BACKGROUND: As a bone replacement and filling material, calcium phosphate stone bone cement has good biocompatibility, bone conductivity, and other advantages, especially its better biodegradability compared to other calcium phosphate bone cements. It has important application value in bone repair. However, due to its limitations such as insufficient mechanical properties, fast solidification reaction, and poor injection performance, it is currently only suitable for the repair of non weight-bearing bone. OBJECTIVE: To explore the modification of brushite cements with bioactive ions (metal and non metal ions) to expand its application range. METHODS: The author used PubMed, ScienceDirect, CNKI, and WanFang to search the literature published between 2018 and 2023 with the search terms “metal ion, iron, copper, strontium, magnesium, zinc, non-metal ion, modification, bone, brushite cements” in Chinese and “metal ion, iron, Fe, copper, Cu, strontium, Sr, magnesium, Mg, zinc, Zn, non-metal ion, modification, bone, brushite cements” in English. After reading titles and abstracts, the articles were initially screened, and irrelevant and duplicate articles were excluded. Finally, 64 articles were included for review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Bioactive ions affect the hydration process of calcium phosphate bone cement. Different ions are substituted by ions and incorporated into the crystal structure of calcium phosphate bone cement, changing the crystal morphology of the cement and causing changes in physical and chemical properties such as setting time, injectability, and compressive strength. (2) Ionic modified calcium phosphate bone cement produces different ion release effects due to different crystal structures. Different types of ions have properties such as promoting angiogenesis/osteogenesis, antibacterial, antitumor, etc. In addition, calcium phosphate bone cement has good biodegradability, which has great advantages for the performance of various ions. (3) The physicochemical properties of calcium phosphate bone cement modified with different ions are as follows: iron, copper, strontium, magnesium, zinc, silver, and cobalt can prolong the setting time. Strontium, and magnesium can improve injection performance. Copper, strontium, magnesium, silver and silicon can enhance compressive strength. The ions that can simultaneously improve the three physical and chemical properties of calcium phosphate bone cement include strontium and magnesium. Good physical and chemical properties are a prerequisite for clinical application, so improving the setting time, injectability, compressive strength, and other properties of calcium phosphate bone cement with ions is of great significance for the research and application of bone cement. (4) The biological properties of calcium phosphate bone cement modified with different ions are as follows: copper, strontium, magnesium, zinc, cobalt, lithium, selenium, and silicon have promoting angiogenesis/osteogenic effects. Iron, copper, magnesium, zinc, and silver have antibacterial properties. Magnesium ions have anti-inflammatory properties. Copper and selenium have anti-tumor properties. (5) In summary, magnesium ions can improve the setting time, injectability, and compressive strength of calcium phosphate bone cement, while also promoting neovascularization/osteogenesis, antibacterial properties, and have good application prospects for the treatment of bone defects with concurrent infections. In addition, copper also has anti-tumor properties, so copper ions have great potential in the treatment of bone defects caused by infections and tumors. However, relevant research is still in the basic research stage, and the effects of different ion doping concentrations and synthesis conditions on the physicochemical properties of calcium phosphate bone cement need to be further explored. Experience about stormwater management in developed countries has great referential value for the construction of Sponge City, a concept aimed at mitigating the problem of urban waterlogging in China. Through the combination of literature review and field research, comparison about the current status of urban stormwater management between several cities in China and Italy is made, and the similarities in management are discussed. Based on the analysis of the differences in spatial distribution of urban green areas between the two countries, referable experience and implications of Italian stormwater management practice to the Sponge City program are summarized. According to the current situation, suggestions are made for the construction of Sponge City. Both countries use a top-down approach in stormwater management. Decentralized greens in Italian cities contribute to the full play of their rainwater absorption function. High proportion of private greens releases the pressure of maintenance for the Italian government. In Chinese cities, green areas are relatively concentrated. Problems of insufficient sponge facility maintenance in residential areas exist. It’s necessary for China to enhance stormwater management efficiency through decentralized green infrastructure construction according to local situation. In addition, public participation in the construction process of Sponge City should be encouraged, and experience of developed countries can be employed as reference to improve the management mode of Sponge City. [Objectives]The purpose of this experiment was to explore the differential expression of neuromedin B（NMB）and its receptors（neuromedin B receptor, NMBR;gastrin releasing peptide receptor, GRPR;bombesin receptor subtype 3,BRS3）in goat testis at different development stages, which provided reference for analyzing the mechanism of mammalian testicular development and functional regulation. [Methods]Twelve male goats（3-and 9-months-old, six individuals per age group）with clear pedigree and good body conditions were selected for castration and collected the testicular tissue. Based on gene cloning and sequence analysis of NMB and its receptors, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the location of NMB and its receptors in testicular tissue, and RT-qPCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of NMB and its receptors in goat testis at different development stages. [Results]NMB and its receptors gene had the most recent evolutionary relationship with sheep and cattle. The nucleotide sequence of the coding region of NMB and its receptors gene had more than 96% homology with cattle and sheep, and structural analysis showed that NMBR,GRPR and BRS3 belonged to seven transmembrane receptors. NMB and its receptors were widely distributed in testicular tissues of 3-months-old and 9-months-old goats, and a strong staining intensity in leydig cells, myoid cells and sperm cells. In addition, compared with the 3-months-old goats, the mRNA and protein expression levels of NMB and GRPR in testis of 9-months-old goats significantly decreased（P＜0.05）,while the mRNA and protein expression levels of NMBR and BRS3 in testis of 9-months-old goats significantly increased（P＜0.05）. Since the existing works of POI(point-of-interest) recommendation on location-based social networks(LBSN) focus on mining context information of POI, including the geographical information, comment information and the temporal information, which the comment information of user has not been systematically studied. This paper proposed a unified POI recommendation model, which fused user preference to a POI with temporal information, geographical influence and comment information of user. The model studied the comment information of LBSN by exploiting the latent Diriehlet allocation(LDA) model and modeled the user preference based on the number of user check-in behaviors. Finally, experimental results in real world social network show that the proposed model outperforms state-of-the-art recommendation algorithms in terms of precision and rating error. 目的 观察黄体酮乳膏剂经皮给药在大鼠体内的药动学参数和生物利用度变化，为其临床应用提供依据。方法选择健康无卵巢的Wistar大鼠6只，随机分为口服组和经皮组，每组3只。两组均行双周期双交叉试验：分别单次给予黄体酮胶囊（灌胃）、黄体酮乳膏剂（贴覆）各50 mg／kg。口服组用药前，用药后0、5、10、20、30 min及1、2、4、6、8、10、12、24、48、72 h眼眶取血0．4 mL；经皮组用药前，用药后0、0．5、2、4、8、16、24、32、40、48、56、64、72 h眼眶取血0．4 mL。末次取血后停药至少2周，两组交叉给药，同首次给药途径相同时间再次取血。采用ELISA法检测黄体酮血药浓度，DAS药动学软件对数据进行处理，比较两种剂型的药动学参数及生物利用度。结果经皮组、口服组AUC0～72 h分别为（1131．43±369．10）、（161．44±94．63）μg／L ×h，AUC0～∞分别为（2364．05±289．25）、（180．90±12．78）μg／L ×h，tmax分别为（14．67±3．87）、（1．12±0．31） h，Cmax分别为（49．92±8．41）、（33．56±15．68）μg／L，t1／2ke分别为（63．11±114．81）、（18．71±8．18） h，二者比较P均＜0．05。黄体酮乳膏剂的生物利用度是黄体酮胶囊的353．7％。结论黄体酮乳膏剂经皮给药具有明显的长效、缓释特征，有望成为安全、长效且使用方便的制剂。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
