Taking multi-dimensional river health evaluation as the framework, this paper put forward a river health evaluation index system including river literature, hydrochemistry, water ecology, river physical structure and social and economic service function. Since the implementation of analysis and evaluation of “A Key Control Plan of Shiyang River Basin”, the results of the health trends of the river basin show that the vegetation index of the river basin in 2016 compared to 2006 has been significantly improved, the ecological environment of the basin also has been significantly improved; The level of the river health of the basin has been gradually improved and the treatment effect of the basin is remarkable.
