利用脂肪酶催化中链甘油三酯(MCT)与核桃油发生酯交换反应,利用分子蒸馏脱除产物中的游离脂肪酸(FAA),再用乙醇萃取MCT制备高含量中长链甘油三酯(MLCT)的结构脂产品。对酶催化酯交换反应条件进行优化,对乙醇萃取条件进行优化,并对结构脂产品的脂肪酸组成及分布进行测定。结果表明:最佳酯交换反应条件为以Novozym 435为催化用酶,加酶量10%、MCT与核桃油摩尔比2∶ 1、反应温度55 ℃、反应时间9 h,在此条件下反应并通过分子蒸馏脱除FAA后所得产品的MLCT含量为76.2%,MCT含量为14.3%,长链甘油三酯(LCT)含量为9.5%;最佳乙醇萃取条件为乙醇体积分数85%、底物(分子蒸馏脱除游离脂肪酸后产物)与乙醇溶液的比例1∶ 3,在最佳条件下所得产品的MLCT含量为854%,MCT含量为3.7%,LCT含量为10.8%,产品得率为808%。制备的产品中MLCT含量高,富含亚油酸与亚麻酸,其含量比值为5.8,可作为消化系统缺陷患者补充必需脂肪酸的油脂来源。The product with high content of medium-and long-chain triglycerides (MLCT) was prepared by using lipase to catalyze the transesterification of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) with walnut oil, using molecular distillation to remove the free fatty acid (FFA), and using ethanol to extract the MCT from the product. The enzyme-catalyzed transesterification reaction conditions and ethanol extraction conditions were optimized, and the fatty acid composition and distribution of the product were determined. The results showed that the optimal transesterification reaction conditions were obtained as follows: Novozym 435 dosage 10%, molar ratio of MCT to walnut oil 2∶ 1, reaction temperature 55 ℃ and reaction time 9 h. After reaction under these conditions and removal of FFA with molecular distillation, the contents of MLCT, MCT and long-chain triglycerides (LCT) were 76.2%, 14.3% and 9.5%, respectively. The optimal ethanol extraction conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol volume fraction 85%, and ratio of substrate (the transesterification product after molecular distillation) to ethanol solution 1∶ 3. Under these conditions, the contents of MLCT, MCT and LCT were 85.4%, 3.7% and 10.8%, respectively, and the product yield was 80.8%. This product with high content of MLCT was rich in linoleic acid and linolenic acid, and the content ratio of linoleic acid to linolenic acid was 5.8, which could be used as a source of oil to supplement essential fatty acids for patients with digestive system defects.

5. 基于数字化教学资源的 SPOC 对分课堂混合式教学法 在外科护理学实践教学中的应用研究.

- Abstract
目的 探讨基于数字化教学资源的小型私人在线课堂(SPOC)对分课堂混合式教学法在外科 护理学实践教学中的应用效果。方法 选取西南医科大学护理学院965名四年制本科学生作为研究对象, 其 中493名2019级护生设为对照组, 472名2020级护生设为研究组。对照组采用基于临床案例以教师讲解为主 的实践教学方法, 研究组采用基于数字化教学资源的SPOC对分课堂混合式教学法, 包括教授、内化吸收、讨论 3 个部分, 教学前、中、后3个环节。比较2组护生课程结束后的考试成绩、自主学习能力、教学满意度的差异。 研究组回收有效问卷415份, 应答率为87.92%;对照组回收有效问卷441份, 应答率为 89.45%。结果 研究 组护生课程结束后实践考核成绩、实践操作报告成绩均明显优于对照组, 自主学习能力总分, 以及学习动机、计 划和实施、人际沟通维度评分, 外科护理学实践课教学满意度总分, 以及提高学习积极性, 有利于理论知识的应 用, 有利于师生间的交流, 有利于相关知识的收集、整理和分析, 考核方法和标准, 学习效果条目评分均明显高 于对照组, 差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于数字化教学资源的SPOC对分课堂混合式教学法在外 科护理学实践教学中的应用, 有利于提升教学质量, 培养学生自主学习能力, 提高教学满意度。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objectives: Because of high frequency of extreme weather, railway subgrade disaster shows a trend of increasing, great harmfulness and is hard to detect in advance. Even a small-size subgrade disaster may cause railway paralysis, which prevents the development of transportation. Many incidents illustrate that the earliest subgrade disaster always appeared in areas where no case ever reported before. It means that traditional monitoring methods are hard to detect hidden danger area. Thus, a promising method is ur1,2,3gent to be proposed for meeting the monitoring requirement for railway safety. Methods: First, the charac1,2,3teristics of subgrade disaster are summarized under different disaster-pregnant environments, and the advan1,2,3tages of various monitoring methods are discussed to find a collaborative applications method for early iden1,2,3tification of subgrade disaster. The potential hazards that may cause damage to subgrade structure and the deterioration degree of subgrade are considered as the main monitoring object of subgrade service status, in1,2,3cluding subgrade deformation monitoring, structural health monitoring, geological hazard monitoring along the railway, track irregularity, and external environmental monitoring. Second, an investigative approach based on the integration of space-air-train-ground muti-source techniques is proposed to detect the geohazards and monitor the service status of railway subgrade. It means that collaborative application of different moni1,2,3toring methods, cooperative analysis of different scales and resolutions data and collaboration of between various railway departments are required. Two monitoring schemes for subgrade disasters and service sta1,2,3tus of subgrade are proposed based on the integration of multi-source and multi-scale monitoring technique. Finally, the development direction of subgrade service status monitoring is discussed. 9. 基于健康生态学模型的农村老年人主观认知下降影响因素分析.

