4. 黄土高原SRC参数的空间物理释义与流量估算应用.

- Abstract
Located in northwest China's arid region, the Loess Plateau features great spatial diversity, high evaporation, little rainfall, and a deep unsaturated zone. The complex evolutionary mechanism of regional river runoff is influenced by the interplay of several elements. These factors have a big impact on achieving highquality development and protecting the environment in the region. The Streamflow Recession Curve (SRC)'s characteristic parameters were analyzed spatially in ten typical watersheds from a variety of Loess Plateau biological zones. The objective was to look into the SRC parameter distribution patterns and offer a physical interpretation of these parameters in the area. Furthermore, using information from the GRACE gravity satellite, the study produced a preliminary estimate of the flow at the basin outflow and built a regional response relationship between the flow at the basin outlet and land water storage based on the SRC. The studies reveal a high degree of stability for the SRC parameters α and β in the same ecological zone. At a particular geographical location, there is an increase in β when latitude lowers and longitude increases. It also has a negative correlation with the watershed's drought index and a positive correlation with the average slope. The variable α shows an inverse relationship with the hydraulic conductivity attenuation parameter and a direct association with soil porosity. Finally, a power function can be used to estimate the relationship between the amount of water held on land and the amount of runoff from rivers in the Loess Plateau watershed. 5. 单孔与双孔电视胸腔镜肺叶切除术治疗肺癌的 临床疗效比较.

- Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of single-port and double port video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy in the treatment of lung cancer. Methods Patients who underwent thoracoscopic lobectomy in Beijing Armed Police Corps Hospital from January 2016 to January 2023 were randomly selected and divided into two groups (n = 50,double port group;n = 50,single port group) according to different resection plans. The surgical indexes, pulmonary function indexes, complications and related test indexes were compared. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss, thoracic drainage, hospital stay and operation time in the single-port group were lower than those in the double-port group (P < 0.05),and the operation time was higher than that in the double-port group. There was no significant difference in the number of lymphatic dissection and pulmonary function before and after surgery (P > 0.05). The complication rate of single-port group was lower than that of double-port group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in EGFR,TGF-α,IGA and IGM before operation (P > 0.05). After intervention,EGFR and TGF-α in double-port group were higher than those in single-port group, IGA and IGM were lower than those in single-port group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The two protocols have similar effects on the number of lymphatic clearance and postoperative pulmonary function recovery, but the single-port surgical operation is safer, with a lower complication rate, lower inflammatory reaction, and facilitates postoperative recovery, which is of positive clinical use value. 7. 北洛河流域气象干旱百年演化特征研究.

- Abstract
[Objective] The aims of this study are to reveal the century-scale drought evolution characteristics in typical areas of the Loess Plateau, couple with landform types to clarify the spatiotemporal variation of meteorological drought, and provide scientific and technological support for the comprehensive management of the Beiluo River Basin. [Methods] The annual standardized precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEI) was calculated by using average temperature and precipitation data with a resolution of 1 km in the Beiluo River Basin from 1915 to 2020, and the spatiotemporal variations of meteorological drought in various landform types were examined by using the Theil-Sen Median trend analysis, Mann-Kendall test, wavelet analysis, and inverse distance weighted interpolation(IDW). [Results](1) The Beiluo River Basin′s spatial distribution of temperature and precipitation was quite diverse, showing a general decreasing trend from southeast to northwest along with a top-to-bottom gradient distribution of temperature along the channel. The temperature was relatively high in the downstream area(terrace plain area) while there was comparatively little precipitation in the upstream area(the hilly-gully area).(2) Throughout the study period, the SPEI-12 of this basin changed dramatically, suggesting that drought occurrences appeared in cycles. Overall drought occurrences displayed the decreasing tendency in terms of quantity, with a decline rate of-0.04/decade. Among them, the trend turned in 1942, 1990, and 2010, with 1990 marking the biggest turning point. Drought cycle variations could be loosely separated into two periods: the period prior to 1960, when the primary cycles were the 10 years and 17 years, and the period following 1960, when the dominant cycles were the 3 years, 7 years, and 30 years. The 10-year and 30-year cycles predominated the basin drought fluctuations across the whole time span.(3) The reduction in SPEI-12 was increasing from the northeast to the southwest, indicating that the Beiluo River Basin was often experiencing weak drought. This decline was global, but not statistically significant.(4) In the time domain, the frequency of drought events varied substantially. The 2000 s could be seen the highest frequency of all types of drought events, with the upstream(hilly-gully area) and the downstream(terrace plain area) both reaching 70% and the midstream(rocky-mountain area and table-gully area) at about 60%. The 1990 s could be seen the highest frequency of severe and extreme drought.(5) Different types of droughts distributed differently. While the frequency of moderate droughts slowly rose from the south to the north, the frequency of mild droughts gradually reduced from the south to the north. In general, moderate droughts were more likely to occur in the upper parts of the Beiluo River Basin(the hills-gully area), whereas mild droughts were more likely to occur in the downstream sections(the terrace plain area). The probability of experiencing an acute drought was just 1.69 to 2.10% in the majority of the basin′s high-incidence zones, which dispersed throughout the basin. [Conclusion] Drought trends caused by global warming have an objective impact on the Loess Plateau region. The high-frequency types of meteorological droughts in different geomorphic types of the Beiluo River Basin are slightly different. This paper explores the planning paths for the living renewal of ethnic minority rural settlements along the border from three aspects, namely, symbiosis, multicultural integration and ecotourism belt, so as to provide reference for rural revitalization in the border areas. 10. 基于样本熵的渭河流域月降水序列复杂度与异步性特征研究.

