Summary: Cultivating drought-tolerant tea varieties enhances both yield and quality of tea plants in northern China. However, the mechanisms underlying their drought tolerance remain largely unknown. Here we identified a key regulator called CsREV, which differentially regulates xylem patterns between leaves and stems, thereby conferring drought tolerance in tea plants. When drought occurs, upregulation of CsREV activates the CsVND7a-dependent xylem vessel differentiation. However, when drought persists, the vessel differentiation is hindered as CsVND7a is downregulated by CsTCP4a. This, combined with the CsREV-promoted secondary-cell-wall thickness of xylem vessel, leads to the enhanced curling of leaves, a characteristic closely associated with plant drought tolerance. Notably, this inhibitory effect of CsTCP4a on CsVND7a expression is absent in stems, allowing stem xylem vessels to continuously differentiate. Overall, the CsREV-CsTCP4-CsVND7 module is differentially utilized to shape the xylem patterns in leaves and stems, potentially balancing water transportation and utilization to improve tea plant drought tolerance.

目的本研究旨在探讨抑制miR-4321在改善脓毒症相关急性肾损伤（Sepsis associated acute kidney injury， SA-AKI）中的作用和机制。方法采用RT-qPCR方法检测LPS诱导的HK2细胞模型和CLP模型小鼠肾脏组织中miR-3165、miR-4270和miR-4321的表达水平。利用miR-4321-Inhibitor抑制LPS诱导的HK2细胞损伤模型中miR-4321的表达，分别通过CCK-8分析、EdU染色分析和western blotting评估miR-4321对细胞增殖、细胞活力、细胞因子和凋亡相关蛋白水平的影响。利用miR-4321-Antago干预CLP模型小鼠肾组织中miR-4321的表达，通过H&E染色检测肾组织结构变化，比色法检测血清中肌酐和血尿氮水平，ELISA检测血清中白细胞介素6（IL-6）、白细胞介素1β（IL-1β）和肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）的表达，IHC染色检测组织中mTOR水平，western blotting检测肾组织中凋亡相关蛋白表达水平。机制上，使用Targetscan软件预测miR-4321的靶基因，并通过双荧光素酶报告基因实验对靶基因进行验证。结果与对照组相比，LPS诱导的HK2细胞中miR-4321（n=3， t=7.154， P=0.001 3）表达升高；miR-4321-Inhibitor可促进HK2细胞增殖和细胞活力，并降低LPS诱导的IL-1β，IL-6和TNF-α水平的表达。体内实验证明miR-4321-Antago能够抑制CLP小鼠血清中肌酐和血尿氮水平，改善肾组织损伤，降低血清中IL-1β，IL-6和TNF-α水平，促进肾组织mTOR表达，抑制凋亡相关蛋白的表达。此外，mTOR是miR-4321的靶基因之一。结论抑制miR-4321可明显减轻脓毒症相关急性肾损伤，这一作用可能是通过增加mTOR的表达实现的。

