Necrotizing enterocolitis ( NEC) has been a leading cause of gastrointestinal emergencies in premature infants. Over the last 50 years, a large variety of experimental models have been developed for examining the pathophysiology of NEC and testing the effectiveness of new therapeutic strategies. Current etiological studies of NEC have employed intestinal epithelial cells and animal models. However,cell models cannot mimic the biological characteristics of intestinal tissues in children while animal models reflect human diseases and other related characteristics. With the latest discovery of intestinal stem cell marker Lgr5 +, a novel in vitro intestinal model is gradually emerging. This review focused upon the relevant experimental models and discussed the main advantages and disadvantages of each model so as lo help researchers better select proper NEC experimental models. Cingulate epilepsy(CE) was previously considered as a subtype of frontal lobe epilepsy, and its pathogenesis is still not very clear. Compared with frontal lobe epilepsy, CE ’sonset age is young and main clinical manifestations are similar to frontal lobe epilepsy or(and) temporal lobe epilepsy and other rare epilepsy. EEG abnormal discharge performances are diversified. MRI performance is usually negative, IEEG, PET, MEGand image post-processing technology and multimodal preoperative assessment often show abnormal structure and function of the cingulate. The curative effect of conventional antiepileptic drugs may be related to the cause of disease. The most common pathological type after operation is focal cortical dysplasia. Objective: To investigate the expression of microRNA-223(mi R-223) in colon cancer and its influence and mechanism on the invasion and migration of HT-29 cells. Methods: The expression of mi R-223 in colon cancer and adjacent tissues was detected.mi R-223 mimics(mi R-223 mimics, mi R-223 mimics group) and microRNA unrelated sequences(mi R-223 NC, NC group) were transfected into colon cancer HT-29 cells by liposome transfection.Detection of mi R-223 and TWIST expression in transfected cells by Realtime PCR, Western blot was used to detect the protein expression of TWIST, and Tranwell was used to detect the cell migration and invasion. Double luciferase reporter gene was used to detect the effect of mi R-223 on the promoter activity of TWIST gene. Transwell migration and invasion assay was used to detect the migration and invasion of human colon cancer cell line HT-29 transfected with mi R-223 mimics and TWIST si RNA. Results: The expression of mi R-223 was significantly higher than that of the adjacent colon(P<0.05). Compared with the blank control group and mi R-223 NC group, the expression of mi R-223 in HT-29 cells transfected with mi R-223 mimics increased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with the negative control group and the empty transfection group, the number of cells penetrated by mi R-223 mimics transfection group increased significantly(P<0.05), and the cell invasion ability of mi R-223 mimics transfection group increased significantly(P<0.05). Compared with mi R-223 NC group and blank control group, the expression of TWIST gene m RNA and protein in HT-29 cells transfected with mi R-223 mimics increased significantly(P<0.05). Double luciferase analysis showed that TWIST was the downstream target gene of mi R-223. The migration and invasion ability of HT-29 cells co transfected with TWIST si RNA and mi R-223 mimics was significantly weaker than that of HT-29 cells alone transfected with mi R-223 mimics(P<0.05). ObjectiveTo study the prognostic factors of surgical operation in patients with refractory temporal lobe epilepsy(TLE) induced by dual pathology of hippocampal sclerosis(HS) with focal cortical dysplasia(FCD). MethodsThe clinical data of 45 patients with refractory TLE induced by pathological proved dual pathology(HS with FCD) were analyzed retrospectively. The postoperative follow-up ranged from 1 to 5years, according to the follow-up results. Engel classI-IIwere taken as the effective treatment group and Engel class III-IV were taken as the ineffective treatment group. The binary logistic regression analysis was used to investigate the factors influencing the prognosis of surgery. Results29 (29/45) patients were in the effective treatment group. Among them, 27 were Engel class Iand 2 were Engel class II. 16(16/45) patients were in the ineffective treatment group. Among them, 9 were Engel class III and 7 were Engel class IV. Binary logistic regression analysis showed that histopathological subtypes were FCDIIIa or not (χ2=4.593, P=0.032, OR=6.098, 95% CI=1.167-31.863) and complete resection of epileptogenic area or not(χ2=9.477, P=0.002, OR=13.487, 95% CI=2.574-70.679) were statistically significant. Onset age, preoperative seizure frequency, course of onset, age at operation, having a history of febrile seizure or not and positive or not on MRI were not statistically significant(P＞0.05). ConclusionThe operative prognoses of the patients with TLE induced by dual pathology(HS with FCD) are associated with histopathological subtypes, complete resection of epileptogenic area. Objective To investigate the prognostic factors of surgical operation in patients with epilepsy induced by focal cortical dysplasia (FCD). Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with epilepsy induced by pathological proved FCD, were analyzed retrospectively. Postoperative follow-up for 12 to 36 months, Engel classification of assessing the prognosis of patients, application of Logistic regression analysis to investigate the factors influencing the prognosis of surgery. Results 27 patients (64.3%) were Engel class Ⅰ, 6 patients (14.3%) were Engel class Ⅱ, 6 patients (14.3%) were Engel class Ⅲ, 3 patients (7.1%) were Engel class Ⅳ. Logistic regression showed that inconsistency of MEG and surgical range (OR=6.063, 95%CI 1.168-31.482, P<0.05) and incomplete resection (OR=7.739, 95%CI 1.447-41.398, P<0.05) were independent prognostic factors. Gender, age, course of disease, the history of febrile seizure, the location of epileptogenic zone, brain MRI and type of FCD were not statistically significant. Conclusion The operative prognoses of the patients with epilepsy induced by FCD are associated with consistency of MEG and surgical range, complete resection of epileptogenic zone. 目的观察过敏性紫癜(HSP)患儿外周血单核细胞Toll样受体2(TLR2)的表达变化，并探讨其与Th1/ Th2免疫应答的关系。方法 71例HSP患儿[其中无肾损伤的HSP(NHPSN)35例、有肾损伤HSP(HSPN)36例]， 另选择35例健康儿童为对照组。采集纳人者静脉外周血,分离外周血单核细胞（PBMC) ,RT-PCR法检测PBM& 中TLR2的mRNA，流式细胞术检测外周血CD14 +单核细胞表面TLR2蛋白，ELISA法检测血清干扰素-7(IFN-y)、 白细胞介素4(IL4),分析外周血TLR2蛋白水平与IFN-y、IL4的相关性。结果 HSPN、NHSPN及对照组PBMCs 中 TLR2 mRNA 的相对表达量分别为 1.97 ±0.76、1.50 ±0.70、1.11 ±0.52,两两比较，均 <0.05。HSPN、NHSPN 及对照组外周血CD14 +单核细胞表面TLR2蛋白含量分别为0.44 ±0. 29、0.19 ±0.12、. 09 ±0. 06组间两两比较， P均<0.05。与对照组比较，NHPSN、HSPN血清IFN-y水平下降，IL4水平升高，IFN- /IL4比值降低（P均< 0. 05)。与NHSPN比较,HSPN血清IFN-y水平下降,IL4水平升高,IFN-y/IL^比值降低（P均< 0.05) HSP患儿外 周血CD14 +单核细胞表面TLR2蛋白表达与血清IFN-水平呈负相关，与IL4水平呈正相关(P均<0. 05)。结论 HSP患儿外周血PBMCs中TLR2表达升高，且HSPN患儿外周血PBMCs中TLR2表达升高更明显。TLR2可能通 过降低IFN-y水平、升高IL4水平参与HSP的肾损伤.
