u-fu, CHEN Hua-ling, WANG Guo-hang et al (Jiangxi Institute of Economic Crops, Nanchang, Jiangxi 330202) Abstract [Objective]This study explored the dwarfing effect of paclobutrazol and chlormequat on Kochia scoparia in order to provide reference for the ornamental value of Kochia scoparia. [Method]Two varieties of Kochia scoparia were used as materials, different plant growth retarders and different concentrations were used to treat Kochia scoparia. The growth indexes of plant height, crown width and main stem diameter under different treatments were determined. [Result]The results showed that there was significant difference between the effect of two kinds of retarders by different concentrations in seedling height and crown width. Paclobutrazol treatment with 1 000 mg / L had the best dwarfing effect on high growth,crown width and main stem diameter, followed by 2 000 mg / L. Under chlormequat treatment, 4 000 mg / L had the best dwarfing effect on high growth and crown width, followed by 8 000 mg / L. In terms of ornamental effect, 500 mg / L paclobutrazol had the best ornamental effect on Kochia scoparia ‘Red feather’, followed by 8 000 mg / L chlormequat. 2 000 mg / L chlormequat had the best ornamental effect on Kochia scoparia ‘Early Red Flame’, followed by 2 000 mg / L paclobutrazol. [Conclusion]The growth of seedling height and crown width of Kochia scoparia could be effectively inhibited by paclobutrazol and chlormequat, and the overall ornamental effect could be improved. In order to reveal the effects of fertilization on the growth of Acacia saplings, experiments were carried out with combinations of Acacia varieties, application methods and fertilizer formulae, recording sapling changes in diameter at breast height (DBH), tree height and volume growth. The result showed that formulae of basal fertilizer significantly influenced DBH and volume growth except height growth; and formulae of surface dressing had no obvious effect on the sapling growth, while there were significant differences in sapling growth among varieties. Factors’ effects on the growth were in such a descending order: varieties > basal fertilizing > surface dressing. Among 9 treatments of orthogonal design, there were significant differences in tree height, DBH and volume (P < 0.05), and treatment A 1 B 2 C 3 and A 2 B 3 C 3 had highest tree height, A 3 B 2 C 2 had highest DBH and volume. Various types of crop diseases have posed a serious threat to the high-quality development of crops in agricultural production. A timely identification of disease types can greatly contribute to the prevention and control of crop diseases. However, the convolutional neural networks (CNN) recognition of crop leaf diseases cannot fully meet the large-scale production in recent years, due to the numerous parameters, high computational complexity, and poor real-time performance. There is a high demand to improve the accuracy of lightweight CNN models under the relatively complex background of crop leaf images in natural environments. In this study, a lightweight re parameterized leaf diseases identification network (RLDNet) was proposed to identify crop leaf diseases. Firstly, reparameterization was introduced into the MobileNetV2. The inverted residual blocks were reparameterized to construct the reparameterized inverse residual (RIR) block for the high inference speed. A multi-branch architecture was adopted during the training phase. The diversity of the feature space was enriched to improve the representation learning of the network. The reparameterization was used to equivalently convert the multi-branch architecture into a single path structure for the inference after training. The output of the transformed inference model was the same as the original multi-branch. The parameter identity transformation was achieved to improve the inference speed of the model with high recognition accuracy. There was a decrease in the number of output channels and the stacking times of core modules. A shallow and narrow network structure was obtained to enhance the extraction of shallow features, such as the disease colors and textures, indicating the reduced number of model parameters. Secondly, a lightweight ultra lightweight subspace attention module attention mechanism (ULSAM) was added to the last two RIR blocks of the model. Leaf disease characteristics were combined to more effectively distinguish between backgrounds and