随着光通信技术的快速发展，光纤传输的容量呈几何式增长，对密集波分复用（DWDM）网络系统的管理和调度灵活性要求也在不断提高。波长可调模块可以满足网络管理灵活的要求，在波分复用（WDM）系统和5G网络中将会有广泛应用。而作为模块内的核心元件，可调激光器的研究就显得尤为重要。文章介绍了一种可调激光器和硅光调制器芯片混合集成封装技术，利用一种胶合标准具的设计进行波长控制，节省了半导体制冷器，减小了封装尺寸。其制作的可调激光器件能满足ITU-96通道的波长输出，且满足100 G BASE-LR4国际标准的工作眼图要求。

摘要：【目的】研究冠心病人群血清补体C3、C4及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平并分析补体C3、C4与HDL-C在冠 心病人群中的相关性。【方法】收集2015年12月至2016年07月于中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院心血管内科住院经冠状动脉造影明 确诊断为冠心病的患者共251例，另外收集同期我院博济医疗中心健康体检者214例。冠心病患者分为急性冠脉综合征组180 例及稳定性冠心病组71例。各指标采用中山大学孙逸仙纪念医院检验科检验的结果。【结果】（1）急性冠脉综合征组、稳定性 冠心病组及健康体检者组的补体C3、C4及HDL-C水平比较，差异具有统计学意义（P < 0.05）。（2）在急性冠脉综合征及稳定性 冠心病组中补体C3、C4与HDL-C无明显相关（P > 0.05），在健康体检者组中，补体C3与HDL-C成负相关，差异具有统计学意义 （均P < 0.05）。【结论】冠心病患者补体C3、C4水平升高，HDL水平下降，而炎症活动可能影响补体与HDL-C的相关性。

摘要：【目的】探讨微小非编码RNA分子miR-134在甲基苯丙胺（MA）诱导PC12神经细胞损伤中的表达变化及其对神经兴奋性的影响，为理解MA导致神经损伤的机制提供实验基础。【方法】将处于对数生长期的PC12细胞分为对照组和 MA组。MA组应用800 μmol/L MA处理，建立体外神经元损伤模型，观察培养神经细胞损伤及细胞凋亡情况；采用实时荧光定量PCR技术测定miR-134的表达水平变化；并构建miR-134干扰载体，抑制miR-134后分析神经诱发动作电位的变化。【结果】MA可明显诱导PC12细胞损伤，神经突起变短，细胞凋亡数目增多；荧光定量PCR结果显示miR-134表达升高；电生理学检测结果显示，干扰miR-134 后诱发动作电位增多。【结论】高浓度MA 诱导神经细胞损伤、诱发神经元凋亡并升高 miR-134表达，沉默miR-134表达，可增加神经兴奋性。本实验为阐明MA的神经损伤机制，以及miR-134在神经元毒性损伤及神经兴奋性中的可能作用提供了实验依据。

四槽钢组合约束型防屈曲支撑的外围构件由4个槽钢通过沿纵向分布的多组螺栓拼装而成,外围构件的连接呈现离散的分布特征,故其外围约束机理与约束刚度计算理论较为复杂。相比外围整体式防屈曲支撑而言,这类装配式组合防屈曲支撑的外围约束刚度要考虑螺栓连接的影响。绕x轴弯曲时,外围构件刚度的折减效应主要由螺栓连接附近处的槽钢板件的面内与面外变形产生;绕y轴弯曲时,折减效应主要源自上、下槽钢的扭转变形。详细剖析了这两种情况的受力机制,并结合理论推导与数值分析,分别给出了绕不同主轴弯曲时的外围约束刚度的简化计算方法。该方法得到了精细有限元数值计算结果的验证。

文章简要介绍了常用的偏振相关损耗（PDL）的计算和分析方法,在此基础上利用ZEMAX软件的POLARIZATION A-NALYSIS（偏振分析）功能对光器件的PDL进行了分析和计算,并且与常用数学软件的计算结果和实际器件的测量结果进行了比较,证明了利用ZEMAX软件模拟计算和分析光器件PDL的可行性和准确性,说明了利用ZEMAX软件不仅可以提高设计人员的工作效率,而且能取得精确的计算和分析结果。

BACKGROUND: The regeneration and remodeling of Achilles tendon rupture after surgery are difficulties in clinical treatment. Tissue engineering hydrogels afford the possibility on the healing of postoperative Achilles tendon. OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of tannic acid modified interpenetrating network hydrogel on tissue regeneration and remodeling of ruptured Achilles tendon in rats. METHODS: (1) The interpenetrating network hydrogel was prepared under the blue light and the immersion of CaSO4 solution. The micromorphology, mechanical properties, adhesion properties, in vitro drug release properties, and biocompatibility of hydrogels were characterized. (2) Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, operation group, and hydrogel group, with 10 rats in each group. The animal model of Achilles tendon rupture was established in the latter two groups. In the operation group, the ruptured Achilles tendon was sutured using the modified Kessler method. In the hydrogel group, the ruptured Achilles tendon was repaired by the same method, and the tannic acid modified interpenetrating network hydrogel patch was completely wrapped around the joint of the broken end. Four weeks after the operation, imaging examination, histological evaluation, biomechanical test, and the level test of inflammatory factors were performed. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) Scanning electron microscope showed that tannic acid modified interpenetrating network hydrogels had porous microstructure with pore size of 3-10 μm, and the hydrogels had good in vitro drug release properties, adhesion strength and tensile strength. CCK-8 assay and live/dead staining showed that the hydrogel had no significant effect on the proliferation activity of rat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, and had good biocompatibility. (2) MRI imaging showed that compared with the operation group, the Achilles tendon in the hydrogel group showed uniform low signal, the thickness of the anteroposterior diameter of the Achilles tendon was reduced, and the boundary between the Achilles tendon and the surrounding tissue was more clear, and the performance was more similar to that of the sham operation