This article summarizes the experience of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) nursing appropriate techniques for a diabetic patient with back carbuncle treated with vacuum sealing drainage (VSD) technology. Efforts have been made to enhance the continuous vacuum sealing drainage. Based on the TCM theory, nursing appropriate techniques such as auricular acupoint pressing, intradermal needling, TCM oral care, TCM five-tone therapy were carried out for management of blood pressure and diabetes mellitus, reduce the incidence the infection and improve the wound healing. (本文总结1例负压封闭引流技术(VSD)联合中医适宜护理操作技术治疗糖尿病合并背部外痈患者的护理经验。术前做好充分准备, 术后做好VSD持续引流的观察与护理。基于中医基础理论, 采用耳穴刺激、皮内针刺激、中药漱口液清洁口腔、中医五音疗法等中医护理适宜技术, 有效控制高血压、糖尿病等基础疾病, 降低感染风险, 促进创面的愈合。)

6. 基于“源-汇”理论的深圳河湾流域非点源污染风险评价.

Nonpoint source pollution (NPS) has been known as runoff or diffuse pollution. It is still difficult to real-time monitor and simulate NPS, due to the significantly complex influencing factors. Therefore, the assessment theory of landscape ecological risk can be expected to identify the regional pollution risk from the perspective of landscape pattern and ecological process. In this study, NPS risk assessment was established using the “ source-sink“ landscape pattern theory. The first step was to identify “source-sink“ landscape. Cultivated, residential, transportation and commercial land were identified “ source landscape", while woodland, green land, water area and wetland were identified “sink“ landscape. The second step was the landscape spatial load comparison index (LCI) correction. The output coefficient and empirical model were combined to determine the “ source-sink” landscape pollutant output/interception coefficient. Then, the slope, altitude and distance from river were selected as the pollutions migration factors to correct LCI values. The final step was to evaluate the NPS pollution risk. The risk was calculated by LCI, slope factor and cost distance. The risks were divided into three grades, according to the natural breakpoint. Taking Shenzhen River-bay Basin as an example, the risk of NPS pollution was assessed using the “ source-sink“ landscape pattern theory. The numerical and spatial correlation analysis was conducted with the field monitoring pollutant data to verify the accuracy of the improved model. The research results showed that: (1) No.7, 9, 10, 12 and 13 watersheds were the high risk of NPS in Shenzhen River-Bay watershed in the whole Buji River basin and the lower reaches of Futian River basin. The low-risk areas were except No. 1 and 6 watersheds in the north of study area and No. 16, 17 and 18 watersheds in the east of study area. The rest 8 watersheds were all medium risk areas. NPS risk level was closely related to the “source-sink” landscape area ratio and landscape spatial pollutants load index, but the topographic factor shared the little influence on the basin. The residential land and transportation land showed the largest contribution rate to NPS risk, while the forest land and water area had outstanding effect on pollutant retention. (2) Both average concentrations of total nitrogen (TN) and total phosphorus (TP) in Shenzhen River-Bay basin were fully met the IV standard level of surface water quality. The average concentration exceedance rate of TN and TP were 12.99% and 11.89%, respectively, in rainy season, and 8.61% and 9.44% in the non-rainy reason. The maximum concentrations of pollutions occurred in the rainy season. The pollutants spatial analysis showed that Shenzhen River basin pollution risk was more serious than Shenzhen Bay basin, while the downstream was than in the upstream, and the higher in the coastal area than in the non-coastal area. The pollutants monitoring data showed that the high-risk area of NPS were No.5, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 watersheds. Except No.5 watershed, the high-risk watersheds were consistent between monitoring and assessment. (3) The NPS risk assessment index using the “source-sink” landscape theory shared a significant correlation with the actual monitoring risk of TN and TP, indicating a highly spatial aggregation. Primary liver cancer (PLC) is one of the most common malignant tumors in China, and hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) is its main type. Sorafenib is a new multifunctional oral anticancer drug. As the first multi-target targeted therapy drug approved for clinical application, sorafenib is mainly used for the treatment of inoperable or distant metastatic HCC, and is still one of the first-line therapies for HCC. In recent years, patients with liver cancer have developed resistance to sorafenib, while the clinical trials of reducing the resistance of sorafenib combined with other drugs are still at the bottleneck stage. Therefore, exploring the mechanism of sorafenib resistance is of clinical significance for overcoming the resistance of sorafenib in the treatment of PLC. Studies have shown that IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway plays an important role in the mechanism of sorafenib resistance. In this review, the research progress of the mechanism of drug resistance mediated by IL-6/STAT3 signaling pathway in the treatment of PLC with sorafenib was reviewed, which provided new ideas for solving the problem of drug resistance. 