本稿では，2021年9月1日に開催された愛知県主催の『令和3年度 災害情報センター訓練』において実施したシステム連接実験について報告する．この実験では，愛知県防災情報システムに集約される情報がSIP4Dに共有可能であることを確認した．また，SIP4D利活用システムを用いて，陸上自衛隊，警察組織，消防組織，海上保安庁に入力システムを提供し，各組織が部隊展開状況をシステムに入力する実験を行った．入力した情報はSIP4Dを介して，ISUT-SITEに統合表示され，各実動組織の部隊展開情報を統合管理することが可能であることが確認された．実証実験の後，愛知県と意見交換を行い，災害情報の統合管理の有効性と課題について確認した．In this paper, we report on the system linkage experiment conducted in the “2021 Disaster Information Center Drill” hosted by Aichi Prefecture on September 1, 2021. In this experiment, we confirmed that the information gathered in the Aichi Prefecture Disaster Information System can be shared to SIP4D. In addition, we provided input systems to police organizations, firefighting organizations, Japan Coast Guard, and Self-Defense Forces using SIP4D utilization system, and conducted an experiment in which each organization input their unit deployment status into the system. The input information was integrated and displayed on the ISUT-SITE via SIP4D, and it was confirmed that it was possible to integrate and manage the unit deployment information of each active organization. 女性教員は、近代学校教育制度の成立にともない女性の職業として社会的地位の得られる最も安定した職業となった。しかし、その一方でつねに男性教員との間に格差は存在していた。本稿の主題は、女性教員が自らの働く権利をどのように拡充していったのかについて、職場環境の歴史的展開と関連させて考察するものである。その際、地域女性史研究における女性教員の発言の記述を「語り」と捉え、それを女性教員の意思と主体的活動の表れと考えた。明治初年から、女性教員が大量に採用される以前の1960 年代前半までの愛知県の女性教員の歩みを、女性教員自身による「語り」に焦点を当てて整理した。

東京大学生態水文学研究所のある愛知県瀬戸市は古くから窯業が盛んなため，燃料である森林は過剰伐採圧にさらされ荒廃していた。これを復旧すべく東京大学演習林が設置され，白坂小流域で1954年に毎木調査が行われた。同小流域で2007年，2014年に行われた調査結果と比較した。林分材積はおよそ2倍に増加したが，マツ枯れとナラ枯れの影響により，アカマツとコナラが大きく減少した。また落葉広菜樹の個体数が減少した一方，常緑広葉樹の個体数が増加していることが明らかとなった。

1990年以降，愛知県全域において農業経営基盤である農地面積や農家戸数の減少が確認されたが，特に名古屋市やその周辺市町で顕著であった。その一方で，生産緑地面積や専業農家数の減少については，一定程度の減少で収まっていた。また，農業関連事業等への取組は直売を除くとそれほど多くはないという地域的特性が把握された。生産緑地の指定について，積極的な市と消極的な市の二極化がみられ，今後の土地利用計画を策定する上での課題となろう。

本稿では,愛知県の全域を研究対象地域とし,公園,農地,森林を都市における緑地構成要素として捉え,それらの変化の地域特性を把握した。愛知県全域の傾向をみると,1970年から2010年にかけて,森林面積は減少しているものの,農地面積の減少と比べ大きくはなく,公園面積が増大しているものの,農地面積の減少を補うには至っていない。このため,緑地率は一部の地域を除き全体的に低下傾向にあり,名古屋市とそれに比較的近い地域で特に顕著である。

We present a sedimentological study of the lowermost conglomerate beds of the Okazaki Group, cropping out on the summit of Mt. Ushinori (Ushinori-yama) located in the southern part of Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture. Our purpose in this study was to infer the depositional condition and paleogeography of the study area from analysis of the preferred orientation and imbrication of clasts in the conglomerate beds, but it has not yet been achieved. The studied conglomerate section is about 5 m thick, shows an upward-fining trend, and contains trace fossils of Ophiomorpha isp. In the upper part of the section, we found preferred orientations of granules and pebbles that are similar to each other at six stratigraphic sites, and also an ESE-dipping imbrication at one site. We also present clast fabric measurements from modern foreshore and fluvial lateral bar deposits.

