3. 淫羊藿总黄酮联合骨营养剂抗骨质疏松作用探讨.

- Abstract
Objective To explore the synergistic effect of total flavonoids of epimedium in combination with bone nutrients on the treatment of osteoporosis and to discuss the potential mechanism of combination therapy. Methods A postmenopausal osteoporosis rat model was established by removing the ovaries. Seven rats in each group were set up in the sham-operated group (Sham), model group (OVX), estradiol valerate group (EV), total flavonoid extract of epimedium extract group (T), and total flavonoid extract of epimedium extract with bone nutrients group (TG). After 8 weeks of the treatment, serum bone metabolism markers and inflammatory factors were measured using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Micro-CT and biomechanical analysis were used to determine bone density and microstructure. Hematoxylin-eosin staining (H&E) and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase staining (TRAP) were used to determine bone pathological damage and osteoclastic bone resorption. Immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) were used to determine gene transcriptions and expressions of TLR4, PI3K, and AKT in the bone. Results Compared with the OVX group, the EV, T, and TG groups showed an increased number of bone trabeculae, neat arrangement and more complete structure, significantly improved serum bone metabolic indexes, serum inflammatory factors, bone trabecular parameters, bone biomechanical parameters and the number of osteoclasts (P<0.05), and significantly higher positive regions and mRNA expressions of PI3K and AKT (P<0.05). In addition, the expressions of TLR4 and mRNA were significantly lower (P<0.05). Compared to those in the T group, the pharmacodynamic effects were more significant in the TG group (P<0.05), with significantly lower TLR4 mRNA expression (P<0.05) and significantly higher PI3K mRNA expression (P<0.05). Conclusion Total flavonoids of epimedium combined with bone nutrients synergistically exerts pharmacological effects on the TLR4/PI3K/AKT signaling pathway to alleviate the symptoms of osteoporosis in OVX rats. 14. 胎膜早破产妇假丝酵母菌与需氧菌感染对母婴结局的影响.

- Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between premature rupture of membranes and Candida and aerobic bacteria infection, and investigate the influence of Candida and aerobic bacteria infection on pregnancy outcomes. Methods 200 pregnant women in Liuzhou maternal and child health-care hospital from Jan 2012 to Jan 2014 were enrolled in this study. They were divided into three groups,70 patients in preterm premature rupture of membrane group (PPROM group),70 patients in term premature rupture of membrane group (TPROM group) and 60 cases in normal pregnancy group. The cervical secretions were collected to detect Candida and aerobic bacteria infection. Effect of Candida and aerobic bacteria infection on pregnancy outcomes was analyzed. Results Pathogenic bacteria infection rates of PPROM group and TPROM group were higher than that of normal pregnancy group, pathogenic bacteria infection rates of PPROM group was higher than that of pathogenic bacteria infection rates of TPROM group,and the difference were all significant ( < 0.05) . The patients with Candida and aerobic bacteria infection were enrolled as infected group, and patients without Candida and aerobic bacteria infection were enrolled as uninfected group. The rates of premature birth, cesarean section, neonatal infection, low birth weight and perinatal diseases in infected group were significantly higher than those in uninfected group ( < 0.05) . Pregnancy outcomes were compared between patients with Candida infection and aerobic bacteria infection. As the results, there were no significantly differences in the rates of premature birth, cesarean section, neonatal infection, fetal distress, perinatal diseases and perinatal death ( > 0.05), but there was a significantly difference in the rate of low birth weight between patients with Candida infection and aerobic bacteria infection ( < 0.05) . Conclusion Candida and aerobic bacteria infection are closely related to poor pregnancy outcomes of premature rupture of membranes. Examination of pathogenic microorganism and effective antibiotic treatment can reduce the rate of premature rupture of membrane and improve maternal and neonatal outcomes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

- Abstract
The topological importance or functional importance is only taken into consideration, when the existing measures are constructed. Based on functional properties of components, generalized importance measures, which improve topological measures in network theory, are proposed to combine with Choquet integral. In order to overcome the uncertainty and randomness, which exist if a single importance measure identifies critical components, aggregation operator (AO) is given through fusion multi-generalized importance measures and then used to identify critical components of complex electromechanical system. Finally, a case study which selects fuzzy integral to treat as AO is presented to identify critical components of bogie system. The results show that the method with Choquet integral regarding as AO and k fuzzy measure calculating weights, is effective. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
