衰弱是一类介于健康与残疾之间的临床状态, 其与增龄具有相关性, 在老年人群中高发, 可增 加跌倒、依赖、住院或死亡等风险。而通过特定的干预措施, 特别是在衰弱的早期阶段, 衰弱是可以逆转的。营 养不良是衰弱发病的重要机制之一, 也是治疗的具体靶点。但目前对营养的评估及干预欠缺统一的观点。该 文通过对衰弱老年人不同营养评估量表适用性及营养干预研究现状进行系统梳理, 总结了特定人群选用适宜 的营养评估量表及健康膳食的模式。旨在为对衰弱老年人的营养状态进行合理评估提供参考, 从而进行及时 的营养干预, 以减少不良并发症的发生。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

生化复发是前列腺癌复发能够被监测到的最早期阶段。相比于传统成像,正电子发射断层成像技术 (PET) 能够更精准地检测生化复发前列腺癌的复发病灶。目前已经有多种 PET 示踪剂用于前列腺癌生化复发的 诊断。胆碱 PET､18F-flucicloine PET/CT 对转移病灶的检出率较高, 18F-flucicloine PET/CT 对位于尿路附近的微小 病灶的检出能力优于胆碱 PET/CT, 但两种示踪剂对前列腺床复发病灶的检出率较低。前列腺特异性膜抗原 (PSMA) PET 对前列腺外的转移灶或前列腺床复发病灶检出率都比较理想。胃泌素释放肽受体 (GRPR) PET 对前 列腺癌复发病灶的检出率较高, 接近 PSMA PET。对于 PSMA PET 扫描结果为阴性但高度怀疑复发的患者可采用 GRPR PET 再次评估。18F-氟脱氧葡萄糖(18F-FDG) PET/CT 对恶性度较高的低分化前列腺癌有特殊的诊断价值。 对于 PSMA PET 显像难以定位的低分化肿瘤病灶, 可考虑采用 18F-FDG PET/CT 进行评估.
