Chlorogenic acid is an important polyphenolic compound in plants, which plays an important physiological role in plant growth and development, disease and pest resistance, cold resistance and other stresses. It has a variety of pharmacological functions, including anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, anti-ultraviolet light and radiation, immunoregulation, hypolipidemic, hypoglycemic, etc. Chlorogenic acid has great potential especially in functional foods, nutritional supplements, raw food materials, chemical industry and drug development. Tomato, eggplant, pepper, potato and tobacco are important cash crops in the world. They are all important types of Solanaceae plants, and also important sources of chlorogenic acid. The content of chlorogenic acid in fruits or vegetative organs of Solanaceae crops varies greatly, and their chlorogenic acid anabolism is a complex biological process determined by genetic and environmental factors. Therefore, the research on biosynthesis and molecular mechanisms of regulation of chlorogenic acid in Solanaceae crops has important theoretical significance and application value for crop genetic improvement. The article outlines the content of chlorogenic acid in the above five Solanaceae crops, the biosynthetic pathways and transcriptional regulation molecular mechanisms of chlorogenic acid, and the effects of genotype differences, environmental factors, cultivation measures on chlorogenic acid content in Solanaceae crops, which is expected to provide theoretical bases for the development and utilization of chlorogenic acid in Solanaceae crops, the creation of germplasm resources with high chlorogenic acid and the breeding of new varieties of Solanaceae crops. Endometriosis (EMs) is a common hormone-dependent disease in gynecology, which is most common in women of reproductive age. Although EMs is a benign disease, it has the properties of adhesion, invasion, metastasis and other malignant tumors, and it is prone to repeated attacks. EMs seriously affects the daily life and physical and mental health of female patients. The specific pathogenesis of EMs is still unclear. Many studies have demonstrated that the imbalance of intestinal flora plays an important role in the pathogenesis of EMs. The impact of intestinal flora imbalance on the pathogenesis of EMs may be related to the mechanisms involved in immune regulation, lipopolysaccharide generation, inflammatory factors and angiopoietin release, and sex hormone metabolism. Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of melanoma in our hospital, and provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of melanoma. Methods The clinical data of melanoma patients diagnosed in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University/Yunnan Provincial Cancer Hospital from January 2007 to December 2021 was collected, and data on gender, age, lesion location, and incidence trends were analyzed. Results Of the 1203 melanoma patients, 77.3% had primary cutaneous melanoma and 17.3% had primary mucosal melanoma. The age of patients ranged from 11 to 90, with the highest prevalence （82.8%） in the age group of 31-70 years. Acral lentiginous melanoma is more common in men; genital mucosal melanoma is most commonly seen in women （P < 0.05）. Head and neck mucosal melanoma accounted for 55.3% of the total body mucosal melanoma, and the proportion of head and neck mucosal melanoma was 5.58 times higher than that of other parts of the body. Conclusion The melanoma diagnosis rate in Yunnan Cancer Hospital is on the rise. A total of six RC T-beam strengthened with near-surface mounted (NSM) BFRP bars and two control beams in shear were conducted lo investigate the effect of secondary loading on the shear behavior of the strengthened beam. The loading process, failure mode of the strengthened beams, load-deformation relationship, load-strain relationship, stress redistribution in inclined section. and the influence factors including initial load, the degree of unloading and embedded length at the end of BFRP bars were studied. The experimental results show that the shear failure of the strengthened beams is complicated and accompanied by secondary failure. When the diagonal crack appears and the stirrup yields, the stress redistribution in inclined section occurs. For the specimen subjected to secondary loading, the strain lag of BFRP bars is obvious, and the strain distribution of BFRP bars is uneven. The effect of the strain lag on the decrease of bearing capacity of the strengthened beam should be considered. The initial load, the magnitude of unloading and the appropriate embedded length at the end of BFRP bars in the flange are beneficial to