- Abstract
Objective To analyze the action path and effect of the influencing factors of subjective cognitive decline of the rural elderly based on the health ecology model, to provide reference for the formulation of intervention measures. Methods By using the methods of multi-stage sampling and convenient sampling, a questionnaire survey was conducted among 595 rural elderly in Zhejiang Province (Ningbo, Shaoxing, Huzhou, and Taizhou). Multiple linear stepwise regression and structural equation model were used to analyze the influencing factors of subjective cognitive decline of rural elderly. Results The total average score of subjective cognition decline questionnaire (SCD-Q21) of 595 rural elderly was (8.41 ±4.84). The results of structural equation model fitting showed that the total effect of individual traits (hearing, distant, proximal, hypertension, decreased grip strength) on the total score of SCD-Q21 was 0.634, the direct effect was 0.311, and the indirect effect was 0.323. The total and direct effects of behavior and psychological factors (drug use, physical activity level, and depression) on the total score of SCD-Q21 were 0.451, and the total and direct effects of life and occupation (education level) on the total score of SCD-Q21 were -0.120. Conclusion The subjective cognitive level of the rural elderly needs to be improved, and relevant intervention measures should be taken according to the influencing factors to improve the cognitive level of the rural elderly. 10. 舒筋健脑方对缺血缺氧脑瘫模型大鼠细胞凋亡的影响.

- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Perinatal hypoxic-ischemic brain injury is one of the most common causes of cerebral palsy. Shujin Jiannao Prescription is an experienced formula for treating cerebral palsy and improving blood supply to the brain developed by the Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. OBJECTIVE: To explore the possible mechanism of Shujin Jiannao Prescription in treating hypoxic-ischemic cerebral palsy. METHODS: Sixty-four 7-day-old Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into six groups. There were 12 rats in each of the control and model groups as well as 10 animals in each of the minocycline group, and the low-, medium-, and high-dose groups of Shujin Jiannao Prescription. The neonatal rat ischemic-hypoxic cerebral palsy model was established in all groups except for the control group. After successful modeling, rats in each drug group were respectively gavaged with minocycline and Shujin Jiannao Prescription at a dose of 4, 8, and 16 g/kg per day for 1 week. Body mass of rats was measured and behavioral changes were detected before and after drug administration. Hematoxylin-eosin staining was used to observe the histomorphology of hippocampal CA1 region of rat brain tissue, and immunohistochemistry and western blot were used to detect the expression levels of Bcl-2, Bax, and Caspase-3 in the brain tissue of rats. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the model group, medium- and high-dose Shujin Jiannao Prescription significantly increased the body mass of rats (P < 0.05). Compared with the model group, minocycline effectively prolonged the suspension time of ischemic-hypoxic cerebral palsy rats (P < 0.05), while medium- and high-dose Shujin Jiannao Prescription significantly prolonged the suspension time, shortened the inclined plane test time, and increased the Longa score of rats (P < 0.05). The pathological results showed that after drug intervention, only a small number of neuronal cells in the brain tissue of rats were necrotic, the cells were more neatly arranged, the cell structure was more complete, and only part of the cell nuclei became smaller. Compared with the model