By optimizing the NaOH alkaline solution conditions, the collector binder is elliciently removed and the complete aluminum loil is retained; Regenerate LiFePOq using solid-state method. When NaOH is 0, 8 mol/L, the solid-liquid ratio is 20 mL/g, and the reaction is conducted at 40 °C for 10 minutes, the separation rate of the positive electrode material reaches 99.78%. After 1 minute ol ultrasound treatment, the aluminum loil recovery is 76%， solving the cumbersome problem ol aluminum loil recovery under alkaline solution conditions. The ball milling speed is 500 r,the ball milling time is 5 hours, and 10% high-purity LiFePO4 is added lor the solid-state regeneration. The highest discharge specific capacity ol the regenerated LiFePO4 is 94. 75% ol the new material, and alter 60 cycles ol testing,it is 88. 62% ol the initial discharge specific capacity.
