Sepsis represents a major challenge for global health. Early identification and standardized treatment are crucial for improving the survival rate of septic patients, who often receive their first systemic evaluation in the emergency departments. Therefore, emergency department plays an important role in the management of sepsis. However, great barriers still exist in the early detection and administration of sepsis, due to lack of specific physical manifestations and diagnostic markers, poor compliance with sepsis bundles, etc. This article elaborates the research progress of early identification and nursing care of emergency sepsis patients, and the key role of emergency nurses in sepsis management, in order to promote the standardized management of emergency sepsis patients, reduce the morbidity and mortality of sepsis, and improve the treatment outcome and prognosis of patients. Objective To assess the quality of life in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and to investigate its possible mechanism. Methods A total of 121 patients with nasopharyngeal cancer were included in the study. The quality of life instrument for nasopharyngeal cancer patients QLICP-NA (V2. 0) was used to evaluate their quality of life from the following five domains： physical functioning, psychological functioning, social functioning, common symptoms and adverse reactions, and specific modules. General demographic data (including 11 factors such as gender, age, and marital status, etc.) were collected, and multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the effects of these variables on the patients' quality of life. Additionally，15 clinical objective indicators ［albumin (Alb), globulin (G), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), total bilirubin (TB), total bile acids (TBA), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) ，γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT), urea (BUN), Cratinine (Cr), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), white blood cell count (WBC), red blood cell count (RBC), hemoglobin (Hb), and platelets (PLT) ］ were collected and analyzed to determine their correlation and typical correlation with the patients' quality of life. Results The physical functioning score of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients was 61. 03 ± 15. 63, the psychological functioning score was 60. 95 ± 15. 35, the social functioning score was 59. 17 ± 14. 16, the common symptom and adverse reaction score was 71. 49 ± 19. 40, the specific module score was 75. 62 ± 14. 87, and the total score of the scale was 66. 10 ± 11. 58, respectively. Clinical staging was an independent influencing factor for physical functioning, psychological functioning, social functioning scores, and the total scale score; family economic status was an independent influencing factor for psychological functioning and social functioning scores; age was an independent influencing factor for the total scale score (all P<0. 05) . The physical functioning score was positively correlated with Alb, TB, Cr, RBC, and Hb; the psychological functioning score was positively correlated with ALT, AST, and Hb; the social functioning score was positively correlated with ALT, RBC, and Hb; the common symptom and adverse reaction score was positively correlated with Alb, Cr, RBC, and Hb (all P<0. 05) . The specific module score was positively correlated with RBC and Hb, and was negatively correlated with ALT, LDH, and AST (all P<0. 05) . Among the automatically extracted five pairs of typical variables, only the first pair had a statistically significant difference (canonical correlation coefficient 0. 561, contribution rate 41. 26%，P<0. 05) . The standardized canonical coefficients for ALT, AST, and Hb were relatively large (0. 465，-0. 443，-0. 736) in the clinical objective indicators, and the standardized canonical coefficient for physical functioning was large (-0. 878) in various domains of quality of life. The first pair of typical variables from the clinical objective indicator variables could explain 42. 8% of the variation in the corresponding clinical objective indicator group and 13. 5% of the variation in the opposing five-domain score variable group. The first pair of typical variables from the five-domain score variable group could explain 12. 2% of the variation in the corresponding five-domain score variable group and 3. 