【Objective】This study aims to investigate the adsorption-desorption characteristics of phosphorus (P) in soils applied with ammonium polyphosphates (APPs) of different polymerization distribution, and to compare these characteristics with those of soils applied with traditional orthophosphates (monoammonium phosphate, MAP; diammonium phosphate, DAP). It can provide a theoretical basis for the efficient use of APP.【Method】Three kinds of APP (18-58-APP, 16-60-APP and 11-37-APP, whose N-P2O5-K2O were 18-58-0, 16-60-0 and 11-37-0, and the distribution of polymerization degree were 1-2, 1-4 and 1-7, respectively), MAP and DAP were used as test fertilizers. The fertilizers were applied to calcareous and acid purple soils and then were incubated for 56 days. The adsorption-desorption characteristics of P and the physicochemical properties of the soils were determined.【Result】Both Langmuir and Freundlich equations fit the adsorption characteristics of P in the two purple soils well (R² = 0.825-0.997). In the calcareous purple soil, compared with MAP and DAP applied soils, the APP-treated soil showed a 15.1%~20.7% decrease in P adsorption rate and a 4.5%-164.9% increase in desorption rate. The Langmuir KL, adsorption free energy (|ΔG|), and Freundlich KF values of the APP-treated soil decreased by 20.4%-54.0%, 3.3%-10.6%, and 23.8%-43.8%, respectively, indicating a reduction in the binding force of soil for P. The 11-37-APP treated soil showed the largest changes in these values (KL, |ΔG| and KF values were reduced by 40.8%-54.0%, 7.2%-10.6% and 43.6%-43.8%, respectively). In acid purple soil, the impact of different P fertilizers on the adsorption-desoprtion characteristics of P was not significant, but APP-treated soil tended to reduce P adsorption and promote P desorption. Correlation analysis showed that pH, iron and aluminum oxides, and Olsen-P were significantly correlated with P adsorption parameters in calcareous purple soil and soil Olsen-P was significantly correlated with P adsorption parameters in acid purple soil. APP application in calcareous purple soil decreased complexed iron and aluminum oxides while increased free iron and aluminum oxides, resulting in decreased P adsorption and increased desorption. Compared to calcareous soil, acid purple soil had a lower available P content and a stronger adsorption capacity, making the adsorption-desorption characteristics less susceptible to the influence of different P fertilizers in the short term.【Conclusion】The adsorption-desorption characteristics of P in APP-treated purple soils were influenced by the soil properties and the APP’s polymerization distribution. - Abstract
To construct mouse shASPP2 H22 stable hepatocarcinoma cell line and observe the effect of ASPP2 knockdown on angiogenesis. Three shRNA sequences (Y18421, Y18422, Y18423) and one control sequence (GL427NC2) were designed for mouse ASPP2 gene. Recombinant plasmid was constructed by double enzyme digestion (A ge Ⅰ and EcoR Ⅰ) and plasmid ligation, colony PCR and sequencing alignment were used to identified it. 293T cells were used to package the lentivirus with each recombinant plasmid and determined the titers. H22 cells were transfected with shASPP2 and control lentivirus plasmids, the transfection efficiency was determined by flow cytometry. qRT-PCR, Western Blot were used to observe the interference effect of shASPP2 lentivirus on ASPP2 expression in H22 cells. CCK8 assay was used to observe the effect of ASPP2 knockdown on the proliferation of H22 cells. Western Blot was used to observe the effect of ASPP2 knockdown on the expression and secretion of VEGF in H22 cells and supernatant. The mouse subcutaneous xenograft model of ASPP2 knockdown H22 cells was established by cell injection. The tumor volume was observed by vernier caliper method, the tumor angiogenesis was observed by in vivo laser confocal microscopy, and the expression of VEGF in tumor tissue was detected by Western Blot. The results of double enzyme digestion and colony PCR and sequencing alignment showed that the recombinant plasmids were successfully constructed. The titers of Y18421, Y18422, Y18423 and GL427NC2 were 3.40×108 TU/mL, 4.08×108 TU/mL 5.49×108 TU/mL and 1.7×109 TU/mL, respectively. Flow cytometry showed that the transfection efficiency of lentiviral plasmid Y18421, Y18422, Y18423 and GL427NC2 were 86.2%, 69.6%, 60.8 % and 76.9 %, respectively. The expression of ASPP2 mRNA and protein in Y18421 cells was significantly lower than that in GL427NC2 cells (P<0.01, P<0.05); CCK8 results showed that the proliferation rate of Y18421 cells was significantly increased after cultured 24, 48 and 72 h (P<0.0001, P<0.001, P<0.01); The expression of VEGF in Y18421 cell and its supernatant were significantly increased (P<0.001, P<0.01, P<0.05); Compared with GL427NC2 cells, Y18421 cells transplanted tumor volume was significantly increased (P<0.05), Total vessel length increased significantly (P<0.05), and the expression of VEGF protein was significantly up-regulated in Y18421 cells (P<0.05). The mouse shASPP2 H22 stable hepatoma cell line was successfully constructed. 30. 优质护理对结核病患者心理情绪及护理满意度的影响.