OBJECTIVE: To explore the current status and trends on vancomycin use in patients with renal replacement therapy. METHODS: Based on the Web of Science Core Collection, literature related to vancomycin use in patients with renal replacement therapy published from Jan. 1st, 2007 to Oct. 11th, 2023 was searched. Bibliometric and visualization analysis were performed by using VOSviewer and CiteSpace software, including publication trends, geographic distribution characteristics, authors and institutions, journal distribution characteristics, and keyword information. RESULTS: A total of 747 publications were included. Since 2007, the number of publications in related fields had fluctuated and increased, with the United States (264 publications) being the country with the most publications, followed by Australia (76 publications) and China (71 publications). The University of Queensland (49 publications) had the most publications. Jason A Roberts(24 publications), David W Johnson (19 publications) and Jeffrey Lipman (19 publications) were the top 3 authors with the highest number of publications. Peritoneal Dialysis International (47 publications) was the the journal that had published the most relevant literature. Keywords in recent years had focused on topics such as acute renal injury, dosing regimens, therapeutic drug monitoring, population pharmacokinetics, and continuous renal replacement therapy. CONCLUSIONS: The optimal dose of vancomycin in patients on renal replacement therapy is unknown. It is a hot topic and trend in the field to give patients the appropriate dosing regimen through therapeutic drug monitoring and population pharmacokinetic modeling to achieve anti-infective efficacy and avoid adverse drug reactions. Based on remote sensing data, authors revealed the characteristics of farmland ecological assets quality on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau from 2000 to 2020 by the methods of pixel dichotomy model, normalization processing, transfer matrix. Then, this study analyzed the trends of farmland ecological assets quality in different provinces and the transformation between each quality. The results show that: (1) From 2000 to 2020, the spatial pattern of farmland ecological assets quality on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau was high in the southeast and low in the northwest. The main quality was at the middle level, accounting for 48% of the total farmland area, distributing in the Eastern Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The area ratio of excellent, good, low and poor farmland ecological assets quality were 6.6%, 15.2%, 27.4% and 2.8% respectively. (2) The farmland ecological assets quality increased both on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau and in each province, with average improvement rates of 0.237, 0.039, 0.224, 0.098, 0.098, 0.282 and 0.134 per 5 years in Qinghai, Tibet Autonomous Region, Gansu, Sichuan, Yunnan, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Qinghai-Tibet Plateau respectively. (3) The farmland ecological assets quality on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau gradually improved. From 2000 to 2020, the area of improved quality was larger than degraded area quinquennial. (4) The including of the soil and terrain asset quality could offset the overestimation of farmland ecological assets quality solely represented by plant asset quality. The proportion of ecological asset quality of medium and low-grade farmland on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau increased, while the proportion of farmland with excellent, good and poor grades decreased. This study provides experiences for the quality accounting of ecological assets in other regions, and a scientific basis for the sustainable development and management of farmland ecological assets on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The long-term water flooding development of the oil field has caused the solidification of the underground flow field. forming an advantageous channel between injection and production wells and even directional water channeling. The development effect becomes worse. Based on the concept of balanced water flooding and using the perspective of the difference in seepage resistance and displacement multiples between injection and production wells, the three-stage optimization method for injection and production rate optimization method were established, including the block-level "macro liquid rate optimization", the well group-level "micro liquid rate optimization" and the inter-well level "mesoscopic liquid rate optimization". A supported method for balanced flow field was established from the longitudinal and planar three-dimensional perspectives the field application results of the fault block show that the method is theoretically better than conventional liquid rate optimization methods. The optimal matching of the flow field and the remaining oil enrichment is achieved. The effect is re- markable. scientific and practical, and the operability of the field application is stronger. It can be more effective and can greatly improve the oilfield water flood recovery factor. Objective: To analyze the related factors of hyperkalemia in maintenance hemodialysis(MHD) patients, and observe the curative Effect of adjuvant intervention with sodium zirconate cyclosilicate powder. Methods: 134 MHD patients who were admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to March 2022 were included. Patient data were collected through our hospital’s medical record system, and the occurrence of hyperkalemia was used as the grouping criteria: they were divided into normal blood potassium group(n=49) and hyperkalemia group(n=85). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors of hyperkalemia in MHD patients. Patients in hyperkalemia group were divided into control group(receiving MHD treatment) and observation group(receiving sodium zirconate cyclosilicate powder on the basis of MHD intervention) by random number table method. The relevant indexes and adverse reactions before and after hyperkalemia intervention were compared in the two groups. Results: Among 134 MHD patients, 49(36.57%)with normal blood potassium were included in the normal blood potassium group, and 85(63.43%) with hyperkalemia were included in the hyperkalemia group. The results of univariate analysis showed that hyperkalemia in MHD patients was related to parathyroid hormone(PTH), combined with diabetes, previous history of hyperkalemia, the number of blood potassium tests before dialysis, ultrafiltration volume, blood flow volume, hemoglobin(Hb), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP), urea, uric acid, blood creatinine, blood sodium, albumin, and blood phosphorus(P＜0.05). The results of multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that higher urea, higher blood sodium, higher blood phosphorus, higher albumin, higher Hb, combined with diabetes, and less blood potassium tests before dialysis were the risk factors for hyperkalemia in MHD patients(P＜0.05). The blood potassium in the control group and the observation group after intervention decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group (P＞0.05). Conclusion: The main related factors to hyperkalemia in MHD patients are urea, blood sodium, blood phosphorus, albumin, Hb, combined with diabetes, and the number of blood potassium tests before dialysis. The application of sodium zirconate cyclosilicate powder adjunctive intervention in the treatment of hyperkalemia can effectively improve the blood potassium level, which is safe and effective. 为了提高成形磨齿齿轮的精度,研究了一种通过修整砂轮廓形来补偿齿廓偏差的方法。首先说明了研究此方法的必要性,然后介绍了此方法的原理:用三次B样条曲线对齿形测量数据点进行拟合,求出拟合后的曲线方程,并在此基础上建立了真实的齿面方程求解模型,提出了针对齿廓偏差补偿的用于计算砂轮截形的假想齿面方程。基于同一个齿轮不同齿的测量数据,可得到不同的砂轮截形,为此将所有的砂轮截形组成线族,对线族中的离散点采用最小二乘法进行拟合,拟合之后的砂轮截形为补偿齿廓偏差的最佳截形。最后,通过实验试磨分析,加工出的齿轮经测量齿廓偏差由5级精度提高到了3级精度,并且同时补偿了齿廓倾斜偏差与齿廓形状偏差。

Objective:To explore the relationship between sharing behavior and emotional state in 4-6-yearold children. Methods:Totally 120 4-to 6-year-old children were selected and randomly divided into neutral emotion initiation group (n=60) and happy emotion initiation group (n=60). Emotion initiation video was used to initiate the subjects’ neutral and happy emotion, dictator game (DG) was used to compare the differences in the number of items shared between two groups, and facial emotion scale (FAS) was used to compare the differences in mood change between the two groups before and after sharing. Results:The difference in the mean number of items shared children in the neutral and happy emotion initiation condition groupwas not statistically significant [ (2. 45±0. 85) vs. (2. 68±0. 89). P> 0. 05]. In the neutral emotion initiation condition, the children’s sharing post-test emotion scores were higher than the emotion scores in sharing pretest (P <0. 001). In happy emotion initiation condition, children’s sharing difference between the post-test emotion score and emotion score before sharing was not statistically significant (P> 0. 05). Conclusion:In happy emotion condition, the number of items shared in 4-6-year-old children is not increased compared to that in the neutral emotion condition. By exploring the historical and cultural data of tea cultivation in Shandong and Mount Tai since the Tang and Song Dynasties, this paper speculates that the Jin Dynasty may be the earliest period of tea cultivation in Shandong and Mount Tai, and maintains that the tea recorded in most of the historical documents should be Mount Tai plant substitute tea. The introduction and cultivation of tea trees in Mount Tai was clearly recorded during the Republic of China.
