目的　探讨冠心病（ＣＨＤ）患者血清核转录因子κＢ（ＮＦ-κＢ）与幽门螺杆菌（Ｈｐ）感染之间的关系。方法 　收集112例ＣＨＤ患者，其中急性心肌梗死14例（ＡＭＩ组）、不稳定型心绞痛63例（ＵＡ组）、稳定型心绞痛35例 （ＳＡＰ组）。应用ＥＬＩＳＡ法测定血清ＮＦ-κＢ、Ｈｐ细胞毒素相关基因蛋白Ａ-ＩｇＧ（Ｈｐ-ＣａｇＡ-ＩｇＧ）。分析各指标之间的 相关性。结果　ＡＭＩ组、ＵＡ组、ＳＡＰ组血清ＮＦ-κＢ水平分别为（38.22±14.15）、（29.32±11.26）、（19.12± 10.52）ｎｇ/ｍＬ，血清Ｈｐ-ＣａｇＡ-ＩｇＧ检测阳性率分别为75.5％、41.7％、25.0％，各组两两比较Ｐ均＜0.05；Ｈｐ-ＣａｇＡ- ＩｇＧ阳性患者血清ＮＦ-κＢ水平为（29.32±10.54）ｎｇ/ｍＬ，阴性患者为（13.37±5.63）ｎｇ/ｍＬ，Ｐ＜0.05；相关性分析 显示，ＣＨＤ患者血清ＮＦ-κＢ水平与Ｈｐ-ＣａｇＡ-ＩｇＧ呈正相关（ｒ＝0.771，Ｐ＜0.05）。结论　Ｈｐ感染与冠心病的发病 可能有关，且ＮＦ-κＢ与Ｈｐ感染在冠心病发病过程中存在联系。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
