3. 槟榔次碱速效抗疲劳活性及其通过调控 血脑屏障发挥抗疲劳机制研究.

- Abstract
To explore the development prospects of arecaidine anti fatigue products, a mouse behavioral sensitization model was constructed to analyze the quick-acting anti fatigue activity and its mechanism of arecaidine by using indicators such as the exhaustive swimming time, blood lactate, hemoglobin (Hb), blood urea nitrogen, malondialdehyde, muscle glycogen, liver glycogen, Evans blue, 5-hydroxytryptamine (5-HT), dopamine (DA) and 5-HT/DA value. The results showed that arecaidine could prolong the exhaustive swimming time of mice, and behavioral sensitization could effectively enhance the activity of arecaidine. The exhaustive swimming time of both treatments of behavioral sensitized mice was significantly longer than that of two non sensitized treatments and two controls (P<0.01). Oral sustained-release administration also promoted the activity of arecaidine. Arecaidine can inhibit the accumulation of blood lactate, malondialdehyde and blood urea nitrogen in swimming mice, and alleviate the decrease in Hb and DA levels, and weaken the increase of 5-HT in the brain, and inhibit the depletion of muscle glycogen and liver glycogen, and hinder the increase of 5-HT/DA values in the brain, and enhance the permeability of the blood-brain barrier (BBB), Moreover, and behavioral sensitization and oral sustained-release administration can enhance the above effects. Arecaidine can exert anti fatigue effects by inhibiting the decrease of oxygen transport protein levels, balancing central neurotransmitters, reducing the accumulation of metabolites and energy consumption, regulating BBB permeability to allow 5-HT in the brain to diffuse into the bloodstream, and reducing the inhibition of 5-HT on brain excitation. Arecaidine can only exert excellent quick-acting anti fatigue activity on behavior sensitized organisms through oral sustained-release administration, the reason may be that arecaidine is absorbed through the oral mucosa, avoiding the first pass effect of the gastrointestinal tract and rapidly increasing its entry into the bloodstream. This study can provide theoretical support for the development of quick-acting anti fatigue products of arecaidine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In the process of thawing settlement of frozen soil layer in cold regions, the phase state and composition structure of frozen and thawed soil change greatly, and the relevant physical parameters also change accordingly. For thermal physical parameters such as thermal conductivity, they are related to mineral particles, ice content, porosity and soil properties. The current analysis model has some deficiencies. The frozen soil was divided into unfrozen area, thawed area, consolidated area and frozen area in consideration of its phase change characteristics. Based on the representative elementary volume (REV) porous medium description method, the thermal conductivity analysis model of ice containing pore structure was established. Finally, the effects of porosity, water content, ice content and channel composition coefficient on the thermal conductivity of frozen soil were analyzed by numerical calculation. The model established can provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of heat transfer mechanism and heat transfer characteristics of frozen soil in cold regions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Nanofluids can be a new type of heat transfer medium with the high thermal conductivity. Particularly, the traditional heat transfer media cannot fully meet the growing needs of thermal management in the electronic devices in various fields. Among them, the stability is a key factor for the wide application of nanofluids. In order to obtain more stable nanofluids, the dispersants were first screened, and then the stability of the Carbon NanoTube (CNT) nanofluids with the selected dispersant was optimized using the Response Surface Method (RSM). CNT nanofluids were prepared by the two-step method. The comprehensive evaluation index was used to compare the effects of four surfactants on the stability and thermal conductivity of CNT nanofluids. The stability evaluation included the particle size potential and absorbance method. Taking the particle size as the evaluation index, three influencing factors were selected as the mass fraction, ultrasonic oscillation time, and placement of CNT nanofluids. A three-factor and three-level Box-Behnken test was designed to optimize the parameters. The RSM was used to investigate the effects of various factors on the interaction of nanofluid stability. The results show that compared with the rest dispersants, the CNTs nanofluids with the DB dispersant presented the smallest particle size, the highest absorbance, the highest thermal conductivity, and the best comprehensive performance, when the ratio of carbon tube to dispersant was 1:2. Therefore, the DB dispersant was selected to evaluate the performance of CNTs nanofluids. A RSM model was established to accurately