Aiming at the aggregation problem of cross-efficiency in data envelopment analysis (DEA), this paper proposes a new regret cross-efficiency aggregation method based on fairness perception. Firstly, the regret theory is introduced to describe decision-makers' regret aversion, and the regret-rejoice matrix is constructed. Secondly, the intersectional cross-efficiency model is used to calculate the perceived utility of regret fairness. Then, a cross-efficiency aggregated weight distribution model is constructed and the cross-efficiency of regret interval considering fairness perception is calculated. The lower and upper limits of cross-efficiency of regret interval are synthesized by introducing a parameter reflecting the psychological preference of decision-makers. 附设黏滞阻尼器后结构的附加阻尼比是进行减震结构设计的关键。基于目前计算附加阻尼比时应用得十分广泛的时程分析方法进行研究，首先从基本理论出发，分析基于特征向量法的快速非线性分析（FNA）方法、Ritz向量法的FNA方法、直接积分方法以及与3种计算方法对应的能量比法在附加阻尼比计算时所面临的主要问题及重要参数设置；然后通过一单自由度体系的振动台试验测试结果与各种计算方法的数值模拟结果进行对比分析，得到较为适合的附加阻尼比计算方法；最后将研究成果应用于实际工程结构，进一步验证所推荐方法和参数设置的正确合理性。研究旨在为今后广大一线减震设计工程师计算较为真实的附加阻尼比提供重要参考。

在钢管内部分填充混凝土形成的部分填充钢管混凝土柱能提升钢管柱的强度、刚度和抗震性能，适用于桥墩柱和框架中下部柱子。基于验证的精细化有限元分析模型，对部分填充方钢管混凝土柱在轴压和水平荷载共同作用下的受力性能进行了参数分析，主要分析了轴压比（0.1~0.6）、钢管宽厚比（20~50）、钢材强度（Q235~Q690）、混凝土强度（C20~C60）、截面宽度（200~600 mm）和柱子高宽比（4~16）的影响。结果表明：填充率会影响部分填充钢管混凝土柱的破坏模式，随填充率增大，柱子破坏模式从钢管截面破坏转变为柱底部钢管混凝土截面破坏，柱子的强度和刚度提高；混凝土填充率增加到一定程度后柱底钢管混凝土截面形成塑性铰，此时达到最优填充率，继续增加填充率，柱子的强度及延性基本不变；轴压比、宽厚比、钢材强度、混凝土强度、截面宽度和高宽比对最优填充率的影响呈现出规律性变化；建立了部分填充方钢管混凝土柱在轴力和水平力作用下的简化力学模型并提出了其最优填充率的计算方法。

In order to investigate the anatomical and physiological basis of the difference in egg production between Tibetan chickens and high laying hens (Romain pink and Hyline brown), the changing patterns of serum Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and estrogen (E2) values, oviduct development anatomy and histology of the three species of chickens were investigated during an egglaying cycle, which provided theoretical bases for further understanding and development of egglaying performance and reproductive performance of Tibetan chickens. Three groups were divided according to breeds, and 80 birds each of Tibetan chickens, Romain pinks and Hyline browns were selected in the pre-laying period, laying period, peak laying period and post-laying period (16, 25, 36 and 68 weeks, respectively), and the levels of serum FSH and E2 hormones of the three kinds of chickens were measured at different periods of time; 20 chickens were randomly selected at each weekly age section, and the development of the oviducts and the histological characteristics were observed. The results showed that: ① inter-group comparison showed that there was a significant difference between the serum FSH levels of Tibetan chickens and Hyline Brown group at the late stage of egg laying (P<0.05), while the difference between them and the FSH levels of Romaine Pink and Hyline Brown at other periods was not significant (P>0.05); intra-group comparison showed that the serum FSH levels of chickens of the three groups were highest in the peak period of egg laying, and the difference with that of the early stage of egg laying was significant; serum E2 levels of the three groups of chickens showed that there was a significant difference in the peak period of egg laying, and the difference was significant; and the difference between them was significant. levels between groups showed that in the four periods of Tibetan chickens serum E2 levels differed significantly (P<0.05) from those of Roman pink and Hyline brown hens, where the differences in serum E2 levels between Roman pink and Hyline brown hens were not significant (P>0.05); within-group comparisons showed that E2 levels were highest in the peak laying period, and the differences with the pre-laying period and the late laying period were significant (P<0.05); ② Tibetan chickens' oviduct lengths, weight were significantly different from those of the other two groups at different egg-laying stages (P<0.05); intra-group comparison showed that the length and weight of oviducts in the peak egg-laying period of the three groups of chickens were significantly higher than those in the pre-laying period and the post-laying period (P< 0.05); ③ the mucosal folds of oviducts of Tibetan