Constipation is a common complication after stroke, affecting the prognosis and patient’s quality of life. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) acupoint application is an effective external treatment in the treatment of constipation after stroke. This paper summarized the basic theory of TCM acupoint application, selection of Chinese herbal medicine, selection of acupoint, application of dressing medium, timing of using application, in order to provide reference for development and new thoughts in TCM acupoint application for constipation after stroke. Objective To investigate the current situation of professional identity of staff in centers for disease control and prevention (CDC) at all levels in Chengdu, explore its influencing factors, and provide reference and suggestions for stabilizing the talent team of disease control and prevention. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among the staff of CDC at all levels in Chengdu in February 2023, and the professional identity of CDC staff was analyzed by SPSS 22.0 software. Results The total score of professional identity of CDC staff at all levels in Chengdu was (114,712±20.237). In the group older than 49 years old, the degree of professional identity was the highest (F=l5.773, P < 0.001). The higher the education, the lower the identity (归3029& P < 0.001). The lowest degreed of professional identity was found in preventive medicine/public health (F=15»894, P < 0.001). The professional identity at the district and county level was higher than that at the city level (jF=13.875, P < 0.001). Professional and technical workers had lower degree of professional identity than other groups (F-10.629, P < 0,001). The group with long working years more than 24 years had higher degree of professional identity than other groups (归8.518, P < 0,001). The average score of occupational value dimension was lower than that in other dimensions among all kinds of disease control personnel (P < 0.05). Conclusion The professional identity of CDC personnel at all levels in Chengdu is moderate. We should help higlily educated health professionals to define their career goals and plans, reasonably improve the remuneration of young health professionals under the age of 40, and enhance public recognition of disease prevention and control. BACKGROUND: In Shandong Province, northwest of the Jiaodong area is the most important gold metallogenic area. The Xinli gold deposit is not only an important deposit in the Sanshandao—Xinli metallogenic belt, but also one of the most typical gold deposits in this area. Research on the Xinli gold mine has been carried out for years and has achieved many fruitful results, however, the mineralogical characteristics and mineral typomorphic characteristics of gold minerals and gold-bearing minerals still need to be studied further. OBJECTIVES: To investigate the mineralogical characteristics and geological significance of gold minerals and gold-bearing pyrites from the Xinli gold deposit. METHODS: Polarized light microscope identification and electron probe microanalysis were the main methods in the research of gold minerals and gold-bearing minerals. The geological significance was explored through mineral typological characteristics. RESULTS: The results show that most of the gold minerals in the Xinli gold deposit are electrum, a small amount of native gold and kustelite. The gold fineness ranges from 336. 2 to 834. 9, with an average of 699. 8. The content of S in gold-bearing pyrite is 51. 69%-53. 78%, with an average of 53. 19%; Fe content is 45. 69%-47. 62%, with an average of 46. 52%; The S/ Fe value is 1. 99, and sulfur is depleted slightly. CONCLUSIONS: The morphological typomorphism of gold -bearing pyrites shows an evolutionary trend from coarse-grained cubic shape to medium- and fine- grained pentagonal-dodecahedral shape and then to fine-grained cubic shape, which reflects the gradual reduction of hydrothermal fluid temperature in different metallogenic stages. The compositional typomorphic characteristics indicate that the ore - forming hydrothermal solution has typical characteristics of medium hypabyssal and medium-low temperature. Therefore, it is considered that there are three stages of mineralization in the hydrothermal alteration period of the Xinli gold deposit, of which the third stage is the main mineralization period. Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of double-cavity water sac combined with abdominal aortic interventional obstruction compared with oxytocin combined with conventional cesarean section for induction of labor in late gestational diabetes. Methods: A total of 146 patients with late gestational diabetes who were expecting labor in our hospital from September 2019 to April 2020 were collected and randomly divided into a study group (73 cases) and a control group (73 cases). In the study group, a double-chamber water sac was placed on the cervix to induce labor. For patients who failed to induce labor, a cesarean section was performed with abdominal aortic interventional obstruction; the control group was induced by a simple intravenous drip of low-dose oxytocin. Patients who fail to induce labor with oxytocin undergo routine cesarean section. Collect data on the general condition of pregnant women, cervical Bishop scores before and after induction of labor, various stages of labor, and adverse reactions by asking about medical history, physical examination, laboratory examinations, etc.; for some patients who fail to induce labor, collecting operation time, blood transfusion volume, blood loss, hysterectomy rate, etc. Apgar score of newborns. The results of promoting cervical maturity, various stages of labor, pregnancy outcome, adverse reactions and other results of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed. Results: The cervical Bishop score of the pregnant women in the study group was higher than that of the control group after treatment (P<0.05); there was a statistically significant difference in the improvement of the cervical Bishop score between the study group and the control group (P<0.05). The success rate of induction of labor in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the rate of cesarean section in the control group was higher than that in the study group. There was a statistically significant difference in the outcomes of the two components (P<0.05). The time from induction of labor to labor, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, and the total duration of labor in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The amount of intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion, hysterectomy rate and Apgar score of newborns in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The number of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Both double-cavity water sac and oxytocin can promote cervical ripening, but the former is better than the latter and can increase the success rate of labor induction; the application of abdominal aortic interventional obstruction has more obvious advantages than conventional cesarean section, and it is for late gestational diabetes. The use of double-cavity water balloon combined with abdominal aortic interventional obstruction for pregnant women to induce labor has higher safety and is worthy of clinical reference. BACKGROUND: The Ordos Basin is one of the most important areas in China because it hosts lots of sandstone - type uranium deposits and a variety of other energy and mineral resources. The occurrence of uranium minerals is of great significance to the genetic understanding and prospecting of sandstone - type uranium deposits. However, the complex mineral composition, fine grain size, and various types and occurrences of uranium minerals make the initial identification stage of the study difficult. Currently, radiograph and electron probe microanalysis ( EMPA) have played an important role in the identification of uranium minerals. Radiography can be used to obtain the position, occurrence and radioactive form of all uranium minerals in the light film at one time, but the mineral type cannot be identified. Moreover, it is a lengthy process and must be performed in darkness. Electron probe can be used to obtain the backscattered image of the uranium mineral. However, it takes time and effort to find uranium minerals with small content and small particle size in thin slices at high magnification, and it is impossible to quickly determine the types of associated minerals in BSE images. OBJECTIVES: To find a more rapid and accurate method for identifying uranium minerals. METHODS: The automatic mineral analysis system (AMI CS), scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) were used to identify minerals from sandstone - type uranium deposits in the north, south, and west margins of the Ordos Basin. RESULTS: The minerals in the study were identified as coffinite, pitchblende, uraninite and uranophane. Pyrite and titanium oxide were closely related to uranium minerals, and other associated minerals were identified as quartz, rutile, feldspar, mica and kaolinite. CONCLUSIONS: AMICS - SEM - EDS in situ analysis technology proves to be a reliable method for the rapid identification of uranium minerals, associated minerals, and their occurrences.