describe the particle size of CNT nanofluids using the Box-Behnken experimental design. At the same time, the quadratic polynomial regression equation was obtained for the response value particle size (Y) with the mass fraction of CNT nanofluids (X1), ultrasonic oscillation time (X2), and storage time (X3). The quadratic polynomial mathematical model was established by the experimental data. There was the highly significant (P<0.0001) with the correlation coefficient R²=0.964 4, indicating an excellent fit between the predicted and the actual value. It infers that there was an excellent consistency between the model and the experimental data. An optimal combination of factors was achieved for the stability of CNT nanofluids using the quadratic regression model, where the mass fraction of CNT nanofluids was 0.27%, the ultrasonic time was 83.45 min, and the standing time was 8 h. In this case, the average particle size was 121.58 nm, and there was a 0.016% error with the predicted value of 120.60 nm. Therefore, this improved model was feasible to optimize the stability of CNT nanofluids. The actual value was close to the predicted value. There was a certain reference value for a theoretical and experimental basis, in order to improve the stability of nanofluids. Response surface test also revealed that the ultrasonic oscillation time and placement time can be selected to improve the stability in the subsequent preparation of nanofluids. OBJECTIVE: Electromyographic biofeedback therapy has been widely used in post-stroke muscle rehabilitation training. The purpose of this paper is to systematically evaluate the efficacy of electromyographic biofeedback on treating post-stroke spasticity. METHODS: The randomized controlled trials addressing electromyographic biofeedback in the treatment of post-stroke spasticity were retrieved from PubMed, Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, VIP, Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, and WanFang Database. The retrieval time ranged from database inception to June 2021. The risk of bias was evaluated by the Cochrane Collaboration tool and modified Jadad scale. Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.4 software. RESULTS: A total of 15 randomized controlled trials were included, and 878 samples were extracted. The results of Meta-analysis showed that treatment with electromyographic biofeedback ≤ 4 weeks or over 4 weeks showed a significantly lower modified Ashworth scale score [mean difference (MD)=-0.32, 95% confidence interval (CI): -0.45 to -0.19, P < 0.000 01; MD=-0.27, 95% CI: -0.37 to -0.17, P < 0.000 01] and significantly lower clinical spasticity index (MD=-2.05, 95% CI: -2.27 to -1.83, P < 0.000 01) compared with the control group. Compared with the control group, electromyographic biofeedback could significantly improve the motor function (upper limbs ≤ 4 weeks: MD=3.39, 95% CI: 2.02-4.77, P < 0.000 01; upper limbs > 4 weeks: MD=2.53, 95% CI: 2.04-3.02, P < 0.000 01; lower limbs > 4 weeks: MD=3.36, 95% CI: 2.90-3.83, P < 0.000 01; total score ≤ 4 weeks: MD=20.63, 95% CI: 19.38-21.88, P < 0.000 01; total score > 4 weeks: MD=8.08, 95% CI: 3.38-12.78, P=0.000 8), the active range of motion of the ankle joint (≤ 4 weeks: MD=4.87, 95% CI: 1.12-8.62, P=0.01; > 4 weeks: MD=3.69, 95% CI: 3.04-4.34, P < 0.000 01) and electrophysiological parameters (flexor group: MD=-16.80, 95% CI: -24.75 to -8.85, P < 0.000 1; extensor group: MD=17.88, 95% CI: 2.83-32.93, P=0.02) of the hemiplegic limbs. CONCLUSION: Electromyographic biofeedback can effectively improve post-stroke limb spasticity and function. OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of faropenem in the treatment of bacterial infection. METHODS: Pub Med, the Cochrane Library, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang Data and CBM were retrieved to collect the randomized controlled trials (RCT) of faropenem in the treatment of bacterial infection (the study group was treated with faropenem, while the control group received conventional therapy or anti-infective drugs according to the patients’ conditions). The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to Feb. 2021. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, two researchers independently screened the literature, extracted relevant data, and evaluated the risk of bias in the included literature, and Rev Man 5. 3 software was used to performed the Meta-analysis.RESULTS: A total of 19 articles (19 RCT) were enrolled, including 3 371 patients. Meta-analysis indicated that there was no statistical significance in the clinical cure rate (RR = 1. 08, 95% CI = 0. 88-1. 32, P = 0. 49) and bacterial clearance rate (RR = 1. 03, 95% CI = 0. 94-1. 13, P = 0. 50) between faropenem sodium for injection and imipenem and cilastatin sodium for injection in the treatment of urinary system infection. The clinical cure rate (RR = 1. 00, 95% CI =0. 84-1. 20, P = 0. 