Live-virtual-constructive(LVC) brings new ideas for constructing digital simulation training system. In order to solve the problem of heterogeneous resource integration existing in LVC simulation middleware, a distributed joint training simulation middleware architecture consisting of resource virtualization, application control, service scheduling, and communication links module was developed. The information barrier can be broken via the internal simulation engine adapter, which can realize the flexible invocation and the dynamic integration of the simulation resources and the physical resources, thus providing a stable supporting environment for real simulation applications. In addition, the reliability of the distributed simulation architecture was studied, the consensus algorithm of distributed simulation system was designed, and finally the interconnection, interoperability and interoperability of heterogeneous resources in LVC simulation were realized. A real simulation example was employed to verify the validity, consistency and the reliability of the simulation middleware architecture. Objective To understand the supply situation of the UAE ’s medicinal market and provide reference for Chinese medicines which are going to import into the UAE. Methods The data related to the existing varieties and dosage forms in the UAE’s medicinal market were collected and analyzed, and compared to the medicines in China. Results To December 31st, 2021, the number of existing pharmaceutical products in the UAE was 5 395 and the number of varieties was 1 637. According to the statistical results of the New Pharmacotherapeutics (18th Edition), the number of pharmaceutical varieties in China was 1 558. The number of overlapping pharmaceutical varieties between the two countries was 604, and the differences mainly focus on medicines of alimentary tract and metabolism, anti-infectives for systemic use, medicines for the nervous system, antiparasitic products, insecticides and repellents. There were 194 pharmaceutical dosage forms in the UAE, with oral administration, injectable administration and dermal administration ranking among the top three. Conclusion There are certain commonalities and also differences in pharmaceutical varieties and dosage forms between China and the UAE, which indicated that our pharmaceutical varieties need to be investigated in detail before importing into the UAE. At the same time, China also could learn from the experience of the UAE and strengthen the research of new medicines and mechanical combinations to further enrich the domestic pharmaceutical market. 目的观察高血压左心室肥厚患者红细胞分布宽度(RDW)、平均血小板体积(MPV)、血小板分布宽度(PDW)变化,探讨其临床意义。方法高血压患者161例,通过超声心动图检查计算左心室质量指数(LVMI),根据LVMI将患者分为左心室肥厚组(54例)和非左心室肥厚组(107例)。收集并比较两组患者的年龄、性别、体质量、身高、吸烟史、糖尿病病史、口服降压药史等一般资料。采集患者空腹外周静脉血,测定患者RDW、MPV、PDW、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、空腹血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、肌酐、尿酸等指标,计算估算的肾小球滤过率。采用Spearman相关分析法分析RDW、MPV、PDW与LVMI的相关性。采用Logistic回归分析法分析高血压患者发生左心室肥厚的危险因素。采用受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析RDW、MPV、PDW对高血压患者左心室肥厚的诊断效能。结果左心室肥厚组女性比例、RDW、MPV、PDW、hs-CRP水平均高于非左心室肥厚组(P均<0.05)。RDW、MPV、PDW与LVMI呈正相关关系(r分别为0.182、0.342、0.300,P均<0.05)。女性、RDW、MPV、PDW、hs-CRP水平升高均为高血压患者发生左心室肥厚的独立危险因素。RDW诊断高血压患者发生左心室肥厚的ROC下面积为0.619,取最佳截断值为13.55%时,特异度为94.39%,敏感度为25.93%。MPV诊断高血压患者发生左心室肥厚的ROC下面积为0.725,取最佳截断值为11.55 f L时,特异度为89.72%,敏感度为46.30%。PDW诊断高血压患者发生左心室肥厚的ROC下面积为0.715,取最佳截断值为13.35%时,特异度为92.52%,敏感度为42.59%。结论高血压左心室肥厚患者RDW、MPV、PDW升高。高血压患者RDW、MPV、PDW与LVMI呈正相关关系,是高血压患者发生左心室肥厚的影响因素,检测RDW、MPV、PDW有助于高血压左心室肥厚的诊断。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

To investigate the deformation performance of high strength recycled reinforced concrete beams under long-term loading, the long-term deflection tests of six recycled reinforced concrete beams were carried out. The beam cross section was 200mm×300mm, and the length was 3300mm and the span was 3000mm. The reinforcement details of specimens were the same. The longitudinal reinforcement ratio was 1.13% and the stirrup volumetric ratio was 0.54%. The concrete cover depth of longitudinal reinforcement was 20mm. The strength level of recycled concrete was C55~C60. The concrete was recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) concrete, and the fine aggregate was natural sand. The replacement ratio of RCA included 0%, 33%, 66%, 100%, and there were two loading levels. The test has already continued under long-term loading, and the load value, deflection, temperature and humidity have been recorded. The developing rule of beams’ deflection of different loading levels and different replacement ratios of RCA were analyzed. The formula between deflection and time was obtained by fitting curves. Results show that: the creep deflection of high strength recycled reinforced concrete beams is slightly larger than the creep deflection of natural aggregate concrete beams under low loading level (The ratio of loading moment to yield moment is 0.29). The deflection increasing coefficient under low loading level is slightly higher than that under high loading level (The ratio of loading moment to yield moment is 0.46 and 0.47). The deflection increasing coefficient of recycled concrete beams could adopt 1.1 times of the deflection increasing coefficient of normal concrete beam. In order to investigate the bond-slip behavior between steel bars and recycled concrete, the bond-slip properties of 13 reinforced medium/high strength recycled concrete beam-type specimens were tested. The effects of the shape of steel bar, the length of anchorage, the strength of concrete and the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate on the bond-slip behavior between steel bars and recycled concrete were studied. Research shows that ： when the recycled coarse aggregate replacement is 33% - 6 6% and the fine aggregate is natural sand, the bond strength between steel bar and recycled concrete is basically coincident with ordinary concrete. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 100% and the fine aggregate is over 50%，the bond behavior between rebars and recycled concrete is degraded distinctly. Compared with the ordinary concrete specimens，the bond efficiency coefficient of the relative concrete strength of the recycled coarse aggregate concrete specimens is higher. The bond strength between deformed bars and recycled concrete is better than plain ones. The bond strength between steel and recycled concrete decreases with the increase of the anchorage length of reinforcement.