improve the ultimate load and lo delay the crack development. The correlation coefficient should be introduced in the calculation of the shear bearing capacity of the strengthened beam and the requirements of construction details should be satisfied, which reflect the influence of these factors. Indonesia coal shows a good gasification reactivity. However，the high Na2O content in coal ash can induce some serious problems，such as agglomeration，deposition and fouling. SiO2-Al2O3-Na2O ternary phase diagram was used to study the phase diagram characteristics of Indonesia coal ash. The blending coal was selected and the blending ratio was optimized. Blended coal gasification experiment，with 75% mass percentage of Indonesia coal，was carried out in a 350 t/d circulating fluidized bed industrial gasifier for 168 h. The operation characteristics and gasification performance were investigated. The surface morphologies and phase compositions of bottom char and fly ash were investigated via scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses，respectively. During the gasification process，the temperature and pressure drop for the dense phase of gasifier are very stable，and there are no deforming or melting phenomenon for fly ash and bottom char. Long-term stable operation is achieved by blended coal gasification. The cold gas efficiency is 71.96%，the carbon conversion is 86.90% and the gas heat value is 5.59 MJ/Nm3. XRD patterns show that the peak intensity of albite is very weak for fly ash and bottom char，indicating the formed albite is quite few and helpful to inhibit the low temperature eutectic reaction. Objective To investigate how the clinical pharmacists participate in the regime design and adjustment in the treatment of infectious disease and to show how clinical pharmacists to team with physicians for patient s infection control by contributing their special knowledge. Method From August 2012 to April 2014* 141 patients were consulted by the clinical pharmacists for the infectious diseases. The patient s basic information, ward distribution, consultation purpose, etiology of infections and adoption of the suggestions were analyzed. Results Among 141 consulted cases, most patients belonged to the urology, hepatobiliary surgery and neurosurgery department (accounted for 26. 95% . 21. 99% and 17. 73% respectively). The top three consultation subjects are the use of 'special use class' antimicrobials, regime adjustment and medication choice (accounted for 85. 82%, 74. 62% and 59. 57%). 133 suggestions from clinical pharmacists were accepted, 1 was partially adopted and 7 were rejected (accounted for 94. 33%, 0.71% and 4. 96%). Conclusion The clinical pharmacists play important roles in the treatment of infectious disease by providing the consultations to clinicians. In order to obtain the effect laws of saturation and re-submersion on coal fracturing subjected to liquid nitrogen shock,the liquid nitrogen submersion tests for three groups including dried,natural water content and saturated coal samples obtained from Wangyingzi Mine were performed.The changes of wave velocity and crack's area of the coal sample in initial state and after being cooled in liquid nitrogen were tested.The two parameters including the change rates of the wave velocity and typical crack's area were defined and adopted to study the effects of water content and re-submersion on the extension of the oiginal cracks and cracks's propagation.The main conclusions are:① Under thermal shock by liquid nitrogen,there appear the extension of initial cracks and new cracks' propagation in natural coal.② There exist great effects of water content on fracturing coal subjected to liquid nitrogen submersion.With the increase of water content,the change rates of the wave velocity and typical crack's area also increase.The change rates of the wave velocity and typical crack's area of saturated coal sample are 21.2 and 11.7 times than those of dried coal samples,respectively.③ The re-submersion of liquid nitrogen will lead to much more cracks,and improve the effects of liquid nitrogen.Coal samples with natural water content subjected to re-submersion are much more fractured. Objective To detect gene polymorphisms of ABCB1/ MDR1 in breast cancer and to analyze the association between ABCB1 gene polymorphisms and curative effect of paclitaxel-based chemotherapy in breast cancer. Methods Genotyping of ABCB1exon12 (1236), exon21 (2677) and exon26 (3435) was determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-high resolution melting (HRM) method in 146 cases of female stage IV breast cancer to explore the relationship between the efficacy of chemotherapy in breast cancer patients with paclitaxel chemotherapy. Results In 146 patients with stage IV breast cancer, C1236T CC genotype accounted for 15.86%, CT genotype 44.83%, TT genotype 44.83%, G2677T/A GG genotype 16.67%, GT genotype 45.83%, GA genotype 6.25%, TT genotype 28.47%, AT genotype 2.78%, C3435 CC genotype 22.22%, CT genotype 56.25%, and TT genotype 21.53%. ABCB1 gene polymorphisms did not significantly differ between patients of Hui and Han Nationalities (P>0.05). Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium testing showed that polymorphisms of C1236T, G2677T/A and C3435T had group representation (P>0.05). In 146 stage IV breast cancer patients who had received paclitaxel-based chemotherapy, CT/TT genotype of C3435T site had a better response rate (74.11%)(χ2=12.556, P<0.05), better curative effect than CC genotype (OR=4.183, 95% CI 1.838-9.521, P<0.05), T allele carriers more efficient than C allele carriers with paclitaxel-based chemotherapy (χ2=8.507, P<0.05). Objective To investigate the distribution of the MDR1 exon12 (C1236T), exon21 (G2677T/A) and exon 26 (C3435T) gene polymorphisms in breast cancer patients, and to analyse their relationship with molecular subtypes of breast cancer. Methods The genotyping of C1236T, G2677T/A and C3435T were detected by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)- high resolution melting (HRM) method in 400 cases of breast cancer. The Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test was used for genetic equilibrium distribution of genotype. The molecular subtypes of breast cancer were classified based on St.Gallen Consensus 2013. The genotype distributions of C1236T, G2677T/A and C3435T in breast cancer were analyzed. Their relationship with molecular subtypes in breast cancer was analyzed as well. Results ① In 400 cases of breast cancer, there were 2, 3 and 2 specimens did not get genotyping results in C1236T, G2677T/A and C3435T genotype detection. The CC, CT and TT genotypes of C1236T accounted for 16.08% (64/398), 44.22% (176/398) and 39.70% (176/398). GG, GT, GA, TT and AT genotypes of G2677T/A accounted for 16.62% (66/397), 44.33% (176/397), 7.05% (28/397), 27.46% (109/397) and 4.54% (18/397). CC, CT and TT genotypes of C3435T accounted for 21.11% (84/398), 56.03% (223/398) and 22.86% (91/398) respectively. Hardy-Weinberg genetic equilibrium testing showed that polymorphisms of C1236T, G2677T/A and C3435T had group representation (P < 0.05). ② Eleven cases of HER-2 (2+) were excluded because they were not verified by FISH detection when performed molecular subtype of breast cancer. Luminal A subtype accounted for 41.90% (163/389), Luminal B subtype accounted for 32.65% (127/389), HER-2 over-expression subtype accounted for 13.62% (53/389) and triple negative subtype accounted for 11.83% (46/389). ③ CT/TT genotype frequency of C3435T was significantly higher in breast cancer patients with Luminal A subtype than that in breast cancer patients with HER-2 over-expression subtype and triple neg⁃ ative subtype (χ2=12.011, P=0.001; χ2=13.976, P < 0.001), while there was no statistical difference in C1236T and G2677T/ A gene polymorphism between different molecular subtypes of breast cancer (P > 0.05). Conclusion C3435T gene polymorphism can explain more accurately heterogeneity of breast cancer. Objective: To investigate the accuracy of adverse drug reactions relevance evaluation (AADRRE) by different professional medical personnel of the Drum Tower Hospital Affiliated to Medical College of Nanjing University, so as to provide reference for further implementation of ADRs monitoring. Methods: Six hundred and eighty ADR s reports submitted by the hospital administration in 2016 were reevaluated by 2 medical professionals who were fully engaged in ADR s monitoring in accordance with the relevance evaluation criteria by the National Center of ADR Monitoring, and then, the accuracy of the evaluation results concerning ADR relevance and serious ADR relevance by different medical personnel was compared in the study. Results: In the 680 ADRs reports, the proportions of the reports from nurses, physicians and pharmacists accounted for 43.82%,41.03% and 15.15%, respectively. The results of relevance evaluation mainly concentrated on "likely" and "very likely", which accounted for 94.12%. The accuracy percentages of the AADRRE by nurses, physicians and pharmacists accounted for 60.40%,65.95% and 85.44%, respectively. In the 52 serious ADRs reports, the AADRRE by nurses, physicians and pharmacists accounted for 62.50%,64.71% and 85.19%, respectively. The evaluation accuracy of the pharmacists with length of service shorter than 3 years/3-5 years and longer than 5 years was 82.61%,89.47% and 95.55%, respectively.
