本稿は，中小製造企業の情報発信の実態に関する質問票調査の結果を整理したものである。中小企業は大手広告代理店を利用しないため，メディア利用状況と情報発信の実態は把握されにくい。その実態を把握するために，中小製造企業に焦点を当て，「メディアの利用状況」，「発信される情報の内容」，「消費者や取引相手（顧客）の反応」という 3 つのカテゴリーにわけて質問票調査を行った。調査結果の詳細を以下に記す。

今回で10 回目となる「One Minute Video コンテスト」。前回から駿河台大学の学生が中心となり学生事務局の運営を行っている。今回、本審査の模様を初となる生配信することになった。生配信はメリットも多いがリスクも伴う。今回の経験を次回以降に活かすため、活動を振り返り考察する。

現行の学習指導要領解説小学校社会科において、「地域」という語が重要なキーワードになっている。地域教材化にかかる様々な困難が、学校現場には存在する。教材化にかかる時間と労力の見通しが立てにくいこと、人的な資源の発掘等の情報が把握できない等の現状が大きな要因である。今回大学院生に実施した事前アンケート分析でも、同じ傾向を把握することができた。大学院生の教材化・開発への意欲等の支援・向上を行う目的で、実践例である高池小学校の「クマノザクラ」実践を授業で紹介した。内容は「クマノザクラ」発見から教材化までのプロセスや学習 のアウトプット等の取り組みを中心に取り上げた。

防災科学技術研究所 総合防災情報センターでは，令和元年東日本台風による災害発生に伴い，「防災科研クライシスレスポンスサイト（NIED-CRS）」を通じて災害情報の発信を行った．本稿では令和元年東日本台風によるNIED-CRSの構築と運用について報告する．筆者らは，風水害の警戒を目的とし平常時から「令和元（2019）年 梅雨期・台風期クライシスレスポンスサイト」を公開していた．令和元年東日本台風による災害発生に伴い，「令和元（2019）年台風19号に関するクライシスレスポンスサイト」を新たに構築・公開し，各機関から随時発信される観測・被害情報等を，SIP4D等を介してNIED-CRSに集約し，一般向けに統合的な情報発信を行った．本災害における対応の特徴と課題として，1）広域的な情報の発信と情報発信を行う上での体制面の課題，2）広域の状況を把握するためのプロダクツの発信，3）警戒段階からの情報発信の有効性を挙げた．;In response to disaster caused by Typhoon Hagibis (TY1919), the Center for Comprehensive Management of Disaster Information of the National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience (NIED) had opened the NIED-Crisis Response Site (NIED-CRS). 『保育所保育指針解説』では、家庭との緊密な連携を図りながら養護及び教育を行うことの重要性が指摘されており、そのための情報共有や情報発信がより重要となっている。しかしながら、保育者が抱える業務負担という課題もあり、家庭との緊密な連携を図るための情報共有や情報発信は十分とは言えない状況が指摘されている。本研究では、沖縄県私立保育園連盟に加盟する全231園の私立保育園を調査対象とし、そのうちWebサイトを有していた212園について2020年６月～９月にかけてWebサイト調査を行い、そこで公開されているコンテンツの状況について明らかにした。その結果、園Webサイト基本情報に関する「①所在地情報」（193件、91.0％）、「②連絡先情報」（196件、92.5％）、「③園の概要や沿革」に関するページ（192件、90.6％）、「④園の保育方針や目標」に関するページ（196件、92.5％）、「⑤園の年間行事」に関するページ（193件、91.0％）、の５項目のコンテンツが９割を上回る結果となったものの、家庭との緊密な連携を図ることに関連する「子育て支援」に関する情報共有や情報発信の割合が低く課題であることが明らかとなった。, 紀要論文

筆者は総合診療医・感染症医として診療の現場に立つだけではなく，一般社団法人Sapporo Medical Academyを立ち上げ，医療コンサルタントの仕事も行なってきた．2020 年以降は，札幌市の危機管理対策の新型コロナウイルス担当参与を務め，行政とともに対策にあたるとともに，個人として新型コロナウイルス感染症の情報をTwitter やマスメディアで積極的に発信してきた．本講演では，まず札幌市の新型コロナウイルス対策を振り返る．次に，新型コロナウイルスの問題は10年前からあった医療における様々な社会課題が顕在化したものであり，薬剤耐性菌の問題や2025 年問題など，より広い視野で医療の問題に取り組むことが次の10 年に向けて重要であることを述べる．また，これらの問題や筆者の経験をふまえ，論理だけではない，信頼や共感といった感情的要素をも重視した発信の重要性を紹介する．

