为了检测貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药性与耐药基因携带情况并分析其相关性,通过K-B药敏纸片和PCR方法分别检测24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药性与耐药基因。结果表明:24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌呈现多重耐药性,对左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、诺氟沙星耐药性为70.8%—79.2%,耐4种抗生素的菌株有16株,占分离菌株的66.7%;24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐药基因gyrB、oqxA、parC、parE、oqxB、ompF检出率在70.8%以上,其他耐基因检出率为12.5%—20.8%,同时携带7、6种耐药基因的菌株最多,分别占分离菌株的76.9%、46.2%;左氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星耐药表型与耐药基因oqxA、oqxB、gyrB、parC、parE 的符合率为78.9%—100%;说明了24株貉源致病性肺炎克雷伯氏菌对喹诺酮类药物呈现多重耐药性,携带多种耐药基因,耐药表型与耐药基因之间具有一定相关性。

5. 基于 ARMA-AE-LSTM 模型的进场交通流预测方法.

- Abstract
To develop an accurate and effective short-term air traffic flow prediction model to improve the efficiency of terminal area management, the arrival traffic flow was chosen as the research subject. Firstly, the ARMA(autoregressive moving average) model was adopted for initial linear prediction of the flow time series. Then, the residual sequence after linear prediction was subjected to non-linear correction using the LSTM(long short term memory) model. To address the issue of decreased prediction accuracy caused by redundant features, the AE (autoencoder) model was used to adaptively compress and optimize the input of weather and traffic flow features for the LSTM model. Finally, a comparative experiment was conducted to validate the accuracy, robustness, and timeliness of the ARMA-AE-LSTM model. Experimental results demonstrate that the proportion of predicted absolute errors within 1. 3 aircraft reaches 75% . The average iteration time of the LSTM model is reduced to 1. 014 seconds. When compared with other commonly used deep learning prediction models, the ARMA-AE-LSTM model improves the RMSE ( root mean square error), MAE (mean absolute error), and R² (r-squared) evaluation metrics by 45. 98% ~ 67. 66%, 48. 56% ~ 67. 35%, and 5. 18% ~ 21. 07%, respectively. Furthermore, the ARMA-AE-LSTM model exhibits better robustness in adverse weather conditions. The study aimed to explore the impact of different proportions of probiotic fermented soybean meal on the reproductive performance, lactation performance of sows, and the growth performance of piglets. Forty-eight healthy and similar-sized pregnant sows were selected and randomly divided into four groups, with 12 replicates per group, each replicate consisting of one sow. The control group sows were fed a basal diet, while the fermented soybean meal groups replaced the soybean meal in the basal diet with 5%, 10%, and 15% of probiotic-fermented soybean meal, respectively. A one-week pre-experimental period was followed by a formal experimental period from 90 days of gestation to 21 days postpartum. The results showed that feeding sows with 10% and 15% of probiotic fermented soybean meal increased the number of piglets born, the number of live piglets, and the number of healthy piglets (P<0.05), and reduced the average duration of parturition (P<0.05). The rate of healthy piglets in all groups fed with fermented soybean meal was increased, and the rate of stillbirths was decreased (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, feeding with 10% and 15% of probiotic fermented soybean meal significantly increased the sow's feed intake during the second week and the average feed intake during the entire lactation period (P<0.05), significantly reduced backfat loss (P<0.05), increased milk yield, milk fat percentage, lactose percentage, milk protein percentage, and non-fat solid levels (P<0.05), and reduced the level of milk urea nitrogen (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the birth weight, weaning number, and individual weight at weaning of piglets in the 10% and 15% probiotic fermented soybean meal groups were all increased (P<0.05), and the diarrhea rate was decreased (P<0.05). The weaning weight and survival rate of piglets in all probiotic fermented soybean meal groups was increased (P<0.05). The study indicates that the addition of an appropriate proportion of probiotic fermented soybean meal to the diet of pregnant sows can improve reproductive performance and milk yield, enhance milk quality, and improve the growth performance and survival rate of piglets. Considering production costs, the optimal addition ratio of probiotic fermented soybean meal is 10%. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Shenfu low-metamorphic bituminous coal(SF) was pretreated with ethanol and hexane and then pyrolyzed at a slow rate in a fixed-bed pyrolysis plant to explore the influence of pretreatment on the pyrolysis characteristics of the coal・ The changes of coal before and after pretreatment and the pyrolysis products were analyzed by X-ray diffractometry (XRD), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermogravimetric (TG), gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and gas chromatography (GC)・ The results showed that pretreatment could promote the transformation of SF coal into light products and enrich the aromatic compounds in tar. After ethanol pretreatment, the relative percentage of aromatic hydrocarbons in tar increased significantly (up to 47・ 99%), and the relative percentage of phenol in tar after n<-hexane pretreatment increased significantly (up to 30.43%). The experiment was to study the effect of Gynostemma pentaphyllum ultrafine powder on growth performance, nutrient apparent digestibility and serum biochemical index of Hyland brown egg chicks. 180 one-day-old Hyland brown egg chicks (females) with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups, with three replicates in each group and 15 in each replicate, setting control group, 0.25%, 0.50% and 1.00% Gynostemma pentaphyllum ultrafine powder addition group, respectively. The experiment lasted for 42 d. The results showed that at 28 and 42 d of age, the average daily gain of laying chicks in 0.50% group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), and feed to gain ratio was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). The apparent digestibility of organic matter, crude fiber, ether extract, calcium and phosphorus in 0.25% group, 0.50% group and 1.00% group was higher than that in control group (P>0.05), and the apparent digestibility of dry matter and crude protein in 0.50% group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The serum total protein content of chicks in 0.50% and 1.00% groups was significantly higher than that in control group (P>0.05), and the alanine aminotransferase activity, total cholesterol and triglyceride contents of chicks in 0.50% group and 1.00% group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The content of immunoglobulin M in serum in 0.25% group, 0.50% group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05), and the content of IgG and IgA in serum in 0.50% group and 1.00% group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that 0.50% and 1.00% Gynostemma pentaphyllum ultrafine powder can improve the growth performance and nutrient apparent digestibility of Hyland chicks, improve serum biochemical indexes and improve the immune level, suggest appropriate adding amount at 0.50%. Objective: To investigate the Effects of vaginal and open surgery on pelvic floor function, inflammatory stress response and sexual quality of life in patients with uterine benign tumor. Methods: The clinical data of 78 patients with uterine benign tumor from March 2017 to January 2019 were analyzed retrospectively, the patients were divided into group A (n=38, treatment by open surgery) and group B (n=40, treatment by vaginal surgery) according to the different operative plans, the indexes of perioperative period, inflammatory stress indexes [Interleukin-6 (IL-6), C-reactive protein (CRP), Cortisol Cor ], pelvic floor dysfunction, complications and sexual quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results: The time of exhaust, operation, hospitalization and getting out of bed in group B were shorter than that in group A, and the amount of bleeding was less than that in group A (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6, CRP and cor were all increased in two groups, but the level in group B was lower than that in group A (P<0.05). The incidence of pelvic floor dysfunction in group B was 12.50% (5 / 40), lower than 36.84% (14 / 38) in group A (P<0.05). The score of Female sexual function index scale FSFI in the two groups was higher than that before operation, and the score in group B was higher than that in group A (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in group B was lower than that in group A (P<0.05). Conclusions: Compared with laparotomy, vaginal surgery can effectively improve the perioperative indicators, inflammatory stress response, pelvic floor function and sexual quality of life, and reduce the incidence of complications.