chickens were significantly lower than those of the other two groups in the various laying stages in terms of mucosal folds' heights and widths (except for the width of mucosal folds of isthmus at the pre-laying period) (P<0.05). Reproductive hormone levels of Tibetan chickens differed from those of high-yielding Roman Pink and Hyline Brown hens at different egglaying stages, which in turn caused anatomical and histological differences between Tibetan chickens and the other two types of laying hens. The development of reproductive hormones and oviducts is closely related to the egg-laying performance of chickens, therefore, to improve the egg-laying performance and reproductive performance of Tibetan chickens, it is necessary to further find the exogenous and exogenous factors that regulate the secretion of reproductive hormones in Tibetan chickens. Objective To analyze the coupling coordination relationship between the construction achievements of the 39 tight-knit county medical community pilot counties in Guangxi and the regional economic development levels in 2022. Methods The coupling coordination degree model was used to analyze the coupling coordination degree of the two systems, Moran I index was employed to conduct spatial correlation analysis of the coupling coordination degree. Results Among the pilot counties, five counties (12.82%) exhibited a moderate coordination type between the construction achievements and regional economic development levels; 21 counties (53.85%) were in a barely coordinated state; and 13 counties (3333%) showed moderate disorder. The global Moran I index was 0.542. Conclusion The coupling coordination degree of the two systems needs improvement; the achievements of the medical community construction are generally ahead of the regional economic development levels; there are regional disparities in coupling coordination degree, and mutual cooperation among the pilot counties in advancing the medical community construction is weak. It is recommended to strengthen cooperation and communication, promote high-quality regional economic development, and facilitate the rational allocation of quality medical and health resources. By exploring the influence of viscous damper parameters in frame structure on the structural damping efficiency, the optimization problem of viscous damper parameters is studied. A three-dimensional finite element model is created using nonlinear dynamic time-history analysis for a frame structure. Various damping indices, such as additional damping ratio, reduction rate of vertex displacement, reduction rate of base shear force, and utilization rate of inter-layer displacement, are studied. The study begins with a sensitivity analysis to examine the influence of different viscous damping parameters on each index. Next, a response surface method is utilized to establish a relationship model between the viscous damping parameters and the indices. The fitting accuracy of this model is evaluated using the F test and the judgment coefficient R². Finally, an objective function for key damping indices is developed, and optimal parameters are determined through optimization techniques. The results demonstrate that the traditional sensitivity analysis method may not comprehensively consider the collective influence of different damping efficiency indices. On the other hand, the response surface method provides high fitting accuracy and good predictability and can serve as an effective optimization model. Moreover, after considering the stiffness of the supporting members matching the parameters of viscous dampers, the feasibility of the optimal damping parameters is proved by the practice of actual engineering cases. A set of simple and easy-to-operate parameter optimization design method of viscous dampers is proposed, which provides important guidance for damping design of frame structures in the future. 引导旅游者实施环境责任行为是应对传统村落环境困境、实现文化遗产保护的有效途径。以刺激-机体-反应理论为基础，引入中介变量怀旧和调节变量道家生态价值观，用以探讨传统村落情境下旅游真实性对旅游者环境责任行为的影响机制和作用边界。采用层级回归分析方法，对宏村349名游客的问卷调查进行了分析，结果表明：（1）客体真实性和存在真实性对旅游者环境责任行为均具有显著的促进作用；（2）怀旧分别在客体真实性、存在真实性与旅游者环境责任行为的关系中扮演中介角色；（3）道家生态价值观显著正向调节怀旧情绪对旅游者环境责任行为的影响；（4）道家生态价值观分别调节怀旧在客体真实性、存在真实性与旅游者环境责任行为之间的中介作用。据此，应加强对传统村落资源的保护，注重打造原生态体验等，不断增强旅游者的真实性感知和怀旧情绪，进而在传统村落可持续发展中提升旅游者环境保护的参与水平。