2007年の特別支援教育が開始されて以降、地域の小中学校において様々な実態の児童生徒への対応に苦慮する教職員に向けて、特別支援学校のセンター的機能の活用が推奨されている。センター的機能は、今後の地域における特別支援教育を推進する体制整備において重要な役割を担っている。センター的機能の取組に関する状況調査によると、相談および支援の実施件数は増加傾向にある一方、活用ができていない機能もある。そこで、A県立B特別支援学校における地域支援の実態を概観する中で、センター的機能の成果および課題について整理した。成果として、①支援や相談を通して特別支援学校と地域の小中学校との関係が深まり、センター的機能の充実や教職員の意識向上につながったこと、②特別支援学校の印象が肯定的になってきていることが明らかとなった。一方の課題については、①センター的機能の中で「保護者への相談・情報提供」機能が効果を発揮できていないこと、②地域支援の対象の事象のみで完結してしまい組織の変化につながっていないことが指摘された。今後の展望として、地域支援を充実させることが教職員全体の知識技能の向上や環境の改善に繋がり、地域の小中学校における対応を可能とする中で、児童生徒の適応的な学校生活を補償できるようになること、情報発信の対象を教職員や関係者のみに限定せず、広く地域全体に向けることで潜在的なニーズへの対応が可能となってくることが示唆された。その前提には特別支援学校における支援体制の拡充の必要性が確認された。

防災科研クライシスレスポンスサイト（NIED-Crisis Response Site：NIED-CRS）は，防災科研が「防災科研の研究成果のみならず，国内外の防災科学技術に関する研究や，様々な自然災害に関する資料を収集・整理して，データベース化を進め，ウェブ等を通じて研究者，防災の専門家，一般市民等へ効果的に提供する」役割を担うための取り組みの1 つとして，発災直後に各機関，各所で発信される災害情報を集約・整理し，発災直後に各機関，各所で発信される災害情報を集約・整理しWeb サイトとして一般向けおよび災害対応機関向けに構築・開設し，災害対応支援に資するため，リアルタイムに情報を提供するものである．本稿では，2018（平成30）年度に構築・公開した地震災害4つ，風水害3つ，火山災害1 つのNIED-CRS について報告する．The NIED-Crisis Response Site (NIED-CRS) is an open website for disaster response support that aggregates and organizes disaster information which is disseminated by disaster response organizations immediately after the disaster. After that, observations, and damage information, etc., which were sent as needed from each organization, were collected in at the NIED-CRS via SIP4D in response to the information data provided at the ISUT information informationsharing site, and integrated information was sent to the general public. After that, observations, and damage information, etc., which were sent as needed from each organization, were collected in at the NIED-CRS via SIP4D in response to the information data provided at the ISUT information information-sharing site, and integrated information was sent to the general public. As the issues basedkey points on of the response in to this disaster, we mentioned the development of the NIED-CRS automatic release function using a notification tool for prompt information dissemination, and the examination of the earthquake edition catalog configuration for appropriate information dissemination.

防災科学技術研究所総合防災情報センターでは，平成30年6月18日に発生した大阪北部を震源とする地震の発生を受けて「防災科学技術研究所クライシスレスポンスサイト（NIED-CRS）」を開設した．本稿では平成30年大阪府北部を震源とする地震NIED-CRS の構築と運用について報告する．筆者らは6月18日午前7時58分ごろに発生した大阪府北部を震源とする地震を受けて，同日8時30分に地震に関連する情報を集約したNIED-CRSの第1報を構築・公開した．その後も各機関から随時発信される観測・被害情報等をNIED-CRSに集約し，統合的な情報発信を行った．本災害における対応を踏まえた課題としては，迅速な情報発信のための機械的処理の必要性，適切な情報発信のためのカタログ構成，ISUT情報共有サイトとの連携を挙げた．In response to the earthquake that occurred in the northern part of Osaka on June 18, 2018, the Center for Comprehensive Management of Disaster Information of the National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience (NIED) had opened the NIED-Crisis Response Site (NIED-CRS). In this paper, we report on the construction and operation of the Northern Osaka Prefecture Earthquake NIED-CRS.The authors constructed and released the first NIED-CRS report, which gathered information related to the earthquake at 8:30 on the same day. After that, the observations, damage information, etc. released from each organization were collected at the NIED-CRS, and integrated information was transmitted. As issues of the response to this disaster, the necessity of mechanical processing for quick information transmission and the catalog configuration for appropriate information transmission were mentioned.

