In recent years, various domestic and international shocks have intensified frequently, and the uncertainties in the economic environment are increasing in all regions. So enhancing economic resilience has become a necessary initiative to cope with national policies. 27 cities from urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are chosen as research objects, and scientific methods are used to construct the industrial spatial linkage network, measure the centrality characteristics of the industrial spatial linkage network and evaluate the economic resilience of the urban agglomeration from 2010 to 2019. Then, econometric methods are applied to analyze the effects of centrality characteristics of the industrial spatial linkage network on the economic resilience of the urban agglomeration. The results showed that: the industrial spatial linkage promotes the economic resilience of urban agglomeration, and it is found by heterogeneity analysis that, in the cities with good financial environment or high degree of marketization or low degree of industrialisation, industrial spatial linkage more significantly enhances the economic resilience. Finally, relevant countermeasures for industrial development and economic resilience of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are proposed. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Scientific and technological innovation is the strategic support to improve social productivity and comprehensive national strength, and human resources are the first resource. The fixed effects model was used to empirically test the impact of trade openness and the advancement of human capital structure on technological innovation. The study found that trade opening and advancement of human capital structure are significant factors that promote technological innovation capabilities. The influence of innovation ability is greater. The results of the heterogeneity analysis showed that the impact of trade opening and the advancement of human capital structure on technological innovation will vary depending on the geographical location. Therefore, my country should adopt a more proactive trade opening policy and talent training strategy, and create a good atmosphere for technological innovation to enhance the overall level of technological innovation capabilities, further enhance comprehensive national strength, and enhance international status. Fabric classification research has been widely used in the field of fabric production, clothing design and so on. This paper introduced a novel method combining fabric force model, the multi-frame timing information with GCN for fabric classification. This method used 30 different fabrics’ moving videos with the wind driving as the experimental datasets. Firstly, it took each frame of the video as a graph node, and then according to the video sequence connectioned for the similar fabric edge nodes. Secondly, it used the fabric force model to preprocess the original video image to extract force flow features as visual words and store them, then used the visual words to explore the potential connections between similar and different types of fabrics, so as to transform the Euclidean fabric video data into non-Euclidean fabric graph structured data. Finally, these data processed by GCN network. This work has a good performance without the effectiveness of light, texture and color, breaks through the limitation that traditional classification method can only classify a few fabrics, and has good classification effect.