group, minocycline and medium- and high-dose Shujin Jiannao Prescription reduced the expression of Bax Caspase-3 (P < 0.05), medium- and high-dose Shujin Jiannao Prescription increased the expression of Bcl-2 (P < 0.05), and Bcl-2/Bax protein expression was increased in minocycline and three Shujin Jiannao Prescription groups (P < 0.05). In addition, the protein expression was increased in a dose-dependent manner after intervention with Shujin Jiannao Prescription, and there was no significant difference between the minocycline and three Shujin Jiannao Prescription groups (P > 0.05). To conclude, the mechanism by which Shujin Jiannao Prescription treats ischemic-hypoxic cerebral palsy in rats may be to enhance the expression of anti-apoptotic protein Bcl2, inhibit the expression of pro-apoptotic protein Bax, and reduce the expression of Caspase-3, ultimately inhibiting the apoptosis of hippocampal neuronal cells in rats with cerebral palsy. Within a certain range, the higher dose of Shujin Jiannao Prescription indicates the better therapeutic effect, and the high-dose Shujin Jiannao Prescription is as effective as minocycline. BACKGROUND: In chronic gout patients, sodium urate is deposited in bone joints and around synovial membranes, eroding and destroying bone, leading to serious complications such as gouty arthritis and deformity. Research on the mechanisms by which sodium urate crystals erode and destroy bone can help early clinical intervention in gouty diseases and prevent and delay the complications caused by bone destruction. OBJECTIVE: To explore the destructive effects of gout crystals on bone through clinical imaging studies and experimental basic research, review the current progress and development prospects of research on the phenomenon and mechanism of bone destruction caused by gout, guide the clinical early intervention of gouty bone destruction, and guide the direction of research on the role of bone destruction. METHODS: The Chinese search terms were “gout, bone destruction, bone erosion” and the English search terms were “tophi, gout, RANKL, bone destruction, bone erosion,” which were used in the computer search of WanFang and PubMed databases. Finally, 64 articles were selected for review according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The specific manifestations of clinical studies (imaging, histopathology) to some extent elaborate the osteolytic process of gout, and in basic studies, the mechanism of gout-causing bone destruction can be divided into the five aspects: (1) Sodium acid crystals have an important role in bone destruction, directly affecting osteocytes, chondrocytes, osteoblasts and proresorptive factors that promote bone destruction; (2) Receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand and other proresorptive factors are involved in bone destruction; (3) T cell-mediated cellular immunity functions as a bridge in bone destruction, and activated T cells induce osteoclast differentiation; (4) Monocytes/macrophages are not only precursors of osteoclast-like cells, but also induce the expression of proresorptive factors such as Receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB ligand; (5) Neutrophils affect the morphology of osteoclast arrangement, and neutrophil extracellular trap networks promote osteolysis by promoting osteoclast differentiation. Objective To systematically analyze and explore the influencing factors of insufficient physical activity of the rural elderly based on the health ecology model, so as to provide empirical basis for the health management of the rural elderly. Methods By using the method of multi -stage sampling and convenient sampling, 812 rural elderly people from 5 cities in Zhejiang Province were selected from July to November, 2022. General data physical activity questionnaire -short form (I-PAQ-sf) and Geriatric Depression scale (GDS-15) were used for investigation. Results The rate of insufficient physical activity in 812 rural elderly was 42.73%. Stratified regression analysis showed that age 3 80 years old (OR =1.771, 95% CI: 1.418-1.99& P=0.045), depressive symptoms (OR=1364, 95%CI: 1.062-1,615, P=0.001), grip strength (0R=1,747, 