8% of the variation in the opposing clinical objective indicator variable group. Conclusions The domain scores of quality of life in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients ranked from high to low are specific module, common symptoms and adverse reactions, physical functioning, psychological functioning, and social functioning. Objective To investigate the epidemiological characteristics and treatment outcomes of elderly patients with rifampicin - resistant tuberculosis (RR 一 TB) in Chongqing, and to provide evidence for the formulation of prevention and control policies for drug 一 resistant tuberculosis in elderly population in Chongqing. Methods Data of RR 一 TB patients registered in Chongqing from 2011 to 2022 were collected through the tuberculosis surveillance module of National Health Security Information Project 一 Disease Prevention and Control Information System. Then, RR 一 TB patients over 65 years were screened. Retrospectively, descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the epidemiological characteristics and treatment outcomes of elderly patients with RR 一 TB, and to compare them with RR 一 TB in the whole population. Results A total of 5 797 RR 一 TB patients were registered in Chongqing from 2011 to 2022, among which 885 were over 65 years old, accounting for 15. 27%. The annual average patient registration rate of elderly RR 一 TB patients was 1. 81/100 000, showed an increasing trend year by year.仗;皿二 484. 91 <0. 05). The elderly RR 一 TB patients were mainly male (80. 90%), local population (75. 03%), farmers (56. 61%) and re 一 treatment (57. 18%). The cryptorchidism of male dog is a common reproductive system disease in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of small animals. It is often accompanied by low sexual desire and reproductive dysfunction. The testi⁃ cles retained in the abdominal cavity may have the opportunity of malignant transformation, which is very harmful. Therefore, it is best to remove them as soon as possible. In clinical practice, the commonly used diagnostic methods for cryptorchidism in male dog are palpation and B-ultrasound examination. The diagnosis and surgical treatment of unilateral cryptorchidism of a male dog undergoing unilateral cryptorchidism removal surgery at the Teaching Ani⁃ mal Hospital of West Anhui University were explored, in order to provide references for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of small animal diseases. Based on groundwater with different depths (shallow groundwater, mid-deep groundwater, deep groundwater and super deep groundwater) located in Zhengzhou City, statistical analysis was used to obtain the main hydro-chemical elements. The Piper diagram and Schukalev classification method were used to classify the hydro-chemical types. Then several methods such as correlation coefficient analysis, ion ratio, Gibbs diagram and alkaline indices were used to obtain the hydro-chemical characteristics and formation mechanism. At last, the groundwater quality was evaluated. The results show that the major cations are Ca 2 + > Na + > Mg 2 + > K + in shallow and mid-deep groundwater. While the major cations are Na + > Ca 2 + > Mg 2 + > K + in deep and super deep groundwater. The amount of Na + is increasing with the groundwater depth and becomes the dominant cation in super deep groundwater. The amount of Ca 2 + is decreasing with the groundwater depth and becomes the minor cation in super deep groundwater. The major anions are HCO - 3 > SO 2 - 4 > Cl - > NO - 3 > F - in groundwater in the study area. The amount of HCO - 3 changes slightly with the groundwater depth, which is always the absolute dominant anion in the groundwater in the study area. The main hydro-chemical elements are formed by the groundwater and rock interaction, cations exchange, reverse cations exchange, composite action and human activity. Finally, the results of groundwater quality assessment show that the quality of mid-deep and deep groundwater is better than that of the shallow and super deep groundwater. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

【Objective】The present paper aimed to prepare a monoclonal antibody against O,O-diethyl organophosphorus pesticides (DPPs) and establish an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA), so as to provide technological support for rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues.【Method】Compound (E)-3-[4- (diethoxyphosphorothioyloxy) phenyl] acrylic acid was used as hapten to make antigen. Immunized mice were screened to prepare monoclonal cell lines that stably secreted antibodies that recognized DPPs. The positive rate and recognition rate of the fusion cell lines were evaluated and the monoclonal cell lines stably secreting antibodies against DPPs were screened. Then, the best concentration combination of antigen and antibody was selected, and the standard curve of ic-ELISA was established. Based on the cross-reactivity rate of the antibody with 6 DPPs, the broad-spectrum of ic-ELISA was evaluated. The cross reaction between the antibody and quinalphos was the strongest, thus the addition and recovery test of quinalphos was carried out on citrus and fresh orange samples.【Result】Artificial antigens were synthesized successfully, including coating antigen DPPs-OVA and immune antigen DPPs-BSA. Sensitive and broad-spectrum cell line 5G8 was obtained by limited dilution method. 