The research progress of chemical resolution in recent years is reviewed, and the research progress of classical salt formation resolution, inclusion resolution and combination resolution are emphatically analyzed, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of each resolution, and finally summarizes and prospects the chemical resolution method.In the future, with the demand of high purity production of high-end chemicals, the optical purity requirements for chiral compounds will be higher and higher.Due to its advantages of simple operation, low cost and easy mass production, chemical resolution is widely used in the separation of enantiomers, and will play an important and irreplaceable role in chiral resolution.
