趋化因子是一类结构相似的小分子家族，其与膜结合的 G 蛋白偶联受体结合而发挥作用，广泛参与细 胞免疫、生长发育、炎症等多种生理功能。趋化因子在母胎界面的胚胎滋养层、蜕膜基质细胞及蜕膜免疫细胞中 普遍表达，并通过其受体发挥作用，一方面能够促进子宫内膜蜕膜化、提高子宫容受性，另一方面可以调控滋养 层的增殖、迁移和侵袭，促进胚胎着床和发育；此外，趋化因子可以募集外周免疫细胞到达蜕膜，进一步分化诱导 母胎免疫耐受，并且介导胎盘血管形成，多方面参与正常妊娠的建立和维持。对趋化因子及其受体在正常早期 妊娠中的作用机制进行总结，有利于更好地认识早期妊娠生理，并为治疗病理妊娠、妊娠合并症和并发症提供治 疗新策略。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
