3. 聚维酮碘对家兔创面组织浸泡冲洗的影响.

- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Clinically, the most dangerous and serious complication of artificial joint replacement is periprosthetic infections. It is urgent to find a way to prevent periprosthetic infections after artificial joint replacement. OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of povidone-iodine on muscle, blood vessel, fat and bone of rabbits after immersion and flushing. METHODS: Forty male New Zealand rabbits aged 10 weeks were selected. The left hind leg of each rabbit served as the experimental group and the right hind leg served as the control group. After anesthesia, the hind limbs of each rabbit were cut open to expose the muscle, blood vessels, fat and bone. The control group was soaked and flushed with normal saline inside the surgical incision, while the experimental group was soaked and flushed with povidone-iodine inside the surgical incision. After being soaked in povidone-iodine for 0, 1, 3, 5 minutes, 10 rabbits were randomly selected and executed to collect wound tissue samples. The samples were made into pathological slices for hematoxylin-eosin staining observation as well as statistical analysis and comparison of cell counts. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the control group, the muscle, blood vessels, fat and bone after immersion and flushing with povidone-iodine showed no obvious difference in cell structure, morphology and number under microscope. The paired t-test was used to explore the difference between the control and experimental groups, and the paired data did not show any difference (P > 0.05). It is suggested that povidone-iodine shows no significant difference from normal saline after immersion and flushing of rabbit tissues such as muscle, blood vessels, fat and bone, indicating that povidone-iodine solution as an intra-incisional antiseptic is safe and effective. 6. 股骨转子间骨折行髓内钉治疗后营养风险预测模型的建立.

- Abstract
BACKGROUND: Patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture may have nutritional risks during proximal femoral nail anti-rotation surgery, and a clinical predictive model is established based on nutritional assessment tools. OBJECTIVE: To establish the nomogram of the nutritional risk prediction model for patients with intertrochanteric fracture after proximal femoral nail antirotation fixation and evaluate the accuracy of the model. METHODS: From December 2018 to July 2022, patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures who underwent proximal femoral nail anti-rotation fixation in First Department of Orthopedics, Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College were selected as the study subjects. The nutritional risk status of patients was assessed using nutritional risk screening 2002. Logistic regression was used to build the model. The receiver operating characteristic curve, Calibration plot calibration curve, and Hosmer-Lemeshow goodness-of-fit test were used to evaluate the discrimination, calibration and clinical applicability of the prediction model. The model was visualized using Nomogram diagrams. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Seventy-six patients were included according to the inclusion criteria. The incidence of nutritional risk was 80% after being assessed using nutritional risk screening 2002. (2) The results of Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that age ≥ 77 years old, body mass index < 22.80 kg/m², upper arm circumference < 25.01 cm, hemoglobin < 98.51 g/L, albumin < 31.61 g/L, and prealbumin < 138.56 g/L were all independent risk factors for nutritional risk (P < 0.05). (3) The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.919 (95%CI: 0.843-0.994). (4) The results of the HosmerLemeshow goodness-of-fit test displayed that nutritional risk prediction value was high. (5) It is concluded that the nutritional risk assessment model constructed in this study has a good degree of discrimination and calibration, and has a certain predictive ability, which can be used as a reference tool for nutritional risk assessment of patients after proximal femoral nail anti-rotation fixation. Gupo Mountain is adjacent to the Nanling Biodiversity Conservation Priority Area of China, which nurtures rich biological resources. To understand the diversity of macrofungal species in this area, a survey and collection of macrofungal resources in Guangxi Gupo Mountain Provincial Nature Reserve(abbreviate as Gupo Mountain)and adjacent areas was conducted by random tracking method, and combined morphological and molecular biological methods to identify. The results were as follows:(1)A total of 348 species macrofungal were found in this area, belonging to 175 genera in 69 families in 2 phyla, 6 orders and 17 classes, including 40 species of edible mushrooms, 42 species of medicinal mushrooms and 7 species of toxic mushrooms.(2)The analysis of the species composition of the region showed that the dominant families were nine families, including Agaricaceae, Boletaceae, Entolomataceae and Hymenochaetaceae, etc.; the dominant genera were eleven genera, including Amanita, Crepidotus, Crinipellis, Entoloma, etc.(3)There were two endemic genera in China, namely Fragiliporia and Zangia, and 11 endemic species, namely Coltricia crassa, C. weii, Entoloma caespitosum, E. praegracile, E. subtenuicystidiatum, Fomitiporia tenuitubus, F. torreyae, Fragiliporia fragilis, Perenniporia nanlingensis, P. subtephropora and Tremella cerebriformis.(4)Analysis of the funga composition of macrofungi in Gupo Mountain and adjacent areas revealed that the composition of families could be divided into cosmopolitan element(66.67%), pantropic element(17.39%)and north temperate element(15.94%); while the genera could be divided into seven elements, among which the cosmopolitan element is the most dominant(61.71%), and pantropic element(20.57%)and north temperate element(13.71%)rank second and thirdly. The rich species data provide basic information for the assessment of macrofungal species diversity and sustainable utilization of resources in Gupo Mountain and adjacent areas. - Abstract
Compressor is the main vibration excitation source of household refrigerator. Adding a dynamic vibration absorber to the vibration transmission path of compressor can effectively suppress the vibration energy of compressor, and at the same time, the cost is low. Acoustic black hole (ABH) can be used for structure vibration absorption due to the high energy dissipation at the tip of the edge when damping material is applied on the tip. However, its application in practical vibration control is limited due to the characteristic of its energy absorption which is only effective at high frequencies. Therefore, the application of ABH on the vibration reduction of a refrigerator compressor was explored for reducing compressor vibration transmission. First, the theoretical model of ABH power absorber was developed using semi-analytic method. The accuracy of the inherent frequency of the ABH beam model was verified using the finite element method. Then, the ABH dynamic vibration absorber modal loss factor was calculated, and the vibration energy suppression effect of the model in the frequency domain of compressor vibration was analyzed. Finally, in order to further verify the control effect of the ABH vibration absorber on the compressor, according to the design parameters, the ABH dynamic vibration absorber was manufactured by 3D printing. An experimental investigation was carried out by attaching the ABH beam on the foot of the compressor for vibration absorption. The experimental results show that the ABH dynamic vibration absorber can effectively damping the vibration of the compressor under two commonly used operating speeds, one at 2 700 r/min and the other at 3 900 r/min. The first 10 orders of the compressor in the frequency range of 20 Hz to 1 000 Hz have more than 8 orders of vibration response amplitude to be effectively suppressed. The research results show that the ABH dynamic vibration absorber has a favorable vibration attenuation effect. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
