Objective To study the protective effect and mechanism of Saussurea involucrata flavone capsule on the myocardial tissue of mice in simulated plateau hypoxia environment. Methods 64 Balb/c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, hypoxia model group, positive control group and Xuelian flavonoid capsule group. Myocardial tissue was observed microscopically and ultra-structurally, and the changes of hypoxia-related indexes were detected. The changes in the transcription levels of hypoxia-related genes were detected by RT-PCR, and the changes in the protein expressions of hypoxia-related genes were detected by Western blotting to study the mechanism of action of Xuelian flavone capsules. Results Saussurea involucrata flavone capsule had significantly alleviated the pathological damage to the myocardium of mice caused by simulated altitude hypoxia, increased the activity of T-AOC in myocardial tissue, reduced the accumulation of LD, and also reduced the expression levels of HIF-1α and VEGF mRNA in myocardial tissue, increased the SOD, CAT mRNA and protein expression levels. Conclusion Saussurea involucrata flavone capsule have good anti-altitude hypoxia effect, which could protect myocardial tissue structure and function, regulate energy metabolism, and improve antioxidant capacity. The mechanism might be related to improving the antioxidant capacity, regulating energy metabolism, and affecting the protein expression of HIF-1α, VEGF, SOD and CAT mRNA in high altitude hypoxic mice. Objective To investigate the risk factors of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation from organ donation after citizen's death. Methods Clinical data of 125 donors and 210 recipients admitted to Organ Transplantation Center, the Third Xiangya Hospital of Central South Hospital from April 2010 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. All recipients were divided into the pulmonary infection (n = 37) and non-pulmonary infection groups (n = 173) according to the incidence of pulmonary infection after renal transplantation. General data and clinical prognosis of the recipients with pulmonary infection were evaluated. Risk factors of the donors (gender, age, maintenance therapy time, infection history) and those of the recipients [gender, age, smoking history, diabetes mellitus history, preoperative levels of hemoglobin, leukocyte,percentage of neutrophilic leukocyte, albumin and serum creatinine, postoperative presence of acute rejection, use of biological agents and preventive application of ganciclovir and compound sulfamethoxazole (SMZ) ] were subject to single factor analysis and multi-variate Logistic regression analysis to identify the independent risk factors of pulmonary infection. Results and conclusions Among 37 patients with pulmonary infection, 8 died due to progression to severe pulmonary infection. The independent risk factors of pulmonary infection following renal transplantation from organ donation after citizen's death include maintenance therapy time and infection history for the donors, smoking history, diabetes mellitus history and preventive use of ganciclovir or SMZ for the recipients. 移植后淋巴组织增生性疾病（PTLD）是一种在实体器官移植后最常见的、严重危及生命的肿瘤性并 发症。PTLD 包含了一系列疾病，根据世界卫生组织（WHO）的分型，可以分为早期病变、多形性PTLD、单一型PTLD 和经典的霍奇金淋巴瘤4 种类型，总发生率可高达20%，与EB 病毒感染、免疫抑制程度、遗传因素等相关。PTLD 临 床表现多样，确诊依赖于病理诊断。一旦确诊PTLD，首要目标为治愈PTLD，其次为保存移植物功能。降低免疫抑制 水平通常作为初始治疗，在此基础上进一步联合利妥昔单抗、化学药物治疗、放射治疗等治疗方式进行治疗，其总体 有效率和患者总存活时间较以往已有较大提高。由于国内对PTLD 的报道较少，未引起足够的重视，因此需进一步 增强移植医师对PTLD 的认识，提高PTLD 的治疗效果。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