- Abstract
The complexity of precipitation sequence is a critical indicator to measure the complex nonlinear characteristics of the climate system, effectively presenting the dynamic characteristics time series which are of great significance to the adaptive management of basin water resources responding to global climate change. In this study, the precipitation data of 22 meteorological stations in and around the Weihe River basin was selected, covering the period of 1960-2016, and the nonlinear dynamic parameter sample entropy, the Mann-Kendall trend test and the cumulative anomaly method were employed to analyze the spatial distribution and evolutionary characteristics of monthly precipitation sequence complexity in the basin. In addition, the cross-sample entropy method was introduced to explore the asynchrony of the precipitation sequence in various sub-regions of the Weihe River basin in climate-change-impacted period. The results show that the complexity of monthly precipitation sequence has obvious spatial differences in the whole basin, specially reflecting on the complexity in the east greater than that in the west, the south superior to the north. Also, it is seen that precipitation complexity is gradually increasing along the main river, and that the upstream area is distinctly different from other sub-regions; the precipitation in the basin has a significant downward trend in recent years, while the changes of its sample entropy value is large, showing an obvious increasing on the whole which implies that the systemic dynamic structure of the precipitation is becoming more complex. It may bring great challenges to the regional watershed water resources management; the statistical results in different sub-regions demonstrate negative correlations between the sliding average value of precipitation and the corresponding sample entropy value, i.e. precipitation decreasing along with complexity increasing, and a good correspondence is found between the peak-to-valley values of precipitation and the sample entropy; the spatial asynchrony has been increased in the whole basin during the impact period of climate change, but the change is not significant. High-resolution precipitation data can be directly used to characterize the spatial-temporal differentiation features of precipitation after the accurate simulation of hydrological, meteorological, and biological systems. Therefore, it is crucial to implement the spatial downscaling for the precipitation products with the low spatial resolution. However, it is still lacking on the precision and detail features in the downscaling precipitation data, due to fail to consider the scale variations in the spatial distribution of precipitation. In this study, a spatial downscaling approach was proposed to improve the TRMM precipitation data in the Wei River basin (WRB). A Multi-scale Geographically Weighted Regression (MGWR) model was also integrated to enable the conditional relationships between the response and predictor variables that changed at the spatial scales. Therein, the goodness of fit (R 2 ), relative deviation (BIAS), and Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) were employed to verify the TRMM satellite precipitation product, compared with the actual precipitation data from meteorological stations. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), digital elevation model (DEM), slope, aspect, latitude and longitude were induced as the Geographic Environmental Factors (GEFs). The MGWR models with the monthly TRMM precipitation data were constructed to further investigate the scale effects of factors on precipitation distribution. The spatial downscaling of TRMM production data was then implemented using a scale conversion process. Finally, the reliable spatial downscaling was achieved in the TRMM precipitation products. The results illustrated that: 1) The TRMM precipitation data was better suited for use at different scales in the WRB. An acceptable fitness was found in the statistics of R 2 (0.807), BIAS (2.909%), and RMSE (83.477 mm) at the annual scale. Specifically, the maximum R 2 was 0.847 at the seasonal scale, the largest RMSE was 62.393 mm in the summer, and the BIAS values were lower in all four seasons. More importantly, the R 2 varied between 0.456 and 0.815 on the monthly scale, with the smallest value in June and the largest value in September. The BIAS was positive in the most months, indicating that the TRMM product data generally overestimated the precipitation. The RMSE index was fallen in the range of 3.507-39.342 mm, which was lower than those on the annual and seasonal scales. 2) Different scale characteristics were found in the influence of various GEFs on the spatial pattern of precipitation divergence in wet and dry years. Slope was set as the global scale, whereas the DEM, NDVI, aspect, latitude, and longitude were the local effects on the precipitation in wet years, and all GEFs were used the local impacts in dry years. 3) The more precise data was obtained in the downscaled TRMM on the watershed and station scales, compared with the product data, indicating an increase in the R 2 of the entire watershed of 3%, while a decrease in the RMSE of 1 mm. However, the accuracy of station downscaling precipitation data at the annual scale was worse than that at the monthly scale, due to the accumulation of errors on the time scale, as shown by the R 2 range decreasing from 0.8-0.91 (monthly) to 0.4-0.95 (yearly), while the RMSE range increasing from 11–17 (monthly) to 32–150 (yearly). 