group. Hematoxylin-eosin staining and Masson staining showed that the tendon fibers in the operation group were arranged in a loose and chaotic manner, with increased cell density and disordered arrangement, accompanied by obvious inflammatory cell infiltration, and intratendinous ossification appeared in some areas. In the hydrogel group, the tendon fibers were arranged in an orderly manner; the cell density was reduced and arranged orderly; the inflammatory cell infiltration was significantly reduced. The tensile strength of Achilles tendon in the operation group was lower than that in the sham operation group (P < 0.05). The tensile strength of Achilles tendon in the hydrogel group was higher than that in the operation group (P < 0.05). Compared with sham operation group, the mass concentration and mRNA expression of interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, and tumor necrosis factor α in Achilles tendon of rats were increased in the operation group (P < 0.05). Compared with the operation group, the level and mRNA expression of three inflammatory factors were decreased in the hydrogel group. Objective To investigate the influencing factors of the grading of acute kidney injury (AKI) caused by partial nephrectomy in patients with malignant renal tumors. Methods General information, surgery and treatment data, clinical and pathological grading, laboratory test results, surgical records and pathological reports and other clinical data of patients with malignant renal tumors who underwent partial nephrectomy in Qingdao Municipal Hospital from January 2013 to January 2023 were collected. All patients were divided into the non-AKI, stage1 and stage 2 AKI groups according to the incidence of AKI. The influencing factors of AKI were identified by Logistic regression analysis. The efficiency of serum creatinine in predicting AKI after partial nephrectomy was analyzed by the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results A total of 503 patients with malignant renal tumors underwent partial nephrectomy, including 378 cases (75.1%) of non-AKI, 83 cases (16.5%) of stage 1 AKI and 42 cases (8.3%) of stage 2 AKI, respectively. Patients with stage 1 AKI showed statistically significant differences in the proportion of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, changes of creatinine levels at preoperative 48 h, tumor volume, warm ischemia time, and body mass index (BMI) compared with non-AKI counterparts (all P < 0.05). Patients with stage 2 AKI showed statistically significant differences in the gender composition, proportion of hypertension and diabetes mellitus, R.E.N.A.L. score, changes of creatinine levels at preoperative 48 h, tumor volume, warm ischemia time and BMI compared with AKI counterparts (all P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis revealed that the influencing factors of stage 1 AKI after partial nephrectomy included BMI, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, the changes of serum creatinine levels at preoperative 48 h, tumor volume and warm ischemia time, and the influencing factors of stage 2 AKI also consisted of gender and R.E.N.A.L score (all P < 0.05). The cutoff values of serum creatinine levels for the diagnosis of AKI and stage 2 AKI were 23.29 and 39.88 mmol/L, with a sensitivity of 98.1% and 99.8%, a specificity of 81.3% and 89.6%, and an area under the ROC curve (AUC) of 0.969 and 0.974, respectively. Conclusions The influencing factors for AKI after partial nephrectomy in patients with malignant renal tumors are hypertension, diabetes mellitus, changes in creatinine levels at preoperative 48 h, tumor volume, warm ischemia time and BMI. In addition, the influencing factors for patients with stage 2 AKI consist of gender and R.E.N.A.L. score. In order to accurately and quickly identify the anti-explosion safety risk of the group buildings outside the plant boundary of the major