95%CI: 1.415-1.987, P=0,001), moderate and severe pain (OR=2.089, 95%CI: 1.862-2.282, P=0.011), and monthly income < 1 000 yuan (OR=1.645, 95%CI: 1395-1.827, P=0.024) were the main influencing factor of insufficient physical activity of the elderly in rural areas. Conclusion Health care workers should strengthen the healthy education and guidance of physical activity for the elderly in rural areas with advanced age, depressive symptoms, decreased grip strength, moderate and severe pain, and low income, so as to reduce the occurrence of lack of physical activity in rural elderly, cultivate their regular physical activity habits, and improve the quality of life of the elderly. The long- term and extensive use of antibiotics has led to the widespread emergence of drugresistant bacteria and super bacteria worldwide, posing a significant threat to environmental safety and public health. Antimicrobial peptides have a wide range of biological functions, such as immune regulation, killing bacteria, fungi, viruses, parasites, cancer cells and so on. Importantly, the antibacterial mechanism of antimicrobial peptides is different from that of the traditional antibiotics. They mainly exert antibacterial activity by destroying bacterial cell membranes, so they are not easy to produce drug resistance, which makes them have the potential to become a new generation of antibacterial drugs. Therefore, antimicrobial peptides are widely concerned in agriculture, animal husbandry, food, medicine and other fields. 47. 不同燕麦品种抗蚜性鉴定及其生产性能综合评价.

- Abstract
[Objective] To select oat varieties with high aphid resistance, strong production performance and excellent comprehensive performance, to provide theoretical references for the healthy development of the oat industry in Inner Mongolia. [Methods] In Shaerqin farming-pastoral test site of Institute of Grassland Research of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in Tumed Left Banner, Hohhot, taking 17 oat varieties as test materials, the aphid resistance was identified by aphid ratio method. The aphid resistance grade of each variety was determined. And the agronomic traits and yield were used as indicators to compare the differences in production performance of the varieties. Bivariate correlation analysis and systematic cluster analysis were performed using agronomic parameters, yield, and aphid ratio as indicators. [Results] The aphid resistance of the test oat varieties was categorized into 6 grades. Baiyan No.7, Mengyan No.3, Qinghai 444, and Qingyin No.2 had high resistance. Qinghaitian oats and Qingyan No.1 showed medium resistance. Mengsiyan No.2, Lingxiu, Beile, Taiyangshen, and Yellow Oats had low resistance. Bayan No.1 and Bayan No.7 were low susceptible. Bayan No.5 was medium susceptible. Aiwo126, Yanwang and Furuizhi were highly susceptible. The plant height of Baiyan No.7 and Taiyangshen reached over 1.18 m, which was significantly higher than that of Bayan No.7, Lingxiu, Yanwang, Qingyin No.2, Aiwo 126, Furuizhi (P<0.05). Beile had the highest fresh grass yield (4.34 kg/m2), which was significantly higher (P<0.05) than other varieties except Bayan No.5 and Aiwo 126. Taiyangshen had the highest hay yield (1.69 kg/m2), which was significantly higher (P<0.05)than that of Bayan No.7 and Qingyin No.2. There was no significant difference (P>0.05)in the fresh-to-dry ratio of the 17 oat varieties. Aiwo 126 had the highest (2.98) fresh-to-dry ratio, while Qinghai 444 had the lowest (1.86). The results of cluster analysis showed that the aphid ratio, plant height and yield performance of different oat varieties varied. The comprehensive performance of class I oat varieties (Qinghaitian oats, Mengyan No.3, Qinghai 444, Baiyan No.7, Lingxiu, Qingyan No.1, Yellow Oats, Taiyangshen, Bayan No.1, Bayan No.5, Bayan No.7, and Mengsiyan No.2) was stronger. [Conclusion] Qinghaitian oats, Mengyan No.3, Qinghai 444, Baiyan No.7, Lingxiu, Qingyan No.1, Yellow Oats, Taiyangshen, Bayan No.1, Bayan No.5, Bayan No.7 and Mengsiyan No.2 had strong aphid resistance, good production performance, and excellent comprehensive performance.They were suitable for planting in Tumed Left Banner in Inner Mongolia.