prospects for better target classification. The interference was reduced in the disease areas from the complex backgrounds. Finally, the DepthShrinker pruning was utilized to learn the importance of the activation function in the model. The redundant parameters were removed to further reduce the space occupation. The lossless lightweight and high accuracy of the model were achieved using knowledge distillation. The recognition accuracy of 99.53% was achieved in the RLDNet on the PlantVillage dataset, whereas 98.49% on the self-built leaf disease dataset with a parameter size of 0.65 M. The inference time for a single-leaf disease image was 2.51 ms. RLDNet shared a performance similar to the Transformer-based models (such as MobileVit-S) and CNN-based models (such as ResNet18) on both datasets, with a significant reduction in parameter, respectively, compared with MobileVitS and ResNet18. The higher recognition accuracy and lighter weight were obtained in the RLDNet, compared with the lightweight models, such as MobileNetV3 and ShuffleNetV2. The improved model can be expected to effectively identify the leaf diseases in the complex backgrounds, with less parameter memory and faster inference speed. The study on the change characteristics of soil nutrient and soil bacterial community during the growth of Cunninghamia lanceolata is helpful to understand the causes of soil fertility decline in the management. The soil bacterial community diversity of young forest (3 years), half-mature forest (8 years), near-mature forest (12 years), mature forest (21 years) was measured using Illumina PE250 platform, and its correlations with soil nutrients and other environmental factors were also studied. The results are as follows. (1) With the increase of stand age, soil organic carbon (SOC) and available nitrogen (AN) and available potassium (AK) showed no decreasing trend except available phosphorus (AP). The SOC, AN AP and AK of mature forest were the highest. (2) In the bacterial community, Acidobacteria (43.79%-57.66%), Proteobacteria (14.21%-31.83%), and Camisoliaceae (11.52%-24.23%) account for a high proportion. (3) The numbers of OTU and Chao index of soil bacterial community in mature forest were the lowest. For Shannon-Wiener index of bacterial community, the highest value was found in young forest and the lowest value in mature forest in layer A soil(0-20 cm), the highest value was found in half-mature forest and the lowest value was found in near-mature forest in layer B soil(20-40 cm). (4) RDA analysis based on the distance of Unweighted Unifrac showed that the bacterial community composition of Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation was mainly affected by slope, altitude, tree height and AK, among which, slope, tree height and altitude explained the difference between stand ages more, while AK explained the difference between soil layers more. The results showed that soil nutrients did not decrease with the increase of stand age. The difference of bacterial community composition between stand ages was mainly affected by slope, tree height and altitude, and AK mainly caused the difference of bacterial community between soil layers. 目的 研究糖尿病前期对短暂局灶脑缺血后长期认知功能的影响,以及早期二甲双胍治疗的效果。 方法 给予6周龄的雄性Wistar大鼠高脂饮食构建糖尿病前期模型。糖尿病前期大鼠在10周龄时给予 为期12周的二甲双胍治疗[200 mg/(kg·d),腹腔注射]。14周龄时进行90 min大脑中动脉闭塞(middle cerebral artery occlusion,MCAO)术。分别在15、20周龄时进行Rotarod旋转棒实验评估运动功能。21周 龄时进行Morris水迷宫实验评估认知功能。通过血糖检测试纸和ELISA的方法分别检测空腹血糖和 血清胰岛素水平。 结果 糖尿病前期大鼠在MCAO术后其长期神经功能以及空间学习记忆能力较无糖尿病前期大鼠更 差。早期二甲双胍治疗可改善糖尿病前期合并卒中后的认知功能障碍。二甲双胍治疗大鼠的空腹血 糖和空腹胰岛素水平较生理盐水治疗更低。 结论 在糖尿病前期即启动二甲双胍治疗可减轻后期卒中导致的长期认知功能障碍,这可能与降 低血糖和胰岛素水平有关。 Abstract: Objective To investigate the influence of prediabetes on post-stroke cognitive function and the effect of metformin treatment at the stage of prediabetes on cognitive decline after stroke. Methods Six-week-old male Wistar rats were fed with high-fat diet to build prediabetes models. Prediabetes rats were given metformin treatment of 12 weeks [200 mg/(kg·d), intraperitoneal injection] from an age of 10 weeks, and the rats were subjected to a 90-minute right middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) at an age of 14 weeks. Rotarod tests were performed to evaluate motor coordination function in prediabetes rats at an age of 15 and 20 weeks, and then Morris water maze tests were conducted to evaluate these rats’ cognitive function at an age of 21 weeks. The levels of fasting