulose fiber (SCF) as raw material, bleaching and cationic treatment were carried out to increase its adsorption capacity for anionic substances, so as to prepare an adsorbent for removing allura red (AR) dye from aqueous solution. The SEM results showed that the surface of Cationized straw cellulose fiber (CSCF) was significantly different from SCF, with rounded strips and more obvious fold structures which increased the surface area; the EDS analysis showed that SCF did not contain nitrogen element, but the nitrogen content in CSCF was 4. 19%, which proved that the quaternary ammonium cations were successfully grafted onto the fibers. According to single-factor experiments, the optimal adsorption conditions of AR were as follows: pH of 2, temperature was 30 °C, CSCF dosage was 0. 5 g / L, and the contact time was 180 min. The maximum adsorption capacity of CSCF for AR was 119. 06 mg / g, and the maximum removal rate was more than 99%, which showed that CSCF had a good adsorption effect on AR. The adsorption process can be described by the pseudo-second-order kinetics model and the Langmuir adsorption isotherm model. In summary, CSCF was proved to be an excellent biomass adsorbent. Osteoporosis is a chronic complication of diabetes in the bone system. The incidence of osteoporosis and diabetes is increasing year by year. Severe eases can lead to fracture and affect the quality of life of the patients. At present, the efficacy of modern medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis is not accurate, with many side effects and high price. This disease belongs to Chinese medicine category of wasting-thirst combined with atrophic debility of bones. The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has been paid more and more attention. With the increasing of vehicular wireless communication,vehicle Ad hoc networks (VANETs) have become an important part of the intelligent transportation system. Based on the multi-channel MAC protocol in VANETs,this paper proposed a backoff algorithm for different nodes considering fairness of network. By comparing the successful sending traffic throughput of the node and the average traffic throughput for its neighbors, the node determined backoff windows so that to improve the fairness in accessing process. In order to improve the fairness of network,the algorithm sacrificed amount of traffic throughput. Noticed that the service channels were not saturated, this paper also proposed an algorithm to adjust the length of service reservation period based on node density. The algorithm improved the utilization of service channels and the throughput of network. Simulation results indicated that comparing with the BEB algorithm and the MILD algorithm,the proposed backoff algorithm can effectively improve fairness of network by 2.3 times and 2. 05 times,respectively. Objective To investigate pathogenic bacteria distribution and antibiotics resistance in febrile neutropenic patients with lymphoma which might provide rationale for optimizing drug selection in improving the outcome of anti-infection therapy. Methods Pathogenic bacteria isolated from febrile neutropenic patients with lymphoma hospitalized in the departments of hematology in 12 Shanghai tertiary hospitals from Jan., 2012 to Dec., 2014 were retrospectively identified and systemically analyzed for its distribution and characteristics of antibiotics resistance. Results A total of 108 clinical isolates were collected from the febrile neutropenic patients with lymphoma, including 41 Gram-positive (G+) and 67 Gram-negative (G-) bacteria accounted for 37.96% and 62.04%, respectively. Enterobacteriaceae was the most common G- bacteria accounted for 34.26%, while Staphylococcus was ranked in the first of all G+ pathogens accounted for 24.07%. The majority of pathogenic bacteria were clinically isolated from respiratory tract secretions specimens added up to 60 isolates accounted for 55.56%, followed by strains isolated from wound and catheter secretions as well as blood amounted to 19, 12 and 10 isolates accounted for 17.59%, 11.11% and 9.26%, respectively. K lebsiella pneumonia and Klebsiella acid were the most common strains isolated from respiratory tract and wound secretions specimens, while Escherichia coli and Staphylococcal were mainly isolated from catheter and blood samples. G+ bacteria were found to some extent be resistant to penicillin, erythromycin, levofloxacin, cephalosporins as well as gentamicin, while sensitivity rate of G+ strains to fosfomycin, vancomycin, teicoplanin and linezolid were approximately around 92.9%-100%. Meanwhile, G- pathogens were shown to be sensitive to amikacin, meropenem, imipenem, cefoperazone/shubatan and piperacillin/tazobactam despite being resistant to penicillin and cephalosporins. Conclusions G- bacteria were the most common pathogens in febrile neutropenic patients with lymphoma, among which being multidrug resistance. Linezolid, vancomycin and teicoplanin could be recommended as empirical agents for G+ bacterial infection, while imipenem, meropenem and amikacin could be served as optimal antibiotics for G- strains infection. Objective · To analyze clinical and pathological characteristics of gastric malignancies from a single center of Ruijin Hospital, and provide references for making healthy policy on gastric tumors. Methods · The data sources were from hospital in-patients database including demographic information, family history, clinicopathological information, and census registering information during 2005 to 2014. The demographic data and clinicopathological data were analyzed. Results · The total number was 3 315 cases with gastric malignancies (2 184 male patients and 1 131 female patients). It was about 2 times as high in males as in females. The patient age was between 18 to 98 years old (mean 59.71 years old). Based on pathologic diagnosis, 3 122 cases (94.2%) were gastric adenocarcinoma, others were gastrointestinal stromal tumors (5.5%), neuroendocrine tumor (0.2%) and malignant lymphoma (0.1%). Out of patients with gastric carcinoma, about 4.46% of cases ran in families. Conclusion · Over 94% cases of gastric malignancies are gastric carcinomas. Objective To investigate the clinical and imagiologic effects of modified Mcbride procedure combined with Chevron osteotomy in treating moderate hallux valgus(HV)deformity.Methods The clinical data in 46 patients(78 feet)with HV deformity in this hospital from June 2004 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.The changes of HV angle(HVA)and the1-2 intermetatarsal angle(IMA)were compared between before and after operation.The function and prognosis were evaluated according to the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)hallux metatarsophalangeal-interphalangeal joints scale.The follow up lasted for 6-24 months with an average of(19.8±2.3)months.Results Among 46 cases(78 feet), 32 cases(52 feet)were followed up, including 6 males(8 feet)and 26 females(44 feet);the ages were 26-65 years old with an average of(46.3±4.2)years old.No case of nonunion was found during follow up period.However, 3 cases[4 feet, 7.7%(4/52)]appeared mild weight-bearing walking pain of the first MTP joint.The mean HVA was decreased from preoperative(32.7±5.6)°to postoperative(12.8±2.6)°.The mean 1-2 IMA was decreased from preoperative(11.6±2.7)°to postoperative(8.1±0.8)°.The mean AOFAS MTP-IP score were improved from preoperative(45.8±3.6)points to postoperative(89.5±3.8)points, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the function grading for 32 cases(52 feet), 26 cases were excellent, 22 cases were good, 4 cases were fair, no case was poor, with an excellent and good rate of 92.3%.Conclusion The modified Mcbride procedure combined with Chevron osteotomy can significantly decrease the recurrence rate of soft tissue operation, meanwhile the osteotomy surface is stable with high healing rate.The significant effect can be achieved for correcting moderate HV deformity.