4) The downscaled TRMM data presented the better detailed characteristics, the greater precision at annual and monthly scales, and a much more delicate geographical distribution than the product data. To investigate the clinical efficacy of frame glasses combined with orthokeratology lens in correction of high myopia in adolescents and its influence on corneal endothelial cells and tear film. 98 cases (181 eyes) adolescent patients with high myopia who were admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to March 2019 were selected, they were divided into control group of 49 cases with 92 eyes (conventional frame glasses wearing treatment)and observation group of 49 cases with 89 eyes (orthokeratology on the basis of the control group) according to envelope drawing method. The uncorrected visual acuity, diopter, axial length, density and quantity of corneal endothelial cells, tear film situation and complications situation were compared between the two groups. The diopter of the observation group decreased after 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after treatment (P<0.05), the axial length did not change significantly (P>0.05), and the uncorrected visual acuity increased than those of before treatment, 1 month, 3 months after treatment after 6 months, 1 year of treatment and the uncorrected visual acuity of 1 year after treatment was higher than those of 6 months after treatment P<0.05 . The diopter of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year after treatment of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The uncorrected visual acuity of the observation group at 6 months, 1 year after treatment was higher than those of the control group, and the axial length was shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in corneal endothelial cell density (ECD), percentage of hexagonal cells (HEX) and coefficient of variation (CV) of cell area between the two groups before treatment, 1 year after treatment (P>0.05). 1 year tear film rupture time (TBUT), non contact tear film rupture time (NTBUT) of the observation group were lower than those of before treatment, and was lower than the control group (P<0.05). There was no difference in basal tear secretion Schirmer before treatment, 1 year after treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). There was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Frame glasses combined with orthokeratology lens in adolescent high myopia, it can effectively correct the myopia diopter and improve the uncorrected visual acuity, there is no significant effect on corneal endothelial cells, and does not increase the incidence of complications, but it has a certain influence on the stability of human tear film, which is necessary to strengthen the examination of tear film before wearing glasses and follow-up after wearing glasses in clinical treatment [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In recent years, the runoff-sediment yield relationship in Wuding river basin, a branch of the middle Yellow River, changes dramatically, and the runoff and sediment discharge decrease sharply. There is no effective solution to propose for dealing with the overlap problem of the variation types of the annual runoff and sediment discharge sequences(especially the trend variation, the mean jumping variation and the variance variation), so that it is difficult to give an accurate attribution to the variations. Therefore, the observed annual runoff and sediment discharge sequences at 10 hydrological stations in Wuding river basin were taken as the research objects, by using empirical mode decomposition, STARS method and iterated cumulative sums of squares(ICSS)method; and the trend variation, the mean jumping variation and the variance variation of the observed annual sediment discharge sequences were tested, and the variation types of the annual sediment discharge sequence in Wuding river basin were identified. At the same time, the change of runoff-sediment yield relationship in Wuding river basin was explored by using the double cumulative curves, and the causes of the typical variation were analyzed by combining with the actual situation of the basin. The results show that the variation types of the annual sediment discharge sequence in Wuding river basin all belong to the compound types, which present the characteristics of complexity and changeability, therein, the trend variation mainly manifests as descending and thenrising, the mean jumping variation shows the upward-downward change and sinking, and the variance variation is mainly the amplitude reduction; according to the results of attribution analysis, the warping dam construction in Wuding river basin drives the sinking mean jumping variation of the annual sediment discharge sequence, and leads to the trend variation and the variance variation of the sequence together with other water and soil conservation measures; the changes in precipitation and dust storm frequency have only a weak impact on the trend variation; the