0.5 μg/mL coating antigen DPPs-OVA and 1.0 μg/mL antibody 5G82D5 made up the best working concentration combination. Parathion, a pesticide with high antibody recognition rate in this cell line screening, was selected as the inhibition standard, and its ic-ELISA and standard curve were established. The half inhibitory concentration (IC50) was 41.78 ng/mL, and the detection range(IC20-IC80) was 3.21-239.59 ng/mL. The established ic-ELISA showed varying degrees of cross reactions with 5 DPPs (coumaphos, quinalphos, phorate, methyl parathion and fenthion). The cross-reactivity rate of quinalphos was the highest, which was 19.79%. The recoveries of quinalphos in citrus and orange samples by ic-ELISA and GC were compared. The recoveries of ic-ELISA ranged from 75.80% to 116.12%,while the recoveries of GC ranged from 92.5% to 115.00%. The results of the two methods are in good agreement.【Conclusion】The established ic-ELISA has high cross-validation accuracy by GC method and can rapidly detect quetiapine residues in agricultural products. Polyphenols are the main ingredients to whiten and beautify the human skin in beauty and health care products. Kiwifruit peel rich in polyphenols can be used as raw materials. This study aims to explore the extraction and whitening effect of polyphenols from the kiwifruit peel using Deep-Eutectic Solvents (DESs). A systematic investigation was made on the effects of DESs types, DES water contents, material-to-liquid ratio, extraction time, and temperature on the yield of total kiwifruit peel polyphenols. A Response Surface Method (RSM) experiment was combined to determine the best extraction. High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was selected to identify the composition of kiwifruit peel polyphenols. The inhibitory effect of kiwifruit peel polyphenols on the mushroom tyrosinase activity in vitro was evaluated, where the Kojic acid was taken as the positive control, while the L-tyrosine was used as the substrate. Besides, a model of melanin expression induced by α-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH) was constructed to explore the action mechanism of kiwifruit peel polyphenols on the melanin in B16 cells. The results showed that the highest yield of kiwifruit peel polyphenols was achieved when the DESs solvent was assisted by ultrasonic extraction, where the molar ratio of choline chloride-ethylene glycol was 1:2. The best process parameters were as follows. The water content of DES-1 was 18%, the material-to-liquid ratio was 1:29 mg/L, the extraction time was 22 min, and the extraction temperature was 69 ℃. As such, the yield of kiwifruit peel polyphenols was (55.53±1.27) mg/g under the optimal conditions. 10 kinds of polyphenol compounds were detected in the kiwifruit peel, including the gallic acid, protocatechin, (+)-catechin, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, epicatechin, paracoumaric acid, ferulic acid, rutin, and phloridin. The main components of kiwifruit peel polyphenols were (+)-catechin, chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid, and epicatechin, whose contents were 32.50, 46.40, 26.90, and 68.70 mg/L, respectively. The kiwifruit peel polyphenols presented an excellent inhibitory effect on the mushroom tyrosinase. The inhibition rate also gradually increased, as the mass concentration increased. When the mass concentration was 0.8 mg/mL, the inhibition rate reached 67.19%, which was lower than that of kojic acid at the same mass concentration (P<0.05). Compared with the blank group, the melanin content in B16 cells increased significantly after α-MSH induced, indicating that the α-MSH induced melanin expression model was successfully constructed. The amount of melanin production was set as 100% in the model group. The relative content of melanin in the B16 cells decreased gradually in a dose-dependent manner, as the concentration increased within the range of kiwifruit peel polyphenols. The relative content of melanin decreased to 75.08% in the treated B16 cells with 100 μg/mL kiwifruit peel polyphenols. Both kiwifruit peel polyphenols and positive control group exhibited an inhibitory effect on the tyrosinase activity in the B16 cells, compared with the model group. The kiwifruit peel polyphenols greatly inhibited the intracellular tyrosinase activity in a dose-dependent manner within the mass concentration range in the experiment. In the kiwifruit peel polyphenols, the relative activity of tyrosinase decreased to 69.45% in the treated B16 cells with 100 μg/mL. These findings can provide the potential application of kiwifruit peel polyphenols as a natural whitening agent in cosmetic and health care products. 骨髓间充质干细胞(BMSCs)移植治疗急性肾损伤(AKI)､慢性肾脏病(CKD)、糖尿病肾病(DN)及其 他肾脏疾病均显示出一定效果,但BMSCs 归巢数量､在靶器官或靶组织受损组织)中的分布及归巢后BMSCs的 存活率等,都是 BMSCs治疗肾脏疾病效果的影响因素。如何提高 BMSCs 向受损组织移动的能力是提高治疗效 果的关键所在。