blood glucose and serum insulin were measured using blood glucose test strips and ELISA assay. Results Prediabetes rats had more worse long-term neurological function and ability of spatial learning and memory after MCAO than rats without prediabetes. Early metformin treatment could alleviate cognitive decline after stroke in prediabetes rats. The rats treated with metformin had lower concentration of blood glucose and serum insulin than rats treated with saline. Conclusions Early metformin treatment in the stage of prediabetes could alleviate long-term cognitive decline after stroke, which is probably associated with the lower level of blood glucose and insulin due to metformin.

[Objective] The effect of different combined application rates of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer on nitrogen supply capacity and greenhouse gas emission of tobacco-growing soil is explored, which provides scientific guide for improvement of yield and quality of tobacco leaves, adjustment and perfection of fertilization method. [Method] Rapeseed cake (RC), pig manure (PM), carbon-based organic fertilizer (BOF) and peanut straw (PS) were selected as the test organic materials, and the nitrogen substitution ratio of chemical fertilizers was set at two levels, 30% and 50% respectively.Through the pot experiment, the differences in agronomic characteristics, biomass, soil mineral nitrogen content, soil organic carbon content, greenhouse gas emissions of flue-cured tobacco between treatments were compared. [Result] Compared with chemical fertilizer treatment (CK), except for BOF treatment, other combined organic fertilizer treatments all reduced the mineral nitrogen content of the soil by 22.9%-57.84% (resettling growth stage), 4.97%-66.04% (prosperous growth period), 25.59%-83.82% (budding period), 33.58%-68.90% (mature period) .Except for peanut straw treatment, other organic fertilizer treatments did not significantly reduce the biomass of flue-cured tobacco roots, stems and leaves.Only the combined application of pig manure and peanut straw treatment significantly increased CO2 emissions by 23.74%-33.40% and 61.75%-87.54% respectively.Only when the proportion of organic materials was 50%, the N2O emission was significantly increased, and the increase was 7.73-21.89 times.The combined application of organic materials increased the total nitrogen content of the soil by 1.56%-20.68%, and also significantly increased the total soil carbon content by 2.77%-16.63%.Rapeseed cake treatment significantly reduced soil C/N ratio, while peanut straw treatment significantly increased soil C/N ratio, but pig manure and carbon-based organic fertilizer treatment had no significant effect on soil C/N ratio. [Conclusion] Comprehensive comparison showed that carbon-based organic fertilizer was suitable for tobacco planting.From the aspects of nitrogen supply capacity of tobacco soil, biomass of tobacco plant and N2O emission, the proportion of organic materials should be 30%, and shouldnot be higher than 50%.In order to maintain the carbon and nitrogen balance of tobacco planting soil, rapeseed cake with low C/N ratio and peanut straw with high C/N ratio should not be applied separately and continuously. The experiment was to investigate the effect of selenium oligosaccharide alleviating zealenone (ZEA) on growth performance, plasma biochemical indexes, antioxidant function and intestinal microflora of piglets. A total of 60 piglets weaned at 35 d of age were randomly divided into four groups. The piglets in group C were fed with a basal diet, piglets in group Z were fed with a basal diet + 2 mg/kg ZEA, piglets in group Z+Se1 were fed with a basal diet + 2 mg/kg ZEA+ 0.3 mg/kg selenium oligosaccharide, and piglets in group Z+Se2 were fed with a basal diet + 2 mg/kg ZEA+ 0.5 mg/kg selenium oligosaccharide. The pre-experiment lasted for 7 d, and the experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that the feed to gain ratio of piglets in group Z+Se1 and group Z+Se2 was extremely lower than that in group Z (P<0.01). Compared with group C, the activity of ALT and AST of piglets in plasma in group Z was extremely increased (P<0.01). The content of CHO and TG in group Z+Se2 were extremely decreased (P<0.01). Compared with group Z, the activity of ALT, AST, the content of TG and CHO of piglets in group Z+Se2 was extremely or significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05). Compared