对圈养动物进行正强化行为训练是国内外动物园发展的大趋势,近几年国内各地动物园也陆续开展训练,并取得一定成果。南宁市动物园从2020年10月对1只东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)开展正强化行为训练,利用指令和响片的正向引导,加以食物作为奖励,培养期望行为。经过训练,东北虎可不必麻醉、保定,能主动配合训练员完成定位、口腔检查、前爪检查、尾部抽血和串笼的训练项目,这减少了应激反应,也减轻了饲养员的工作量,表明正强化行为训练能提高动物福利,对训练员开展日常工作能起到积极作用。

Objective To evaluate the application of micro-video combined questioning health education in the nursing of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods Totally 158 elderly patients with diabetes mellitus who admitted to the hospital during January and December 2023 were recruited using random number method, and were divided into control group (n=79) and observation group (n=79). The control group was given conventional oral health education, and the observation group was given micro-video combined with questioning health education. The health knowledge awareness, patients' treatment compliance, blood glucose level, and time required for health education were observed and compared between two groups. Results After the intervention, the health knowledge and treatment compliance of patients in the observation group were higher than that of the control group(P＜0. 01); The Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG) and 2h Postprandial Glucose (PPG) levels were in the observaiaton group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0. 01). The time required for health education was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P＜0. 01). Conclusion Micro-video combined with questioning health education can effectively improve the diabetes knowledge awareness rate of patients, improve patients' treatment compliance, effectively control the blood sugar level, shorten the time required for health education, and improve the work efficiency of nurses, which is worthy of clinical promotion. BACKGROUND: Fractures of the fifth metacarpal shaft are common in the clinic, and surgical treatment is mostly performed with open reduction plate fixation, but postoperatively, most patients require removal of the internal fixation and require secondary hospitalization. Transcutaneous fixation with a Kirschner wire has many advantages, such as less trauma, small incision, and no need for reoperation. OBJECTIVE: To comparatively analyze the clinical efficacy of percutaneous fixation of a Kirschner wire with miniplate placement in the transverse plane for treatment of the fifth metacarpal shaft fracture. METHODS: A total of 60 patients who underwent surgery for the fifth metacarpal shaft fracture at Binzhou Medical University Hospital between May 2018 and May 2020 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to the operation method. 30 patients in the plate group were treated with open reduction miniplate internal fixation; 30 patients in the Kirschner wire group were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous fixation with a Kirschner wire (of which 5 patients were treated with mini-incision incision assisted fixation). The length of hospital stay, operation time, incision healing grade, incision length, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluoroscopy number, and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. The fracture healing time, grip strength, and the motion range of the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint were recorded in the two groups, and the functional outcomes of the fingers were evaluated by the total active movement method. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Patients in both groups were followed up for 13-18 months. The differences in hospital stay, operation time, and incision healing grade between the two groups were not statistically significant (P > 0.05). (2) The amount of intraoperative blood loss and incision length in the Kirschner wire group were less than those in the plate group (P < 0.05). The number of intraoperative fluoroscopies in the plate group was less than that in the Kirschner wire group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the fracture healing time between the two groups (P > 0.05). (3) At the last followup, the efficacy was evaluated according to the total active movement method. The excellent and good rate was 87% in the Kirschner wire group and 90% in the plate group, with no significant difference. There were no significant differences between the two groups in the motion range and grip strength of the fifth metacarpophalangeal joint at the last follow-up (P > 0.05). (4) Pin tract infection occurred in one case after Kirschner wire placement, which improved after giving iodophor to enhance the dressing change. There was 1 case of pin tail irritating skin symptoms, which resolved after the removal of the Kirschner wires. There were 12 patients in the plate group who were hospitalized after 12 months for personal reasons for plate removal, and all in the Kirschner wire group were removed on an outpatient basis. In the plate group, three patients developed sensory numbness of the skin on the dorsal side of the distal fifth metacarpal and the dorsal side of the little finger, which resolved gradually with oral administration of mecobalamin after surgery. There were no instances of nonunion and refracture with internal fixation in either group. (5) Our results showed that both of these surgical procedures achieved good results in the treatment of fifth metacarpal shaft fracture with excellent functional recovery of the fingers, but the transverse fixation with percutaneous Kirschner wire has many advantages, such as less trauma, small incision, low cost, and convenient removal of internal fixation. Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) is one of the rare neuronal diseases in clinic. The pathogenesis of hyperparathyroidism (HPT) remains to be further studied. Therefore, ALS combined with HPT is more rare, and the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis is very high, which is easy to delay the patient's condition. The pavement anti-skid performance directly affects road traffic safety, and the evaluation methods based on pavement texture features currently have problems of poor interpretability and low accuracy. Herein, 185 sets of pavement texture data were collected by the portable 3D laser surface analyzer with an accuracy of 0.05 mm. The pavement friction data in the speed range of 0~80 km/h of the corresponding road section were obtained with the dynamic friction coefficient tester. The comprehensive fractal dimension index representing the complexity of the pavement texture space, the cross section, and the depth direction was constructed, and the random forest evaluation model for pavement skid resistance performances at speeds of 10 km/h and 70 km/h. The results show that, the comprehensive fractal dimension has the ability to describe the complexity of texture independently, but there is no linear relationship between it and the pavement dynamic friction coefficient; the prediction accuracy of comprehensive fractal dimensions for dynamic friction coefficients at the 70 km/h speed is 0.78, which can be used to evaluate the skid resistance of pavement under the condition of rapid sliding of tire rubber; the spatial, cross-sectional, surface, shallow, and deep profile fractal features in comprehensive fractal indicators jointly affect the pavement anti-skid performances. 