平成26年度から28年度にわたり和洋女子大学教育振興支援助成により実践した、産学官連携の学生の活動について報告である。管理栄養士養成においては、専門知識の習得に加え、実践力を身につけることが重要で、産学官の連携事業への学生参加は、実社会での具体的な体験学習により実践力の強化、進路選択の幅が広がることへも繋がる。 具体的な産学官連携先として、「東武百貨店船橋店」「ボーソー油脂株式会社」「タイヘイ株式会社」「山崎製パン株式会社」「やちよ蕎麦の会」等があり、各団体のニーズに基づいて学生が多くの商品を開発してきた。それぞれの企画商品開発後は、販売促進の広報活動、情報発信にも関わり、学内の授業だけでは学ぶことができない貴重な体験ができた。産学官連携活動の企画・運営は、健康栄養学類内の管理栄養士資格を持つ応用・実践系の教員が中心となり、正規の授業とは別に学生を募り、参加意志のある学生が活動に取り組んだ。 学生は多様な企業や地域の団体と交流を通し、企画・実施・評価の一連のPDCAサイクルに従って学びながら、社会貢献の重要性を実感できた。また、各種メディアでの活動状況の報告は、取り組みの先にある更なる展開を感じることができるものとなった。

昨今，大学では研究・教育に関する様々な情報発信が求められている。本学においては，大学組織としての情報発信として，従来の紙ベース，ホームページ（HP），メディアを利用した発信に加え，Facebookやtwitterなどのソーシャルネットワーキングサービス（SNS）の利用が実施されている。一方で，研究室単位による積極的な情報発信はあまり行われていない。低調な活動の要因として，HP管理の煩わしさ，立ち上げの難しさ，SNSによる情報発信のリスクなどが挙げられるだろう。研究室は大学における組織の最小単位であり，最小単位による情報発信は研究・教育活動に興味を持つ対象者に有意義な情報となる。ここでは，著者の経験を紹介することで，普及への障壁を低くすると共に活動のメリットを感じていただき，研究室単位による情報発信が積極的に行われるきっかけを提供したい。

現代社会の変化に伴い，学校は保護者や地域住民などに積極的に情報提供することの必要性が求められている。このことを受け，学校は家庭・地域との連携を深めるための手段としてウェブサイトを開設し，情報発信に務めるようになり，その方法・内容・効果についての研究成果も多く発表されている。しかし，児童が放課後の多くの時間をすごす学童保育については，学童保育・保護者間の情報交換についての調査や研究はされていない。そこで，本研究では今後の学童保育の情報発信を実践するための基礎調査として，質問表において，学童の保護者が普段使用するメディアと学童から発信してもらいたい情報についての調査を行った結果を報告した。学童保育における情報発信では，スマートフォンを想定した情報発信やユーザーインターフェース・子どもたちの行事や日常生活の様子の掲載・緊急性のある情報はプッシュ型の情報提供の3点を検討する必要があることが確認された。保護者はメディアの特徴を踏まえた情報発信の使い分けを希望していることが明らかになった。

予防接種を取り巻く課題として, 最も大きなものは副反応, そして健康被害である. 現在, 定期接種化を検討中のB型肝炎, ムンプス, 水痘, 成人用肺炎球菌のワクチン, さらにロタウイルスのワクチンについても, 仮に定期接種化が実現した際には様々な課題が予想され, 報道機関, 保護者, 医療関係者それぞれにおいて, 接種を推進する立場, それを懸念する立場の違いが生じる. 上述のワクチンを含め, いわゆるワクチンギャップ解消の実現に備え, 行政(実施主体)が予防接種の重要性を絶えず認識し, きめ細かく丁寧に情報の発信を行うことはもちろん, ワクチンの効果や安全性について真の理解を得るために, 国民, 医療機関, マスコミも, それぞれの役割と責任を考え, よりよい社会の構築に向けて取り組んでいくことが重要である.