目的: 探析优质护理在结核病患者中的应用效果。方法: 研究对象为2023年1月至2023年12月期间我院 收治的70例肺结核患者, 随机数字表法将其分为两组: A组 (常规护理, 35例)和B组 (优质护理, 35例), 对比两 组患者心理情绪、服药依从性以及护理满意度。结果: 护理前两组患者SAS、SDS评分对比无差异性 (P > 0.05); 护 理后两组患者心理情绪均得以改善, B组SAS、SDS评分低于A组 (P < 0.05); B组服药依从性高于A组 (P < 0.05); B组护理满意度高于A组 (P < 0.05)。结论: 对肺结核患者采取优质护理, 可以减轻患者负性情绪, 增强患者服药依 从性, 提升患者对护理满意度。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

目的本文旨在对比全数字化乳腺摄影(FFDM),数字乳腺断层摄影(DBT)及动态增强磁共振成像(DCE-MRI)对不同腺体中乳腺肿物的诊断效能。方法回顾性分析49例同时行FFDM、DBT及MRI检查的乳腺病变患者的56个病灶,依据FFDM将乳腺分为非致密型与致密型,分别依据FFDM、DBT及MRI对乳腺病变进行BI-RADS分级,4a级及以下定义为良性,4b级及以上定义为恶性。所有病人均行手术或活检获取病理诊断作为金标准。采用kappa一致性检验与受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线对比FFDM、DBT与MRI在不同腺体类型中对乳腺肿物的诊断效能。结果在全部乳腺腺体中,MRI诊断(kappa = 0.66)与病理诊断一致性高于DBT(kappa = 0.44),而FFDM诊断与病理无显著一致性(kappa = 0.14),在非致密型乳腺中,MRI诊断(kappa = 0.88)与病理诊断一致性高于DBT(kappa = 0.51),而FFDM诊断与病理无显著一致性(kappa = 0.18)。在致密型乳腺中,MRI诊断(kappa = 0.54)与病理诊断一致性高于DBT(kappa = 0.37),而FFDM诊断与病理诊断无显著一致性(kappa = 0.10)。在全部乳腺腺体中,MRI、DBT与FFDM对乳腺肿物的诊断效能逐渐减低(AUC = 0.83、 0.73、 0.58)。具体表现为MRI、DBT与FFDM诊断乳腺肿物的特异度依次升高(77%、 82%、 86%),灵敏度依次降低(88%、 65%、 29%)。在非致密型乳腺中,MRI、DBT与FFDM对乳腺肿物的诊断效能逐渐减低(AUC = 0.97、 0.84、 0.66)。具体表现为,MRI诊断乳腺肿物的灵敏度(94%)高于DBT(69%)高于FFDM(31%)。在致密型乳腺中,MRI、DBT与FFDM对乳腺肿物的诊断效能逐渐减低(AUC = 0.77、 0.69、 0.55)。具体表现为,MRI、DBT与FFDM诊断乳腺肿物的特异度依次升高(71%、 76%、 82%),灵敏度依次降低(83%、 61%、 28%)。结论无论在致密型还是非致密型乳腺中,FFDM的诊断效能均最低。在非致密型乳腺中,MRI的诊断效能高于DBT。在致密型乳腺中,DBT诊断特异度高于MRI,具有一定的优势。

41. 人际好奇量表测评青少年的 效度和信度.

- Abstract
Objective: To revise the Interpersonal Curiosity Scale(IPC) in adolescents and assess its validity and reliability. Methods: Totally 632 adolescent students(sample 1) were recruited to complete the test version for item and exploratory factor analysis. Totally 456 adolescent students(sample 2) were tested with formal version for further confirmatory factor analysis, internal consistency reliability, combination of the reliability and composite reliability. The criterion validity was tested with the Epistemic Curiosity Scale(ECS) and State-Trait Curiosity Inventory(STCI) by choosing 301 adolescent students from sample 1. Totally 88 adolescent students from sample 1 were retested for test-retest reliability with a 2-week interval. Results: The IPC consisted of 17 items, including 4 dimensions, namely curiosity about emotions, spying and prying, snooping and curiosity about secret. The IPC had a good construct validity(χ²=251. 92, df=113, χ²/df=2. 23, CFI=0. 93, TLI=0. 92, GFI=0. 94, IFI=0. 94, RMSEA=0. 05). The IPC scores were positively correlated with the scores of ECS and STCI(r=0. 53, 0. 71, Ps <0. 001). The Cronbach’s α coefficients were 0. 84 for total scale and 0. 75, 0. 76, 0. 75, 0. 71 for the 4 factors. The test-retest reliabilities were 0. 84 for total scale and 0. 81, 0. 70, 0. 63, 0. 84 for the 4 factors. Conclusion:The Interpersonal Curiosity Scale(IPC) is a reliable tool to assess the interpersonal curiosity in Chinese adolescent students. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
