高效、准确的水质监测对海洋资源开发具有重要意义，自治式潜水器（AUV）在海洋环境监测中有广阔的应用前景。针对单个 AUV 执行面向海洋标量场估计的水质采样任务时存在的效率低、可靠性差、覆盖率不足和定位准确性差等问题，提出了一种基于多AUV的协同定位与自适应采样系统。系统中每个AUV定期向队友广播自己收集到的采样数据，并根据接收到的队友数据，基于扩展卡尔曼滤波器进行自定位矫正。根据收集到的采样数据，AUV 以高斯过程建模环境标量场，使用差分进化路径规划器在线规划后续采样路径。仿真结果表明，所提方案有效降低了多AUV系统的定位误差，提升了对环境标量场的估计精度。

Addressing the issues of slow speed and poor performance in multi-object grasping detection in unstructured environments, a method of performing object detection before grasping detection is pro- posed. In object detection, to accelerate the network's running speed, this paper improved the YOLOv5 network by employing depth wise separable convolutions and coordinate attention mechanisms. For the grasping task.a single-stage grasping pose detection algorithm was designed. Firstly, considering the in- terference present in unstructured environments, RGB-D images were selected as the input data for the grasping network, and GG-CNN was chosen as the backbone network. Secondly, to enhance the feature extraction capabilities of the grasping network, the parallel use of different size convolutional kernels in the Inception-ResNet module was utilized to broaden the network's receptive field. Additionally, the inte gration of a parameter-free three-dimensional attention mechanism enabled the network to focus more on grasping information features and suppress background noise. Finally, a grasping quality evaluation was employed to refine the grasping boxes, and the grasping box with the highest confidence score was out- put. The experimental results indicate that the improved object detection network has a parameter count of 2 776 708 and achieves 102 frames per second (FPS). On the public Cornell dataset, the improved grasping detection network achieves an accuracy of 96. 57% with a FPS of 54, 17. The combination of the two improved networks can be deployed on robotic arms and effectively accomplish grasping tasks in multi-object scenarios, making them suitable for practical industrial applications. 目前,支气管哮喘(以下简称哮喘)在广东地区的流行病学情况尚无完整的数据。哮喘的患病率可因调查地区,人数,对象,方法和环境因素等不同而相差悬殊。我们于一九八三年四月至一九八四年七月对广州、湛江、茂名、江门四市的部份工厂,学校,街道居民点共172,162人进行了哮喘患病情况的初步调查。

Objective To investigate the correlation between serum leptin level and body mass index (BMI) in infants with cyanosis congenital heart disease, and the relationship between leptin and Ob gene receptor (Ob-R) and hypoxia-inducible factor 1α (HIF-1α) in myocardium. Methods A total of 52 children under 6 months of age with congenital heart disease who underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Congenital Heart Surgery, Fuwai Hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were included in this study. According to the arterial partial pressure of oxygen (PaO2) of 90 mmHg, they were divided into cyanotic group (n=30) and acyanotic group (n=22). Their height and weight were collected to calculate BMI. The serum leptin level was measured by ELISA. The expressions of HIF-1α and Ob-R in myocardial tissue were detected by RT-PCR and Western blot. In animal model, SD rats were divided into normoxia group and hypoxia intervention group, which were subjected to continuous hypoxia (10% O2) for 4 weeks. The hypoxia intervention group received intraperitoneal injection of HIF-1α inhibitor digoxin (2 mg/kg) daily from the 14 th to 21st day of hypoxia, respectively. The body weight of rats was recorded, and the expressions of HIF-1α and Ob-R were detected by RT-qPCR and Western blot. Results Compared with the acyanosis group, the cyanosis group had a significantly lower BMI (P＜0.05) and a lower leptin/BMI ratio (leptin /BMI) (P＜0.05). Spearman correlation analysis confirmed that serum leptin in the circulatory system was positively correlated with BMI (P＜0.05). In the cyanosis group, the expression of Ob-R increased with the upregulation of HIF-1α,showing a positive correlation. In animal model, with the down-regulation of HIF-1α expression in digoxin injection, the Ob-R level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05), the trend of weight loss was significantly inhibited(P＜0.05). The right ventricular hypertrophy index was significantly lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusions HIF-1α regulates the expression of Ob-R in myocardial tissue, and the mechanism of its association with leptin and Ob-R may help to find new therapeutic target for improving the prognosis of infants with congenital heart disease. Decision and planning are key technologies for achieving autonomous driving. In response to the issue of considering the safety of the target lane and planning the optimal obstacle avoidance trajectory for autonomous trucks during emergency turning and obstacle avoidance, a fuzzy relationship was established based on the difference between the relative distance between vehicles on the left and right lanes during lane changing and the minimum safe distance between the vehicles during lane changing. The safety values designed by fuzzy rule reasoning were compared, a safer lane for turning was selected to avoid obstacles. In order to quickly plan the optimal obstacle avoidance trajectory, a third-order Bézier curve was used to form an obstacle avoidance curve by designing the coordinates of four control points. In order to prevent the truck from rollover and collision with the vehicle in front due to excessive lateral acceleration during turning, the stability boundary and collision boundary of the vehicle were designed to constrain the control points, the functions in MATLAB was used to solve the optimal lane changing trajectory at different speeds, and finally simulation software was used for simulation verification. For the study of comfort, there is a lack of systematic research from the perspective of architecture and building environment. Under the policy guidance of the “Bashu Beautiful Yard Demonstration Piece”, based on the evaluation standard of green building and the guidelines of Green House construction, the green comfort evaluation indexes of the courtyard type farmhouse in Chongqing were constructed from three aspects of architectural design, architectural indoor environment, site ecology and outdoor physical environment. The matter-element extension model was used to evaluate the comfort degree of courtyard-style farmhouse, and then the comfort degree was determined. Finally, taking a courtyard farm house in Chongqing as an example, the environmental performance was simulated and measured on the spot, and the evaluation results were obtained by experts􀆳 scoring, the evaluation system was validated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and subjective comfort questionnaire. The results show that the comfort evaluation results are consistent, which verifies the feasibility of the evaluation model, it provides the optimization direction for the design and transformation of courtyard type farmhouse in Sichuan-Chongqing area. The fluvial fan has received a lot of attention from academics recently, which is a contentious topic in sedimentology. In order to study the sedimentary characteristics of fluvial fans under different climatic, flume experiments were designed by using the control variable method. According to the natural climatic conditions, flume experiments were used to simulate the fluvial fan under fixed and variable velocity conditions. According to the experimental results, the sedimentary characteristics of the fluvial fan were analyzed and the corresponding model was established. The results show that there are three different development stages of typical fluvial fan. In the early stage, overflow quickly forms a fluvial fan with no lobe and complete fan shape. In the middle stage,river mouth bars appear and disappear periodically, resulting in the alternate development of the middle and both sides of the fan, and the growth rate slows down. In the late stage, due to the size of the accommodation space, the fluvial fan stops developing, the river channel tends to be stable and develops lobules along the end. The development of fluvial fan is mainly affected by the early overflowing sedimentation, middle and late channel swing and lobular sedimentation. The channel swing sedimentation and lobular sedimentation of fluvial fan are quite different under different flow velocities. It is concluded that the development of fluvial fan is the result of the interaction of three factors: flow velocity, channel shape and sedimentary body. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
