OBJECTIVE: By using target trial emulation ( TTE) framework, to perform methodological quality evaluation on observational studies related to whether statins should be discontinued in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage ( ICH ), so as to summarize common methodological deficiency that can be avoided and provide methodological references for subsequent study design. METHODS: Literature research method was used to screen the studies that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the TTE framework was used tot evaluate the methodological quality of the enrolled studies, including seven aspects of inclusion and exclusion criteria, treatment strategy, random allocation method, start and end of follow-up, outcome indicator, causal comparison and statistical analysis protocols. RESULTS: A total of 8 cohort studies were enrolled, and the patients were divided into two groups, with patients in the exposed group discontinuing statins and patients in the non-exposed group continuing to use statins. The methodological evaluation presented the following problems, 2 studies used post-baseline information as an exclusion criterion; 4 studies did not specifically describe the treatment strategy; 4 studies had no simulate random allocation method; 3 studies had no clear literature basis for the selection of covariates; 1 study did not describe the time points of follow-up; and none of the studies explicitly stated that an intention-to-treat (ITT) analysis or a protocol-conformant (PP) analysis was used. Only 2 studies described the method of handling missing data, by choosing to directly delete patients with missing data. CONCLUSIONS: Future similar studies on the clinical prognostic impact of discontinuing statins after ICH should avoid using post-baseline information to define inclusion and exclusion criteria, define causal inferences (ideally including both ITT and PP analyses), and consider to use literature reviews or clinical experience for covariate screening (preferably using directed acyclic graphs). Childhood asthma is a common chronic respiratory disease in children, and its occurrence is affected by many environmental factors. Previous studies have indicated the correlation between indoor microbial exposure and the occurrence and development of childhood asthma. Epidemiological evidence suggests that Aspergillus, Penicillium in fungi and Firmicutes in bacteria are mostly positively correlated with the occurrence or exacerbation of childhood asthma, while Actinobacteria and Proteobacteria in bacteria are mostly protective factors for childhood asthma. This article provides a comprehensive review of previous literature, summarizing the sources and types of indoor microorganisms, the correlation between indoor microorganisms and childhood asthma, and puts forward the prospect of further research directions, so as to provide scientific basis for indoor health protection of children with asthma. ：Inspiring villagers to participate in the planning of rural human settlements and enhancing their ability to discuss matters are the basis for achieving sustainable rural development. Determining how to make local villagers express their true thoughts on development of the village in a way that is more acceptable to them is an urgent problem that needs to be solved in current rural human settlement planning. This study considered the site selection of public space in Xiafan Village, Ninghai County, Zhejiang Province, as an example. The study used the“3D e-Sandbox”planning decision support system that can provide real-time analysis results into an interactive planning method that can be applied to the site selection of public space in Xiafan Village. Results show that, based on the“3D e-Sandbox”, adding real-time spatial planning analysis results into an interactive planning process can enable all participants, including villagers, to effectively participate in the communicative and decision-making process of the site selection of public spaces. It can also help in effectively managing conflicts, and providing a sensible, reasonable, and legal basis for the planning of rural human settlements. Thus, all participants can smoothly reach a consensus on the site selection of public spaces while its implementation is greatly improved, effectively promoting rural human settlement development. ：Landscapes, as perceived by people, are a product of either natural process or human intervention in the natural environment; they are a fundamental element in achieving the goals of Beautiful China, Beautiful Villages, Ecological Civilization, and Rural Revitalization policies. They are also vital in improving human habitats ecologically, functionally, and culturally. Landscape protection, management, and planning are significant for maintaining spatial features, shaping regional characteristics, and enhancing cultural confidence. The enactment of a landscape legislation system is conducive to the scientific delineation of the zoning lines of ecological protection areas, prime farmland preservation areas, and urban areas; significant for the development of agriculture; the restoration and protection of ecological functions; and the integrated development of urban and rural areas. Landscapes are also vital to achieve the goal of ecologically livable and beautiful villages in the rural revitalization strategy. The experiences of developing the rural Landscape Character Assessment（LCA）system and promoting landscape legislation from six countries（economy）are introduced and analyzed in this paper. Suggestions for establishing a rural landscape characteristics database, developing a landscape character legislation and technology system, and determining a suitable work path for China ′ s local practices are listed at the end to promote the sustainable use of rural landscape sustainability. Cities and human settlements play an important role in addressing the social and environmental challenges in global devel⁃ opment. As such, the United Nations (UN) 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development clearly puts forward the strategic goal of achiev⁃ ing the sustainable development of cities and human settlements (SDG11), indicating that there is a model shift in the global develop⁃ ment strategy which takes cities as the main actor and object of governance. From the historical perspective, this paper reviews the pro⁃ cess of international policy⁃making regarding sustainable development, and analyzes the normative positions of human settlements and urban issues in the UN development discourse on sustainable development, which helps to clarify the ideological and paradigm changes regarding the cities and human settlements development in the global governance regime. This paper chronologically reviews the evolu⁃ tion of SDG11 in international negotiations within the UN system. Based on the UN Sustainable Development Report, this paper pres⁃ ents the progress of the implementation of SDG11, and analyzes the possible challenges during its achievement. The results show that: a historical view of the policy⁃making process regarding sustainable development reveals that the SDGs are systematic and dynamic. The emergence of a stand⁃alone urban SDG reflects the evolving conceptions of societal development and the shifting normative positions on human settlements and cities, emphasizing the central role of cities and human settlements in global development governance. Although the world has made some progress in advancing the 2030 Agenda to a certain extent, the COVID⁃19 pandemic negatively affects the progress, and the world still faces challenges in terms of data platforms, technological pathways and governance mechanisms to achieve the SDG11. This study also demonstrates the adaptability and imperative role of urban communities in adjusting to new norms. The re⁃ sults also reveal that global governance has shifted from focusing on urban development to the role of cities in global development, rec⁃ ognizing that the cities and human settlements are cross⁃cutting areas that are imperative drivers, hubs and pathways in the implementa⁃ tion of all of the SDGs and in addressing the global challenges. Establishing and improving the availability of data and statistics, promot⁃ ing the demonstration of new practices at different levels, and developing inclusive and participatory governance capabilities are all crit⁃ ical for achieving the SDG11. Based on à trous algorithm, we propose a multiresolution algorithm, using the energy of high frequency domain of wavelet decomposition as the frequency index, combining with amplitude, to search for the abnormal pattern in the signal and its wavelet decomposition results. Simulated data and actual superconducting gravimeter(SG) results verify the effectiveness of this algorithm. Results show that the algorithm can accurately identify anomalies in the simulated data with noise.Using this algorithm when processing of continuous gravity observation data can improving the quality of China gravity network observation data with significance in earthquake prediction and other applications. We found 27-minute anomalies after analyzing three SG datasets for Lhasa and Wuhan after the 2015 Nepal earthquake, with a similarity of over 90%. Ultrasonic elastography is a new technique of ultrasonic diagnosis and plays an important role in the diagnosis and monitoring of chronic liver diseases in recent years. This article introduces the principle and classification of ultrasonic elastography, as well as the application value of different techniques of ultrasonic elastography in liver diseases and related research advances. It is pointed out that ultrasonic elastography can analyze the stiffness of liver tissue qualitatively and quantitatively, which makes up for the shortage of traditional ultrasonic imaging and enriches diagnostic information.