本論文は愛知県刈谷市を対象に、自動車部品業者の参入・退出と従業員規模の拡大・縮小を検討したものである。完成車メーカーの影響力の強い地域を対象に、階層性のある自動車部品供給における業者の動き方を分析した。結果として第一に、同規模存続率が石油危機時に比べると上昇傾向をみるなど、存続する業者は規模的に「安定化」していったといえるが、他方、退出率は荒いまま推移しており、しかもバブル崩壊後に再び流動的になっている。第二に、参入・退出は業者の従業員規模と関係があるが、従業員規模の拡大・縮小については規模とに因果関係は見出し難いか、または小規模ほど従業員を削減するという結果になっていないことが確かめられた。

市民農園を中心に都市農業への注目が高まり、2009 年の農地法の改正により農地の「所有から利用へ」と大きく舵が切られる中で、その展開の可能性について、次の3つの視点から分析を試みた。第1 に、都市部での「農」の活動の多様な展開を探るために、非農業者主体で共同耕作を行う「農」の活動に注目した。第2 に、これまでの研究の多くは、遊休農地の利活用や都市農業の多面的機能という政策的課題に対応したものであり、都市農業に関与する人の数、農業従事者、耕作面積、生産・販売量など、「農業」としての生産性の基準で評価することが多かった。これに対して、いわゆる「農業」として農産物の販売による収入を目指す活動だけでなく、交流事業や地域活動への展開などの、「農」の活動の諸相に注目した。第3 に、農地の所有と管理、事業収入の獲得、行政との関係、活動の組織作りなど、「農」の活動の存続条件と展開可能性を明らかにした。これまで都市部における「農」の活動が、社会学分野で注目されることは少なかったわけだが、これらの点に関する分析においてはその強みを生かすことができるのではないかと考えられる。本稿では、以上の3つの視点をもとに、愛知県長久手市、日進市における3つの団体の分析を行った。ここから、行政の関与のあり方、組織戦略の特色を検討しつつ、交流事業や地域活動への展開という点に、都市部における非農業者主体の「農」の活動の可能性を見いだすことができた。

