国内外关于钢骨混凝土柱的抗火性能试验和理论研究非常少。本文采用有限元方法对钢骨混凝土偏压柱的抗火性能进行研究,首先以相关试验数据对分析理论与计算程序的可靠性进行验证。在此基础上,在标准火灾升温作用下用数值计算方法对钢骨混凝土偏压柱的混凝土强度、钢骨强度、钢骨含钢率、长细比、偏心率、截面尺寸和受火时间等高温极限承载力影响参数进行’计算分析,并分别给出了拟合计算式,可供钢骨混凝土偏压柱抗火设计参考。

[目的]评价面颈胸旋转皮瓣复合颞肌筋膜瓣修复恶性肿瘤扩大切除手术后颊部大面积洞穿缺损的效果.[方法]8例颊部恶性肿瘤(原发鳞状细胞癌4例,复发鳞状细胞癌和皮肤基底细胞癌各2例)扩大手术切除术后,分别用颞肌筋膜瓣和面颈胸旋转皮瓣修复颊部黏膜皮肤缺损.[结果]无感染,无失败病例,外形满意.经6个月至24个月随访,有1例肿瘤复发,全部病者存活.[结论]面颈胸旋转皮瓣复合颞肌筋膜瓣修复颊部肿瘤切除术后大面积洞穿缺损的效果理想.

【目的】 研究成釉细胞瘤细胞在无血清培养基中的生长特性,建立成釉细胞瘤细胞的无血清培养法。【方法】 用Defined Keratinocyte-SFM(DK-SFM)无血清培养基和DMEM培养成釉细胞瘤细胞,观察细胞的生长特性、细胞形态和传代次数,流式细胞仪(FCM)测定S期细胞比率(SPF)和增殖指数(PI)。【结果】在DK-SFM培养基中,细胞传代6次,平均生长92d;细胞形态清晰,仅见少许散在的成纤维细胞生长:SPF值为12.3%~14.5%,PI值为11.6%~15.3%。在DMEM中,细胞传代3次,平均生长61d;细胞境界不清.并可见较多的成纤维细胞;SPF值为7.9%~9.2%,PI值为8.3%~9.6%。【结论】成釉细胞瘤细胞在DK-SFM无血清培养基中存活时间长,DK-SFM较DMEM更适合体外培养成釉细胞瘤细胞。

【目的】探讨细胞外基质黏附分子层粘连蛋白(LN)和纤黏连蛋白(FN)与成釉细胞瘤复发和侵袭的关系。【方法】采用免疫组织化学LABC方法检测28例成釉细胞瘤组织中LN和FN的表达。【结果】在28例成釉细胞瘤中,LN和FN在基底膜的阳性表达率分别为46.4%和39.3%,复发性成釉细胞瘤LN和FN在基底膜的阳性表达率明显低于原发性成釉细胞瘤(P〈0.01)。LN和FN的表达形式相似,阳性着色部位均位于基底膜及部分肿瘤细胞的胞浆,在基底膜连续着色的部位,靠近基底膜的肿瘤外周细胞胞浆染色较强,中央内层细胞胞浆染色弱或无,而在基底膜着色缺失的部位,靠近基底膜的肿瘤外周细胞胞浆染色弱或缺失。【结论】LN和FN在基底膜表达缺失与成釉细胞瘤的复发密切相关,可能是成釉细胞瘤局部侵袭的机制之一。