upward mean jumping variation detected in the compound types should be caused by the water and soil loss due to the heavy precipitation during the construction of the warping dam, and by river scour due to clear water discharge(including little sediment)after the dam; it should be noted that the decay of the storage capacity of the warping dam group for sediment deposition with time also contributes the trend variation of the annual sediment discharge sequence. Considering the limitation in analyzing thickness uniformity of films by using the model obtained by ring cone evaporation source, a new calculating method for analyzing the influence of digging effect on thickness uniformity of films has been established; meanwhile, the experimental results of silicon oxides films deposited by eletron beam evaporating at different batches have coompleted to prove the validation and precision of the model. The new calculation method shows that the uniformity becomes worse with the increase of evaporation time. It provides a theoretical basis to design appropriate configuration of the vacuum chamber for compensating the digging effect. The method could be applied in many related research fields, such as experimental teaching, optimization of e-beam vacuum deposition process, and the design and manufature of vacuum deposition instruments. In terms of the terminal guidance of intercepting the endoatmospheric maneuvering targets, an adaptive integral sliding-mode guidance law is presented. Based on the principle of suppressing the rotation of the line of sight from a missile to a target, a tracking profile is designed where the convergence rate of the line of sight can be regulated. The tracking error and its integral are selected as the state variables. An integral sliding-mode surface of the states converging to zero in finite time and a rapid reaching law are used to derive an integral sliding-mode guidance law. To deal with an unknown target maneuver, an adaptive algorithm is proposed to estimate the square of the upper bound of the target maneuver, and then the adaptive integral sliding-mode guidance law is constructed. The finite-time convergence characteristic of the law is proven, and the convergence regions are given of the state variables. Finally, the guidance law is converted into the corresponding form suitable for the endoatmosphenc interception. The simulation results indicate that the proposed guidance law can precisely intercept the maneuvering targets and the convergence rate is rapid of the tracking error. The overload distribution is reasonable, and less energy is consumed. Furthermore, the law possesses good profile noise characteristics and is easy to be implemented in practice. A new energy management method is proposed for the energy management problem in lunar capsule skip reentry. Firstly,a full bank angle method is adopted to accelerate entry energy management phase. Thereafter,the dissipation of energy is controlled and the energy at a bounce point is predicted at the same time to determine the right bounce time. Lastly,guidance command is designed to transit to the bounce point after the energy management phase. A reference trajectory guidance law is proposed to test validity and robustness of the energy management method. The numerical simulation results demonstrate that tracking performance for the reference trajectory is improved,both accuracy and robustness is improved by using the energy management method. Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of protective ventilation strategy and glucocorticoids in treatment of children mechanical ventilation-induced lung injury in laparoscopic surgery. Methods Forty-five cases children undergoing selective laparoscopic pyeloplasty were randomly divided into three groups (group I, group II, group III), and each group had 15 cases. All children received tracheal intubation under general anesthesia, and ventilation by machine during the whole process. Group I received conventional ventilation strategy, group II received protective ventilation strategy and group III were given protective ventilation strategy combined with glucocorticoids. Kaeh hemodynamic index (HR, MAP) and respiratory mechanics index (Cdyn) were recorded, meanhwhile, the arterial blood was extracted to monitor blood gas analysis (PaCO2, pH) as well as the levels of plasma IL-8 and neutrophil elastase (NE) at 5 minutes before pneumoperitoneum. 15 min, 30 min and 45 ruin after peneumopertoneum and at 10 min after deflation. Results Compared with the time at 5 minutes before pneumoperitoneum, the children's PaCO2, IL-8 and NE were significantly increased, the PH value and Cdyn was decreased significantly at each time after pneumoperitoneum in all groups (all P<0.05). Significant difference was found in the children's PaCO2, pH, Cdyn, IL-8 and NE between groups II, III and group I at each time points and the changes in the group III were more significant (all P < 0.05). There was no statistical difference in the pneumoperitoneum, operation lime and hospital stays (all P>0. 05). Conclusion The protective ventilation strategy and glu-eoeotieoicls ean reduce the degree of children mechanical ventilation-induced lung injury in laparoscopic surgery. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