A県A市にある介護福祉士養成校2校の卒業生を対象に動向調査を実施、600名から回答が得られた。その結果、自己都合による退職経験とその理由や自己啓発していく上での課題等が明らかになり、介護福祉士養成校としての卒後教育の方向性が以下のように示唆された。1.職業人としての社会適応力の育成 2.自己啓発ための各種資格取得へのフォローアップ 3.介護福祉士を取り巻く社会情勢等の情報発信, Conduct a trend survey of graduates from two schools of care worker training schools in the city A of prefecture A, with the answers obtained from 600 participants. 歴史文化や自然、食文化など多くの魅力あふれる熊本を外国人が知らない理由は、情報が発信者から一方通行になり、受け手に届いていないからでないだろうか。そこで、熊本に魅了されそれを発信したくてたまらない外国人たちを外国人アンバサダーとして認定し、彼らと協力して、周囲の外国人に対してface to face、あるいはSNS(ソーシャル・ネットワーク・サービス)を活用し、熊本の魅力を発信する。また、外国人の視点からみた熊本の魅力を発見するイベントを動画にし、彼らに情報発信を行ってもらうことにより、生きた情報を多くの外国人に熊本を楽しく簡単に知ってもらう。こうした活動を組み合わせ新たな情報発信のモデルとし、海外からヒト・モノ・カネを集めたい。, Kumamoto is full of the charm, such as its history, arts, foods, culture in general, and nature. However, most of people from other countries do not know much about Kumamoto because the information is being provided in an one-way manner. We propose the system in which people form other countries who are attracted by Kumamoto for various reasons are to be appointed as ambassador; the system promotes them to send out the information about Kumamoto via SNS (social networking service) as well as face to face communication. Another scheme that we are proposing is the event in which people from other countries discuss various issues such as pop-cultures and so on. The event will enhance promotional activities to push the Kumamoto's charm from the participants, which may lead to increased popularity of Kumamoto. These proposed activities, strategically combined, will lead to increased visitors from other countries to Kumamoto and will also enhance economical activities between other countries and Kumamoto.

要約 現在、全国各地の観光地や観光施設は、情報通信技術（ICT）の導入iを行い、インターネット上での地域観光情報の発信に取り組んでいる。インターネットを利用した地域観光情報の発信は、経済的な面において、また、その情報の伝達範囲においても、大きなメリットを持っており、今後も積極的な取り組みが予想される。本稿では、地域観光情報の発信において、より効果的な形での観光コンテンツの発信について検討する。そのために、まず、地域観光情報発信の現状とその特徴について分析を行う。そして、その改善点を考慮したモデルとなるホームページを作成し、インターネット上で観光情報の発信を行い、情報の受け入れ側の意見や感想を収集した。その結果、まず、①情報発信においては、情報受け入れ側のニーズにマッチするコンテンツと構成が重要であること。②情報発信の初期段階から、関連組織との効果的な情報伝達のための連携が必要であること。③情報発信の効果を分析し、持続的に改善を推進する組織の明確化が必要であること。が、確認できた。

In recent years, the role of financial institutions has risen in the development of regional economies and to activate industry. This is due to the role of financial institutions in assisting companies through financial and management support. In this study, Sagamihara City is taken up as a case study. Sagamihara has aimed for continuous development as a city in order to become independent in the future. To this end, it has become necessary to push forward to many citizens and companies the idea of "the creation of a chosen city." To accomplish this goal, financial institutions will play an important role. Therefore, in this study, a policy is devised to invite a financial institution to Sagamihara city. In this study, an analysis was carried out to reappraise the location of financial institutions in Sagamihara and neighboring cities. In addition, an investigation was conducted of a financial institution which has branch offices in Sagamihara city. Further, an investigaion was carried out of a company which conducted operations in Sagamihara city. Finally, a policy was devised to invite a financial institution to Sagamihara city. Throught this study, the following two results were revealed regarding the future need to invite a financial institution to Sagamihara city. First, there is a need for more planning to promote industrial development and advancement in Sagamihara city. Second, it will be necessary to clarify the merit of having a financial institution in Sagamihara city.