with group C, the CAT, GSH-Px, T-SOD activity and T-AOC of piglets in group Z were extremely or significantly decreased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and MDA content was extremely increased (P<0.01). Compared with group Z, the activity of T-SOD and GSH-Px in group Z+Se1 was extremely or significantly increased (P<0.01 or P<0.05), and the content of MDA was extremely decreased (P<0.01). The activity of T-SOD, CAT, GSH-Px and T-AOC of piglets in group Z+Se2 were extremely increased (P<0.01), while the content of MDA was extremely decreased (P<0.01). Compared with group C, the number of Salmonella in intestinal tract of piglets in group Z was extremely increased (P<0.01), and the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium was extremely decreased (P<0.01). Compared with group Z, the number of Salmonella in intestinal tract of piglets in group Z+Se1 was extremely decreased (P<0.01), and the number of Bifidobacteria was significantly increased (P<0.05). The number of Salmonella in intestinal tract of piglets in group Z+Se2 was extremely decreased (P<0.01), and the number of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacteria was extremely increased (P<0.01). The experiment indicates that oligosaccharide selenium can alleviate the ZEA-induced decline growth performance and antioxidant function of piglets, reduce ZEA-induced increase plasma ALT and AST activity, and alleviates the imbalance of intestinal flora caused by ZEA. By combining anodic oxidation with photo-reduction method,a uniform,stable and recyclable surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-active substrate composed of well-ordered Ag nanoparticles decorated on TiO2 nanotube arrays (TiO2NTAs/Ag) is obtained. The composition and structure of the TiO2NTAs/Ag are characterized using X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS),UV-Vis diffuse reflection spectrum(UV-Vis DRS),surface enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy (SERS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)measurements. The SERS response of the TiO2NTAS/Ag array to tetracycline hydrochloride(TC-HCl)is further studied,which exhibits superior sensitivity for SERS detection of TC-HCl,and the detection limit could reach 1 × 10-14 mol/L in water. In addition,the TiO2NTAs/Ag substrate exhibits excellent degradation activity for TC-HCl under light and could be recycled for at least 8 times. [Objective] The seeds and seedlings of Rhus typhina were used as experimental materials, and the effects of heavy metals copper(Cu2+) and zinc(Zn2+) on the growth and physiological indexes of Rhus typhina seedlings were studied.[Method] Hydroponics was used in this study, the R.typhina seed was treated with different concentrations of Cu2+, Zn2+ single and compound treatment. The germination rate, germination potential and germination index of seeds were measured after 12 days, and the radicle length, bud length, fresh weight, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and malondialdehyde contents of seedlings were measured.[Result] Under the treatment of single Cu2+and Zn2+ solution concentration, the germination rate, germination potential, germination index, radicle length, bud length and fresh weight of R.typhina showed a trend of ‘low promotion and high inhibition’, that was, low concentrations of Cu2+ (<0.25 mmol/L) and Zn2+ (<1 mmol/L) promoted the growth of R.typhina, while high concentrations of Cu2+ (>0.5 mmol/L) and Zn2+ (>2 mmol/L) inhibited the growth of R.typhina; The growth indexes under compound stress(Cu2++Zn2+) were lower than those in the control group, which significantly inhibited the growth of R.typhina. With the increase of Cu2+ and Zn2+ solution concentration, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (CAT) increased first and then decreased, and under the combined stress treatment at the same level of Cu2+ concentrations, decreased with increasing concentration; The peroxidase (POD) activity and malondialdehyde content were positively correlated with the mass concentration of the treatment solution, under compound stress, it showed an upward level and reached the maximum under Cu2+ (2 mmol/L), Zn2+ (4 mmol/L) and compound stress(Cu2+ 2 mmol/L+ Zn2+ 4 mmol/L).[Conclusion] R.typhina had high tolerance to single stress and compound stress of Cu2+ and Zn2+, and could be considered as an alternative plant for remediation of soil heavy metal pollution.