【Objective】The present paper aimed to explore the effects of different mulching measures on fungal community structure, ecological function and species interaction in rhizosphere soil of Allium chinense, in order to provide theoretical basis and data support for the use and selection of mulching film for production.【Method】At the harvest period of A. chinense, rhizosphere soil covered with ordinary transparent film, blue film and no film treatment was collected, and the fungal community in the rhizosphere soil under each treatment was studied using high-throughput sequencing technology, FUNGuild database, molecular ecological network and other analytical methods.【Result】The mulching treatment reduced the diversity of fungal communities, but under the blue mulching treatment, beneficial fungal communities such as Humicola, Talaromyces and Aspergillus with higher relative abundance were enriched; From the molecular ecological network of fungi, it could be seen that although plastic film coverage simplified the network, the resistance of fungal communities to the external environment had been improved, with blue plastic film exhibiting more stability than ordinary plastic film; In addition, after functional prediction of the fungal communities in each treatment, it was found that the relative abundance of saprophytic functional microbial communities was higher under blue plastic film, promoting the decomposition of organic matter and nutrient cycling.【Conclusion】The fungal community structure, ecological functions, and species relationships in the rhizosphere soil of A. chinense show significant differences under different film covering treatments. OBJECTIVE: To probe into the efficacy of Liuwei Dihuang pills and Erzhi pills combined with Empagliflozin tablets and Valsartan tablets in the treatment of patients with early diabetic nephropathy ( liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome) and the effects on blood glucose indicator, kidney function, serum monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) and inflammatory factors. METHODS: A total of 128 patients with DN ( early liver-kidney yin deficiency syndrome) in this hospital from Sept. 2020 to Feb. 2023 were extracted to be divided into control group and observation group via the random number table method, with 64 cases in each group. Two groups were given health education and dietary guidance, on the basis of which the control group was given oral treatment of Empagliflozin tablets and Valsartan tablets, the observation group received Liuwei Dihuang pills and Erzhi pills prescription on the basis of the control group, with 8 weeks of total treatment. Clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse drug reactions were evaluated. Blood glucose indicators [fasting blood glucose (FBG), glycated hemoglobin ( HbA1 c)], renal function [ blood urea nitrogen ( BUN), serum creatinine ( SCr), urinary albumin excretion rate ( UAER)], serum MCP-1, TGF-β1, inflammatory factors [ tumor necrosis factor-α ( TNF-α ), interleukin-1β ( IL-1β)] levels were detected before and after treatment. RESULTS: The total effective rate of observation group was 93. 75% (60 / 64), higher than 81. 25% (52 / 64) of control group, with statistically significant difference (P<0. 05). After treatment, the levels of FBG, HbA1 c, BUN, SCr, UAER, MCP-1, TGF-β1, TNF-α and IL-1β in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, the levels of FBG, HbA1 c, BUN, SCr, UAER, MCP-1, TGF-β1, TNF-α and IL-1β in observation group were lower than those in control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0. 05). The total incidence of adverse drug reactions in control group and observation group was respectively 12. 50% (8 / 64) and 14. 06% (9 / 64), with no statistical significance (P>0. 05). CONCLUSIONS: Liuwei Dihuang pills and Erzhi pills combined with Empagliflozin tablets and Valsartan tablets can effectively improve the levels of blood glucose, renal function indicators, MCP-1, TGF-β1 and inflammatory factors in patients with early DN (liver-kidney Yin deficiency syndrome), and promote clinical efficacy with higher safety. Aiming at the problem that it was difficult for traditional signal processing methods to extract fault features that could fully and accurately reflect the running state of bearings from bearing vibration signals, and the amount of data collected in practical engineering was difficult to meet the requirement of large data amount in deep learning, a bearing fault identification model based on time-frequency graph and dual-channel convolutional neural network(CNN) was proposed. Firstly, a new objective function was constructed based on sample entropy and kurtosis, the grey wolf optimization algorithm(GWO) was used to optimize the parameters of variational mode decomposition(VMD); when the objective function reached the minimum value, the optimal parameter combination was obtained. Secondly, the optimized VMD was used to process the bearing signal, and the obtained modal components were calculated by smoothing pseudo-Wigner Ville distribution(SPWVD), and the time-frequency graph of the bearing was obtained by summing the calculated results. Thirdly, the continuous wavelet transform(CWT) was used to process the original signal directly to obtain the time-frequency graph. Finally, the time-frequency graphs obtained by the two methods were respectively used as the input of dual-channel CNN to train the network, and the features of the time-frequency graphs were extracted by CNN and faults were classified. The experimental results show that the accuracy rate of the proposed method is 99.29% in the bearing fault experiments, and the average accuracy rate is 99.61% in ten experiments. Comparing with the single-channel CNN and support vector machine(SVM), the proposed method has higher accuracy and better stability. The results show that this method has the characteristics of high accuracy and strong stability in the field of bearing fault diagnosis, and can effectively diagnose bearing faults.