hazards, firstly, based on the urban disaster risk system theory and disaster risk management concept, an anti-explosion safety risk assessment index system of group buildings was established. The four assessment dimensions include explosive hazard, explosive vulnerability, anti-explosion safety capacity and anti-explosion response capacity. Secondly, an anti-explosion safety risk assessment model based on the extension connection cloud is constructed. It eliminates the uncertainty generated by the cross-fertilization of multiple risk information and realizes the quantitative assessment of the anti-explosion safety risk level of group buildings. Finally, in order to verify the effectiveness of the assessment methodology, the assessment process is applied to group buildings outside the major hazards of explosives-type hazardous chemicals in a city. The results show that the method can quickly and effectively assess the level of anti-explosion safety risk of group buildings. The method reliably and intuitively reflects the anti-explosion deficiencies of group buildings. To achieve stable and accurate control of complex industrial processes with high latency, nonlinearity, and strong coupling, this paper proposed a control method based on second-order value function gradient model reinforcement learning. Firstly, during the model training process, the method incorporated second-order gradient information of the state-value function, enabling more accurate function approximation and higher robustness, resulting in improving learning iteration efficiency. Secondly, by adopting a new state sampling strategy, this method facilitated more effective utilization of the model for policy learning. Lastly, experiments conducted in the OpenAI Gym public environments and simulated environments of two industrial scenarios demonstrate that compared to traditional maximum likelihood estimation models, the second-order value gradient model significantly reduces the prediction error of the environment model. In addition, the reinforcement learning method based on the second-order value gradient model exhibits higher learning efficiency than existing model-based policy optimization methods, showcasing better control performance and mitigating oscillation phenomena during the control process. In order to address the challenges of protein feedstock shortage and rising prices, an assessment was conducted on the nutritional composition, hygiene, and safety of raccoon dog meat and bone meal, providing data support for its potential utilization as a new animal protein feed resource. The experiment compared raccoon dog meat and bone meal with fox meat bone meal, imported beef bone meal, and imported fish meal. Conventional nutritional components, amino acid content, heavy metal elements, pesticide residues, and microbial contamination were determined. The results indicate: ① the dry matter content of raccoon dog meat and bone meal was found to be significantly higher than that of fox meat bone meal and imported fish meal (P<0.05), with crude fat content being significantly higher than that of imported beef bone meal and imported fish meal (P<0.05); ② the essential amino acid content of raccoon dog meat and bone meal was significantly higher than that of imported beef bone meal (P<0.05), and the non-essential amino acid content was higher than that of other experimental materials; ③ compliance with feed hygiene standards was observed for raccoon dog meat and bone meal, with no detection of hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) and dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT). The required standards were met for heavy metal content and microbial indicators. Therefore, raccoon dog meat and bone meal have the potential to be developed into a new protein feedstock. NiCrAlY/Cr2O3/V2O5-Bi2O3 composite coating was prepared by plasma spraying, and the tribological behavior of the