With further in-depth studies on non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD), new evidence, concepts, and methods continue to emerge. Chinese Society of Hepatology, Chinese Medical Association, comprehensively updated and revised the previous guidelines based on the latest research advances in fatty liver disease in China and globally and released Clinical practice guideline of prevention and treatment of metabolic dysfunction-associated (non-alcoholic) fatty liver disease (2024 edition) . This article introduces the updates in the new edition of the guideline from the aspects of related terms (metabolic associated fatty liver disease [MAFLD]), clinical typing and staging, diagnostic criteria, and natural history. The guideline particularly emphasizes the importance of screening, assessment, and noninvasive diagnosis of progressive liver fibrosis in disease management and proposes active multidisciplinary collaboration in the management of MAFLD. With the implementation and application of the new edition of the guideline, the standardization of screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of MAFLD patients in China will be further improved to improve the prognosis of the majority of patients. Mainstream knowledge graph-based recommendation model rarely consider the relationship between source nodes and target nodes when fusing high-order information, leading to the introduction of too much noise information and thus affecting recommendation performance in complex network scenarios. To address this problem, this paper proposed a knowledge graph recommendation model with integrated meta-graph neighborhoods, with the goal of reducing the impact of noise information by constructing and integrating meta-graph neighborhoods, thereby improving recommendation performance. Firstly, the model obtained the initial similar sequence of the source node based on meta-graph similarity. Then, the model enhanced the initial sequence using self-attention networks and linear networks, which resulted in a set of enhanced feature vectors that serve as the meta-graph neighborhoods of the node. Secondly, the model designed an attention mechanism based on the user s different preferences for each meta-graph to perform convolution and aggregation on the resulting meta-graph neighborhoods. Then, the model integrated the meta-graph neighborhoods into the source node to enhance the feature representation of the source node. Finally, the model used the inner product of the enhanced vector and the user vector as the probability of user interaction with the item, which was then utilized to complete the recommendation. Experimental results on the MovieLens-20M and Last-FM datasets show that the proposed model achieves an AUC of 97.3% and 94.3%, and F₁-score of 83.1% and 75. 6%, respectively. The recall@50 are 35.4% and 31.7%, respectively. These performance metrics outperform models such as NGCF, KGCN, LKGR, and other models. The results demonstrate that the knowledge graph recommendation model with integrated meta-graph neighborhoods is effective in improving recommendation performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Three different types of polyacrylamides were selected as polymer denitration agents, and the pyrolysis process of PAM was analyzed by thermogravimetric analysis (TG) and temperature・p:rogramnied mass spectrometry (TP・MS)・ And the denitration performance of polymer denitration agents was also evaluated at high -temperature・ The results showed that the final weight loss rate of three kinds of polyacrylamide was: CPAM > NPAM > APAM. Through TP-MS detection, it was found that all three types of polyacrylamides undergo terminal amide group decomposition to produce ammonia gas during the temperature rise decomposition process, firstly, and then the main chain was broken. The apparent activation energy of ammonia generated by thermal decomposition of three types of polyacrylamides are CPAM 169 ・ 72 kJ/mol, APAM 246・ 58 kJ/mol and NPAM 210. 18 kJ/mol, respectively・ The denitrification performance of three types of polyacrylamides is NPAM > CPAM > APAM. The denitrification activity is related to the rate and amount of ammonia produced by PAM decomposition. NPAM with slower ammonia production rate and higher ammonia production exhibits higher denitrification activity, while APAM with lower ammonia production has poorer activity・ Excellent polymer den让:ration agents require good thermal stability and a greater amount of ammonia decomposition. - Abstract
The failure of cement sheath integrity caused by temperature fluctuations and continuous changes in the wellbore and cyclic loading and unloading in periodic steam stimulation of heavy oil thermal recovery wells will threaten the integrity of the wellbore, lead to frequent safety issues such as wellhead movement. A method for evaluating the bonding strength of cement sheath under high-temperature thermal cycling environment was proposed in this paper to clarify the failure mechanism of cement sheath integrity and the degradation law of interface bonding strength under high-temperature thermal cycling, and to avoid the failure of the interface bonding between the casing and the cement sheath during steam stimulation. A proprietary testing device for the bonding strength of cement sheath that integrates pouring, curing, heating, and testing was independently developed. The interface integrity and mechanical integrity of the "production casing-cement sheath-technical casing" system under thermal cycling were tested and evaluated. Experimental results on the integrity and interfacial bonding performance of cement sheath under thermal cycles at three different temperatures (30 ℃↗150 ℃↘30 ℃, 30 ℃↗200 ℃↘30 ℃, 30 ℃↗250 ℃↘30 ℃) obtained. The research results indicate: the ultra-high temperature thermal cycling has a significant negative impact on the mechanical and interfacial integrity of the cement sheath. With the increase of temperature and thermal cycle times, the shear strength of cement sheath interface decreases sharply, and the integrity failure degree of cement sheath body also increases. The cement sheath interface debonds after 7th thermal cycle of 150 ℃, 5th thermal cycle of 200 ℃, 1st thermal cycle of 250 ℃, respectively. The interaction between casing and cement sheath completely disappear (the shearing force, chemical bonding force, friction, shearing strength is all equal to 0) after 13th thermal cycle of 150 ℃, 9th thermal cycle of 200 ℃, 7th thermal cycle of 250 ℃, respectively. The body failure includes radial cracking and circumferential cracking. Radial cracking, circumferential cracking, and interface debond cause the failure of the cement sheath integrity, sealing integrity, and interface integrity. Micro cracks and micro gaps will generate which cause deformation, damage, and leakage of cement sheath. Solar desalination has the advantages of energy saving, environmental protection and high effluent purity. Aiming at the scientific frontier of solar driven interface water evaporation, a research-oriented comprehensive experiment is designed in this article. This experiment covers the photothermal conversion mechanism of light absorbing materials, the synthesis of melamine foam, the synthesis of Ni MOFs materials, the synthesis of nickel-carbon microspheres from Ni MOFs precursors, and the characterization and performance of materials. Transforming research achievements with application prospects into a comprehensive experiment can cultivate students’ scientific research thinking and comprehensive analysis ability, and deepen their understanding of the integration of production, teaching and research. Generative adversarial network (GAN), as an emerging generative model, has been gradually developed and applied in the fields of image generation, 3D reconstruction, cross-modal conversion, etc. It effectively solves the problem of inefficiency of conventional convolutional neural networks in image-generating tasks and fills the shortage of deep learning in the field of image generation. In order to help subsequent researchers quickly and comprehensively understand GAN, this paper sorted out the improved model of GAN based on the literature in recent years. It firstly introduced the basic principles of GAN from two perspectives of network structure and objective function, then elaborated and summarized various derivative models of GAN from two major perspectives of improvement and application types. Secondly it summarized and analyzed the quality and diversity of generated images from the perspectives of subjective qualitative, objective quantitative and task-specific evaluation. - Abstract
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of transcranial direct current stimulation on post-stroke fatigue patients.Methods A total of 72 patients with post-stroke fatigue in the Rehabilitation Department of Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to August 2021 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into the control group and the research group, with 36 cases each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy and nursing, while the research group received transcranial direct current stimulation intervention once a day(20 minutes) for five consecutive days per week for four weeks on the basis of the control group.The severity of fatigue, degree of clinical neurological deficits, energy level and the changes of activities of daily living were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention, the severity of fatigue, degree of clinical neurological deficits, energy level, and activities of daily living were significantly improved compared with those before the intervention, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.01).After intervention, the scores of the above observation indicators in the research group were statistically significant compared with the control group, and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial direct current stimulation can reduce the severity of fatigue and the degree of clinical neurological deficits in patients with post-stroke fatigue, and improve their energy level and activities of daily living.