解析対象は1965年12月のベースライン時に40歳〜69歳迄の男女225,019人であり,がんやその他疾患(慢性の胃疾患を除く)の既往歴があるものは解析対象から除外した.研究期間中に観察された死亡数は男性23,108人,女性16,785人であった.牛乳(Dairy milk),肉(Meat)及び魚(Fish)の同時摂取(DMFと呼称)の影響をみるために,データは二値データに再カテゴリ化した.全がんに対してDMFは弱い影響がみられ,DMF(D,M,F)におけるRRは1.09,その95%信頼区間(95%CI)は1.0-1.17であった.しかし結腸,直腸,乳房,前立腺,胃,肺,食道,胆嚢,肝,膵,子宮頸及び膀胱では統計学的に有意な影響はみつからなかった.またDMFは呼吸器系疾患や外因死とは関連がみられなかった.一方,DMF(D,M,F)においては,全死因(RR=0.85,95%CI:0.81-0.95),脳血管疾患(RR=0.68,95%CI:0.62-0.73),心疾患(RR=0.86,95%CI:0.78-0.95),その他の死因(RR=0.83,95%CI:0.73-0.89)となっており,これらの死因に対してDMFは防御的な影響を及ぼしたことが観察された.今回の解析結果は,このコホートにおける動物性蛋白質・脂肪の摂取とがん死亡とは強く関連していなかったことを示している, BACKGROUND: From prior analyses on dietary data from the six-prefecture cohort in Japan, we found a possible protective effect of milk, meat and fish for cerebrovascular disease mortality from 1966 to 1981. However, this protective effect had not been examined for cancer and other causes of death. OBJECTIVES: The purpose of the present analysis is to further elucidate the associations between the joint intakes of dairy milk, meat and fish as main sources of animal protein and fat and the main causes of death in the subjects of the six-prefecture cohort study. METHODS: The subjects for this analysis were 225,019 men and women aged 40 to 69 at the baseline in December 1965, with neither prior disease history of cancer nor other diseases except for chronic stomach disease. There were 23,108 deaths for men and 16,785 deaths for women during the study period. To evaluate the joint intakes of dairy milk, meat and fish (DMF), data were re-categorized into binary data. For example, DMF (D,M,F) means the combination of dairy milk (1-3 times/week or more), meat (1-3 times/week or more) and fish (4 times/week or more). Thus DMF (d,m,f) was the reference group having dairy milk (less than 1 time/week), meat (less than 1 time/week) and fish (less than 4 times/week). Rate ratio (RR) adjusted for attained age, sex, prefecture, occupation, alcohol drinking, cigarette smoking and DMF was used for comparison. RESULTS: A weak joint effect on all cancer mortality was observed in DMF (D,M,F)(RR:1.09, 95%CI:1.00-1.17), although no statistically significant effect was found in cancer of the colon, rectum, breast, prostate, stomach, lung, oesophagus, gall bladder, liver, pancreas, cervix-uteri and urinary bladder. Neither all respiratory disease nor all external causes of death showed significant association between DMF and mortality. On the other hand, possible protective effects in DMF(D,M,F) were observed for the mortalities of all causes of death (RR=0.85, 95%CI: 0.81-0.88), all cerebrovascular diseases (RR=0.68, 95%CI: 0.62-0.73), all cardiovascular disease (RR=0.86, 95%CI: 0.78-0.95) and all other causes of death (RR=0.83, 95%CI: 0.73-0.89). CONCLUSION: The present analysis indicates that animal protein and fat was not strongly associated with cancer mortality. On the other hand, relatively high animal protein and fat intake, although much lower than that in the western countries, may have helped to reduce mortality from vascular disease in this cohort.

2000年9月11日-12日に, 愛知県を中心とした東海地方で豪雨災害が発生した。被害は愛知県を中心に, 全国で死者10名, 住家全・半壊・一部破損約310棟, 住家の床上・床下浸水約71, 300棟などであった。浸水棟数は全国的に見て18年ぶりの大きな事例であり, 床上浸水の割合が高かった。最多雨域の2日間降水量は約600㎜, 最大1時間降水量は110㎜以上を記録した。1901年以降の愛知県・岐阜県南部の記録と比較すると, 日降水量では東海地方の平野部における最近100年間の最大級豪雨と考えてよいが, 山麓・山間部には今回を上回る記録が数事例ある。1時間降水量は過去の最大値と同程度であった。東海地方における過去の顕著豪雨である1965年9月, 1972年7月, 1976年9月の事例と比較すると, 1-5時間降水量では, これらの事例の記録を上回ったが, 日本最大記録を越えるほどではなかった。豪雨域(2日間降水量400mm以上)の面積はこれらの事例の中で群を抜いて大きく, 最多2日間の降水総量(降水量×面積)もこれらの事例を上回った。, Heavy rainfall disaster occurred in the Toukai district around Nagoya City on 11 and 12 September 2000.According to Fire and Disaster Management Agency, 10 people died, about 310 houses were destroyed and about 71, 300 houses inundated all over Japan. The number of inundated buildings was the biggest after 1982, and the ratio of the over floor inundation was high. In the heaviest rainfall area, two-day precipitation was about 600 mm, 24-hour precipitation was about 550 mm, and maximum hourly precipitation was about 110 mm. The 24-hour precipitation was the highest in the past about 100 years in the Toukai district plain area, while the entire hourly precipitation was comparative with the historical maximum records, which had been recorded several times in the past about 100 years. One to five-hour precipitations in the present case were record-breaking, compared with the heavy rainfall case in the Toukai district on September 1965, July 1972, and September 1976. The area and volume of heavy precipitation are also compared. The area with more than 400mm two-day precipitation was remarkably greater at the present case than that of other three events. Two-day precipitation volume over the Tokai district was about 800 million m3, which is greater than the three events.