现阶段大部分基础实验在如何增加 BMSCs 向 AKI､CKD 和 DN 等动物模型的损伤肾脏归巢进行 了报道。研究表明,提高血管内皮细胞基质细胞衍生因子1的表达、BMSCs趋化因子受体 CXCR4 的表达､改变 损伤组织微环境及超声手段等,均能提高 BMSCs 的归巢能力,达到提高对肾脏疾病治疗效果的目的,并可减少 BMSCs 在其他组织中聚集引起的并发症。但如何提高归巢之后 BMSCs 的存活率､治疗效果及持续时间等问题 有待进一步研究。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to deeply analyze the significant factors that affect the behavior choice of parking space sharing participants and improve the utilization rate of parking spaces in residential areas, based on the differences and complementarities of parking demand peaks between residential areas and adjacent commercial areas, parking services, personal attributes, parking information and choice intention were selected as latent variables, parking costs, walking distance and searching time were selected as observation variables, the questionnaire of sharing willingness about parking spaces supply and demand sides was designed respectively. Using the combination of online survey and offline visit, 718 effective questionnaires were obtained. The structural equation model was used to systematically analyze the choice behavior path of parking spaces supply and demand, and obtain the main influencing factors of sharing intention. The results showed that parking service had the most significant impact on the use of berths. And the parking cost, walking distance and searching time were the main influencing factors. Objective:To observe the efficacy of triple regimen of tacrolimus combined with low--dose glucocorticoid and low-dose sirolimus in treatment of children with steroid -resistant nephrotic syndrome. Methods: Sixty children with steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome admitted for treatment in the Hainan Women and Childrens Medical Center from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects, and were randomly divided into the triple regimen group and the double regimen group, each consisting of 30 patients. The patients in the triple regimen group received tacrolimus combined with low-dose glucocorticoid and low-dose sirolimus, while the patients in the double regimen group just received tacrolimus combined with low - dose glucocorticoid. After 3,6 and 12 months of treatment, renal function, blood lipid levels and therapeutic effects were observed and adverse drug reactions (ADRs) and relapse in 2 years were compared between the 2 groups. Results: No statistical significance could be seen in glomerular filtration rate, corrected creatinine clearance (CCr), 24 h urine protein and total cholesterol, when comparisons were made between the 2 groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment (P>0. 05). After 6 and 12 months of treatment, the total cholesterol and 24 h urine protein in the triple regimen group were lower than those in the double regimen group, and the glomerular filtration rate and CCr in the former were higher than those in the latter, with statistical significance (PC0.05). After 6 months of treatment, there was no statistical significance in the total remission rate, when comparisons were made between the two groups (93.33% vs 80.00% f PO.05). After 12 months of treatment, the remission rate of the triple regimen group was significantly higher than that of the double regimen group (90.OCM vs 66.67%, 0.05). Objective: To investigate the prevalence and related risk factors of osteoporosis in Partial Population of Beijing. Methods: 346 people who came to our hospital for health examination in Haidian district, Beijing from January to June 2018 were slected. Bone mineral density (BMD) of the hip was measured using dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. The height, weight and the body mass index (BMI) was collected. A survey of previous history, including previous disease, drug use and lifestyle habits was conducted. The occurrence of osteoporosis and its related risk factors between different bone masses and genders was analyzed. Results: The prevalence of osteoporosis is 26.8% for all 346 people, and 35.3% for female. BMD abnormal accounts for 69.5% in all population. For all population, advanced age, coffee consumption and carbonated drinks are risk factors of osteoporosis (OR 1.098, 95% CI 1.072-1.125; OR 3.576, 95% CI 1.302-9.826; OR 5.407, 95%CI 1.317-22.202). For male, advanced age, use of hormone and coffee consumption are risk factors of osteoporosis (OR 1.103, 95%CI 1.065-1.142; OR 127.924, 95%CI 10.045->999.999; OR 11.863, 95%CI 2.969-47.400). For female, advanced age is risk factor of osteoporosis (OR 1.088, 95%CI 1.059-1.117). Conclusion: The middle-aged and elderly population in Haidian District of Beijing has a high prevalence of osteoporosis. Advanced age, low body weight and poor living habits are risk factors related to osteoporosis, and higher body weight is protective factor of osteoporosis, thus early screening and intervention are advised for these population.
