【目的】 研究Y染色体多拷贝基因座DYS464遗传多态性在汉族群体中的分布规律。【方法】 选择106例汉族无亲缘关系男性个体作为研究对象，荧光标记引物PCR扩增DYS464基因座片段，ABl377自动测序仪上变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析PCR产物，并对不同重复序列分别测序。【结果】 DYS464基因座在106例汉族男性无关个体中发现有8种片段。变异11～18次。根据其中任意4种片段的组合，即片段大小和峰高的比率来命名等位基因，E-型命名方法，观察到61种等位基因，其中36种等位基因只出现1次。基因多样性和个体识别力分别为0．9853和0．9760，比目前报道的单个Y-STR基因座的多态性都高。【结论】 多拷贝基因座DYS464具有高度多态性，非常适于法医学实践和人类进化的研究。

In recent years, the updating of inorganic chemistry experimental course content and the multidimensional informatization of teaching resources have necessitated urgent reforms in student performance evaluation methods. This paper presents an overview of the development of the inorganic chemistry experimental course at Tianjin University, elucidates the necessity for reforming student performance assessment methods, and summarizes the practical measures and outcomes of these reforms. With the accelerated development of globalization cross-border e-commerce market shows a booming trend. In this context the traditional operation mode has been difficult to meet the rapid changes and diversified needs of the cross-border market. At present the data obtained by cross-border e-commerce are enough to solve the internal management process and department needs. However due to the dispersion and use value of data the data information between different departments cannot be effectively communicated resulting in a large number of value data forming barriers. The resulting operational differences cannot fully peel away the data to observe the expression dilemma behind it resulting in a difference gap. It is impossible to form an accurate personalized and logical operation mechanism. The cross-border e-commerce market is highly complex and changeable. Single case studies can have a deep insight into the market status quo in a specific context accurately capture and explain the operation behavior in a specific environment under situational sensitivity to reveal its causal relationship enhance the persuasive power of research by collecting and analyzing detailed empirical data and make flexible and adaptive adjustments in the face of new problems of research objects in the research process. Therefore taking brand F as an example this paper integrates first-hand and second-hand research materials including internal documents interview records observation notes etc. analyzes the collaborative relationship between the research object and the research target through the single-case study method analyzes its potential operation rules based on the data-product-data theory and reveals the operation mechanism logic from the datadriven perspective. By grafting data technology and application the study reveals the realization mode of innovative operation mechanism with data value discovery-data value creation-data value realization as the research paradigm realizing the interaction and cooperation of design end production end and marketing end and integrating value chain links to promote the reconstruction of industrial chain. The construction of an ecological operation mechanism can gradually focus on trend benefits maximize their benefits optimize the coordination degree between vertical supply chain resources and supply departments improve product attribute labels strengthen consumer search accuracy improve consumer satisfaction and audience stickness avoid data stacking and functional limitations maximize information value and eliminate idle data and functions in time. In the future it is necessary to improve the extrapolation of research and the applicability to the global market by expanding the sample size and incorporating more consumer groups with multicultural backgrounds. In terms of technology iteration and follow-up the latest data technologies and operational tools can be continuously followed up and incorporated to more fully explore the potential and application of products. For the research on shortening cultural differences crosscultural perspective research can be strengthened to deeply analyze the influence of different cultures on consumer behavior preferences so as to optimize cross-cultural operation strategies. With the rise of big data technology and the continuous optimization of deep learning algorithms, generative intelligence is reshaping various industries at an unprecedented speed, expanding the scale and possibilities of design, and showing its potential in innovative applications. This paper aims to explore the relationship between big data and generative intelligence, analyze the status quo of technology development and its application in vertical fields, and deduce the transformation of design process based on this. Using the method of combining literature research and case analysis, this paper firstly analyzes the development and application status of big data and generative intelligence technology. Secondly, Midjourney is taken as an example to summarize the fashion design mode in the era of data and intelligence for different application scenarios. Al can assist designers to quickly generate diverse design solutions, and promote the transformation of design from human-led to human- machine collaboration. Midjourney can quickly realize clothing pattern design, clothing effect drawing generation, virtual model image design and create clothing display space. Based on the double diamond design model, the four-diamond diagram of the design process in the intelligent age is proposed. The process combines the application of data-driven prediction and intelligent technology to verify the reconstruction of design thinking, the reform of design methods and the transformation of design research perspective in the intelligent age. The process integrates the cycle of data insight, intelligent generation, design verification and feedback optimization, showing the systematic upgrade path of the design process in the intelligent era. Under the integration of super-disciplines, big data provides massive information for design science to accurately grasp the design trend, and generative intelligence provides a new perspective for design science with its learning and innovation ability, extends the design boundary, and becomes a bridge connecting humanities, society, nature and other fields. For designers, from hand-drawing to computer drawing, and with the help of machine learning to accelerate creative output, Al technology has simplified the design process and greatly improved design efficiency and diversity, but it still needs to be manually screened and adjusted to ensure practicality. It is foreseeable that with the penetration of big data artificial intelligence in the field of design art, new art forms and design expressions will be produced, but the emergence of artificial intelligence and big data will not completely replace traditional design forms. Based on the daily rainfall data and interpolation data of 53 meteorological stations in and around the Yongding River Basin in the past 60 years, the evolution characteristics of precipitation in the Yongding River Basin from 1960 to 2019 were analyzed by various variation diagnosis methods. The results show that a) the annual rainfall in the Yongding River Basin has a downward trend. On the seasonal scale, the summer rainfall has a significant downward trend, and the spring, autumn and winter rainfalls have an upward trend. b) In terms of spatial distribution, the annual precipitation shows an insignificant downward trend in most areas, a significant downward trend in a small area below the Guanting Reservoir, and an insignificant upward trend in spring, autumn and winter, only an insignificant downward trend in some areas. On the contrary, the summer precipitation shows a downward trend in most areas of the basin. c) After the abrupt change of precipitation, the distribution function of annual precipitation increases at the minimum value and decreases at the maximum value, and the distribution function of precipitation in July and August decreases as a whole. In recent years, Shaanxi Province has effectively controlled the Brucellosis epidemic of dairy goats in Guanzhong area. These efforts have ensured the sustainable and healthy development of the dairy goat industry. However, several challenges still exist regarding brucellosis prevention and control in this area, including insufficient administrative coordination capacity, limited willingness among operators to implement preventive measures, and inadequate effectiveness of policy interventions. To address these issues comprehensively, some pertinent suggestions were put forward about the Brucellosis control in Guanzhong dairy goats, including conducting comprehensive background investigations, scientifically assessing risks, bolstering brucellosis monitoring efforts, enhancing animal health supervision, advocating centralized slaughter of sheep, and scientifically disposing of brucellosis-infected dairy goats. Diligent endeavors should be undertaken to ensure the effective implementation of various measures for the prevention and control of brucellosis in the dairy goat industry in the Guanzhong area of Shaanxi Province while fully guaranteeing high-quality development and public health safety. The ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin are significant national strategies. The “Yellow River Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China” provides legal guarantees for comprehensive management at the basin level, high-level protection of the Yellow River, high-quality development, and the building of a “Happy River” benefiting the people. The legislative basis of the “Yellow River Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China” includes legislation at the national, local, and basin levels.