coating at 600 ℃ was studied. The results indicate that V2O5-Bi2O3 composite powders with good sphericity and proper micrometer size can be prepared by blending ball milling and bonding agglomeration methods, and the composite powders can be used as plasma spraying feed for Ni-based composite coatings.At 600 ℃,the composite coating has an average friction coefficient of 0.33 during the stable period. The addition of Cr2O3 can alleviate the weakening of the surface hardness by V2O5-Bi2O3,resulting in a composite coating wear rate of 3.84×10-4 mm~3/N·m, which is approximately half of the pure NiCrAlY coating. Under high temperature friction, multiple oxides, mainly BiVO4,were generated in the worn surfaces of the composite coating.The multiple oxides possessed ability of apt-to shearing and slipping, which should be the main reason of the good high-temperature self-lubricating property. Anorectal malformation (ARM) is the most common congenital gastrointestinal malformation in children. It has a low prenatal diagnostic rate. The major treatments include posterior sagittal anoplasty and laparoscopic-assisted anoplasty. Most children develop postoperative complications. Understanding its etiology is helpful to prevent its occurrence and develop more appropriate treatments. Domestic and foreign scholars believe that the occurrence of ARM may be related to chromosomal abnormalities, syndrome associated factors, environmental factors and some unfavorable prenatal habits and maternal factors. Since its specific etiology has remained elusive, this review was intended to elucidate the pathogenesis of ARM from genetic and non-genetic factors and focused upon the pathogenesis of ARM and related signaling pathways and genes. Objective: To investigate the expression of cutaneous T cell lymphoma associated antigen 15 (CTAGE15) and its association with clinical prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) patients, as well as its effect on the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of ESCC cells. Methods: Kaplan-Meier analysis was used to analyze the effect of CTAGE15 on the prognosis of ESCC patients in public database. The mRNA expression levels of CTAGE15 in esophageal epithelial cells and ESCC cells were measured by qRT⁃PCR. Furthermore, the expression of CTAGE15 was detected in cancer and adjacent normal tissues from 120 ESCC patients with a complete follow⁃up information. COX proportional survival risk model was enrolled to analyze the survival risk factors of ESCC patients, and multivariate correlation analysis was used for the analysis of the association between CTAGE15 expression and the clinicopathology of ESCC patients. Kaplan⁃Meier analysis was employed to analyze the effect of CTAGE15 on the prognosis of ESCC patients. The knockdown of CTAGE15 in ESCC cells was achieved by using small interfering RNA (siRNA), and the changes in cell proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of ESCC cells were assessed. Results: The public database showed that the CTAGE15 expression was significantly associated with overall survival (P < 0.05) and disease⁃specific survival (P < 0.05) in ESCC patients, and a higher GTAGE15 expression was correlated with a better survival. The qRT-PCR results revealed significantly high expression of CTAGE15 in ESCC tissues and cells, compared with normal esophageal epithelial tissues and cells. In addition, the expression of CTAGE15 was significantly associated with T stage and N stage of ESCC patients, and a higher GTAGE15 expression was associated with an earlier T stage and N stage. Knockdown of CTAGE15 enhanced the proliferation, migration, and invasion abilities of ESCC cells (P < 0.05). Conclusion: CTAGE15 expression is positively associated with the prognosis of ESCC patients, and it inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion abilities of ESCC cells. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