BACKGROUND: The formation of postoperative abdominal adhesions is a complicated process, and the prevention of postoperative adhesions is an urgent problem in clinic. OBJECTIVE: To analyze the mechanism of adhesion at cellular and molecular levels, and to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of adhesion by mesenchymal stem cell exosomes. METHODS: “Abdominal adhesion, pelvic adhesion, postoperative adhesion, epithelial mesenchymal transformation, mesenchymal stem cells, stem cell exosomes, mesenchymal stem cell exosomes” were selected as Chinese and English search terms. We searched PubMed, CNKI, and Chinese biomedical literature and screened relevant articles on postoperative abdominal adhesion and mesenchymal stem cell exosomal intervention published from inception to August 2023. After systematic analysis, 54 articles were finally included for the review. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Any pathological factors such as peritoneal inflammation, mechanical injury, tissue ischemia, and foreign body implantation cause peritoneal surface injury, resulting in postoperative abdominal adhesion. The formation process of adhesion includes the interaction of peritoneal mesothelial cell repair, inflammatory response, fibrinolytic system, coagulation pathway and other processes, involving a variety of cytokines and signaling pathways. Wnt/β-catenin pathway can induce fibrosis and angiogenesis, and cooperate with transforming growth factor-β/Smads signaling pathway to stimulate fibroblast proliferation and cause peritoneal fibrosis. Meanwhile, nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway up-regulates the expression of cellular inflammatory factors, promotes fibroblast proliferation, and plays a key role in the process of tissue fibrosis. (2) The paracrine function of stem cells is an important direction of molecular intervention in abdominal adhesions based on regenerative medicine. It can participate in a variety of complex cytokines and signaling pathways involved in abdominal adhesions. (3) Compared with traditional methods for treating abdominal adhesions, mesenchymal stem cell exosome has biological activity and is safe to use. Mesenchymal stem cell exosomes without special culture and expansion have lower immunogenicity, longer stability and other advantages, can guide a normal repair and healing through a variety of ways. (4) Mesenchymal stem cell exosome has been proven to be involved in regulating the above processes of adhesion formation in previous studies, showing potential application prospects in clinical studies. Steel slag powder, S95 mineral powder, fly ash and desulfurization gypsum were used as raw materials, and multifaceted solid waste cementitious materials were prepared through the optimized design of the simple shape center of gravity method. The effect of composition on the mechanical properties of solid-waste mortar was analyzed by compressive and flexural strength tests of the mortar. X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric (TG) methods were used to investigate the strength formation mechanism of the multifunctional solid waste-based cementitious materials. The results show that the optimal mixing ratio of multifunctional solid waste-based cementitious materials is steel slag powder∶ S95 mineral powder∶ fly ash∶ desulfurization gypsum = 31∶ 38∶ 27∶ 4. The mechanical properties of multifunctional solid waste-based glued sand specimens show a tendency to increase and then decrease with the increase of steel slag powder admixture. S95 mineral powder contributed more to the early strength of the glued sand specimens, while excessive fly ash admixture is detrimental to the formation of the strength of the glued sand. The infrared absorption peak of SFMD showed the telescopic vibration peak of Si—O in C-S-H at 969 cm - 1, and the weight loss of C-S-H in SFMD is the most, which indicated that the synergistic effect among the components of the system is better. In addition, desulfurization gypsum can induce a more complete synergistic hydration reaction of the steel slag powder-S95 mineral powder-fly ash system to produce caliche that provides strength.