千葉大学大学院人文社会科学研究科研究プロジェクト報告書第249集「社会とつながる教員養成に関する実践的研究」藤川大祐編, "Practical Research on the Teacher Training Connected with Society" Report on Research Project No.249, 本研究は、教員養成課程に所属する大学生を対象に学校広報について考える授業プログラムを開発・実施し、実施後の質問紙を通じてその有効性を明らかにすることを目的とした研究である。本研究では学校広報の中でも特に「学校が積極的に情報を発信すること」と「学校が危機に陥った際の対応」について取り上げて論じる。これまでに、管理職研修で学校広報について扱う実践報告は多くあるものの、教員養成課程で学校広報について扱った実践報告は少ない。本研究で開発した授業プログラムは、2つである。1つ目は、日頃の情報発信の重要性を伝え、ポジティブなことを外部へ発信していく方法を紹介する「積極広報編」である。2つ目は、学校で事件・事故、不祥事が起きた場合にどのように対応すべきかについて考える「危機対応編」である。研究の結果、授業を通じて、学校広報に対する学生の意識の向上が見られたほか、学校広報について教員養成で扱うことの可能性が示唆された。

オープンアクセスに対する社会的関心の高まりや，その促進を後押しする欧米政府・研究機関による政策・制度の策定が続いている。オープンアクセス関連の情報は大量に流通し続けており，一人ですべてを発見し読むことはもはや不可能である。よって，情報収集の負担を軽減しより効率的にするためには，何らかの方策が必要となる。本稿では，オープンアクセス関連の情報を収集するための重要な10 大ツール（人，イベント・学会・各種委員会，Twitter，メーリングリスト・メールマガジン，ブログ，Web サイト，ソーシャルブックマーク，ニュースレター，雑誌，図書）を紹介する。, Open Access has attracted interests from around the world, and implementation of mandatory policy in government agencies and research institutions in USA and Europe has been growing for promoting Open Access. We need effective ways to gather information because of large volumes of information on Open Access. In this article, the author introduces ten essential tools (People, Event/Conference/Committee, Twitter, Listserve/Mail Magazine, Blog, Website. Social Bookmark, Newsletter, Journal/Magazine, and Book) to keep up with Open Access.

ポッドキャストは,Web上で音声や画像を配信する仕組みとして企業や教育分野で注目を集めており,携帯音声端末の普及とも併せて今後の伸展が期待されている。千葉大学附属図書館では,このポッドキャストを利用して図書館セルフガイド等のコンテンツの発信を開始した。このことについて企画製作の経験,ブログサイトの構築,コンテンツの製作,その利用の状況について報告する。

栄養学科の学生がレシピに関する情報を発信するためのウェブサイト「天使の給食」を構築し、給食経営管理論実習の授業において活用している。この授業に関するアンケートを実施し、その効果を検討した。その結果、ウェブサイトを活用した授業に対して、対象学年である2年生の多くは興味を持って取り組んでいることがわかった。また、このウェブサイトとこのサイトを活用した授業は、3年次において役立てられることが示唆された。栄養士・管理栄養士として働く際には積極的に情報を提供することが求められるが、情報を提供することに関して消極的な学生が多かった。授業において、学生に情報提供の機会を与えることが必要である。今後は、「天使の給食」が学生にどのように利用され、さらに、このサイトを利用することで献立作成能力が向上させられるのかを詳しく検討していく必要がある。, We have introduced a food service management practicum class, in which students studying nutritional science developed a website, "Tenshi's lunch," which provides information about recipes. We conducted a questionnaire among students in this class to investigate the effectiveness of the website practicum class. Consequently, we discovered that most of the 2nd year students, for whom the website was designed, were interested and willingly utilized the website. Moreover, the results suggested that the 3rd year students found the website to be helpful and therefore, it was concluded that its use should be continued in the 3rd year as well. Registered practicing nutritionists and nutrition managers were requested to provide information for enhancement of the website content. However, very few students actively posted information on the website. During teaching, it is necessary to give the students an opportunity to disseminate information in class. Further detailed investigation is required on how this site, "Tenshi's Lunch," is used by the students, and how it would made more user-friendly.

Much information is provided on the internet. Some of the information is helpful, but other information is sometimes wrong. Within this difficult situation, the dietician as a part of her social role must aim to provide the correct nutritional information to all people. How to acquire information from the internet has been incorporated into college courses, but how to transmit nutritional information via the internet has not been incorporated into most courses. In order to improve the student's ability, to provide useful nutritional information, and to help students after graduation, we incorporated the transmitting of information via the internet into our college course.