97) of faropenem sodium tablets and cefaclor tablets (capsules) in the treatment of urinary system infection was not statistically different. However, the clinical effective rate (RR = 1. 09, 95% CI = 1. 01-1. 17, P = 0. 03)of faropenem sodium tablets and cefaclor tablets (capsules) in the treatment of urinary system infection, the clinical cure rate (RR = 1. 39, 95% CI = 1. 12-1. 73, P = 0. 003), clinical effective rate (RR = 1. 09, 95% CI = 1. 01-1. 17, P = 0. 02)and bacterial clearance rate (RR = 1. 05, 95% CI = 1. 00-1. 09, P = 0. 03) of faropenem sodium tablets and cefaclor tablets (capsules) in the treatment of respiratory system infection were statistically significant, indicating that faropenem sodium tablets had certain advantages in the treatment effects. There was no statistically significant difference in the clinical cure rate (RR = 0. 96, 95% CI = 0. 86-1. 07, P = 0. 45), clinical effective rate (RR = 1. 03, 95% CI = 1. 00-1. 07, P = 0. 07) and bacterial clearance rate (RR = 1. 00, 95% CI = 0. 96-1. 03, P = 0. 83) of faropenem sodium tablets and cefuroxime axetil tablets in the treatment of respiratory system infection. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between faropenem sodium for injection and imipenem and cilastatin sodium for injection (RR = 1. 20, 95% CI = 0. 56-2. 57, P = 0. 65), faropenem sodium tablets and cefaclor tablets (capsules) (RR = 1. 24, 95% CI = 0. 72-2. 16, P = 0. 44), faropenem sodium tablets and cefuroxime axetil tablets (RR = 1. 09, 95% CI = 0. 88-1. 35, P = 0. 43).CONCLUSIONS: Existing evidence suggests that faropenem is safe and effective in the treatment of clinical bacterial infection, yet due to the limitations of quantity and quality of the included literature, the above conclusions need to be verified by more large-sample, multi-center clinical trials. OBJECTIVE: To perform health technology assessment (HTA) based on the safety,effectiveness and economy of caspofungin in the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal diseases,so as to provide evidence-based basis for clinical rational drug use and decision-making at all levels. METHODS: PubMed,EMBase,the Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and official website of domestic and foreign HTA institutions were retrieved to collect HTA report, systematic review/Meta-analysis and pharmacoeconomic studies on the prevention or treatment of invasive fungal infection with capofungine compared with other positive drugs or combination drugs.Statistical analysis was performed on the included literature. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: Fourteen Meta analyses and22 pharmacoeconomic studies were included. In the treatment or prevention of invasive fungal infection, caspofunnet had higher safety and better effectiveness than other antifungal agents. In most developed countries( such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Australia), caspofunnet had cost-effectiveness advantage. In the pharmacoeconomics studies carried out in China, caspofungin is more economical than voriconazole in the initial empirical antifungal treatment of patients with agranulocytosis and fever. In the prevention and treatment of invasive fungal infection, fluconazole and micafungin are more economical than caspofungin. For the economic evaluation of caspofungin in China, more in-depth and large-scale studies are needed to support the decision-making. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Gutianshan National Nature Reserve ( GNNR) preserves a large expanse of low elevation typical EBLFs. ln order to understand how species composition of evergreen board-leaved forests ( EBLFs) vary al the regional scale and the underlying drivers, we investigated species composition of 29 20 m x 20 m plots in GNNR, and collected data of other 14 typical EBLFs that distributed across subtropical eastern China, then we investigated the species composition difference between 15 typical EBLFs, as well as how geographical and physical environments drove these differences. The results were as follows: ( 1) GNNH EBLFs composed a variety of community types, such as Gastannpsis forest and Cyclobalanopsis forest de. Species composition of GNNR EBLFs was representative in subtropical eastern China. ( 2) Species composition ( r3 diversity) largely differed between EBLFs. Physical environments, instead of geographical distance, was the most in11uential factor of EBLFs species composition. EBLF species composition was the most in11uenced by the minimum temperature of the coldest month ( MTCM). ( 3) Composition of leaf life forms of 15 typical evergreen broad-leaved forests was the most strongly influenced by the minimum temperature of the coldest month ( MTCM), then by the maximum temperature of the coldest month ( MT\VM). These results indicate that habitat filtering is the main driver of the difference of woody plants species composition among eastern typical EBLFs, and suggest cold temperature is the most important determinant of eastern typical EBLFs comm1mities, would provide guidance for conservation and restoration of EBLFs.
